Negative experience: Made an appointment to fix a filling, got there waiting for 1hour and 30 minutes to be call, while waiting on the chair for 12 minutes to take an x-ray after that waited for a few more minutes to be told that I need to make another appointment to get it fix. this place is full of clown .

Fantastic experience: Fast, efficient, and respectful. Plus the women there are all gorgeous. It's 2026, and the service is still amazing. Those WOMBman there are so professional and gorgeous. I've been going to them for dental care for quite some time and haven't experienced any issues. I recommend them to be used for dental care.

Fantastic experience: The dental office is cool. I like my dentist. She does a good job but the service as far as time it is very horrible bad and slow every time I come in there the last two visit have been slow and I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes almost to an hour to get seen.

Negative experience: The doctor wasn't what I expected. She was very cold and took only about a minute to clean my teeth. She didn't use any topical paste, just water and the instrument, then finished quickly. She couldn't claim she was busy, since I counted the patients in the lobby at my 2:00 pm appointment—they were only about three seated, with the same number being helped, including me. I am looking for another place because I have been to this location for at least 3 years, and it appears to be going downhill. The place on the outside is unkept. There were leaves piled up at the door and the glass doors looked as though they had not been cleaned for days. And the carpet inside needs to be replaced. It is not a very good place that you would want to go to get your teeth done.

My son had a dental emergency and I was able to obtain an appointment super fast and when we got in the office, everything ran smoothly And he left feeling a lot better. I Recommend this dentist office to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

Positive experience: It's usually a great visit everytime. I'm not sure if it's because my appointment was nearing the hour they close but none of my questions were answered. I had jaw pain and pain in my wisdom tooth area. The dental assistant took my x-ray and cleaned my teeth but the dentist just checked for cavities and sent me on my way home. The dentist didn't even look at the x-ray screen or even asked anout my pain. I am actually very disappointed and I feel unheard. I am not one to judge but my appointment could've been better.

Positive experience: I got pretty good crowns there, but the partial dentures were not my size at all and were a terrible shape. They scratched my gums, and I was in constant sharp pain when the doctor tried to put them in. For 3 hours, the specialist tried to adjust the partial dentures, and I experienced unbearable pain and stress. The problems and of wearing these appliances have not been explained to me before the procedure, including diminished chewing ability, altered speech, sore spots, loosening of the appliance, shrinking bone and gums, and possible breakage of the appliance. I don't know who responsible for this mess the "Valplast" or the "Dental Dreams".

Positive experience: I’ve been going here about 3 years now. My last 2 experiences just seemed rushed far as teeth cleaning. Also the front desk just needs to pay a lil more attention on confirming patient’s appointments. So the wait time can be smoother. I hope a better experience the next time! Overall y’all are not bad & THANK YOU!

Negative experience: Dr Kurt I believe is her name was rude very aggressive with my mom who's elder No compassion. didn't even care and was having conversations with her colleague while poking my mothers gums while she is in a lot of pain never will I take her there. luckily, I found a wonderful dentist that took care of my mother.

Negative experience: Quality and professionalism has decreased each time that I go it seems. I didn't even get treatment i waited so long without any explanation so just went home. I doubt that they even knew I had left

Fantastic experience: Service was amazing I was in and out this time it was real considerate that the fact that I was on my lunch break and they tried to give me out quick as possible versus the first time when I waited like four hours maybe three and a half so yes everyone was friendly maybe that day was just a bad day but I really appreciate them being considered as my time and I like the fact that I was able to get stuff that normally they will give me referral for I was able to get it done in the office so I have to say hands down five stars.

Fantastic experience: The front office manager was the very professional and knowledgeable. The DDS team was very helpful in helping me get my issues sorted and getting me a follow up appointment after checking with my insurance for the service I needed.

Negative experience: I came in with excruciating pain due to a dental infection the dentist was very rude and showed no sympathy pain medication was not even an option and the manager lied to me , the way most medical professionals treat black patients pain is very unfortunate I would not recommend this facility to any black , brown or poor individual in pain

Negative experience: I was very disappointed in my visit to Dental Dreams. My child and I came in for a visit, and the staff were in an obvious rush. None of the staff never introduced themselves or explain what was going on. When I had asked the doctor (who also did my cleaning by herself with no assistance and never did she floss me) if she was in a rush, she said she was not and continued to rush through my cleaning/checkup. I explained my history of past dental issues, and it was brushed off. As a professional myself, I would never be so dismissive and allow for my clients feel dismissed nor rushed in their care. I would imagine, any professional would agree with that. It felt as if, the dentist was in a rush to change out tires for a NASCAR race, as water splatted up my face and down my neck. While I was in the chair wide mouth open, another staff rushed into the room I was in while being looked at. They mentioned that she "did not know that today is your (the Dentist) birthday." This made all the sense that the doctor and staff was rushing, as I had 2 appointments scheduled at 4pm and my child and I were out the door in 30 mins. I highly suggest the staff here get training on their customer and interpersonal skills. I will be sure to never return to Dental Dreams. This place is an obvious Medicaid-Cash-Cow.

Negative experience: Appointment was at 1pm.... didn't get seen until 215pm... Terrible

Negative experience: I never got any services done. They just sent me all around the world. One of the dentist is very rude and unprofessional. They wear scarfs on their heads. Have loud personal conversations while having patients.

Negative experience: i had to wait an hr and a half to be seen just to be told they can’t see me bc i’m with child. my thing is why did i have to wait and hour & 30 mins to be told that when i filled out forms relating to that topic in the waiting room. for what?

Negative experience: It seemed a little too rushed. Even though I was only approved for one side of my mouth I still feel like my top needs care and approval to be cleaned also.

Negative experience: Can say that the representatives who take you in is great and actually fast service. Only down side that I been experiencing multiple times is the doctor / dentist. Ahmed is a nice woman but forgets she operating on a human rather than a test subject. The doctor have been too aggressive for the times I’ve been seen. (Routine and root canal)

Negative experience: The dentist are overwhelmed here and service is slow and there are tons of inconsistencies. If there was any other dentist office that accepted Medicaid in my area I would go there. They don’t care about bedside manner at all. Just terrible

Fantastic experience: Great service. The Dentist Dr K is so gentle . I can say I’m terrified of Dentist but this lady was perfect for my anxiety and everything. I definitely recommend her to anyone who needs work done but have a fear of needles .

Negative experience: After today never coming back here again be on time and be waiting for hours then the front desk people act like they don't know whats going on. Just have you sitting here.Absolutely not a good office i dont recommend.

Fantastic experience: I went in on Monday, November 3, 2025 to have a tooth extraction done. The staff was very professional. I didn't feel ANY PAIN during or after the procedure. Today's Wednesday, November 5, 2025 and I still haven't used ANY pain medication just antibiotics. Thank You Dental Dreams! My appointment was scheduled for 2:00pm and I didn't wait long at all.

Fantastic experience: My first time here today , it was good honestly . I was seen within about 20-25 mins wait time . The guy assistant got right to it , then the dentist came in few minutes after my X-rays . I hope to be able to continue going here . I’ve seen bad reviews but so far so good

Fantastic experience: A fantastic find for dentistry! First they have free parking, then I came early and was greeted warmly. They gave me my paperwork and I filled it out and called to be seen ever quicker. The Dental assistant was so professional in taking my complete xrays of my teeth. My Doctor was so polite and informative of my issues and the steps to take care of them. Also educated me on some issues, I was unaware of. I was very pleased in my total experience of Dental Dreams! Highly recommend!!

Positive experience: I waited for over 30 minutes past my 12:30 appointment. The dental assistant was rushed and lacked social pleasantries. The dentist was polite but did not make any attempt to connect with me and answer questions about what she was prescribing and why. Further she refused to send my prescription to my pharmacy which meant I had to spend 2 hours traveling by bus to get my medication. I’m a senior without a car and on a fixed income so I had to get the prescription filled where my insurance covered it.

Fantastic experience: Very convenient, they will do the job that they think is necessary, and affordable for those who don’t have an insurance , up front estimates on the cost.

Positive experience: Hello I love dental dreams, how ever one dental assistant there is sooooooo rude and mean every visit. I'm not sure why she's always this way. But other that all the staff I come in contact with are really nice, especially the ladies at the front desk...

Negative experience: my last visit was bad. Dental Assistants are doing the cleanings knowing they aren’t authorized to and the cleaning was rushed! No hygienist available is ALARMING! No flossing or checking for cavities on the enamel. Just straight polish the teeth and threw fluoride on it. Dr checked the X-rays but it wasn’t thoroughly because my appointment was rushed. Cleanings are at least 20-40 minutes. I was very disappointed and concerned with how they run things. OSHA or any board needs to inspect the office.

Fantastic experience: The staff was efficient and thorough. Both Dr. K and her assistant Ms. K was very friendly and performed their jobs well.

Negative experience: I was never seen. My appointment was at 12 12 45. I was walking out. The lady put me in all the gear made me think I was getting Seen all for her to have me waiting 40 minutes. But if I wouldn’t have showed up at 12:15, they would have made it a big issue that I was late and that I couldn’t be seen

Fantastic experience: Ladies that work there are super nice. They inform you with whatever you need to know. I got recommended to do a root canal somewhere with my Medicare insaurance I have through DC. Highly recommend. Was in & out 1hour.

Fantastic experience: Up in the air. Don’t know quite what to think. I’ve never had a 5 minute teeth cleaning before. My teeth aren’t bad but I was expecting more. I’m missing one tooth, I thought we would at lease discuss my options

Negative experience: This place has it good days and bad days. Today has been one of the worse days ever since coming here. My appointment was at 11 then after sitting for over 45 mins I was informed the wrong appointment was made. Made another appointment for 12:30. But after sitting then for another 45 mins I was taken tot he back now it’s 1:40 and I still haven’t seen the dentist. One of the worse dentist offices I’ve even been to. I would suggest finding somewhere else I know I am after today.

Negative experience: I arrived on time for a cleaning and filled out personal information which took a while. The dental technician was great but the dentist was very unprofessional. She spent a great portion of the time on her phone near the side entrance while I waited. I had to ask if I'd been forgotten. When she finally decided to attend to me, the cleaning and polishing were done in less than 10 minutes, no flossing - in nearly 2 hours of being there. I've been getting my teeth cleaned twice a year for decades, I know how long the process should have lasted. I was very uncomfortable & worried with the erratic way she darted from one side of my mouth to another that she may injure me. Then she polished only the front teeth and I had to tell her she needs to do all... she dishonestly claimed to have done all then did rush through some of my back teeth and was done without flossing. I did not have that fresh clean feeling after a dental visit. Not at all. I got my own rinse, which I've always been offered by other dentists, and by then had made up my mind that I will not be returning so there was no point addressing that with her. The disrespect, disregard & lack of professionalism were notable. By far the worst dental experience I've ever had. She needs to do better.

Negative experience: This was peak worst dental experiences in 5 minutes ever. I went in to get fillings i was told I needed previously. The dentist I had previously was no longer working there, so I had the new dentist. The visit before this was kinda rough, but I figured maybe she was having a bad day. As soon as I sat down, she bombarded me with talk of now needing a surgery. Which was sus, because its supposed to be a routine fillings. So as I was raised, I questioned the validity of this, and she was instantly annoyed, mind you I've been in the chair only 3 minutes now. Then it went from I need to get this piece of tooth removed to is negligible, which I immediately thought was sus, first I need surgery now dont worry about it? I've had trash dentist before and all the red flags were going up, also she was annoyed that I was asking questions about MY teeth, she's def in the wrong perfession. I then got a gut feeling and said Im going to leave, after the last question I asked her never got an answer, then when I asked if she would answer the most simple and linear question, 45 seconds later she said " if you give me a second to answer" mind you its maybe 9am, and she says this while trying to casually look in my mouth with equipment. So I bounced, and when I said im leaving, she then said " Thank you " loud enough for me to hear it while i was leaving. She should not be in the business of helping people. She works like she's doing you a favor, everything seems to be done begrudgingly, not genuine. So go to this dentist if you like your dentist dictator style, where you can't question anything, and you like feeling bad for asking questions about your teeth and procedures they say you need. (Question everything, get 2nd opinion dealing with her) Shout out to the secretaries in the front holding it down. But the new dentist, she isn't it Google please make a zero stars feature please, its needed here for this dentist.

Positive experience: The dental hygienist had me waiting after the dental assistant cleaned my teeth for 15 minutes. I was in there for more than an hour. SMH. My teeth are clean though.

Positive experience: This visit was worse than the last visit. My appointment was at 9 I wasn’t called to the back until 10, I asked an assistant about the long wait she said the dentist I was scheduled for wasn’t in. I should have been given this information & the choice to wait or reschedule. I sat in the back for another 30 minutes.I had to ask for the office manager for someone came in to see me only to be told I’d have to make another appointment for what I needed done. This was the 2nd time I took off from work per office staff & nothing was accomplished. Prior to these last 2 visits I’ve always had good experiences at my appointments.

Positive experience: I was on time I sat down for 20 minutes until my appointment I was finally called back to see a clean area and the people assisting the doctor was on time told me what needed to be done gave referral and I was done .

Positive experience: I can't complain too much because I caught a cancelation and they fitted me in still waited an hour to b seen and I felt ALOT of pain during the pulling of my tooth don't think she quit numb it in the right place and now I still feel like I have a toothache I've had many teeth pulled no hurt like this did... customer service is great

Positive experience: I’ve been visiting Dental Dreams for a couple of years. They are alright with me but needs improvement. The dentist arrived late today and there were a couple of upset patients. This could’ve been told to us sooner. However, the front desk staff was very professional and handled it well. The music being played in the back should be family friendly music and the assistant that polished my teeth gloves tasted like the smell of cannibas.

Positive experience: A doctor who examined X-ray and cleaned my teeth didn’t tell her name no greetings she just instructed me to open my mouth we do not know each other’s in previous. Six months later I meet with another doctor she does good job greeting good approach however I have been sitting in the x- ray room for 1:17 minutes.

Negative experience: This was the first appointment where there were no e-rays taken of my teeth and gums. Also, the dentist seemed to rush through my cleaning, finishing in less than 10 minutes, with no comments on the health of my teeth or gums. I am considering using a different dentist in the future.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this office. I arrived on time for my 9:30 appointment, only to find that the doctor did not show up. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the front desk staff placed the blame on me, claiming the doctor didn’t have enough time for my visit simply because I scheduled online!!! My husband had an appointment with the same doctor the same day thats how we found that the doctor didn't show up, the couldn't blame my husband too.This makes no sense, as I confirmed my appointment both through the phone call the day before and the email confirmation sent two days earlier. they didn't mention anything about the issue. Blaming patients for scheduling issues is unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service. I strongly suggest the front desk staff pursue customer service training there are plenty of free resources available online. Patients deserve respect and professionalism, not excuses.

Negative experience: I didn't like that the MA and dentist didn't introduce themselves. And I feel like it was textbook atmosphere not authentic in greetings and my request of having them to copy the forms i filled out it was like foreign to them to do that. Then I asked for the full last name of the dentist the lady at the desk she look at me like why you asking she responded with a long drawn of saying her name. Overall unprofessional.

Positive experience: Came in for a tooth cleaning but they "forgot me" while I was waiting in the front area even though there was only 1 other person there. When I got in the back the dentist was ok but the assistant seemed like she wasn't paying attention when polishing my teeth.

Negative experience: The doctor that saw my daughter never introduced herself. Then she began touching everything with the gloves she used to suppose to clean my daughter's teeth then rushing almost choking her with the water. And we were in there every bit of 5minute and I know my child teeth was not clean properly. She need to be seen by someone that will take her time. She didn't even give her any fluoride for her teeth. This is so unacceptable!!! Then they were playing Gorilla rap music loud. So unprofessional. Im so disappointed my child. Need to get her teeth clean properly by someone that cares.

Fantastic experience: As someone who has always paid for Private dental services for my family I had serious concerns about this practice because of all the negative reviews however my daughter went in to have a tooth filled and a cleaning and she said everyone was very nice and her dentist was kind and attentive. I called in for an emergency tooth extraction. Cierra was able to get me an appointment right away. She was very professional and sweet on the phone. It just so happens she scheduled me with the same Dr. (Sultan) who saw my daughter. I can confirm he provided kind, compassionate and professional services even calling me after to check in on my healing. Thank you to all the staff at Dental Dreams. I hope DDs is able to recruit more Dentists like Dr. Sultan. Again, thank you to Dr. Sultan, Cierra and Chad.

Negative experience: Today I had an appointment for a dental hygiene and I dont recommend this place to anybody, it was terrible. I waited more time than I was with the dentist, I waited so long and the dentist who attended to me barely did the bare minimum I sat in that chair for 1 minute before telling me they were done. I dont recommend this place to anyone and I will not be returning.
