Fantastic experience: Brought 4 of my kids ages 8-14 there for cleanings. My 14 year old has autism and has seen a different dentist since he was small. (Insurance change prompted the switch). Everyone in the office was great and the kids all loved it. I really liked the dentist who saw all of them too. He was great with the kids and with explaining things to me. I felt like they all listened to us and were great about checking on insurance and what would be covered / when last x rays were taken etc. I was also very thankful they were all so great with my son with special needs. Highly recommend this office and the dentist we saw.

The hygienist are great with my 2 year old as well, he doesn’t sit still the best but they are great at distracting him and telling him what they are going to do. The front desk ladies are always quick with checking us in and very friendly as well. Won’t go anywhere else, thanks Paramount!

Positive experience: This is my second review with paramount pediatrics. The initial was in with the front staff is wonderful and friendly, the assistants are always very friendly and explain everything. My kids age 5/9 like to go back by themselves and there is always lots of communication while I’m in the waiting room. I’ve mentioned it in my previous review, but whoever checks us out and schedules our next appointment is the most unkind person! She is so unfriendly, never smiles, doesn’t look up and make eye contact and literally acts like it is a bother to schedule an appointment. The overall office is great but this girl needs some patient care classes!

Fantastic experience: We have always enjoyed my son’s visits with Dr Frady and her team. My son has autism and medical complexities and they have been so gentle and excellent with him since day one 9 years ago.

Fantastic experience: Another great visit! My youngest came in for x rays as we weren’t able to complete at her last visit. She has special needs and all the staff is so patient with her making sure the experience is not scary. We love Dr Belisle!!! We were able to get the pictures this time and no cavities!!

She was able to do a cleaning, x rays, and fluoride, and examination. I was so proud! Thank you for your patience thank you for just being you.The hygienist, dentist, dental assistant, the entire clinic was amazing. My 8 yr old son said they were nice and they talked about countries. My son had a traumatic accident when he was 7yrs old, where he knocked out, and knocked back up into his jaw the first 8 teeth in his mouth. He is now almost 14, and Paramount has been with him through it all. They are extremely kind & compassionate. I am so thankful, that I found this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Dr Frady & Stephanie M. made for the best experience for our 3 kiddos! Stephanie flexed her day to accommodate us at the same time and convinced our most hesitant kid to let her do a thorough cleaning! Dr. Frady takes time to assess each kid, advising on the most critical areas to focus on brushing/flossing based on individual anatomical bite and genuinely listens to our concerns before humbly educating in her reply. We love them both as they make dentist visits seamless!

Fantastic experience: We love the Hales Corners PPD. Dr Alexis and her hygienist Stephanie are our favorite. They are patient and kind and make the experience fun and easy for my kiddo. They take the time to ease her nerves and explain what is happening in way she can understand. She loves the different flavor options of toothpaste and fluoride they provide and the fact she can earn tokens for bravery that in turn she can choose prizes from the prize machines. Thank you for making the dentist office not a scary experience.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be happier with everyone there! I was very impressed on how they handled both my kids! I’d give 6 stars if I could!

Negative experience: We have been going here for a few years now. Not our best visit today. The hygienist wasn't the greatest with my 4 year old. They were forcing him to get x rays and he was in tears. I finally said to not make him and she said if the dentist sees anything suspicious on the exam that they would make him. I wasn't happy with that approach. The tablets also weren't working so there wasn't anything to watch to distract him. For being a pediatric dental office, not everyone is great with kids which is kind of disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. We are in Wisconsin visiting family, and my daughter fell and injured her tooth on the coffee table. The staff at Paramount was so accommodating. We were offered an appointment about 90min after my call. Everyone there was kind and compassionate and Dr Thielen took excellent care of our daughter. We appreciate everyone at the office, and would take our daughter to them for regular dental care without hesitation if we lived in the area. Thank you all so much!

Fantastic experience: My son absolutely loved it! He was a little shy at first, but staff and doctor made him feel very comfortable and loved that he could watch his favorite movie while his cleaning and exam were happening!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her first dentist appointment today and I was extremely impressed with the staff. Dr. Simonetti was absolutely amazing and made our two year old feel at ease during the entire exam.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Theilen did a wonderful job ensuring our daughter was well cared for and that all the appropriate measures were taken when he completed the dental work today. Paramount traveled to childrens hospital to work along side another team to ensure my daughter only had to get put under once. I am so pleased with the entire process everyone was so kind and made sure I was provided with updates before during and after the surgery. Best childrens dentist around. My only minor issue was that I didn't know Dr theilen was the one completing the surgery until we met him today. It was not her primary dentist. But he was amazing and explained everything. Went over his plan and all! Wonderful experience. 100% recommended this team!

Fantastic experience: Nice and friendly staff. Clean and kid friendly. Lots of toys to keep them occupied while waiting; Didn’t have to wait long tho. Easy to find. Good parking. Got a token for a prize, floss and got to pick out a cool toothbrush. Highly recommend this dentistry.

Positive experience: Great dentists. Spent a lot of time waiting for the hygienist to come back with the dentist. Over 15 minutes. No updates. I had to ask where the dentist was. My kiddo spent more time sitting and waiting than the actual services performed.

Fantastic experience: Needing a better dental office for my children I came across Paramount Pediatric Dentistry. It was one of the best decisions I made for my family. My kids loved it and had no fear or worry about going to the dentist. The staff made them feel welcome and safe. My youngest got to only use them and the skill and patience with her developed a relationship where she enjoys going to the dentist as well. The staff from the admin to the doctors are second to none. I highly recommend this dentist office.

Fantastic experience: This place is just a delight to go to. They are sooo great with children. They make everything seem fun and not scary. They walk your child through every step of the way and take their time. Explain everything to the parents AND the child clearly and in child friendly terms - they are so aware little ears are listening. I have 3 adult children and wish I knew of a place like this then. You are allowed to even be with your children during the cleaning and exam which is amazing. I could not say enough great things about the friendliness and thoroughness. From the front desk, to the dental assistant to the hygienist to the dentist (Dr. Alexis) to the check out reps they are really all happy and amazing and all love their job and it shows!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for the best pediatric dentist office in the area, this is it. I have 4 children, 8 and under, who visit the office. My 2 year old recently had their second visit and she did great. The kindness, energy, and pure joy all of the staff shows to the kids helps make it a very welcoming environment. My 8 year old has had two major mouth traumas in the last 5 years. The most recent one was yesterday. Even on a Sunday evening, we were met with the best care, the best people, and had a great experience. My son has some dental anxiety due to his previous mouth trauma and subsequent dental work. The dentist, Dr. B, and the assistant, were AMAZING! Your kids will be in the best hands. There are no words to express my true gratitude for the kindness and excellent work this office provides. Thank you to all the staff at Paramount Pediatric Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: We have been coming here for years after our long time dentist retired and recommended it since he trained some of the Dentist. We really like the clean and child friendly atmosphere. Everyone is bright, smiling and kind-it makes the kids comfortable at the dentist. I appreciate that they have upfront and honest billing for instances when we’ve needed to use insurance/private pay for services above basic cleaning. I trusted them for recommendations for orthodontics and we are also very pleased with the company where they suggested for that. Will never leave this place.

Fantastic experience: Always have good experiences with our visits. This time we went to the Hales Corners location and same as Oak Creek- Wonderful experience. Especially the receptionists - went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with scheduling a surgery for my daughter. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My son had an amazing 1st experience for my almost 2 year old. Everyone on that team did amazing working with my son as he is not even two yet they let him play and made the experience fun for both of us. Everyone took time with us and answered all of my questions. This was so appreciated on my end as my husband and I both grew up with terriable dentist that yelled at us and made us feel bad at very young age so it was important to us that our son doesn't feel that way. I would like thank you ladies for making this such an amazing experience for me and my son.

Fantastic experience: Friendly reception staff, dental assistant, and dentist. Kid-friendly lobby that is designed to put little ones at ease. My baby’s first dental visit was comfortable and enjoyable. It is evident that they care about their patients and know how to handle hesitant/scared children.

Fantastic experience: We recently had an emergency visit to see Dr.Frady for my son’s chipped tooth. We could not be happier with the level of service we always receive. The staff and Dr.Frady are always so kind, friendly, light hearted and excellent care givers. My son’s tooth looks fantastic and most importantly, his experience was positive. There’s a reason we drive 30 minutes each way to keep our kids at PPD!

Fantastic experience: Always a good experience for my kids. My 11 yr was a little nervous about getting a crown on one of his molars today but was at complete ease during the whole procedure. We were given the option of pulling the tooth, but when looking at his xrays there could've been some issues in the future with space for his adult tooth. Highly recommend for kids especially if they are nervous!

All the personal is so welcoming, nurses are so gental caring with the children and help my girls relax and not be afraid that the experience for my girls has been the best! My daughter gets very anxious when it comes to her dental appointments. All of the staff were knowledgeable, understanding, patient, and kind. Even though our appointment was taking a while due to my daughters fears, I never once felt rushed. They took the time to explain every step in the process to my daughter and tried to accommodate her the best they could. Not only do they have an engaging and inviting play area out front for while you wait, but all of the staff is incredible with kids. They are friendly, positive, and work so well with children. They are quick and have lots of engaging things to keep your kids excited about their visit. They provide iPads for kids to watch a show while they’re getting their teeth cleaned, they have a huge variety of flavored toothpastes for the kids to try, and at the end of their visit, they get a token to use for a kids toy. It’s honestly a parent’s dream! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I contacted this office online as my 9 year old needed a root canal. The person in the office responded to me within a few minutes super late at night offering help. Unfortunately, the tooth he needed work on was an adult tooth so they could not help but I appreciated their concern and willingness to try.

Fantastic experience: The person who took my son back was very good with him. It was a pleasure to see such a good interaction between him and my son. The doc and the other assistant were amazing as well. Always a pleasure

Positive experience: We have never had a bad experience there until today. Both of my kids had cleanings at the same time. The two ladies that helped with cleaning were apparently not hygienists because partway through they said they needed to get the hygienist to finish the cleaning. We waited 20 minutes for a single hygienist to come who finished both kids’ teeth and then walked away without saying anything. I had to flag someone down and ask if we were still waiting for a Dentist or someone else to come back since this was not communicated. 15 minutes later, the dentist came in and apologized for the wait, but the lack of communication was pretty poor and unusual in our experience. The dentist then said “see you in six months”. When I went to schedule, they said there’s no openings for seven months. The times offered did not work with our schedule and so I requested to schedule out into October instead of September and was told the schedule isn’t open that far out. I was very confused since I have scheduled far out in the past, but the scheduler would not budge and said it is only open for the month of September and nothing else. Please understand that kids are in school, parents work and to be a little more flexible and understanding with communication and also scheduling! Again, this was our first unpleasant visit, but really left a sour taste in my mouth.

Fantastic experience: Dentist was fantastic, as always! —Gentle, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything in a way that my child could understand, making the whole experience stress-free. The hygienists were also great, making sure my child was comfortable throughout the entire process. I appreciate the extra care they put into making dental visits a positive experience for kids. My child actually looks forward to coming back! If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist who truly cares, I highly recommend Paramount Pediatric Dentistry and their wonderful team.

Fantastic experience: Paramount Pediatrics was recommended to us by my boss. My son had a trauma to his front tooth that was going to require him to have a front baby tooth pulled. I could not find a place to take him that day. I called Paramount a little before 2. They closed at 3. They told me they could get us in at 230. They stayed late to help my boy! I will be a returning customer and appreciate every one at Paramount! 10/10 would highly recommend!

We were able to get an appointment the same day. & Although we were not scheduled to see Dr Simonetti, when we got to our appointment, she still made time to see us and did my daughter’s exam & cleaning. Negative experience: I brought my child into this dentist office I was told that they had a cavity that needed to be pulled but they could not deal with it at this location and I would have to take them to a specialist for the extraction. I took my child to the specialist they referred us to for them to tell me that they do not believe it was anywhere as severe as Paramount told us it was. I just spent $150 for them to tell me to take my child back to a regular dentist because a specialist is not required. They just didn't want to deal with it so they pawned us off on someone else at our expense. The Specialist is telling us that they do not feel we should pull the teeth in question if I would have listened to Paramount I would have pulled 2 teeth that were not necessary to pull.
