Fantastic experience: We have gone in twice for urgent tooth pain. They have taken great care of us and sent us to a endodontic specialist. Which is what we needed. They prescribed antibiotics so we could get treatment started and pain minimized! We now have cleanings set up! From the first phone call, to the hygienist, to the doctors, they have all been very nice and caring! Thank you!!!!! Bonus: TV's in the ceiling! Lol

It always scares me. But with the way I was taken care of today, made my experience with dentist appointment go way better then I thought. Fantastic experience: I usually am very nervous to go to anything medical/dental related because everywhere I go, the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. I decided to go to this place on a whim and I’m so glad I did. I had about 5-6 members of the staff help me today, and they were ALL so helpful and lovely. They offered me bottles of water, blankets and multiple bathroom breaks during my time there. They are truly so kind and it really made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I will definitely be going back and making this place my primary dental office!

Fantastic experience: Best experience I have ever had at a dentist. Looked them up on google and they take emergencies so I called right at 7am when they opened and they got me in at 8am. turns out i had an infection and needed a root canal and crown. I hate the dentist so i was having a panic attack and the dental assistant was so sweet in helping me through that. The doctor was very nice and straight to point and got me taken care of. highly highly recommended first impressions!

Fantastic experience: My first visit here was very easy from getting an appointment to being seen without waiting for a long time in the waiting room. I was impressed before I’d even been seen by the Dentist. The Dentist and dental hygienist were very nice. They explained what they were doing each step of the way and I was not pressured into making a quick decision. I’m happy to say Dr Cole is my new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for over a year now, and it’s the best, my cleaning today was done by dental assistant Martha Hernandez. And she was so nice! And didn’t cause pain to my teeth during my cleaning, like some of the past dental assistants have done.

Negative experience: Dentist and dental assistant were great, very nice and did a great job. Fair warning to anyone who gets sick: Prepare to pay a cancellation fee if you’re someone who doesn’t want to get others sick because you’re contagious with the flu and need to cancel, even if you have a conversation with them beforehand or if it’s flu season. And after you have a cancellation fee, they will inform you that you can no longer schedule your kids more than one at a time because they got the flu.

Fantastic experience: I have not been to the dentist in 9 years due to life and finances, owning my own business and no dental plan. I was having pain in a molar off and on. The hygienist, Margaret, was SO gentle and answered all of my questions. Taking time to clean, measure all of my teeth for my gums receding, etc….then the Doctor came in and explained everything to me, giving me a wonderful diagnosis. This place has reasonable prices and that is why I chose them in the first place. But I am absolutely thrilled with the staff and I just cannot say enough about Margaret. I am getting on their dental plan and seeing the dentist twice a year from now on. I absolutely loved my experience.

Fantastic experience: I moved to OK last year and was procrastinating on finding a dentist. Well my mouth decided it was time to finally get a move on for me because last night my crown broke off and it looked like it took some of my tooth with it so I was panicked to say the least. This morning I called two dentist offices and both had dentists on vacation and couldn’t take me so on my third try with First Impressions they asked if I could make it in within the hour. What a relief! First off the office is so clean, state of the art, and the staff at the front were very friendly, so was impressed off the bat. They took me in right away and I met Rachel who was assisting, and Dr. Cole, who were absolutely fantastic. Kind, attentive and conversational with my husband and I. They really eased my stress and kept checking to make sure I was comfortable. I was in and out within a couple of hours with a temporary crown and even booked my first cleaning with them next week. Oh and the best part is on the paperwork they ask how to make your visit more comfortable (music, blanket, etc.) which was top tier. Was jamming out to some 80’s hits during the procedure. If you have a dental emergency, this is THE PLACE. I am so happy the previous two places didn’t work out because I would not have found this gem! Thanks so much for making my first dental experience here amazing.

Fantastic experience: First visit very happy with them! SECOND VISIT bad tooth removed. Very careful gentle procedure. Came home waited 45 minutes pulled gauze. No more blood no pain didn't even need to take a Tylenol! Thank you so much! Did deep cleaning of 4 quarters of mouth. Great job. Valerie is a wonderful tech. Office people are always friendly. Fantastic experience: All the employees were upbeat and helpful. Katie did my x-rays and cleaning and was very thorough. She explained what she was going to do so I knew what to expect. Dr. Weaver then came in and explained what I needed to have done and the order in which he believed would be best. At the front desk I was given a print-out of the work suggested and they had already checked on how much the insurance would pay on each issue. I was very impressed with the whole experience at this office and would highly recommend them.

Negative experience: I had an existing crown before I got there that fit perfectly. It only needed recemented and the dentist filed it down to where it has already fallen out again. The dentist and his assistant neither one listened to me about my past experiences, then treated me the exact same way. I responded to the text about rescheduling and told them no I don't want to go there ever again because he ruined my crown and they responded, "well our records show you were getting a new crown" then removed me from being able to respond anymore. They really should have inquired a little more seeing as how upset I am about it. Yes I was scheduled to get a new crown on a completely different tooth. Now I have to get 2 new crowns to replace the one he destroyed and to fix the tooth I just got a root canal on. I even tried explaining to the staff and dental assistant I wasn't happy with what he did to my crown and she kept saying, " I hear you but..." then proceeded to tell me it was supposed to be that way. No it wasn't! I've had that crown for 4 years, I've never been able to get all my crowns at one time because dentists don't listen! I keep having to pay to replace the same one so I never get them all. I need 4 crowns in total and over the years with multiple dentists I've bought 3 crowns all replacements for 1 tooth. At this rate I'll never get them fixed. My first impression was terrible. I even paid my $450+ bill right then and walked out. I left owing them nothing but that dentist owes me a new crown. $1,800 is a lot of money to me. If I owed them that much they would come after me for it. I just want him to make it right but medical professionals never make things right. Not with poor or lower class people like me.

Toree was my hygienist and is by far the best one I have ever had. She is very gentle and accommodating, very different than past cleanings I’ve had. I can’t recommend this office enough!

Fantastic experience: My son’s wisdom teeth extraction was a success! Dr. Weaver and the skilled team were kind, informative, and efficient. The aftercare instructions were clear, and the care package they sent him home with included a container of applesauce and container of mac & cheese. So impressive to me that the office also included this procedure so we didn’t have to drive or go to some other location. Another satisfying visit.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cole and his team are the best! They have availability for early morning appointments that work well with my schedule. First Impressions offered a free Invisalign consultation, and I found out I was a candidate. The cost was very affordable and they presented financing options.

Fantastic experience: I had a vaneer come off while flossing last night. I got right in this morning to have it glued back on. I'm not fond of the numbing process, but Dr. Cole made it painless! My vaneer was glued on in no time, and I was ready to go. During my time with Dr. Cole, the office staff brought in a detailed invoice showing what my insurance covered and what I owed. Dr. Cole's skill and caring way, and the thoroughness of his friendly staff made today a pleasant experience! I highly recommend Dr. Cole and his crew!

Negative experience: On 12/16/2024 My wife had a Routine cleaning appointment with this Dental clinic.After the procedure they charged me $517 from my Credit card and saying that Your BCBS Fep Dental will reimburse the amount.But after few days I only received a check of $130.20 from my Insurance company.Their submitted amount is $517 but my Insurance company rejected it and I lost $386.80.Actually First Impressions Dentistry fooled me.They did not say my Insurance was out of network.They did unnecessary full mouth x ray and fluoride to that appointment causing me extra out of pocket expenses.I wonder if these people will do to an uninsured person .I got a letter from them it said New Patient special $99 includes;exam,x rays and basic cleaning.But they charged me $517.Never go to this place.Beware false advertisement by them. I was living in Okc last 12 years.I never paid anything out of pocket for Routine cleaning appointments in any other Dentists in Okc.So frustrating.

They do everything to make your visit comfortable. My wife and I are new to the Oklahoma City area. We had just stumbled upon this office by way of my cracked tooth emergency . They made time, the staff , the care , the technology , the numbing agents , the patience , the follow-up calls and texts just made us speechless . There is not the farthest thought about going elsewhere . First Impression Dentistry was like finding a diamond looking for coal. Thank you to everyone there .
