Fantastic experience: Wonderful. I've gone here a few times for preventative dentistry and mouth guard and I've never had a bad experience. They've always been extremely respectful, kind, and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I was new to the practice having recently moved from TN. I quickly learned how well my teeth were not taken care of there. A great explanation and some lengthy repair work got my teeth back on the right track to being healthy again. Thanks to all the staff!

Negative experience: It took 2 hours and didn't get teeth clean, took X--rays, very long explanation to get you to except treatment, it will take two appointment to get a deep cleaning. Would have prefer to get teeth clean that is free and than consider the deep cleaning that is a additional charge plus two more visits.

Negative experience: Well I had originally given this place a five-star review because I Thought doctor bryne was a goos dentist... but like most doctors instead of doing your job you just guess and left me in excruciating pain for 3 days only for me to end up at an emergency room where they told me I had an abscess in a tooth that you didn't even bother to look at I will never be back to any of your offices nor anyone that you have recommended and I suggest people don't go to you either

Fantastic experience: When I walked in the door of Marbella Dentistry, I was greeted with a big smile and a hearty welcome. Mind you, this was an early Saturday morning appointment! I was called back for X-rays. The X-ray tech was amazing. He made sure I was well informed step by step. When I thought it couldn't get any better, Dr. James came in. He was very personable and gave many options for what I felt were issues. Lastly, my hygienist was also awesome! She was very detailed and wasted no time cleaning my teeth, all while talking me through the process! I made my next with another wonderful person. Fantastic experience: Great experience with check in. The waiting area was comfortable and open. The staff observed safety protocols by remaining masked the whole time. The staff were courteous. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist (it's necessary though) but they made me comfortable throughout the visit. A great experience overall.

Positive experience: Super friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. All my 40 years of going to the dentist I actually learned something here. High tech stuff to make you more comfortable. They listen to you! They don’t charge extra money for stuff you don’t need. Wish they had a water warmer. The cold rinse hits all my sensitive spots.

Negative experience: On my first visit, I emphasized that I did not want anything done that was not covered by insurance. The person doing my x-rays told me that they needed all the x-rays done and I would not be charged if any charges went above what insurance paid. When I got a bill, I called my insurance and they told me that the dental office had access to my claims and would have known that I would be liable for some of the charges. When I called Marbella to discuss, the end result was that I am liable and the charge will remain on my record. Do not believe what you are told verbally...get it in writing.

Fantastic experience: My first time in a long time. After a stroke I had a good experience. I'm mean granted my face is numb and I can't eat til it wears off but excellent service hospitable staff. Highly recommend. Facility is clean.

Fantastic experience: My family trusts Marbella! I was recommended to Marbella by multiple family members since I put off going to another dental office after multiple, awful experiences (such as refusing to do basic cleanings until I paid for extra services without every knowing costs before work started). Marbella go straight to the point of services I needed/did not need, immediately started by cleaning after x-rays, and quoted me accurate prices upfront. The staff were also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and I’m grateful for the weekend hours. I wish I would’ve found them years sooner!

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the entire experience. I was not an established patient and wanted/needed to be seen that day. I called and spoke with Alyssa who was very willing and able to get me in the same day. Upon arrival I was greeted and felt very welcome. Dr. James and the entire staff exceeded my expectations. Positive experience: When checking out we were making an appointment for a root canal and crown and after finalizing the date and my co-pay I was asked for 30% up front. When I asked why, I was told to secure the doctor's time. That's ridiculous! When I had colon surgery I wasn't asked for an upfront deposit. When the dealer services my vehicle they don't ask for payment up front. The employees were very friendly!

Fantastic experience: I appreciate the education that the dentist and staff provide. It helped me know what the possible root causes of my issues may be and what I can do to prevent or treat them. The decorations, music and vibe are so comforting and they have TV's with Netflix that you can watch while your getting treatment. The staff is so friendly, educated, experienced, and will work with you to make sure you get the best care possible and are fully informed of your possible treatment plan options.

Fantastic experience: Would rate more than 5 stars if possible! This was my husband's first visit after being approved by the VA's Community Care program. We were both very impressed with the pre-visit planning, state of the art technology and "all-in" teamwork displayed, including the Front Office having our paperwork ready when we arrived, Sharon who performed and explained his dental intake and Dr. James. My husband was especially pleased when Dr. James repaired a hole on the spot where a filling fell out of the bottom of the crown over his tooth implant. Their mission statement is written on the wall as you enter the office and it was certainly practiced throughout our visit. I am so impressed I asked to schedule an appointment for myself to make Marbella Dentistry our new family dental provider going forward. Dave and I both appreciate everyone's effort to take excellent care of him.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr James for a 2nd opinion about a 3 year long tooth issue I have been having. Dr James was extremely patient and listened to all of my concerns. He didn’t make me feel rushed at all, which I appreciated. He was very knowledgable and explained the cause of my pain in detail, along with multiple options for a solution. Together we came up with a treatment plan and the office was able to schedule me that same week for the treatment. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I been going to my dentist for over 12 years, I switched to Marbella Dentistry, this morning they were very professional and knowledgeable and explained all work in detail. Ms. Olivia and Justine was very helpful and friendly. The 35 miles drive from. New Braunfels was worth it. This Dentistry is a Top Notch Facility. All the the staff deserve a pay raise.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been there about 5 times and each time I had an excellent experience. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I’ve seen Mark Morozumi, Violet, Joel Olmos and Irene. Even though I smelled like moth balls (had an incident at home with moth balls), not one of them changed their interaction with me. I’m sure the smell was very unpleasant. They also take VA vouchers…I’m sure the payout from the government isn’t great, so I really appreciate their help. I will keep spreading the word about how great this dental office is. If you’re debating on where to go…choose them! Here’s a big “Thank you” to the staff!

Negative experience: Went in on June 10th for a consultation. Decided I did now want to do everything on the phase plan at this time. Since I did not want to spend tons of money right now getting implants they decided to ignore me. I called 2x within the past week and half to set up what I wanted to get done and no one called me back. Today I called for copies of my xrays and explained to the gentleman in the office how I felt and was totally disregarded. This office used to care about their patients but thats not the case anymore. And before they come on here and say this did not happen, I have all text messages and call logs. This makes me very upset because I have severe dental anxiety. And I totally have felt comfortable with Dr. James and the work he has provided in the past. He is a great dentist. But the office not so much

Fantastic experience: I had a dental bridge fall out & I panicked. I called Marbella dentistry and they got me an appointment for the very next morning. They were very kind and informative throughout the whole process. They did a wonderful job fixing my tooth! I’m very grateful that I called them!

Negative experience: First time here. Figured I’d give it a try since they’re in-network for me. They were really friendly and welcoming so it seemed promising. Waited longer than expected for the dentist to finally see me. He didn’t even examine my teeth, only my X-rays which I thought was unusual. Went in for a cleaning and was told I needed a deep cleaning and needed to come back another day to get it done. I was quoted $800 with insurance for it. INSANE. I’ve done this procedure before and didn’t pay close to that. Ultimately went to Comfort Dental (out-of-network) the very next day and got the same procedure done for $170! And they found a cavity when Marbella told me I had none. Very questionable. Sadly I won’t be back.

Negative experience: Total SCAM....walked in for an annual visit. They didn't even do a basic cleaning that's covered by my annual visit for my co-pay. I received no dental care at all....just an examination. They wanted to charge me a couple hundred dollars for a deep cleaning before they did anything. I'm not paying hundreds of dollars to anyone until I receive some basic care to see if I'm happy with that. They won't receive another dollar from my insurance company for anything. if you can't afford the expensive care they offer, you will be denied basic care. You've been warned.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Marbella dentistry! They are very welcoming, super nice, and explain the whole process not just “open your mouth” calling out numbers. The overall layout of the dental clinic is aesthetic and modern. It does not look like your typical dental clinic. I had a friend recommend this clinic and she mentioned they are gentle when cleaning your teeth and my cleaning didn’t actually hurt and my teeth didn’t feel as sensitive like when they’re using that pic with the hook that’s trying to scrape all the gunk in between each tooth. The dental hygienist used the water drill (what I like to call it) and then she just finished with floss and fluoride. It was a smooth process from the beginning to end.

Fantastic experience: A LEGIT REVIEW This dental office does not miss. The customer service is on point, they send appointment reminders through text, offer payment plans if you need them, and there’s even a TV on the ceiling while you’re getting work done. The staff is SUPER SWEET, caring, and just real people. I love that they’re right down the street from my house in Cibolo. They are personable and caring! Dr. John, Sharon (my hygienist), and Haley (the assistant) took care of me today, but honestly everyone I’ve ever seen there has been wonderful. And no, I’m not getting paid to write this. They’re just really that amazing. Coming from someone who used to hate the dentist because of past experiences—that says a lot.

Negative experience: I’ve been calling this office since Monday trying to follow up with the doctor about a diagnosis he had given me on my first visit. I have an infection on my upper left side where I had gotten a root canal done previously at a different location. Dr. Olmos told me that I urgently needed to see an Endodontics specialist, which I did. I was referred back to Marbella because this particular specialist does not do implants. Now, the office did say that they were waiting on an implant specialist to give them more information so as to forward to me, but I wish they would have called me to let me know what was going on, given that it is now Thursday. This would have eased me of so much worry considering I’m walking around with a swollen face and in pain. I’ve been on hold for ten minutes today, yet again, as I was told that “someone will call me back” every time I’ve called this week. Jessica did finally call me back shortly after and addressed my issues and concerns. She did apologize for not calling back, which I appreciated. I will leave an updated review once I receive treatment.

Negative experience: Service was great, but waiting 40 minutes in the lobby, Is a little much. And reading paperwork, the office would charge you $50 for not cancel an appointment within 48 hours. So the dentist office time is more important than yours?

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth pulled that was causing severe pain. The tooth was already severely cracked and falling apart combine this with a already semi strong fear of the dentist you can only imagine how stressed I was. That bieng said Marbella not only made me feel absolutely comfortable but took there time and made sure I was informed on the procedure. Ontop of that they also offered me payment plans for the procedure it beng expensive and all until ultimately working with my insurance. Dr James at Marbella Dentistry made me feel at home and that I was in good hands for all my dental needs. I just want to say, if you're looking for a family dentist, Marbella Dentistry is the best! I've been seen by Dr James, Dr Morozumi and Dr Lim. They are all awesome! The staff is amazing too! Today, I had a tooth removed and bone graft placed by Dr Lim. He was amazing at explaining everything and listening to my concerns. Everything went smoothly! Once healed, I will have an implant done. They have state of the art equipment. I've had quite a bit of dental work done with them over the last 3 years. They scan your mouth to make a crown instead of having to use impression material. I was impressed! Anyway, I'm so happy to have a Dental Clinic near me that I can count on for my family. I highly recommend Marbella Dentistry in Cibolo, Texas. Plus, they are open on Saturdays. I love them!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 experience. from the receptionist to the doctor, everyone was as amazing as could be. the doctor took his time to listen to my issues and actually heard me instead of just listening to me speak. & he found solutions and worked with me to figure out the best treatment plan. the manager, Dan was also amazing. he talked me through the billing and payment options and even tried to figure something else out when i couldn’t afford one of the options. never have i felt so cared for and heard at the dentist. i will be coming back here for as long as i can.

Fantastic experience: Dr. James & Justine are the most incredible people I have met who work on teeth. I had been very hesitant to find a dentist because I don't enjoy my sensitive teeth being worked on, but they made my experience better than I could have imagined. They are kind and very comforting. I used to dread going, but they have provided the utmost respect and comforting care. I appreciate them so much.

Fantastic experience: Great professional, friendly staff. Technicians were very efficient in taking dental x-rays and photos. Every step was explained and performed as stated. Dental cleaning was very professionally performed. Outstanding service from everyone and looking forward to a long dental arrangement with this Dental Office.

Positive experience: Everyone was nice and professional, the place itself was beautiful and clean. The only thing was it took forever. Appointment was at 10:20 and I didn't leave until 12:20ish. I wish I was notified that, if this is for new patients, that it would take this long and to prepare 2 to 3 hours just to be there. Otherwise great place.

Fantastic experience: Marbella Dentistry is amazing! After a traumatic experience at another dentist office I go to the dentist with a high level of anxiety. However, after my experience with Marbella, I don’t think I’ll have anxiety in the future. They were kind and professional from the receptionist to the tech and hygienist and final the dentist. Absolutely put me at ease and lessened my hidden anxiety.

Fantastic experience: Wow. Had by far the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. I've been afraid of the dentist for as long as I can remember because of this I've been putting of dental care for awhile now. Well lucky me I'm 24 weeks pregnant and my tooth decided to crumble away during Christmas. My current dentist was unable to get me in. So I called around to several dentists in the area and they were the only ones who could get me in on short notice during the holidays. I was in severe pain and my anxiety was through the roof, but they were so sweet to me and made every effort to make me comfortable and get me out of pain fast. I had X-rays, an extraction, a bone graft, and stitches in 30 mins from sitting in the chair. Everyone there was beyond professional, thorough, and caring. I will now be switching dental practices and coming in for all further dental care. 5 stars and my sincere gratitude for helping me and being so kind.
