Fantastic experience: Ive been coming here for quite a while for all three and i have to say they are great they’ve took care of me mainly my whole life and not once made me regret going. i gotta say though my favorite is the vision they get the job done quick and easy they have the right attitude for the work environment, excellent communication, and perfect customer service i love this place i definitely recommend going here for a reliable work.

Negative experience: They are always on lunch sometimes from 11am to 1pm or from 12pm to 2pm so i guess they only work early in the morning and late in the evening this sucks

She helped get us scheduled for appointments, thoroughly explained pre op and was even able to get us in for a second appointment the same day to save us a trip. We always have a great experience with our kids when we come. The staff is great and the facility is clean.

He handled all of the paperwork and took the time to ensure I understood everything I was signing. He was extremely helpful, informative, and ready to answer any questions I had. His professionalism and great smile made the visit even more pleasant. Thank you, Jesus, for providing such exceptional service and making this a positive experience for both me and my daughter!

Fantastic experience: Ortho consultation for my 13 year old went well. The staff and Dr. were all very friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: This was my son's first visit. He said the everyone were really nice to him. He's looking forward to his next appointment.

Positive experience: Supposed to have appointments 11/21 and had to cancel them because I got a call on 11/20 to let me know that they wouldn't have doctors in office at the time of the appointments. I have had these times scheduled since early November and they called me the day before to let me know.

Negative experience: They lost all of my kids paperwork for their surgeries they did not call me and schedule the appointment for their surgeries , on top of all of this, my kids appointment was at 4 o’clock and I had to cancel their appointment at 4:30. We were inside of the clinic and we still were not seen yet. They said that they did not have room to see us cause there was a lot of people there and that they will get to us when they can. Mind you I had three appointments for three different of my children it was a total inconvenience. Only one of my kids got seen.

Negative experience: I came with my friend to bring her daughter to this dental office, and the entire experience was awful from start to finish. The place looked filthy and run-down — cords were taped to the floor, tiles were missing, and everything about it felt unsafe and unhygienic. The office smelled bad, was dusty, and even had visible water damage on the ceilings. It honestly looks like a place that hasn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in years and desperately needs an inspection. A sweatshop, to say the least, that’s only after the almighty dollar! There were nails sticking out of equipment, dirty cords everywhere, and the dental assistant even let a tube fall on the floor, then picked it up and used it again. We stayed for what they called “same-day treatment,” but it was a complete joke — the dental assistant was rude and unprofessional. The staff were completely unprofessional across the board. The girls at the front desk were busy gossiping and laughing instead of helping patients. Even from the back rooms, I could hear them talking about each other and even about patients, which is incredibly inappropriate and unacceptable in any healthcare setting. While they were busy gossiping, they weren’t paying proper attention to the child they were supposed to be helping. The way they handled the dental work was just as bad. They touched things with dirty gloves, didn’t change them between tasks, and acted like they didn’t care about hygiene or patient safety at all. The cleaning was poorly done, and the doctor barely spoke English — communication was extremely difficult and confusing. My friend’s daughter left the appointment crying, which says it all. To make things worse, they pushed silver fillings and crowns without clearly explaining the costs, then went ahead and applied fluoride even after my friend clearly said she did not want it. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there wasn’t one on duty — which is completely unacceptable for a medical office. I’m an RN, so I know how medical facilities should be run, and this place fails on every level. The “decorations” were literally printed papers taped to the walls, which made the office look even more low-class and careless. The newer staff had no idea what they were doing and took way too many X-rays of the child even after being told to stop. The front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and clearly more interested in gossip than doing their jobs. Overall, this place is a complete joke. It’s dirty, unprofessional, and dangerously mismanaged. No parent should ever have to deal with this kind of neglect and lack of care. I honestly hope the proper authorities inspect this office soon because it is absolutely not safe or sanitary for children.

Negative experience: I came here for eye exam, first appointment was very fast and I only saw them doing 2 tests and called it. Once I put those glasses on, they made my daughters eyes very big. My daughters vision wasn’t bad so I was confused and made another appointment and basically was told “Oh I messed up, that’s not her subscription” and changed into other glasses. Obviously after this I didn’t trust them. So I went to another Opt. Doctor. One my daughters doctor recommended. To my surprise, after many exams on her they said she didn’t need any glasses :)….. I am glad I trusted my gut to not be putting those glasses they prescribed her

Fantastic experience: Time for my daughter’s yearly eye exam. Daniel was very patient with her and asked several times if I had any questions. Very nice young man. Front desk personal was also very nice.

Negative experience: The day of the appointment I arrive with my 3 year old I’m told they don’t accept my insurance when in fact I spoke to someone the day before and she verified my insurance and set up the appointment. What a waste of time especially when you are trying to bring a toddler into the dentist only to be turned away!

Fantastic experience: This location is the only location i go to for my kids. Daniel in Vision is amazing. He listened to my concerns about the issues i had and was completely professional with being able to handle what he could from the office level.

Negative experience: Scheduling staff are unprofessional and inept. Esmeralda did not schedule two of my children's appts. In the past month. I come in today for a 4pm for two children and she stated I only checked in one child!!!!! Very exasperated at this point and will be moving dentist and vision services. I gave two stars for the amazing dentists and dental assistants they have!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, the wait is pretty long after school gets out which is expected but usually earlier in the day it’s better.

Negative experience: The front office was great however the orthodontist was HORRIBLE!! His name is Michael Guzelian and was very unprofessional dealing with children. He should NOT be in the pediatric clinic! 1. He’s very rude to children. 2. He’s rough with children. 3. His comments to children are very inappropriate. 4. He intentionally tries to prove his point with aggression. 5. His ego separated him from his professionalism. There’s no place for this kind of behavior towards children especially in this field where kids are already frightened by the dentist in its own, but to have a grown man degrade children because of cavities or plaque is not ok! He is the exact reason why kids don’t want to go to the dentist! As a parent I understand the importance of the dentist, Michael made it a HORRIBLE experience for both my children and others in the same room.!! I didn’t want to post this complaint but there was nothing done about it when I complained in person and when I had mentioned it to Michael directly he just smirked knowing the disappointment we had experienced. He did not care one bit! Michael Guzelian, I hope that you are removed from this office immediately!!

Negative experience: Orthodontist is new staff at front are new and not sending out reminders for appointments like asked. My son now missed a 2nd appointment and I did not get notified till 7:47pm that he missed his appointment not happy with this place at all. Not to mention i payed out of pocket for his braces. I wish I would have done them with his primary dental provider.

Fantastic experience: I continue to be amazed at the friendliness of the staff here at Adventure Dental, Vision and Orthodontics. For example, we were recently scheduled for an orthodontist appointment for my 13 year-old, and I stopped by the vision department to see if they could get us in as a last-minute appointment right after our orthodontist just so I wouldn’t have to take him out of school for our scheduled appointment in September. The staff worked together to make it happen and they immediately got my son in the moment his orthodontist appointment ended. Patricia helped me along with Leslie and Alexa in the front office. They cleaned my son‘s glasses, got us an appointment and even assisted me when I had 2 younger kids to figure out how to get to their next appointment. They were kind and helping us pick out new glasses and I’m just so impressed with this place especially kind staff that we encounter each time. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I’m glad we see the doctors for all three areas for my son.

Negative experience: Other than the people being friendly, we've had such a poor experience. Basically my daughter has had her braces and expander on for nothing this past year. Her last visit yesterday they tried to say we're not turning her key right, then ultimately, the new Dr says, oh it's faulty. As well as her previous vist they were supposed to fix something that broke. The next day I had to pic my daughter up from school after the nurse called because it was already broken again. They're always having mishaps with our scheduling. Like I said, the staff is friendly, however the service is not good. Looking to find a new place asap.

Negative experience: The reviews is what got me! I was really hoping to take my kids here! I received a call the day of my eye appointments (2 hours prior) and was informed their providers didn’t accept my insurance, even though my insurance shows their office. I was told they call the day before but due to the holiday I didn’t get called to the day of, which means I should’ve been called Friday. Please do better on Getting this information to customers prior.

Negative experience: My daughter was in there a month ago and still haven't received her glasses, I called and spoke to one of the girls over there who had a bad attitude no kind of customer service skills what so ever and informed me that she was denied a week and they never bothered to called us. Bad service for sure!!!
