Fantastic experience: I’v been going to Benchmark since they first came to Cove and am completely satisfied with their service. Great place to go to.

Negative experience: WARNING!!!! This place is making bad decisions since new people taken over! They put a crown on top of a tooth infection! My moms tooth was hurting for a week after the crown was done. My mom said something was wrong. She went back they did an X-ray and said she was fine. So another couple of days went by and she decided to go to another dentist and they said x-ray was needed and they said it was infected bad!!! The Dentist asked me who was my Dentist because they should have never put a crown on an infected tooth! They stole money from my mom for the crown work and crown. Now she needs to get the tooth pulled after the infection goes down. My mom has heart problems and this could have hurt her if she didn't go to another dentist to see what was wrong! Infection for a heart patient can kill!!!! Shame on you taking advantage of senior citizens!!! Do not go here!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! I had to get my wisdom teeth removed and I was very nervous and anxious about the whole thing. I was going to get the happy gas but my body said nope lol. They were very understanding and the whole process of actually extracting the teeth took less than a few minutes and I didn’t feel a thing! Totally recommend this place they’re amazing!!

Fantastic experience: I went in yesterday because of a toothache. Everyone there was very helpful and they were able to get me out on time to pick up my son. The doctor did the procedure quick and easy, her dental assistant was also great. She was very kind and attentive. Even the lady at the front desk was great, she informed me that my insurance overpaid and everything was covered for this latest visit. All those ladies are awesome. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Most people are nervous about visiting the dentist. I can assure you that Dr. Ahmed can help you relax by her professional skills and sense of humor. I've been going through several procedures and I'm not disappointed in any way. I also have to give a shout out to her assistant Sarah. Both are kind, considerate, and passionate. Fantastic experience: I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted, the only issues was when they were injecting the numbing medicine into my gumline it hurt like hell especially the top, but the extraction itself was easy and i only felt the pressure, other then that great employees they worked with me and made sure i was comfortable 10/10 would recommend

Negative experience: If you want to be left in excruciating pain and suffer sleep loss, this is the place to go. Instead of fixing my crown and tooth, they insisted on pulling a healthy tooth. Now I'm in nonstop pain suffering. They're the worst. No idea of pain management or follow up. The worst!

Positive experience: I visited Benchmark Family Dental on 6/12/2025. Dr Sharma was very informative and he answered all of my questions. He explained my options and the cost of my options (partials, bridges or implants). He even asked what I wanted. No dentist has ever asked me what I wanted. I want a nice smile. The staff there scheduled an ortho consultation for me to possibly get braces to straighten out a crooked tooth before I get bridges. The dental assistant was also very nice and informative , plus she did x-rays of my teeth that were the LEAST uncomfortable x-rays that I’ve ever had. I always get severe anxiety when I’m told that I need dental x-rays because it’s always a VERY uncomfortable experience for me. Also, I got the treatment plan BEFORE my filling was done, so I knew the price of the procedure before it was done. Even the checkout/payment process was good. I was impressed.

Fantastic experience: This office has one of the best hygienist in the area. We have been to 3 other dental offices and Noelle is the reason we will keep using Benchmark Family Dental. She’s very knowledgeable and professional with children and adults. 5/7/25 Today was our last visit. We will be relocating and hope to find a dental office as great as this one. Judy made our last visits very comfortable and a breeze. She genuinely loves what she does. Highly recommend her. We had three appointments and they managed to do a great job!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my experience here wasn’t great. I went in for dental work on a tooth around November of last year and while the procedure was completed, I ended up with a visible stain on the tooth that wasn’t there before. It’s frustrating, as I expected the work to improve the appearance, not make it worse. I also didn’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously when I brought it up. I really wanted to leave a positive review, but based on this experience, I can’t recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service from beginning to end. I was “forced” to get my teeth cleaned and thought this was going to be a hassle but as soon as I walked in, from the counter staff to everyone I met on the way to the room, they were just beaming with smiles and positive energy. Had a wonderful and easy time when I thought this was just going to be a hassle to do. Side note: this was my first time getting my teeth cleaned and I can say, it’s the best first time experience I’ll ever have. Fantastic experience: From the front office to the folks you meet on way to room. From the assistant too the hygienist and dentist. They are all down right wonderful!! They make you at ease and they all have great sense of humor. Prices are beyond affordable. Clean and professional. If you need a dentist this is the place to go to. They also do braces!! Negative experience: Worse visit with any dentist ever, and this was a consultation. you could clearly see that she could care less about my visit. She was too busy worrying about everybody else in the office. The office staff upfront were too busy giggling talking to worry about if guests were checked in there was one girl up front? I don’t know her name. I wish I did. She was the only one who cared about helping. I will never go back to this Dentist nor will I ever recommend them.

Positive experience: My kids have been coming here for a while and I was hesitant when I found they had a new dentist but Dr Ahmed was absolutely amazing. she took the time to educate and even gave a prescription toothpaste. They have a orthodontist too but I didn't feel comfortable as the appointment with him felt rushed.

Fantastic experience: Benchmark Family Dental is still an awesome place to have your dental services. The new lead Dentist is just as friendly as Dr. Caravelle and also has a light touch when working on your teeth. I had a new dental hygienist this year too and also a new friend. They are always timely when it comes to your scheduled appointments and ensure that you understand any procedures that are found to be needed especially those times when there is more than one option and price. It still feels like visiting close friends each time I visit.

Fantastic experience: Very nice, clean dental clinic. Waiting area is comfy and well kept. Restrooms are also very clean. The dental techs and hygienists were very very polite, considerate of your comfort and did a great job on my teeth. The dentist actually look at my teeth for more than a few seconds, she took time with me and did some educating. I really, really appreciate everyone there and was very happy to have found this dentist and dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE 12-30-24 They removed my wisdom teeth, and I was so nervous for this. They numbed both sides and started prying it out of my face and I just felt a bunch of pressure but not a lot of pain. I was so grateful for them to remove the two teeth in under an hour. I almost cried because I was so relieved it didn’t hurt as much as I thought it would. Thank you guys for your excellent numbing abilities. They numbed me really good and I didn’t feel a thing for my crown and they had to clean up close to the nerve!! Top five favorite visits to the Dentist!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here since we moved to the areas last year. My anxiety is always high when it comes to dentist but they make sure I’m as comfortable as ever before starting anything. Had a filling today and was in and out like nothing ever happened lol.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Dr. Ahmed and staff! Another dentist in the area tried to get me to do 2 crowns so I left him for Benchmark. Upon examination, Dr. Ahmed found only 1 tooth that needed just a filling saving me hundreds of dollars out of pocket for a crown copay. I suspect the other dentist wanted to do crowns as they get much more money for them; not necessarily what is best for the patient. The staff is friendly and courteous; a joy to be around. They treat you as a person, not a number.

Negative experience: A receptionist that called my phone today is very off-putting rude and disrespectful to the customers when trying to adjust appointments telling the patients that it's their fault they got sick and had to reschedule their appointment. Absolutely unacceptable and inappropriate customer service interactions I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau the manager refused to give me the employees name to use in the better Business bureau complaint . This place use to have good decent respectful staff that interacted with the patients in a caring manner but clearly that is no longer the case

Fantastic experience: Most of the time you get dentist that like to rip your mouth off when there working on patient but he was very nice couldn't asked for better one. I recommend him to anyone. Some dentist just open your mouth and go to work. Then say okay your done he did not do that. He took his time explaining thangs that need to be done. Dr. Celebi listens to our concerns, gives detailed explanations on our treatment plan. You can easily tell he is the expert on his field. Fantastic experience: Today’s visit was absolutely wonderful! Brittany was fun, engaging and made my first visit feel very welcoming. Christina was patient, informative and made me feel like my questions were valid. She gave me peace of mind in knowing the decision I make will be the best for me; both financially and cosmetically. Dr. Caraveo was direct and honest. He met my need in giving me options I didn’t even know I had!! Dr. Celibi had great bedside manner and was super appreciatively honest! He didn’t try to sell me on something I didn’t need. Plus he told me how my upcoming treatment could rectify the issue I “thought” I had. So for that, they are both the best!!!! I am humbled and grateful for all of them!! And I can’t wait to go back to get started with my treatment plan!!!

My teeth are very sensitive and she was careful with the cleaning and was concerned that I had a good experience with no pain Or at least not a lot of pain. She gave me a lot of tips that will hopefully help improve the sensitivity. Sad she’s only a temp.

Fantastic experience: I recently had to switch dental providers due to my old one no longer accepting my insurance. I had heard good things of Benchmark and decided to give them a try. I was very pleased that I did! The hygienist Judy was so pleasant and enjoyable to be around, as well as the office staff. The dentist Dr. Caraveo had a wonderful bedside manner as well. I'm so glad that I gave Benchmark a try. I was thoroughly pleased with my level of care.
