Fantastic experience: To start, I was so kindly greated by the front desk girls, I believe their names were Lensie and Karlie. My tooth ache problem was seen by Dr. Lang and his assistant Gabby who provided exceptional care. He showed me photos and X-rays regarding my tooth. He helped me actually understand what was going on. He was able to explain and treat my problem the same day. Overall a amazing dental experience and I would recommend to anyone

Frankly for general dentistry and above and beyond, I could not recommend anyone else any higher Let me also add that they are energetic and Communicative With patients. I am 76 years old and have treated with this local group for in excessive 30 years and with the exception of crowns that I wanted for cosmetic purposes I still have all of my original teeth. Beat that if you can! Nancy in the office has been with them for a long time and now appears to manage the insurance, billing finances, etc. Obviously, I have known her for a long time and I’ve always been impressed with her concern for patients and candor. I could say more, but I don’t think that I need to. You get the picture.

Fantastic experience: Professional, Friendly, willing to help, and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. I had a tooth extracted on Thursday and I started having issues over the weekend, I found Ms Tori on FB messenger and I messaged her on a Saturday she was so kind and sweet and she took time from her weekend and her family to help me she told me things I could do to help with my issue, we even messaged on Sunday. I have been seen by a few dentist over my lifetime and I can honestly say, this was the best. I am so thankful and grateful that Tori help me at a time that I needed reassurance and guidance, and they got me in the office first thing on Monday and I was seen by Dr Lang. I am so very happy with this company.

Positive experience: They were friendly enough but with the amount of pain that a tooth extraction cause and as much trouble as it was to get out you would think they would at least give you 5 Norco for a Cpl days worth till if felt better it is hurting worse now than it did in the first place . FYI TORADOL is useless

Fantastic experience: My experience was very pleasant made you feel comfortable! The staff was very friendly open and really professional but yet really down to earth!! Was at another dentist but had to come to Premier because I had teeth pulled and filled was waiting on implants for about 2 1/2 years nothing happened so got tiered of that because I was really looking raggedy mouth didn't care about the cost just wanted some teeth and to be able to smile! From day one Premier got on it they are already within 21 week got my teeth set to make clip on just a week partials so I can chew my food and starting procedures for my implants!! Just 1 week!!! The other dentist played with me for about 2 1/2 years made me look worst than what I was at first!!! I said a lot just to say this Premier really amazed me by how fast and caring they are ! Even going through the procedures of the implants studs and the healing process they are still making it possible for me to smile with clip on !! That's awesome to have a dentist that really care about your smile because you're smile really represents who you are!! I really smile alot and I want to be recognized of my smile of joy not fright so thank you thank you Premier Dentistry you all are truly amazing ❤️ I got to say this if you're smile and teeth are important to you price does not matter but Premier still helps you in that area!! I guess you all says I got a lot to say !! Oh yes I do would show you all my before pictures but I'll wait till Premier get done !! I'm amazed

On the other hand the lady to the left call me to take about my insurance didn’t really care for her actions they way she spoke like iam not rich if I know my insurance wasn’t going to pay for the X-rays I would have been more prepared too pay she made me feel like I couldn’t afford my visit like I stated to her that’s what I pay insurance for I will wait until 2026 of march she wasn’t friendly at all would not like to speak with her but over all the place is phenomenal thanks Dr.Hill and Carly

Fantastic experience: This has to be THE MOST pleasant dentist experience to exist. I cannot sing high enough praises for this practice, but I will try: Before arriving they send you easy virtual paperwork so you don’t have to fill anything out in office. The paperwork includes spaces where you can let them know how much anxiety you have with going to the dentist (which mine is pretty bad.) They go ahead and let you know that whatever makes you comfortable can most likely be accommodated (dark sunglasses, music, etc.) I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early, and the office was very clean and organized, but not cold and scary like a lot of medical offices. I only had to wait what seemed like less than 5 minutes to be greeted and taken to my room by my hygienist (Julia!!) - She was extremely attentive, soft and kind, (I’ve never felt so calmed or at ease just from listening to a person talk, she is an actual angel, I think) She gave me a laminated page of free accommodations while she stepped away for a moment (to grab me a free t-shirt, btw) They offered WiFi, fluffy blankets, lip balm, and more. I chose to get a blanket and it was so cozy. (HONESTLY, I think if I would’ve told Julia that someone doing a backflip in front of my chair would make me more comfortable, every employee there that could do one would volunteer.) SO THERE I AM, TUCKED IN WITH A BLANKY 5 MINUTES BEFORE MY APPT WAS EVEN SUPPOSED TO START AND *NOT* SITTING 30 MINUTES IN AN ANXIETY TRIGGERING WAITING ROOM. I HAD COMPLETELY FORGOTTEN THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SCARY! On to the most painful part of the dentist, how much is this gonna cost? Since I do not have insurance and would be paying out of pocket, she made sure to explain in detail before she did anything, what my options were, so I wouldn’t get blind sided or stressed about what to do at the end. I got set up on a payment plan that works with all the future work I need to come back for. Not nearly as bad as I expected, which is great since I am a part time hostess at a restaurant right now, and ya girl is BROKE lol. To wrap things up, I was ashamed and embarrassed that I waited so long to go get my broken tooth looked at, but with every conversation I had with my hygienist and the surgeon, I felt more confident and in control. They care about you as an individual, a lot, and it shows through every person I came in contact with during my visit. Thanks again for making an incredibly anxious 32 year old look FORWARD to going back to the dentist.
