Fantastic experience: I have a hygienist I prefer to schedule with, her name is Mira. I love that she has a gentle hand and she is very nice. I hate going to the dentist but knowing Mira is in the building I feel more at ease! I'm counting on her to stay for many more years because if she left I would be very worried I'm very grateful Thank you!!! For being Amazing.❤️

Negative experience: This was one of many visits all the same … unnecessarily long with no explanation. My mom (elderly) was there for her routine cleaning. The cleaning was not performed yet they got several X-rays most of which she was told were not done correctly so had to be repeated three times. The focus was solely on getting her to sign for alot of things that were not in the plans for her scheduled cleaning plus this office always makes sure to choose things they know her insurance doesn’t cover nor does she need, like closing a mild gap…. She’s over 80 and has made it clear too many times she only is interested in her gum and teeth health not anything cosmetic. She’s also diabetic and had not eaten in several hours so after being there three hours ( most of which she’s sat alone in the exam chair unattended) she was shaking so thankfully we carry sugar tablets to get her to a place to eat

Negative experience: The hygienist who took care of me was great — very professional and attentive, and I really appreciated the care I received. However, I did overhear something that made me uncomfortable: a manager named Rebecca was ranting at workers for speaking Spanish. That struck me as strange and disappointing, especially since so many of the staff and patients are Hispanic. It’s important to create a respectful environment for both employees and customers, no matter what language they speak. I hope the management addresses this.

Fantastic experience: My ortho care team which consists of Dr. Luperen, Kevin, and Jennifer took care of me during my ortho process. They explained in terms that i could clearly understand while providing top notxh service. I would recommend this care team for anyone needing braces. Thank you for my beautiful smile.

Negative experience: Short version.. paid for 8 implants.. was extremely terrible and only ended up getting 3 and quit because I said ,no more!!.. I have been trying for roughly 3 years now to get my money back for the remaining 5 implants. This process is very expensive and paid up 100% up front!. Two calls a week and they NEVER returned a call!!… I am going a different direction now on getting my money back.. and it WILL happen. I don’t care how long or how much it takes!!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Jefferson Dental and Orthodontics thanks to Kevin! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood each step of my visit. His attention to detail and caring attitude really stood out — you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. Fantastic experience: I came in for braces and Dr. Luperon was very sweet and never pressured me into any specific treatment. I decided to get braces, and the dental assistant, Nuria, was extremely informative and made the process enjoyable and fun. Her pride in her work really shows! The manager, Jennifer, leads a great ortho team that creates a welcoming environment.

Negative experience: Yesterday, I was denied my routine cleaning appointment because I declined dental X-rays while pregnant. I explained that I am currently expecting and was not comfortable taking X-rays since I just had them done six months ago. Despite this, the office refused to perform my regular cleaning unless I agreed to new X-rays. I was very disappointed and felt this policy was unreasonable and dismissive of patient choice, especially given that I’m pregnant and my oral health was otherwise in good standing. I fully understand the importance of X-rays when medically necessary, but patients should be allowed to make informed decisions without being denied basic preventive care. I hope this office reevaluates how they treat pregnant patients and handles patient consent and comfort in the future.

Fantastic experience: Ali Maria and Erik were all a phenomenal help! I can’t recommend this place enough

Negative experience: They did a root canal that has been causing me pain for like a year when I chew and this is a pricey procedure and then they sent me a bill but I had to pay another dentist to get the tooth shaved down and now the other dentist wants to remove it because I keep having pain now I'm going to have to pay to get it done all over again

Negative experience: Horrible, ridiculous, inconsiderate. Total appointment time was over 2hrs. It took an hour to even get called back, and please note NO procedures was done.. this was just xrays. Its freezing cold, and the patient is just sitting there. Absolutely, will not be returning. They do not have any consideration for disabled and senior citizens.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Jefferson Dental in Fort Worth on 8th street and Mccart was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor completely explained everything he was doing and the staff and administrator was very good at explaining options! This was the most organized staff and administration even calling my medical transportation before I had finished all the paperwork from my visit! I can not recommend this practice and staff more! By far the best experience from a dental office in my 67 years!

Fantastic experience: I went to the dentist today for a filling and would like to say Dr. Dramse did an amazing job and explained the details over everything really well. If Dr.Dramse were to leave I would go wherever he goes he is a really amazing Doctor. The assistant who was there David was very friendly and kind too!

Negative experience: I have not had the best experience here. The process with braces felt confusing and left me feeling cheated. The way things are done is inconvenient and not very patient-friendly. They expect you to be on time for appointments, yet they don’t hold themselves to the same standard—wait times are often long even when I arrive promptly. Overall, I was disappointed with how things were handled.

Been seeing Dr. Dramse for a while now as my dentist and he is always very kind and patient! His assistant Mirhanda was a great help and also very kind! My hygienist Abril was quick and efficient on my cleaning and was fun to talk to!

They have state of the art equipment with knowledgeable personnel. Special thanks to Dr Dramse, David, and Aundrea. All with friendly faces, and reassuring smiles that made me feel comfortable with my appointment. Dr Dramse’s knowledge and skills are second to none. He explained the procedure that made you feel good about the care given. David was very conscientious, welcoming, and his patient care made me feel like I was the only patient there. Aundrea is a blessing in that she explained all my options for the world class care they give. I really appreciate her explaining what is covered, and all of the options available. Walking through the doors at 8th av Jefferson dental l felt like I was the only patient there.

Negative experience: PSA: Avoid any Jefferson Dental locations. This is the absolute worst place you can get your teeth done. Number 1: They bill you for unnecessary procedures and you are stuck on the back end fighting with insurance. Number 2: They immediately sell your debt to a collection company that will non-stop spam and contact you within 5 days of showing up at a Jefferson Dental. Number 3: If you have a problem you are stuck trying to speak to call center employees who don't have a clue what they are talking about. Number 4: These people don't have real reviews. These are all manufactured reviews. Take a look at the 1-star vs the 5-star reviews. Companies that have the drastic ratio between 1 and 5 stars typically are incentivizing good reviews. If you go to Jefferson Dental after reading this you deserve the crap you are about to go through. Jefferson Dental I don't want to discuss this and I will post this everywhere I can. You guys are the absolute worst, most predatory group I have seen.

Negative experience: I don’t really do reviews, but hopefully this helps someone stay away from this location. They don’t care about the patients. I went because I had a throbbing pain coming from my root canal tooth, they ran all the tests through my insurance to find the “cause”. X-rays showed a grayish area around my root canal which I thought it would be an infection but the dentist said it was nothing just inflammation. I tried to tell him how bad the pain was that even over the counter Tylenol and ibuprofen were not helping. He proceeded with telling me it was okay and that he would just refer me out to a specialist. I asked for something for the pain since it was unbearable and he said no. My gums were also swollen around the area, he said there was mobility and all the signs pointed to an infection, but he did not want to listen and sent me along. That night I couldn’t sleep, so I went to an emergency dental office where they not only listened to me, but they took care of my root canal, and yes it was a very bad infection, I was treated with respect on the spot. I will never ever return to any of the Jefferson locations. They don’t care about the patients, they’re just money hungry.

Negative experience: Vanessa Williams DOB: 09/07/1987 Dr. Cotton treated my girls wonderful. However in June I had my first appointment to take X-rays and impressions so that I could come back on 6/22 to get my partials and get my broken tooth fixed. I paid my PR in the amount of $321 with the clinic around 6/12. I told them my teeth have to be done before I move 5 hours away to Houston. At the time I was already lived 2 hours away. I was called on 6/21 and advised that the partials are not ready but they will be before I move on 7/15. 7/14 come and I still have not gotten a call, so I went there in person and requested a refund and I will get my teeth done when I get new insurance from my new job. I was told by Elizabeth I believe that was her name that I will get a refund in 2 weeks. I let a month go by and still no refund. I call and get transferred to the smile center multiple times. I had them send email to the clinic and CC the Dr. Cotton and still no response. I have called and asked the smile center send emails to supervisors, clinic staff, and billing department. It is now Oct and my tooth is still broken and I am out of $321. I just can’t believe that I have paid for services that were NEVER RENDERED. Then was promised a refund and still never received it. I co texted my back and they said that I must contact the FTC and report to get my refund and this did not help either. So now I will be filing a civil suit to get my money back. I don’t have money to waste and hand out.

Fantastic experience: I could definitely say after my second visit this place is what I call home when it comes to my dentistry work I did extract a wisdom tooth and after they were done, I could not even tell the difference where they still looking at it or all of a sudden, Dr. DRAMSEY goes OK we’re done, so you know being an adult 43 years old and always not comfortable with my teeth work this is probably one of the most rarest doctor that I could say this because he is unmatch so far and the whole entire team as well - you have the hygienist MIRA and the manager ANDREA she is amazing the way she approaches you how she walk you through the bill and making sure you are aware of everything before they proceed with your work. I highly suggest this Place if you have any doubts where you’re gonna stop by cause for me it was extremely hard to find a DENTIST that would make me feel comfortable and understand the fear of my tooth the way I am not uncomfortable with it. Fantastic experience: I hadn’t gone to dentist in a couple of years, almost 8 now but I was compelled enough to come here after reading some reviews. Safe to say i didn’t regret it , I got an exam , cleaning then filling done later on and everything went smoothly. Kathy did a great job being cautious and explaining everything when taking my X-rays and getting me ready to see the doctor. Adriana the hygienist was very gentle and caring when she did my cleaning considering how long the process can be she made it as comfortable as it could be . Dr.Dramse took care of my filling and he was very quick , precise and clean I was in and out , chill guy too. Lastly Aundrea the manager was able to break everything down from costs , care and resources in a way that made everything feel comprehensive and manageable. The whole staff was very welcoming and nice I couldn’t think of a better environment to get taken care of

Negative experience: I’m pretty upset after spending $1400 on a partial that I took back 3 times to have adjusted and still hurt my mouth and I never could wear and now I have to get a whole new set. so that $1400 went out the window. It’s ridiculous the amount of money that you spend for dental work even when I have insurance.

Negative experience: My 1st time was a horrible experience. In the waiting area the furniture is old and worn. Went to the back to get my xrays done the guy took forever kept taking the pictures over and over. My mouth was sore from having to bite down so many times. AT LEAST 5 different people came in to look at my teeth and tried to force me into getting invisalign. By this time they tell me I had gum disease I needed a root canal and I'm like I literally came in for a basic cleaning. So after 2 in half hours later changing my treatment plans a few times still no cleaning. I told the lady I will just reschedule never coming back here.

Fantastic experience: 1st time visit for exam & consultation. All working there were friendly & professional. They had seemingly newer tech, like the digital Xrays which were shown to you via several large screens above & in front of your chair. Intelligent & enlightened information from the receptionist all they way through to the doctor, and concluding with a percise explanation of billing details and payment options. There was a nice, immediate attention given to insurance considerations as well. I felt it had a comfortable, no pressure environment that I greatly appreciated.

The young lady that called me and kept me informed of my coverage. I forgotten her name, but she was very helpful in finding out what my insurance type and coverage. Negative experience: Unfortunately my experience has been very negative. Starting with the appointments, I get a lot of cancellation and rescheduling and as a physician it takes a lot of work for me to make these appointments because I have to cancel clinics and patient's of my own. Even when I make the appointments, it is very common that you weight wait for close to 45 minutes, then you get your x-rays and then for regular cleaning they tell you it is already too late for the day we are going to have to reschedule that because no one is available and they are busy. It is very unstructured and very frustrating to get things done there. I have decided after so many times and experiences to stop going there even if I do not find a dentist that is close by. The staff is nice but this does not help. In addition, for regular dental cleaning, it costs a fortune, more xrays than i ever had in my life, laser therapy that they deem required and very high cost treatments for just cleaning. orthodontists do not use retainers and do not know how to handle them if broken. i see that they have a phone number to call if we have concerns but the problems persist... definitely avoid it

Fantastic experience: Visiting family in Texas having been at this facility previously made an appointment ahead of time was met accordingly met with all the personnel. the doctor was attentive, understood with my situation being out of Towner was able to help me put back a crown on my tooth that was not done by them and were very helpful and getting me back into shape in my mouth . I have a lot of more work to do but I'm not in Dallas to long to get it done but I appreciate all the work from all personnel who helped me

Fantastic experience: I been coming to this Jefferson since I was in High School when I was getting my braces! I love it and recommend it to everyone I know! The staff is really nice and efficient. Now I just go for my routine cleanings with Mira who is the hygienist on site! I truly recommend this location!

Negative experience: The office manager at the 8th ave location was very rude in regards to my insurance. Instead of helping resolve the issue she canceled my appointment even when I offered to pay out of pocket. Never have I been treated so rudely in a doctor office.

Negative experience: I went here because it was covered by insurance. BIG mistake. They said I had almost $1,000 worth of damage I needed to do. And (of course) none of it was covered by insurance. I went to a different dentist and they did all the same work and said that my teeth are fine and to be careful about a few areas. Do not go to Jefferson Dental. Literally anywhere else is better.

Negative experience: I have used this location for the past 2 years and don't agree with the business practice of this location. Treatment manager going over treatment plans NOT discussed nor recommended by hygienist or dentist. Advising me that something is "required" when it is not. This has been an ongoing concern of mine and I worry about folks who don't know how to search for the scientific evidence online and just go along with the treatment manager's guidance, which may or may not be in the patient's best interest, who could also incur questionable additional expenses. For example, fluoride varnish for an adult is NOT indicated, but may be beneficial in certain situations. There's a reason why it is not covered by some insurances in this age group, because the evidence is not conclusive. On my initial visit this year, I showed up early for my appointment and completed all consultations (X-rays, dentist and exam, orthodontist and exam, hygienist and exam, and treatment manager), which took up until 5:20ish before they notify me that I have to come back for my routine cleaning because they're closing. Absolutely ridiculous and the gross delay is due to their business practices. On my return visit, the dental hygienist, Adriana, was phenomenal. She was attentive and performed a thorough cleaning. Great education regarding oral health. Dental hygienist staff is 5/5 stars. I've never had an issue with the hygienists who have cared for me. The low stars are for the practice overall. Bottom line: dental hygienists are great; caution with their business practices, ask questions and advocate for yourself. I will not be back to this location

Fantastic experience: I have been without medical insurance for some time and had fallen behind on getting my families dental care. My teenager has been having some pain that needed to be addressed on an emergency level. I made a few calls and scheduled an appointment for later in the week only to receive call from the office stating they had availability TODAY. YES, SAME DAY. And at an affordable out of pocket amount. They saw my son and gave an itemized price list of what needed to be done going forward. Thank you all for being awesome. They've won my family over. We will all be being seen and taken care of.

Negative experience: For the past two years, my family and I have been loyal patients of Jefferson Dental and Orthodontics (JDO). Unfortunately, my recent experience has shaken my confidence in your business practices and professionalism. On 12/07/2024, after a checkup with one of the odontologists, JDO provided me with a quote of $167 for dental work in a specific area. However, two days later, on 12/09/2024, I was informed that the doctor would be unavailable for a month. A second odontologist reassessed the treatment using the same information and X-rays, but charged a significantly higher price of $550 for the same dental work. JDO then adjusted the quote to reflect this higher amount. Today, 12/14/2024, I brought this issue to the attention of the billing representative, hoping for clarification and resolution, but JDO kept the second quote as final. I asked to speak with the office manager, but she was not available. I left the Cilinic and will look for other options. This inconsistency underscores a troubling lack of transparent pricing, staff coordination, an commitment to honoring quotes. A good dental clinic demonstrates integrity and respect for its patients through transparent, consistent and fair pricing practices. The situation also raises concerns about potential future discrepancies. If a third doctor were to review my case next week using the same information, could JDO increase the quote yet again, reaching $900 or higher for the same dental work? This experience made clear that JDO does not uphold high standards. The clinic appears to have shifted its focus from prioritizing patient care and trust to maximizing profits. Please reflect on this incident and take immediate action to address the inconsistencies in your pricing practices. Regaining your patients’ trust requires a renewed commitment to transparency, fairness, and professionalism.

Negative experience: This was my first time using using Jefferson Dental. This place doesn’t care about patient because they only care about money. The person who cleans my teeth’s was excellent. But using laser cleaning is a rip off which cost me $526 just for the bottom teeth only. Which I thought it included the top teeth but it doesn’t. I will not be using Jefferson dental anymore.

Negative experience: The sales people are entirely too aggressive here. I went here for the first time after moving to this area and they would not stop harassing me about Invisalign. I’m here for a cleaning. I had braces when I was a kid, my teeth are fine, no other dentist I’ve been to in the past 20 years has tried to sell me braces. I shouldn’t have to sit through 8 sales pitches for Invisalign, fancy toothbrushes, etc. clean my teeth and let me go. I’m an adult and I’m busy. I have stuff to do. I’ll never go here again.

Jefferson Dental, specifically the location on 8th street in Fort Worth, has been so good to me! Recently I had a crown put in and let me tell you I put this whole office through the wringer and they answered every question, having the upmost patience with me. Thank you Dr. Dramse for all the assurance, comfort, and doing such a great job. Thank you Mira for the teeth cleanings and kindness shared. Dr. Dramse is awesome at what he does! He has done a root canal and fillings for me and I have no complaints. Big thanks to Aundrea, who took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I fully understand and felt comfortable before moving forward! I also had the pleasure of having Cathy assist and Mira do a cleaning. Everyone here is so polite. If you usually dislike going to the dentist go here and let them change your mind!

Fantastic experience: Update: Mira and Dr.Dramse are still awesome. Aundreahas been extremely helpful and I appreciate the whole staff. Mira has been my Dental Hygienist at Jefferson Dental for over a year. She gets a 5 star review from me because she is knowledgeable, gentle, thorough, and litterly saved my teeth with her efficient deep cleaning procedures. Plus she followed up by teaching me the methods I needed to keep doing at home to keep my gums from bleeding. I was prepared to leave my Humana Insurance in 2024 go to another Dental Office. Negative experience: Please if you’re ever in a hurry don’t waste your time, I have been going at this location for over 3yrs now, and each time I take my break time to go there, my wait time has never been less than an hour . My appointments alway at 2:00pm but I end up seeing the Dentis at 3:00pm , what a joke. They are never time sensitive . They staffs are nice, but the wait time is not worthy

Negative experience: Jefferson dental was an affordable place for braces. However, their scheduling issues were always a problem. I have lost count of how many times we arrived for an appointment and there was issues that we had to be rescheduled or had to wait an extended amount of time because of incorrect scheduling.

Fantastic experience: My Dental Hygienist Mira, did a very great Job today! I have sensitive Teeth and I was scared that it will hurt but thanks to Mira I didn’t feel anything! Mira is the best hygienist, she is very kind and polite . Thanks to the amazing staff Dr. Dramse and Manager Iliana!

Fantastic experience: I loved my experience in the office, Dr. Dramse is such an amazing professional and he did a great job with my extractions. Also his assistants Antonio and Luisana. The manager Aundrea was really helpful also. If I could I would rate them with 10 stars!

Positive experience: The staff is always very nice and polite. They called me back pretty quick but I was left to wait in the dental chair for longer than I would have liked but that would be the only complaint I have.

Negative experience: I had to go to this place because it was one of the places that took my dental ins. While the work I got done was good and the dentist nice, they are a TOTAL SCAM when it comes to hidden service charges. Stay AWARE of everything they try to charge you for and ask if it’s necessary or just added services.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dramas did amazing with my baby, didn’t make him cry at all, and got us passed back quickly didn’t wait in the lobby for maybe more than 15 minutes. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: I was so scared and so sad because my old dentist in Waco (*MCNutt) did a filling instead of a root canal and it caused a ton of pain and an abscess. Dr Iqbal was so gentle and kind and the whole staff made me feel at ease and took such great care of me. I was literally crying my first visit because I'd had such bad experiences from Premier Family Dental. Shoutout to manager Aundrea, she is magical and saved the whole day. Thank you!!

Positive experience: I have never had a pleasant experience with Jefferson dental. And to be completely honest the only reason I came back was because I couldn’t find any where else that was affordable and open on the weekends. I’ve used Jefferson dental three or four other times and they have all been god awful from the quality to the care. BUT at my last appointment Dr. Dramse was who did my extraction and worked on me and he is the soul reason I will continue to use Jefferson dental. Moving forward I hope to have all the work I need done to be done with Dr Dramse. He was absolutely wonderful. I have been having to have a lot of my teeth removed and going to be getting a partial and I have had such a traumatic experience recently with my teeth getting pulled from the dentists cutting my tongue, to being unable to properly put the stitches in to my last appointment where the doctor had me sitting there from 10am until 5pm for one extraction and he gave me the shot to numb multiple times throughout the day because he didn’t start the actual extraction until 4 or later. So it has turn into a very stressful experience having to go get work done but this time was the best experience I have ever had. Dr. Dramse had me in and out of there for three extractions in less then 2 hours if not 1, he was very quick and aside from the pinch from the shots totally painless. He was very professional and I HIGHLY recommend him if considering Jefferson dental.

Fantastic experience: I love this place people are friendly and nice. Thank you to Jennifer for helping us out finding a good pay plan to get my princess her braces. Thanks to Priscilla made my daughter feel comfortable while putting on the brackets. She was really nervous and didn't know what to expect they answered all her questions and she was smiling big. Negative experience: This rating is due to my experience with one employee. I just want to state that I’ve been coming to this location for over 2 years for both my orthodontic and dental needs and have had no issues other than time delays sometimes when it’s busy. However today during my cleaning I encountered an unprofessional and rude employee Andrea. She came offer to discuss pricing and I had some additional questions to best understand my treatment plan might be the nurse in me lol. She was unnecessarily rude and treated my questions like I was dumb. When I wanted to double check on pricing she let out a deep sigh and walked off. For a service I’m paying for basic respect should be the bare minimum and I did not appreciate the way I was treated today .

Fantastic experience: I always enjoy my visits at this location. Mira is compassionate and very informative about my dental health. This was my first meeting with Dr. Dramse and he was wonderful.

Negative experience: This place ruined my friends teeth from a simple CAVITY FILLING back in December. She’s still dealing with the residual mess the incompetent dentist left to this day and now she is recommended to get a root canal … from a simple FILLING. They pray on low income individuals & even with all the “discounts” , you still pay more than if you went anywhere else. DON’T GO HERE!!!

Negative experience: I feel compelled to share my deeply unsatisfactory experience with Jefferson Dental Clinic, where I recently underwent dental work that has left me both physically and emotionally distressed. My hope is that others can avoid the pitfalls I encountered with this dental provider. My visit to Jefferson Dental Clinic involved a filling on my lower second molar, which, regrettably, was performed poorly, resulting in persistent pain while chewing. Subsequent appointments, supposedly aimed at "fixing the bite," only served to exacerbate the issue, indicating a serious lack of competence and attention to detail on the part of the dental staff. What adds insult to injury is the exorbitant amount charged for these subpar services. I paid well over $400 for two poorly executed fillings, and it is disheartening to realize that Jefferson Dental Clinic is taking advantage of individuals in low-income communities by overcharging for services that fall far below acceptable standards. In addition to the substandard dental work, I encountered further unprofessional behavior when I requested a copy of my X-rays. The clinic's assistants exhibited a rude attitude, displaying an utter lack of professionalism. Their behavior was particularly egregious because they were well aware that I intended to seek a second opinion from another dentist. I find it alarming that Jefferson Dental Clinic appears to prioritize profit over patient well-being, as evidenced by their exorbitant fees and aggressive push for orthodontic services. It is my sincere hope that prospective patients heed this warning and choose a dental provider that places a genuine emphasis on quality care and ethical practices. Furthermore, I kindly request a refund for the inadequately performed fillings, as it is only fair that Jefferson Dental Clinic rectifies the harm they have caused. I implore others to carefully consider their choice of dental care providers and to exercise caution when contemplating services at Jefferson Dental Clinic. It is my hope that by sharing this experience, others may be spared the physical and emotional distress I have endured under the care of this clinic. ***Updates**** The filling was repaired by a different dentist, as this Jefferson dentist left some decay and simply applied more filling over it. What an incompetent dentist. I strongly recommend seeking treatment elsewhere. While they claim to cater to all individuals, their service fees are consistently higher in comparison to those of private dentists.

Fantastic experience: Went to go have 2 Root Canels and Doctor Dramse was Awsome as usual, Mouth felt good the next day. I would like to thank Dr. Dramse and his Dental Assistance Luisana and Jantzel and the whole staff there very Professional and they will take good care of you. I recommend the 8th Avenue location to anyone. Dr. Walked me through the whole process while giving me the Root Canels.

Negative experience: This is the second time misstate appointments. We ask office front desk look at record but she can't do it. Because first appointment made us waiting more than 5hours. And second appointment she said not today, move to another day. we can't refer friends or another come in this place. Very bad, and rude customer services, and never apologize.....

Fantastic experience: Everyone was super nice and understanding. I’m very socially awkward and have bad anxiety but they made me feel very comfortable and safe. The manager there was very patient same with the dentist who cleaned my teeth and I’m grateful to them all.
