Fantastic experience: I had 2 deep cleaning done here by Lexi and she did a very good job and she is just an awesome person! She made scary moments not scary at all and calmed me down and made my teeth very clean. Having the experience beyond my expectation, I booked a regular visit for the hygiene but also had my fillings done by Dr. Lo assisted by Angie. They were very professional and made sure I was doing okay entire time. I did not feel any pain at all and has been the most pleasant dentist visit ever in my life!

Fantastic experience: I went here for 10 years before I moved away. I tried finding another dentist closer to my house, but none were as good. One new dentist I tried told me I needed 2 root canals and 6 cavities fixed. I went to an endodontist who told me I didn’t need any root canals done. Then I scheduled an appointment at Progressive because I knew I needed a 2nd opinion by someone I trust. Dr Berry said I only had 1 cavity and also agreed I didn’t need any root canals. I now drive 35 minutes back to Progressive Dental because they are the best!

I am FOREVER GRATEFUL to the entire staff at Progressive Dental (shout-out to Angie) and to the treatment I received today. Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in the door, everyone in this office was pleasant, helpful and just top notch. The office is lovely and the John Skibiel, DDS is a miracle worker, in my case. The dental assistant was super nice and very sweet. They both calmed my fears. Answered all my questions and I am extremely happy with the services I recieved. The women in the billing department are thourough and thoughtful. I broke my front tooth and the denist was thorough and gental. He was able to stabilize the tooth and refered me, straight away, with the Endodontics office, until I could get into see them ASAP. Thank you guys, very much!!! Awesome experience in an emergency dental situation!!!

Fantastic experience: First of all there isn’t enough room here to explain how much I LOVE it here!! I have had bad experiences in the past with so many dentists, but when I came and saw Dr. Berry my life changed! Right when you walk in you are greeted with the most friendly faces of Cheryl and Darlene. They both make you feel welcome and go above and beyond to help you through every step! There was a cancellation and they were able to get me in for two appointments in the same day, which was definitely needed! The team of talented individuals practice their profession with maticulous care to all details ensuring a lovely experience and desirable results. From the warm and hospitable greeting and minimal wait times, the lobby is a great example of the true heart felt care that Progressive provides. Music variety while receiving care is of great taste and encapsulates the experience in a fun and lively atmosphere. Having sensitive teeth I find Progressives state of the art equipment to be non invasive and quite pleasant in contrary to my experiences outside of Progressive. Everyone is truly a pleasure to work with. The front desk team makes the scheduling, billing and general information updates very easy. (Love their sense of humor!) The Dental Hygienist are all outstanding caring people with patient comfort the #1 priority. The Dentists work as a team and their level of expertise and sharing what is happening and what needs to be done is very much appreciated. I highly recommend the entire team. Going to the Dentist is not always perceived as something that you want to do but this team makes it a much more palatable experience!

If you need dental care they really are a great group Bonnie 2/12/2025 A crown work up with Dr. Lo and his wonderful assistant Jen. All went well an I once again find myself encouraging anyone in need of great dental care to engage Progressive Dental. All the dentists are very professional and experts in their fields 3/26/2025 Today Dr. Lo and Angie placed final bridge in. All went well. I am so happy with the final results. All the dentists and staff continue to do great work. But one thing I never addressed, was how nice and clean all parts of their environment is. Bonnie

Negative experience: The staff is non cooperative. Had my exam scheduled and they told me they cannot do anything (after waiting 15 min for my appointment to start) without the x-rays. They never reached out to me prior to get my x-rays sent over to them. The girl i was working with said i have to pay out of pocket to get the treatment today. Every place i have been to prior they had the curtsy to reach out and get things in place before the appointment. Never coming to this place again specially because they were not even apologetic about it .

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ken Lo is a WONDERFUL dentist. He’s very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I felt like I was in great hands with his dentistry. I followed him from his other practice here and even though the drive is far, he is absolutely worth it. I also really liked the hygienist Lexy who made sure I was comfortable and also the dental assistant Angie. The front staff was nice and friendly, which I appreciate. I felt well taken care of. I highly recommend this office. The parking is easy and the place has a good aesthetic.

Fantastic experience: This dental office is amazing! I was there to get a crown and a filling. They called me in right on time, took me back to the procedure room, got me settled, offered a blanket to keep me warm, and made sure I was comfortable. My assistant was Angie, who was so warm, reassuring, and friendly. She really helped me feel at ease. Dr. Coder was so professional, quick, and very concerned about causing no pain. They made the crown in office so there is no need for me to go back until my 6 month check up. The office staff was so kind and helpful. I can't say enough about this dental practice. I normally dread going to the dentist but I'm not worried about going back because I know I'll be treated with kindness and respect, and they will ensure my comfort.

Negative experience: As a patient for 25 years I’ve been happy with this practice. Never a problem with service or accounts. However, today my son was declined services due to Boeing strike. I had informed office the coverage was switching over to my plan and I find it very concerning after all these years the clinic did not act in good faith and schedule an appointment for my child, who is technically an adult at 18 but leaves for military soon. Just really disappointed.
I'm so sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. As a long-term patient, you deserve better. I understand your frustration regarding the denial of services for your son due to the Boeing strike. This is certainly not how we want to treat our valued patients. In the future, we will make sure to take extra steps to verify coverage during such transitions, especially given your long history with our practice and the unique circumstances of your son's upcoming military service.

Negative experience: The hygienists are kind and attentive. I do not recommend the dentistry. The dentist I saw would not admit he did a poor job on a filling. In a return visit I felt increasingly belittled and gaslit by him instead of listened to and seeing interest from him in acknowledging this issue and being supportive in creating a good solution.

I used to require nitrous on cleanings plus numbing gel due to sensitivity, no longer needed as my anxiety is gone after being here for years with pain-free care. Fantastic experience: I have not had dental work other than a few standard fillings, but it became time for a crown. I was amazed how easy the process was. I was in and out within a couple of hours and have my permanent crown to boot. Very happy with the level of care and Dr. Berry and his team are just great and kind people. May seem odd to say that I am looking forward to my next crown in August!
