My teeth feel and look so clean after my visit and they took time explain the treatment recommended to improve my dental health and appearance. My whole family is happy with the service and staff. We had many dentists to choose from with our insurance coverage. I’m glad we chose them!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this office for 5 years. Bethany (hygienist) and Dr. Reagan are great!! They also have Friends playing while getting your teeth cleaned. That’s a 10/10 for me!

Negative experience: Overcharged me $1100 and didn't refund it untill I asked for it back. drilled my lip. drilled my tongue. didn't give me antibiotics. got an abscess in the filling. over a month of pain. I called to get an extraction and they scheduled me for 12 40 left work from Dallas to come get the tooth pulled and they told me sorry they don't have time to pull it. I ended up going to Beacon dentistry and the staff was much nicer and the dentist was great and took care of me the same day. Hudson oaks family dentistry used me as training. beware

Fantastic experience: I’ve have now gone to this dentist office 3 times, once for a standard check up, and two times to get some work done. All the trips have been fantastic with great service and outstanding care. I had a cracked and broken tooth that they were able to put a filling on in a matter of minutes and it looks great. They did a wonderful job of make sure I was comfortable through out the process and in no pain. I highly recommend them for all of your dental needs! Definitely will be returning here in the future.

I really loved the amount of conversation and laughter while maintaining professionalism and caring about my comfortability. The small talk and a couple jokes here and there distracted me from what I was actually doing which was getting a tooth removed which is usually never fun but I found myself oddly enjoying the experience. Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Hudson Oaks Family Dental since moving from CA earlier this month. My experience has been an A+ from my first telephone encounter through the completion of my NP appointment today and meeting with the Treatment Coordinator. I was treated by a team that works very well together. It’s obvious that everyone is well trained; systems and protocols are in place and followed. Everyone I encountered was knowledgeable, thorough and focused on taking care of my needs. I am returning for some treatment. I am so grateful to have found this office. I have 25+ years in the dental field and it is my pleasure to highly praise this office!!

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience with a new dentist at Hudson Oaks Family Dentistry. My cleaning was good but when it was time for my consultation with the dentist he only talked about one tooth, trying to push me into a treatment plan. There was no review of my X-rays of my other teeth and he also did not visually inspect my mouth.
