Fantastic experience: This the BEST Dental office I have been to in 15 years. I have recommended then to several friends. The staff is Alway courteous, and explains everything they are getting ready to do. Thank you guys so much. You take the anxiety out of going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I visited here today and had a great experience, the staff were so friendly, they made it an ease of getting an appointment, were very willing to work with my schedule and even called to check if I’d like an earlier appointment that was available. Checking in the lady was so nice. Courtney who was the dental assistant was beyond friendly as well and had a great personality! The dentist was great too and made sure to answer all my questions and wasn’t in a rush to listen or answer and made me at ease, I’d highly recommend this office and staff and I see why they have such high ratings!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I’m a little nervous about going to the dentist from a previous experience and today I was proud of myself I ok was able to hide my issue with anxiety.

Fantastic experience: Had a long-time crown, in the front of my mouth, that had broken in almost half. Knew that my traditional dentist would not be able to work me in, so decided to try DentalWorks. As an emergency visit, I knew it would take time and the Dentist, Dr. Givens with his dental tech were very thorough and professional. The pricing was very reasonable and will seriously consider going to get a second crown done. Have been back several times to Dental Works for new partials, cleanings, and though they are really busy, they have always been very friendly and professional. They are part of a national brand with hometown ‘feels’, as though you are their most important patient. Today I had a cleaning and fluoride treatment with Keith, a fairly new dental hygienist, he was very thorough in showing me places that are prone to a cavity or possibly gingivitis. Was very gentle as well. Met Dr. Dallas (his last name escapes me) but he is just as nice as Drs. Given or McKee….great group of professionals, from the checkin desk to checkout desk. On May 23, 2024 was scheduled (from April) for a cleaning. I went in and it was apparent that my new appt was not on the books. The office staff assessed the problem and since it was a cleaning with no problems, the dental hygienist came in and got to work. Dr. Givens stopped in to look at my teeth and the hygenist completed my cleaning in 35 minutes, was very gentle but thorough. As I left, I commented to the office staff my appreciation of being seen and I love them all for their attention to patient care. June 5, 2025 biannual teeth cleaning with Lisa, dental hygienist. Everything was fine, Dr. Nowlin checked my partials and adjusted the bottom one. Nice people, very professional but not stuffy. Go back in 6 months! Today had a crown replaced for falling apart after 40 + years. Thank God for a great staff, Dr. Givens and dental tech, Courtney. Temporary in place for 3 weeks! 10/23/25 went in today to get my permanent crown put in, Courtney tried to pop out the temporary but it was there to stay. Dr. Givens came in to cut a slit in the temp to pull it off. Placed the crown on, glued it in place and all was good. They are the best!

Fantastic experience: This place is literally the best!! I called them around 10am for a emergency & they had me come in by 12pm. My wisdom teeth had been bothering me for weeks, I called them for an emergency appointment & they got them out same day I didn't feel a thing, the procedure was straight forward didn't take long at all. The doctor talked me through everything he was nice & did a really good job. I didn't get sedated I just got numbed for the extraction & I gotta say the experience was a 10/10 .Thank you so much for helping me.

Fantastic experience: Barring a few hiccups with insurance and some less than perfect communication about it a while back, I love coming here and have been for at least a decade now. Everyone's been friendly to me and they have been very gentle with cleaning. I always got the impression everyone there enjoyed their jobs and valued their patients.

Fantastic experience: Lisa cleaned my teeth the last three or four times I’ve been to this location and she’s fabulous! Very personal and very helpful! I recommend her to everyone I know that’s looking for someone to clean their teeth. Dr Givens is also who I like to see when I go.

Negative experience: While the people at first were amazing, when they first told me about billing they said I'd only have to pay $119, because my insurance maxed out. On the day I paid they said the total was $397, while I understand errors happen I do not appreciate being told a different number at the last minute.

My doctor seems great and the hygienist was so nice. Highly recommend this practice Great dentist, every time I go I am treated well. Was back for my first cleaning of 2024, my hygienist was thorough and gentle. Dental Works is always therefor me, regular cleanings, emergency visits, they care and it shows. Love them.

Negative experience: Dental works filed my claims to the wrong address back on September the 5th 2024 and March the 10th 2025. I did not get a bill until June 15th 2025. I called my insurance company and was told they never received a claim. I called the office and someone was to call me back the very next week. I had to call back again and was told they will refile my claims to the correct address ,the address is right on the back of the card so I don't understand. This month I get another bill, I call back and was told again someone will call me back. Still waiting for my call.

Fantastic experience: I went for a visit to get my wisdom teeth removed. I arrived early and sat in my car before they opened. Their was an elderly lady who walked to the door and pulled on it. Mind you, it wasn't time for them to open yet. However, the young lady at the front desk got up without hesitation and opened the doors before 8:00am! It's the little things about service these days. I checked in and sat down for maybe 1 minute and got called back for my procedure. The doctors assistant told me everything they were going to do. The doctor is very professional and knowledgeable! I absolutely love this dental office and their staff they are phenomenal. Thank you, DentalWorks!!!!!!

Negative experience: I will Never forget the Horror i went through here. It was a few years ago but i have to share my experience. I was supposed to get work done but i had an Abscess i got poked 6 times to numb it, then was told come back after he tried numbing me. I was in so much pain upon leaving even with pain meds, i found out the next day at the Va after my face was swollen they sent me to the Er because I was swallowing The Drainage that came from sticking me, I got put on Antibiotics through my Iv and was in the Hospital for 8 days and was told i could have Died, I have pictures and they kept trying to hide who that other Dentist was… I will be more than Glad to address this Again but in person if my post is taken lightly or as a joke!!!
