Negative experience: I did not appreciate being told to wait in the waiting area while my 4 year old daughter had to get her fill ins done. I was asked twice. My daughter is a child and I shouldn't be told to leave her alone. That's not acceptable.!

Negative experience: This place is run by incompetent people. I came here 6 months ago and had no problems. My insurance hasn’t changed still BCBS. They waited for me to arrive to tell me they no longer take my insurance. I said fine I’ll pay cash but they refused because I don’t want to do X-rays on my 3 year old. I didn’t need to do X-rays last visit when they took my insurance and now suddenly I do when I pay cash. This place is one big scam. STAY AWAY.

Fantastic experience: I took my daugther here with Dr Hernandez for orthodontic appointment. I was blown away by how amazing everyone in the office is. Everyone was so sweet, patient and they’re all great with kids. The doctor was great as well, caring and compassioned. She answered the questions I had and explained how to keep maintaining good oral hygiene. The office was clean, and had a good space for my daughter to play and look at table. It’s the little things honestly. So happy I found this office. I look forward to all future visits. 100% recommend.

She has more qualifications than the previous orthodontist. The service it is excellent and her coordinator Mily it is extremely nice, helpful and professional. When you meet Mily you feel that you know her all your life. They make you feel in a familiar environment. We go to little Havana location. Staff very nice too

Fantastic experience: I’m very pleased with the overall treatment with my 6 children. I’ve referred countless people to this office because of the attention I’ve received for my own. The staff is very attentive and both the ortho team and the pediatric team are very experienced. It’s truly a one stop shop. I didn’t have to be referred to any outside source. Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars to this dental place I will do it. On 07/28/2023 I went to this place for my first ,and last time. As soon as I got inside of this place no body told me welcome, or how I can help you? I was the one who had to tell to the guy at the front desk why I was there for. Then, he told me that I had to fill out a form in a tablet, a tablet that was placed there in the front desk, and it could not be moved to anywhere; I had to fill these form out right there in the waiting line, where the people whom were behind me in the waiting line could see the personal insurance information that I was putting in. There was not any privacy at all. Then, when I was called to start having my appointment there was a whole mess, because nobody explained to me what they were doing in my kids' mouth, what they were going to do first, second, and thing like those. In the middle of the process one of the assistants told me that a doctor was going to come to the room where I was but she never came, and then from one moment to another, the assistant told to my daughter to stand up from the bed, and she left the room with my daughter without my permission, or my consent. I was the one who asked to the assistant where she was going with my daughter, and she told me you can way in the room, I will bring your daughter back soon. I just going to take the X - rays for her. Obviously I started walking behind the assistant, and my daughter, and I never left my daughter by herself with the assistant. After less than half hour the appointment was done without they letting me know, I realized that the appointment was done because I saw the assistant who was with my daughter assisting another child, and when I went to the front desk to schedule another appointment the lady at the front desk told me that the doctor (which I never met) said that I have to take my daughter for an oral surgery without any further explanation. Obviously I will never come back to this place, or recommend this dental center to anyone.

Negative experience: Awful place!!! Don’t bring your child there. They don’t speak English! I gave the lady my ID and she put my first and last name wrong as well as my child. They couldn’t explain what they were doing due to lack of English. I thy doctor didn’t even came to say hello to my child.

Negative experience: Every visit I am waiting 2 hours, just watching other patients in and out. I am there 15 minutes before my appointment and still have to wait so long. They don’t explain any procedures they do not go over billing costs or anything. And when I ask, I’m waiting again because they have to find someone else for a better explanation. Services are fine, hospitality not so much. They cater to their ethnic group, and I don’t think I will return.

Negative experience: I have been coming here for a year to do my daughters braces and I am extremely dissatisfied with this place!! Every time we come for our appointment we have to wait at least an hour to be seen. It’s so inconsiderable and disrespectful to their patients. Why schedule me at specific time if you can’t see me at that time?? I Can understand if i have to wait 15-20 mins here and there but not EVERY TIME WE CONE HERE!!!! Unfortunately I am stuck with this business for another year or so to finish my daughters treatment. I CANT WAIT for this to be over. I will never come here again or I will recommend this establishment to anyone. Bad bad service

Negative experience: This place is so unprofessional and does not value the patients time. Over and over again i have had an appointment, been there on time, and STILL have to wait over an hour, sometimes two hours for my son to be seen. I do not suggest this dentist unless they make some serious changes to their scheduling.

Negative experience: Awful.. First visit and I spent most of the time waiting with a young child. It took 2 hours. A dentist visit shouldn’t take longer than a hour MAX. The waiting was full. I have never seen anything like it. It was chaotic. They seem to overbook appointments. The staff speaks mostly Spanish including some Of the doctors. The Spanish lady that saw us literally came in for 2 mins and didn’t have the best attitude. I didn’t even receive a follow up appointment considering an issues was found after I pointed it out. Save your time take your child somewhere else

Fantastic experience: The entire experience was great. Milly was wonderful helped me reschedule my appointment same day off and was very attentive once arrival. Gloria was honestly the sweetest with our 3 year old. The entire staff overall is so kinda will definitely continue coming.

Negative experience: It used to be a great place and surrounded by professionals staring with Dr Caberizo, however, I have noticed that for the last year there is a lot of unprofessional staff and a lot of issues . They call you saying that your insurance is inactive “ when it is not and no one knows who came up with it . Or they simply perform tests without informing you that it might not be covered , or even without any need . Very disappointed with the place that I used to go since my son was very little . What a shame !!

Positive experience: I used to like coming to this place because it used to be fast in service now the wait times are really long up to a couple of hrs...my main reason for writing a review is because I had never had any problems with any of the office staff, they have always been super nice but yesterday after seeing the dentist I went to the check out area thinking I was supposed to make my kids next appointment. Well, there was this girl behind the computer extremely rude and unprofessional. She asked me what do I need and I told her I needed to make my kids next appointment. I don't know if she didn't understand cause she asked again and I told her again and she acted like she didnt know what I was talking about. As I was going to tell her again the girl who was with the dentist while my kids were seen came out and rephrased to her in spanish what I needed. So the girl was still on her phone busy with her conversation and waved her hand in this rude way and said "oh we will call u in month before your next appointment "If I didn't tell her anything was because I was going to stoop to her level in front of my kids. I don't know how can these ppl be hired. Another thing there's no privacy for the patients with the doors open even my kids that are young pointed it out.

We have had a great experience so far with the braces, have also had great experience with employees like Ysel who is quick, friendly, and is very good at her field. Over great place. Negative experience: Horrible ! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt this time but it was samething as before. How is my appointment schedule at 3pm and didn’t get called in till 4:20pm and after still have to wait for the dentist.

Negative experience: NOT RECOMMEND. No value to your children or time. I do NOT recommend this place. The receptionists and management don’t care about customer service or have respect towards your time. My appointment was 10 am and it’s 3 pm still here. Not only I complained about this, other parents as well. It’s beyond the fact of their lack of time . Management said that they’re too busy and used the excuse that other pediatric dentist office do the same. That’s why they do it. Zero star would be preferred but no option for that. Very disappointed and definitely not recommending nor coming back.

Positive experience: AC Pediatric is in general terms a good clinic. The truth is that they do the best they can with the amount of patients which is a lot. Dealing with kids is very difficult but they manage to do it well. In our last appointments we’ve had the good luck to have Ysel as our technician and I’m very very happy with her service and attention. She is very fast but pays attention to details. I will definitely recommend the clinic!

Negative experience: To bad 0 stars is not an option. Took both my kids to be seen there they only saw one and since they where closing they told me to reschedule the one who needed to have a baby tooth pulled. Dr just walked passed and said good bye as she rushed out and didn't make eye contact. Beware the doctor with the platform crocs

Positive experience: The reason I do not give a lower rating is because all of the technicians are attentive, caring and skilled at their jobs. However, the appointment system is really poor. On more than two instances, I've had to leave since my child had to wait more than two to three hours to be seen, forcing her to miss crucial school time while delaying her dental progress. The only reason I return is because of the technicians and doctor. The lady who handles scheduling is extremely unprofessional and rude. She always has a negative attitude and makes patients feel responsible for long wait times. It is truly awful to have to deal with such an unprofessional individual. It is very disappointing that the actual dental work being performed cannot be recognized due to appointment scheduling personnel and lengthy wait times.

Positive experience: This place is amazing the only problem is having to wait since it can take a lot of time but everyone is kind and sweet and do an amazing job so that we can end up with a great smile at the end of the day!

Negative experience: I am so sorry that after taking my kids for almost 6 years and waiting time over 3 hours each time , yesterday when I called and take last minute appointment after arriving there, they treated me as a lier that we check the phone records and your call was interrupted and we didn’t give you appointment!! Why should I lie for just regular check up after their reminded calls every day!!!I came back with 2 kids and driving 2 hours with no results!! Awful customer service and super long waiting time ! Happy that I will never go there!

Negative experience: I have been bringing my 3 kids here for a long time. The doctors are good and the assistant are also nice not that much the frontdesk staff . This clinic is near my house ( reason why I haven't leave before), but always is crowd of patients no matter the hour or if you have appointment. It seems they don't know how to plan their day, they over schedule. You can wait to be attended easily like 45min to an 1h to the first part . After they do the x rays and cleaning, you need to wait in the waiting room outside again until the Dr is available and they call you again, and you can be there waiting 40 min or more once again. Kids gets bored or you can see them running all over the place and screaming. No TV on or games stations working. This week is my last going there, my appt with my 3 years old kid was at 4pm and I left at 6pm, arriving on time. I think it hasn't been the worst scenario. Also next day I went with my other 2 daughters and the appt was at 4:30pm and because of the rain and traffic we arrived at 4:36pm and the frontdesk staff, not very nice, told me if I couldn't let her know that I would be late, (was only 6 minutes.. ok?), and that the system was closed and she couldn't attend us. I told her about the time we always have to wait there even arriving earlier to the appt, and asked if they could wait only 6 min and she didn't care. No empathy at all, she even didn't try to help. I was so frustrated, I told my girls we won't come here anymore. I changed her plans for the appt, I left the office early to pick them up at schools but with rain, the normal traffic was worst and only 6 min, is ridiculous. I can not recommend this place at all.

Negative experience: If I can give these people 0 stars I would. The wait time is always over 3 or 4 hours. The sitting area is very limited so imagine standing there for 3 hours untill they call you in and then wait another hour or 2 for the doctor to see your child. The staff never wants you to acompany your children when they are getting their procedure done. They only allow you to enter if they are getting a cleaning.

Negative experience: No respect for your time! Very poorly run office and the office manager does not care. Have come here twice and both times have had to wait over an hour to be let inside. The excuse is it takes long to verify insurance. Again poorly run office. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first day but will not be back.

Negative experience: I feel that this place is a walk in dentist, even though they dque book you a appointment. I tried booking at 8:30 am their were about 10 more people with appointment at 8:30 am. Than booked for 12pm same thing Every time i been coming here for a year due to my daughter has her braces with these people besides that i would never be coming here. Stay away from this place. Worst place ever!!

Negative experience: This place is the worst!! my daughter had put her braces there a while ago! And they tighten it every 1 month.so it was time to tighten it so they took a while to call us.we go in the room she getting everything ready and she take puts my daughters string from the braces not sure what it’s called but she took that out, and she got a toothbrush and start brushing my daughters teeth AND GUMS hardly as possible she took out blood my daughter looked like she wanted to CRY! Not only that they take hours to call us!! and my daughter complains on how she CUT HER GUMS and bottom well once we packed up to leave we see that the toothbrush had BLOOD something I know it that your NOT supposed to brush your gums hard to the point where it bleeds

Negative experience: If only there was a chance to give zero stars. This place has insurance fraud, abuse, and waste written all over it. I called ahead to make an appointment explained to them that I was being referred and that my child had trauma in the front tooth. When I arrived at 11am the staff was disrespectful, rolling their eyes huffing and puffing because they wanted to do “cleaning and X-rays” and procedures that were unnecessary. I told them the xrays were done a week before and I had a paper copy of them along with the referral and they asked for it digitally. So I suggested I email it to them. (When I spoke on the phone a week prior they didn’t tell me I needed to bring anything even after I asked about the X-rays) After an hour and a half of waiting they tell me they are taking those X-rays as “courtesy” and they would still need to perform other procedures that a 3 year old did not need. All she needed was a limited exam and to schedule her procedure that may possible require anesthesia. How can I possibly trust someone putting my daughter under anesthesia when they can’t even get the customer service right? On top of that they called me after I left to tell me I had missed my appointment! They called me at 1:15 pm, after me being there since 11 am. Do me a favor. Don’t take your kids there. They don’t care they care about money.

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter to get her braces clean they made the process very simple and efficient. They took great care of her. The assistant Lesly was very great she explained the whole process and didn’t mind repeating herself.

The orthodontist treated my kids great made sure they were safe at all times did nothing to put them in harms way. Lesly Rodas was a great assistant. She was very attentive. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I have been bringing both of my children here for the past two years, the staff and doctors are great. From the way they communicate whether it’s via phone or in person to the way they explain everything during your appointment. It’s a great atmosphere and honestly couldn’t be any happier.

Negative experience: The staff is nice and attentive and the dentist is nice however, I feel that they overbook their appointments. There has never been a time in the 3 years that I’ve been going where I don’t wait at least an hour for my appointment. Today, My appointment was at 330pm. I arrived at 3pm and was not called until 4:35pm. I waited a full 1.5 hours only for the dentist to confirm a referral from the orthodontist at their office. This is something that could’ve been done as a televisit. I was out of the office by 4:45pm. I’m a patient person however, to have to wait almost 2 hours for something that literally took 15 minutes is not considerate of people’s time. I feel that they care more about getting money from insurance companies than actually providing adequate care. Stop overbooking appointments and have a bit more consideration regarding people’s time.

Fantastic experience: Came in 30 minutes before their closing time and they were able to take care of my son with a tooth ache. Usually you’d get turned away at other places like the one I tried going before AC Pediatric.

Negative experience: Legit the wait is an hour + . Some staff are rude and inconsiderate. It took me 3 attempts to successfully have an appointment AND be seen & even then I waited an hour to be seen & I arrived & signed in 20 minutes prior to my appointment time
