Positive experience: I love my dentist and the staff, but something needs to be done about billing. I understand they give a breakdown or estimate on how much everything is going to cost on the initial visit. When it comes down to your second visit to get your tooth done, they give you a breakdown again. They go over and beyond to ensure you understand. You agree and pay…. Mine you this is the second visit, and you’re due for 1 more. Paid in full upon leaving! Today, Sept 16th I’m due for my crown. Everything is normal, so I thought. I Go to the back, sit in the chair get my crown put on. The young lady walks me up front to get checked out. Ma’am you have a balance of 166.00. Huh! I paid on my last visit, so how is this my problem. Well, they weren’t supposed to let you go to the back until your balance was paid. You guys call for everything else, but couldn’t call before I arrived to let me know that it was an error on your part calculating the insurance. I budget for my procedures and to say I needed to pay. Ma’am that’s not happening. Well you can’t leave without promising to pay. If you don’t pay in 90 days, it’s going to collections, wow!!! The doctor and the ladies in the back are wonderful, but it’s time for me to find somewhere else to go. Front staff, do better on communicating

Negative experience: Good afternoon. I wanted to share that my most recent hygiene dentist visit was most unpleasant due to the following reasons: The technician did not wear a mask during teeth imaging and I could feel her breath on my face. The technician did wear a mask during the cleaning, but over her nose, so I basically felt her breath on my face as she breathed through her nose. The technician did not look at my previous record and did not read it until the end of the cleaning. If she had, she would have had a better understanding of my current situation. I felt that nothing really had been done during the actual cleaning. It only lasted about 10 minutes, and my mouth felt the exact same, for only a little difference at the bottom. She only used on tool, and kind of just brushed around my teeth, not making any contact. The technician did not do anything to the left side of my mouth. I felt this was a waste of time and money, and I am not sure if I will be returning for further work that I am needing. This is the first time in which I have received this type of treatment from a technician. I would not like to have the person assist me again. Dr. Damion Womack

Negative experience: I've been going here since Dr. Trehern, but recently they dismissed me with no medicine or anything for my gum infection. They just told me to use salt water rinses and dismissed me, even though I was scared there was a serious infection in my gums. I had to use Teledoc to get my antibiotics for my infection after explaining what happened. I have a feeling I will not be back here again since I felt like I was brushed off for my major problems.

Fantastic experience: I’ve visited Stonecreek Dental on Mulberry on multiple occasions and every time Tasheba, the dental assistant, always has THE most pleasant disposition. She is knowledgeable and always so kind. I also have to mention Dr. Ringrose. It was our first encounter and I was pretty apprehensive about my procedure. She was accommodating and kept me aware of everything she was doing, ensuring I was comfortable. Great bed(chair) side manner Dr. Ringrose. Historically dental visits are stressful for me. So thank you ladies for making this one a pleasant one

Dr. Shelby king is phenomenal i needed a fill in done and I'm afraid of needles but she made it painless as possible and she restored my faith. I recently got braces and I had my first teeth cleaning on may 28th and it went very well.

I was battling a tough time in my life and hadn’t made it to the dentist in almost 4 years. Negative experience: It was not what I expected to happen. I had already endured a lot of pain with these bad teeth I really needed them extracted asap. Now I am having to put up with more days of pain in my mouth when it would have been so easy to do the extraction
