Fantastic experience: Both my husband and I have our teeth cleaned every six months. In addition, we also have any other dental work done by the dentist and a very qualified staff. They all have an upbeat attitude along with sincere caring attitude for the patient's comfort. We are extremely happy we have chosen Torrado Dental!

They are very friendly, customer oriented, professional and give speedy service. I never had to sit and wait a very long time to be seen. If I have an emergency; they will see me the same or the next day. All the work they have done on me; I had no complaints, no pain and I have been very satisfied every visit. (Root canals, cleaning, tooth extraction, partial and night gaurd.) I have recommended Torrado Dental to all my family and friends because they are just the best. I would love to give them 10 stars but I'm only allowed to give 5 stars as the highest. I highly recommend Torrado Dental!!!

Fantastic experience: As I walked into the office I was greeted by 1 of the 3 office receptionists. i was referred by my periodontist Dr Josue Padilla for treatment of a tooth that was sheared on the side. I was greeted by Dr Torrado and found him to be one of the nicest and most gracious persons. He discussed my plan of treatment and his assistants worked out all the details as to the cost and my upcoming procedure (.crown ). This is a highly efficient office and I am looking forward to my dental work.

Fantastic experience: So far so good. It was our first time taking my son to Torrado Dental. It went well. The environment was clean and the service commendable. The hygienist was very nice and used calming methods with my son. No one likes going to the dentist and to make a nice experience over a traumatic one for my son is a huge plus. I have now joined Torrado as well and out of my son's 2 visits and my one I still highly recommend. They are informative professional courteous. The text reminders and great they even sent a happy birthday message for my son.

My mom doesn’t speak much English, but Dr. Torrado always goes above and beyond to explain everything to her with so much patience and care. Fantastic experience: Amazing beautiful office. Awesome cordial and friendly staff very pleasant and professional. The treatment room was very clean and comfortable. The doctor was busy and I was waiting in the treatment room and the dental assistant came in to check on me during the short wait. When the dentist came in he was pleasant introducing himself and inquiring about me personally and explaining what to expect in upcoming appointments and treatment plans and sessions to come. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me in a way for me to understand and asking if I had any questions or concerns several times. I feel very good and confident about choosing this particular dentist that also came highly recommended from another doctor and a coworker. !!! Today 3/13/2025 Just had an appointment with several extractions. Dr. T and his staff were not only skillful but also caring and attentive. I was very nervous about this procedure but was put at ease by the doctor and his team. !!!! Dr. Torrado was gentle and not in a hurry to get through it and after instructed me to reach out to him at any time after this appt until my next appt.

His home dentist was a 4 hour drive, a family wedding was days away, and we were in a panic. The Torrado dental staff was incredibly kind and compassionate, they went out of their way to find him an appointment quickly. The dentist did an amazing job repairing his smile, he looked fabulous and you’d never know his teeth were chipped. We are so grateful for their skill, professionalism, and genuine care. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Torrado’s for many years. My latest appointment was for a second opinion because of what I was confirming one way or the other from the dentist I visit while I am seasonally away. X-rays past (2013 Dr. Torrado ) and present (2025 away) showed no change but was told otherwise that I needed to have the tooth removed and have an implant done which would have been very expensive and unnecessary according to Dr. Torrado. He showed me the x-rays and reassured me that my tooth looked just like it did when he worked on me in 2013 and to leave everything as is for now and we’ll just keep checking on it to see if there are changes in the future! I can’t thank Dr. Torrado enough for his honesty and integrity. I left the office visit feeling “richer” in more ways than one! His staff is very kind and professional and treat you like a person and not a number. I would highly recommend Dr. Torrado if you are in need of a dentist. It is obvious how well liked and professional he is from the size of his dental office which has expanded considerably since he first opened it. Thank you, Dr. Torrado and staff… Peppy Walsh

Fantastic experience: As an orthodontist, I'm very selective on who I trust to work on my teeth. I have know Dr. Torrado and most of his team for 20 years. I needed my first crown and within 90 minutes they had the tooth prepared, scanned and the crown was manufactured with the most amazing technology right in the office. Fantastic experience: Dr. Tornado has personally saved my wife and myself from infected teeth and pain off the charts !!! Before he had his own practice he answered the call at 3 am and gave my wife a shot to help her till the office opened. 24 years later he has his own awesome practice and I'm the one in trouble. I was so desperate that I tried with my wife's help to pull it with rope and plyers. It didn't work so call the emergency line at 9pm Thursday night. Not an answering service but the doctor answered and put me on Friday's schedule !!!! You could not be in better hands. Thank god he chose dental school

Dr T made me a mouthguard with 3D tech which fits like a glove & significantly reduces breakages. Front desk also does all they can to educate you and help you maximize insurance coverages. My family has similar great reviews of Dr T and his staff after visits. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I had an old crown replaced by Dr Torrado and had not had major dental work in years. Dr Torrado helped me feel at ease, did a wonderful job and is very skilled dentist. It was a very positive experience.

Negative experience: I had a mixed experience at Torrado Dental in Rochester, NY. On the positive side, Dr. Torrado performed a root canal that went very well. The procedure was handled professionally, and I initially felt confident in the care I received. Unfortunately, the quality of a subsequent cavity filling was disappointing. The filling was placed directly over a nerve that was close to the surface of the tooth, which led to significant nerve irritation and, ultimately, infection. I returned to Torrado Dental multiple times due to the worsening pain, but each time I was told that the work was fine and that there was no issue with the filling. I was prescribed antibiotics, but the pain persisted and only intensified. After continuing discomfort, I sought a second opinion through urgent care. Their X-rays clearly showed that the filling was placed directly on top of the nerve — a mistake that could and should have been avoided. What’s more troubling is that Dr. Torrado and his staff refused to acknowledge any error, even when the problem became more obvious with time and imaging. I’m now left dealing with ongoing pain and the frustration of not being heard or helped effectively. While I appreciate the root canal work, the handling of the cavity filling and the lack of accountability afterward have left me unable to recommend Torrado Dental with confidence.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Torrado Dental. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in. Dr. Torrado was very kind, and seem very knowledgeable. He examined my mouth, and told me what my options were. Then the billing staff came in with a treatment plan and the cost. She explained everything to me. I wish I found out about Torrado Dental sooner.

Fantastic experience: I loved the crown Dr. Torrado made for me much more comfortable than the one done by another dentist previously. He also made time to fix my mom’s crown that had some issues with very short notice. We really appreciate to have known such a great dentist. I highly recommend his practice to everyone.

Fantastic experience: My daughter went to this place, Duan was her dental hygienist, he explained the process, the important of teeth brushing, flossing and more to her, let me tell you, she was so nervous about the flossing but he made her comfortable and by the time we left there, she told the ladies at the front desk, “this is the best place ever” seriously if exceptional was a name it will be Torrado.

Fantastic experience: I switched here from another dentist after the dentist told me I needed two crowns. Dr. Villanueva was very knowledgeable and focused on doing the least invasive treatment and I am now repairing one filling as opposed to getting TWO crowns. My hygenist Dewan was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. My new patient care coordinator Tammy was excellent and got me on the cancellation list and I was seen less than 24 hours after I called the office. I am so impressed by the excellent care and service I received and I've only had ONE visit so far! . I will write another review aftet I get my fillings! I would definitely recommend Torrado!!! They also have a dental surgeon in the building which not a lot of places have.

Fantastic experience: I have had some bad experiences with many dentists through the years. This has caused me to have very high anxiety. Dr Torrado recognized this without me telling him and chose to not go ahead with a procedure I needed as I was experiencing pain even with 3 rounds of novocaine! He sent me home on antibiotics and a med to take prior to returning to help with my nerves. Well I could not have had a better experience! Minimal pain if any at all! He and his staff were wonderful! I have never said this before but I look forward to going back and being on top of my oral health! Thank you for wanting to give me a good experience!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing practice. I switched to this dentists two years and don’t want to go anywhere else ever again. I’ve gotten a variety of work done here: fillings, an implant, a crown, my wisdom teeth coming out. The clerical staff is always helpful, caring and supportive and they are very on top of all the paperwork. Each doctor I have been with has always been very friendly and connected with me on a personal level. They run their practice with a “customer first” mindset and it clearly shows. When you are in there it feels like they truly want to reach the best solution for you and your needs, not make as much money as possible (which I’ve had lots of experience with in dentistry). I could not more highly recommend this practice!

Positive experience: I just had my new patient appointment yesterday and everyone was so nice and friendly. The hygienist that did my cleaning was very thorough and gentle and that’s a big deal for me since I have very sensitive teeth and gums. In the end, I was pleased with the experience since the doctor was professional and courteous and I will need two route canals. I am not looking forward to this, however, I am hopeful it won't be too painful and it will be good to no longer have my toothaches.
