Fantastic experience: Yesterday was my first appointment at Beck Dental Care. What a wonderful staff ! I couldn’t have felt anymore welcomed! Everyone was friendly, smiling and genuinely happy! Jennifer, my hygienist was professional yet warm and friendly. She explained everything and did an excellent job. I can’t wait to go back!

Positive experience: Arrived on time for a 8am appointment for a cleaning and x-rays. Cleaning and everything was done promptly was told I needed to see the dentist and sat for over 25 minutes I finally left at 9:00 AM and haven’t heard anything back about the issues I might have. My work schedule is very tight and that’s why I try to always get the earliest appointment possible.

These people know how to deal with people with crippling dentist anxiety (I have a horrible fear of sedation and needles, and I had to have a cavity filled and they were patient with me throughout the whole process). I can't recommend this place more.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using Beck Dental since the 90’s. Everyone there from the front desk on is so friendly and welcoming. Jennifer has been my hygienist forever! She is the best! Always does a great cleaning. Highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: This office has a very friendly, professional staff. Dr. Hart and his assistants are always friendly, professional and attentive. I went to this office to get denture implants. I am 2 visits from getting my new snap in dentures and I am so excited. The surgery to install the posts went very well. I was unsure about how my posts were healing but every time I called with a concern, they were glad to have me come by and let someone look at it the same day. I’ve never had a dental office that was this good. My husband hates doctors and dentists but when he saw how they treated me and all other patients that came in while he was waiting, he actually went here and had dental work done.

Negative experience: To me this is a “money hungry” dentist place because when I went I got a exam they wanted to pull out 7 of my teeth all at once under sedation which I know is not safe cause that can literally cause death even when I said I wanted it broken up into different appointments they was hesitate to do so everything was literally about money the doctor I seen literally kept bringing up cost instead of actually giving me an actual solution on my teeth I left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied

They are so kind and friendly starting from the receptionist, the hygienist and the professional and knowledgeable dentist!(Dr.Hart). They listen to your concerns and address a treatment plan that would be best for you. They are great with follow up care. I believe Beck Dental is the best in Columbia!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Beck dental since I moved here 17 years ago and I have had the best care every time. All the staff are polite and friendly. I have never had an issue with getting an appt. or getting seen at the last minute. I would not go anywhere else!

She adjusted the take home pack to my specific situation and needs. Beck’s hours are great and easy to make appointments with. One of the major reasons I left my former dentist.

Fantastic experience: I am a patient since 2024 and have always been absolutely satisfied with my experience with Beck Dental and all staff. I changed jobs and insurance and did not realize my insurance is very restrictive. Long story short, after getting my X-rays where I could use my insurance, they did everything else possible and with so much care and professionalism that I am never leaving them! Kudos to all, and Ms. Mace’s caring and efficiency, Ms. Holly was awesome too! I absolutely recommend them all!

The staff felt like family!!! I’m healing very well, and had chips for the first time in a long time yesterday, and that made everything worth it:) Plus not walking around with missing teeth is great.

Negative experience: So, I scheduled an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and they only performed a comprehensive exam.... I have never had this happen, it was a waste of my time. They told me that they'll get me in for a cleaning if someone cancels.... Lesson leaned, I won't be back....I left before the exam ended, lord knows what the will be considering all the extra unnecessary services they were providing.... I have never went to the dentist and not had my teeth cleaned until today....

Negative experience: Dentistry is expensive because of places like this. They want to have you come in, charge you to tell you there is nothing they can do today. Come back after antibiotics but won't give you antibiotics until you come to see them. 100 better places to go that are not only after your money

Fantastic experience: I have a huge amount of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and it’s all because of Castle Dental. The dentists at Beck Dental and their associates are all so very nice and I’m so impressed with this Dentist office I recommend them to anyone who asks for a good dentist around our town and we don’t live in the town their business is and it’s worth the small drive. We live in the next town over, just about a beautiful 35-40 min drive and they are now our new dentist.

Negative experience: My appointment was 15 minutes late getting started, despite having an 8am time. I waited 25 minutes to see the dentist after my teeth were cleaned. At my last appointment, I waited 20 minutes to see the dentist, but he was a no show. I find this unacceptable. Tom O’Donnell

Fantastic experience: I just had my teeth cleaned and and they were actually flexible enough to get to me a day early since we were wanting to go to Alabama for the weekend. The lady who worked on me was great and it was the first time that I'd met her. She is a credit to Beck Dental Care.
