Fantastic experience: Went here for a root canal. They were very professional, kind and considerate. I got to watch Moana as they did the procedure. It was smooth and painless. They thoroughly explained everything and didn't make me feel bad at all. 10/10 experience.

Fantastic experience: I experienced the most comfortable root canal ever! I barely felt the numbing shots, they have music or movies with headphones to help with relaxation, and it was over quickly. I highly recommend Meridian. They run a very efficient practice with sympathetic staff.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. I got sick with a serious illness which caused me to be out of work permanently. I was paying as much as I could afford every month towards my bill. I let them know that I got sick and what I was capable of paying every month since my income dropped significantly. Suddenly, my money wasn't good enough and they sent my bill to collection. They literally sent my most recent payment back to me. These people claim to care about people, when in fact they only care about money. I've explained to them via phone calls and emails that I'm sick and on disability, yet they didn't give a damn and added to my problems by sending me to collection regardless of our communications. Please consider my story when you think of becoming a patient of Meridian. Their patients don't matter as much as they claim.

Fantastic experience: Almost 2 years ago, I had a complicated dental procedure performed there. The Dr. and entire staff were top notch professionals. Last week, I received a $165 check from Meridian for overpayment. So I can confirm they’re honest and ethical too!

Kept asking me if I was ok, very attentive. My daughter who has special needs had a couple of root canals done here too. She is usually sedated in a hospital for extensive dental work. They did it with only laughing gas. She had no complaints! I think they might be using some type of magic here.

Fantastic experience: Meridian was able to get me in same day for treatment. This was very important to me as I was in a lot of pain and didn't want to wait till the following week. The staff was friendly and they answered all my questions. The procedure went quick and gave me relief from my pain. I would recommend Meridian to anyone who needs their services.

Negative experience: I definitely would not recommend! Came to them for a second opinion and left with a list of $3500 worth of things I should do instead of the first opinion I got somewhere else. They measured my gums as a lot of 6’s, (which is severe gum disease…1-3 is healthy) and told me I had an abcess that needed to be taken care of immediately. I was shocked! I, then, got a 3rd opinion who checked for an abcess (I didn’t have one), measured my gums (told me they couldn’t find any 6’s…..all my gums were between 2-3) and agreed with the first doctor. I also had a family member ask the office they work for to review my records and they were outraged by the recommendations of Meridian. This place wants to make money and isn’t honest in doing it. I will never go there again. I am so disappointed in this place. Stay away!

Negative experience: They were able to take care of my tooth need immediately. They make sure you are totally comfortable during procedure. Explain everything however you need to do your own checking on insurance. I was told one price and then billed again for something that wasn’t covered. Disappointed on being told my payment covered everything. Follow up call I was told if you look at what you sign it says you could be billed more charges at a later date!. So dont count on what you’re told even if it’s 4 people stating the same thing

Fantastic experience: This establishment deserves more than 5 stars! Coming from having a dental phobia due to horrible experiences throughout my 30 years of life, I was superstitious. Having my first root canal was scary and the anxiety was high, but the staff are here for you more than just fixing your teeth. The staff here are incredible and so caring to your needs to make anyone feel at ease! And to top it off, NO PAIN AFTER THE PROCEDURE!!! Felt like absolutely nothing! Shout out to Dr. Zielinski and his right hand man John! What a phenomenal duo to have work done on to keep your smile! Highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of dental repair. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment at Meridian Endodontics today. Dr. Micheal Zielinski did my root canal. This was the second one I had done with Dr. Zielinski. I am one who doesn't like dental work done. I have to say Dr. Zielinski does the job totally pain free. No need to be unsettled about getting your work done at Meridian.

Fantastic experience: I went to my dentist yesterday 6-9-25 and he told me I needed a root canal! The office staff set an appointment with Dr. Zielinski for 06-10-25 @ 2:00. On my way home Meridian called me to ask if I would like to come in on 06-09-25 in a half hour? I accepted and 20 minutes later I was in the chair ready for my root canal. The staff at Meridian is so friendly, and professional, and Dr. Zielinski works so smoothly, and quickly that like 123 it's all over with with no pain and no anxiety. I have gone to Dr. Zielinski 3 seperate times and have always had a top notch experience, would definately recommend him and his staff for any endodonic needs!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so friendly. It was such a calm atmosphere, it almost looked like a spa. They helped me with my anxiety too. I was able to schedule a same day appointment and everything was done within 5 hrs, from scheduling the appointment to walking out the door after a root canal. Would definitely recommend 10/10!

Fantastic experience: On the afternoon of May 12, 2025, I had a root canal surgery excellently performed by Dr. Michael A. Zielinski and his assistant at Meridian Endodontics, Periodontics & Implant Dentistry. During the surgical procedure and after coming home from the dental clinic, I didn't feel any pain. They are courteous, friendly, caring, and highly skilled. Their service is greatly appreciated. I also want to thank the receptionist at the front desk for being so helpful.

Fantastic experience: I was able to book a same day appointment for a root canal procedure, which was a relief. However, the real balm on my heart today was the kindness, warmth, attentiveness, clear communication, and supportive care I recieved from SHONTAE!!! She even helped me find financing for the dental work, which I don't think Dental Assistants usually do. ABOVE + BEYOND! I cannot express how much she lifted my spirits on a rough day. I will def be paying it forward. Thank you, Shontae!!!!

Negative experience: The receptionist is really rude. I called to Inquire about sedation due to anxiety. The Receptionist took it upon herself to be condescending By asking me if “I can stay still for 60 minutes 6-0.”

Fantastic experience: Meridian is very customer-centric and it shows. I recently had a root canal retreated by Dr Zielinski at the Brookfield location. The staff and Dr Zielinski did a great job to ensure I was comfortable and confident in the procedure. I would recommend Meridian for all future dental procedures.

Negative experience: If you are looking for a skilled dentist to do a root canal located in a very nice office setting then I recommend Meridian. However, If you are also looking for poor billing practices riddled with numerous errors that you will need to fight against for several months wasting countless hours of your precious time until they finally “admit” their mistake (without an apology) then I highly recommend Meridian as well. ‍♂️ I would love to attach all the corresponding letters and bills however too much personal information is involved.

Fantastic experience: The dentist, and assistant were very professional. Made sure I was comfortable, and wasn’t having any problems. Explained the procedure I was about to face, and what to expect.

Negative experience: While my visit to this office was quick and the staff friendly, their billing procedures are ethically murky at best. Due to Meridian's lack of communication, I was surprised by a $200 bill that my insurance company did not cover. Had Meridian disclosed the x-rays scheduled for my visit in advance, I would have verified that everything was covered under my insurance (which is in-network with Meridian). However, because of their lack of communication, these details were omitted, and I have been left to pay out of pocket. Their responses, from all three people I spoke to, were, "That x-ray is typically never covered by insurance." I am still puzzled as to why no one would disclose this to me, the patient. Again, had this been disclosed, I would not have agreed to this specific x-ray and would have willingly called my insurance to verify if it was or was not covered. The only information provided to me ahead of time was a quote for $402, but the details for what that money was for was not disclosed to me before or at the time of my visit. I will not return to this office, nor will I recommend it to others. Surprise medical billing is unfair to patients, especially when it seems that everyone at this office knew it wouldn't be covered except for me. In the future, I encourage Meridian to educate their patients about which x-rays or procedures will be performed before each visit, so that patients feel better prepared and avoid any surprises. To me, that's good business 101. While I can manage the $200 bill, many patients would find this disruptive (and I'm sure their office would not). I'm disappointed, and I advise others to seek care elsewhere or at least request more details, as they are not very forthcoming with them.

Fantastic experience: I came to Meridian via referral from my primary Dentist. Dr. Zielinski, and his assistant Milly, were so gracious, kind and professional. They talked me through treatment options and now we have a good plan moving forward. I feel confident that working with Meridian was the smart choice.

Fantastic experience: From the minute I found the office tucked on the lower level of an office bldg I was impressed. Hannah who greeted me was beyond courteous and attentive. The decor throughout is lovely and it even noticeably smells good, not at all medicinal. The staff was very professional and Dr. Teel was as impressive in person as is her bio. You have to review her credentials to believe the great hands you are entrusting with your dental needs. We in The Milwaukee are very blessed to have such a lovely and talented physician in our midst. I went in for a consult with no difficulty scheduling my appt within a few days of Meridian calling me! I didn’t even have to remember to call them. I love that! The next day I had a tooth extraction and bone graft while watching Les Miserables on the ceiling. So, so relaxing. Yes, relaxing☺️. Unheard of since moving to Milwaukee in 1975 and seeing only dentists that practiced within a given specialty. If there was any hiccough at all it was with finding the funds quickly enough to proceed. Oh, and not being able to finish my movie as Dr. Teel and her team had me in an out of the office in less than an hour. I can’t say enough great things about my experience I’ve worked in the health field for nearly 52 years and rarely have experienced anything even close to my time spent in this Meridian office. Thank you for allowing me to share how lucky I feel to have been referred to you by a Specialist at Delafield Dental.

Positive experience: I had a nice experience with the surgeon and his assistant. Unfortunately they don’t provide clear estimate of how much the insurance is going to cover until after the surgery and they ask for the full payment ten days in advance. I ended up not continuing with them and working with another surgeon who gave me that information on the spot.

Fantastic experience: My anxiety is fairly high when it comes to dentist office visits. But the office was very accommodating! The office space looks like a nice Spa, I almost thought I walked in to the wrong area. The staff is super nice and fun people to converse with, they had me cracking up. So anyway..I went in for root canal, never had this done mind you, and the pain level was like a 3/10 and under 40 mins for two teeth. It was super cool that they offered me music or a movie to help me chill out too. I was seen by Dr. Zielinski and his team and they were very thorough with health diagnosis, by explaining in layman terms which I appreciated.. Details on aftercare procedure were very detailed too. I felt like I was set on a speedy recovery. So yeah all and all 10/10 experience and I'll be having this office on my saved list for future procedures.

Fantastic experience: First off the elevator you feel like you’ve entered a spa. Next the staff is so kind, then it gets better when you sit in the chair and they hand you a menu like you’re dining at the finest restaurant. The menu is of movies for you to pick one to watch while they complete your procedure. There is a TV in front of you and on the ceiling when they recline you. And just when you get to the good part of the movie, you’re done. And my Dentist was very good on the eyes. His assistant was adorable, smart, kind, and puts you completely at ease. I guarantee you will enjoy the experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a lower molar that was bothering me for a few months. The pain would come and go. It was getting worse so I knew I needed to do something. I made an appointment with Dr. Zielinski at Meridian. When I got there, I received a warm welcome and I got in right away. The scan showed some bone deterioration beneath the roots. After a clear explanation of what happened, we decided on a root canal instead of pulling the tooth. The procedure was quick with no pain. Negative experience: Went for a 3d x ray. Had to pay cash upfront before xray. Paid. Then have been getting calls night owe additional money when that was the only service I had. What the heck. Major problems with billing! Unacceptable.

It was so calming and actually wanted to relax in their waiting room which was beautifully done with a fireplace, a huge fish tank and relaxing chairs. I can’t forget the staff who were all very sweet.

Fantastic experience: Prior to even calling for my root canal, I was so nervous due to a previous bad experience w/ an oral surgeon (not related to their organization.) However, everyone I encountered at Meridian, from the staff on the phone all the way to the doctor, were absolutely amazing! Not only was I heard when I expressed my concerns, but they went above and beyond to help me with the financial aspect and walked me through every step. In addition, they made sure I was completely comfortable throughout my entire procedure. I will absolutely be referring anyone and everyone I can to their office. 10/10! Thank you Meridian not only for helping take the pain away but helping me conquer my fear.

Fantastic experience: Surprised by the high tech equipment. Surprised by the lack of a needle to numb the area of concern. Surprised by the complete lack of pain following the root canal. 2 Tylenol was all I used and that was administered at the clinic. Dr. Zielinski explained the procedure before during and after. John his assistant was like a rock star too. My 4th root canal and I wish I’d known of Meridian and Dr. Zielinski the prior 3 times.

Fantastic experience: I was having severe tooth pain for several days and Meridian were able to get me in less than 24hours after my dentist’s referral went through. Dr. Zielinski and John were efficient, kind, and very thorough with all explanations throughout my appointment. I was dreading this procedure but they ensured I was comfortable and pain free. I couldn’t be happier with the services.

Fantastic experience: My implant and crown lengthening with Dr. Teel, Hope, and Debbie went great! I was a little nervous about it but had no pain at all during the procedure and healing well. Dr. Teel continuously checked on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. Everyone was so kind in answering any questions I had and I was able to watch a movie. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!

Negative experience: If I can give this place 0, I’d have done so. I got my root canal done in May. They told me at the beginning that my insurance would cover most of my services, except for the 3D XR. I would have to pay out of pocket for that. I was agreeable. I got root canal and XR done. I checked out and paid my out of pocket. I got a bill of another $209 dollars in 3 months later. This is a ripoff. This place is a scam. They tell their patient how much they charge for the services. Patient feels affordable to get things done and finally figure out to get overcharged months later. What healthcare service is this!!! This is a joke!!!

Negative experience: DO NOT TRUST THEM! I would give 0 stars if I could. I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at their clinic. For context: I am a very young and trusting woman and I feel I have been taken advantage of. I was instructed to apply for CareCredit so I could pay for my procedure before it even began. I was instructed that I would need a full scaling of my teeth to fix some pain I had been experiencing for the last year or so. The pain was only in the top left corner of my mouth, but the doctor said we might as well do both corners to prevent it from happening in a different place. Again, I am very trusting, (especially of health care individuals since I am a vet tech myself) so I took her word as gospel and agreed to whatever she thought was necessary. I asked the payment coordinator to send the diagnostic CT and xrays to my insurance so that they could give me an estimate to how much I would have to pay out of pocket. She told me it wasn't necessary since I would be having the surgery after the first of the year and the amount they would pay would be different at that point. I asked multiple times and she just kept saying there was no point, and she would send it after the first of the year. Well, my surgery was on January 6th and the estimate never got sent, but at that point it was too late and I would had to have reschedule the whole thing. SO I DID! I asked for them to send it and rescheduled for mid February. A few days before the scheduled surgery rolls around and it still never got sent. At this point, the pain in my mouth was getting unbearable and I still believed them to be working for what was best for me, so I went along with the surgery and used my insurance's website to estimate how much I would be paying out of pocket. I applied for CareCredit, paid over 4k for the surgery, just for my doctor to laugh at the end of the surgery and say "Well we definitely should have done more than laughing gas because you do not have a lot of room in there! I did as much as I could!" My claim was sent to my insurance about a month after surgery, and my insurance claimed to have never received it. I spent hours being transferred to dozens of different people in the clinic about how I could get this submitted. They claimed to have tried through the mail and electronically, both to no avail. Turns out they were sending the claim to an insurance I was no longer affiliated with, which I had told them twice on the day of the procedure. When we figured that out, I told them over the phone again TWICE that we needed to change my primary insurance to the one that has previously been on my account as secondary, as I no longer had the primary one. I called back a few weeks later and they were still trying to send it to my old insurance!!! At this point, we are 3months away from when I had the surgery done and my insurance still has no idea. They finally figured out how to send it to the right insurance and they received the claim and sent it back saying they would only pay for minimal stuff because the imaging Meridian had done was not diagnostic and did not indicate the need for dental planing. I called, probably at this time for the 12th time, and asked for the doctor to submit some kind of explanation for why we did the procedure. They resubmitted the claim with more notes and my insurance still did not pay for the planing. Now here I am, over 6months after my procedure, with my insurance telling me they can't even pay for 50% of what was done (which I would have known, had they asked for a quote before surgery like I had asked multiple times for). Oh yeah! And the procedure didn't even fix my pain! So now I'm out $2500 for nothing. Do not use Meridian. I only ever used the Brookfield location but I would never recommend any locations to anyone. Please use literally any other company. I feel extremely taken advantage of. Why would they care about any of this stuff anyway? They made me pay for the procedure before it even started. I am so disappointed and will never be returning.
