Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Risas Dental thanks to Javier and Dr.Mario ! They were incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease during my visit. You can tell they truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to make sure everything is comfortable and explained clearly. The whole team was great, but Javier and Dr.Mario really stood out for their kindness and attention to detail. Highly recommend coming here if you want great service and people who genuinely care!

Fantastic experience: I take my son for his check ups and every time I’m greeted By front office. Paola is always quick to.check us in very efficient. the wait to see doctor is very short. And treatment needed is explained in detail.

Negative experience: Everyone was nice and the work and hygiene were to the highest standard. My only problem was that the dr did do a very good job, there was a space between my teeth after he did the fillings. The space was so bad that I had to go to another dentist to fix it.

Negative experience: Overbooking, understaffed, and unorganized. If you call you’ll get the call center but office has no idea what’s going on with call center. Just awful.

Fantastic experience: I had an Amazing experience here at Rises Arcadia. Dr. Maule was very patient and talked me through the whole process. Very friendly staff, just an Amazing place. Thank you rises!

Negative experience: Dr. Olsen is an amazing orthodontist, he’s experienced, attentive, and truly cares about each patient. If my entire treatment had been with him, I believe my results would’ve been great. However, I would not recommend getting braces at this location overall. After starting with Dr. Olsen, I was suddenly switched to other orthodontists who did not follow the original treatment plan. They were inconsistent and didn’t seem to have the same level of attention to detail. Because of that, my bite is now misaligned and my teeth didn’t turn out the way I expected. It’s extremely disappointing considering the time and money put into this.

Negative experience: One Word: Disappointing This place consistently overbooks appointments, and as a patient, you won’t feel like a priority. I’ve been coming here for over 3 years and have seen multiple main dentists come and go. Each time, I’ve been given a different date for when my braces would come off and every single time, that date passed with no progress. I once had an emergency and missed an appointment, and the next available one was two months out. I had even discussed coming in every two weeks with the dentist so I could get my braces off by the end of summer, as promised. Instead, they pushed it to July 30th. I was promised this early May. On top of all that, they charge extra and have gone against their own contract time and time again. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Negative experience: I really do NOT like this office. They make it a recurring thing to give appointments then call saying the doctor will not be in that day; now pushing your next appointment back further. Very UNPROFESSIONAL

Fantastic experience: I went there today to see about getting a teeth pulled that I’ve been getting a runaround by four different dental places and what I mean, Dr. King and Maria took care of your boy all the way through less than 45 minutes in and out and my tooth is out And I’m on my way to work . Best experience I could’ve ever had definitely coming back with my insurance kicks in A+ plus all the way

Negative experience: The dentists and orthodontists are super nice. My daughter got her braces put on and there was a bracket put on incorrectly. I called to make an appointment and was told to come in as a walk in. Came in as a walk in and was told it would be 30min to an hour. Waited over an hour before going back to the counter. The lady told me it could be up to two hours. We finally got called back after I explained we wouldn’t even be here if they put the brackets on correctly.

Fantastic experience: Came in for a root canal, the staff was super understanding of the pain I was in and worked with my insurance to get me in asap Cinthia helped me both times I was in and she was super professional! Dr.King did amazing with my procedure! Thank you all !

Negative experience: I've been coming here for over 3 years. My daughter got her braces on and off from here. It's ridiculous to get an appointment for Ortho. Evelyn today helped us and it was supposed to be an amazing day because my daughter was getting her braces off however Evelyn had such a bad vibe it ruined our moment.

Negative experience: Be wise, do not come here, stay away! They over book to the max, the staff is rude, they took it upon themselves to shave my daughters canines down to the point where they do not even look like canines anymore. All in all, just do not come here, save yourself the worry, and the money.

Negative experience: Please look around for care before coming here. Yes, they are cheaper, but you get what you pay for! They completely overbook it's insane! If you have an emergency and can't make your child's appointment they will not get you in for another 3 months. They are Constantly changing doctors. The staff is very rude. They violate their contracts and charge extra fees and they really messed up my daughter's top teeth! They are like an over run puppy mill and we all know that's not good! Please consider other Orrho's! Really not a great place to bring your children!

Fantastic experience: I have always enjoyed coming to this Risas dental, I use to go to the south mountain risa and the customer service was horrible. This is Risas in Arcadia is the gold standard for all Risas. Jenny and Mario are so kind. Any questions they will answer for you.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going since 2015-2016. The staff is extremely helpful & nice also very informative. It’s like a BIG FAMILY. I’ve received an extraction & braces. Now I’m in the process of having a root canal. I had to get a root canal done. Javier did such an amazing job with my temporary tooth for a root canal, you cannot even tell it’s a false tooth. I absolutely love Risas dental. I can’t forget about Jenny, she is extremely warm, nice and overall a sweet girl. She works well side by side with Dr. Mario. He’s absolutely amazing and insightful too!

Negative experience: This place is very tacky and low class. I told them My partner was bringing my wallet and they wouldn’t clean my teeth until I paid first. I already have ortho with them! Usually you pay after services are rendered. tacky tacky won’t be back for cleanings! Be prepared to pay first. Feel like a second class person. No thank.

His assistant Evelyn was also very sweet, gently working through my mouth x-rays and explaining how much everything will cost. It was a very pleasant experience.

She's one of the best we've had there. Dr. Mario is very thorough and answers questions if we have any. I like that he checks over things before he leaves.

Cinthia was amazingly kind and made sure that I was doing alright through my entire visit and Dr King was very thorough in explaining what was going on throughout the procedure and what to expect for follow up care. Fantastic experience: I went to the dentist here for the first time in 30 years due to a severe toothache. I have the worst teeth imaginable. I was very nervous but the music playing over the speakers put me at ease. Everyone was kind and courteous and non-judgemental. I was seen right away when it was time for my appointment. I didn't have insurance and it was no problem at all. They gave me options on how I can pay for my procedure and explained everything thoroughly and asked if I had any questions. Although I haven't had any actual work done on my teeth yet I feel confident I chose the right place.
