Fantastic experience: I sought out a sedation dentist as I have anxiety when I need to get a filling or any work that requires drilling. I even require hand scaling when I have my teeth cleaned as the cavitron sounds like a drill. My anxiety has multiplied tenfold over the past 10 years. I chipped my front tooth and required bonding. I met with Dr. Dayton Baez for a consult today to discuss sedation using pills and gas which I have used before. After examining my tooth he said he could try a tool that will buff and not drill which would meet the needs of the tooth and not be the high frequency drill sound. Agreed to try knowing if it did not work, I could come back for sedation. I AM SOOOO GRATEFUL!!!! My front tooth is bonded, and I did not need ANY sedation!!!! I can’t believe it! I am so grateful to have a new dental office. In addition, the staff are all great! Thank you Dr. Baez, Rolando, Anna & Destiny for your patience making my experience exceptional. ❤️ I truly am grateful.

Fantastic experience: Great, friendly staff! Dr. Baez and staff are the best of the best! I went elsewhere initially for an estimate etc but felt too rushed before I could decide if it was a "good fit". So I went to Signature Dental. It had been several YEARS with an uncomfortable, old upper denture, and no bottom denture except for broken teeth. From the start, Dr. Baez filled me with confidence from 9 extractions on the bottom to two full dentures top and bottom. This practice is NOT a "factory" rather Dr. Baez and staff really care for your well-being.

Fantastic experience: I had been dealing with a frustrating issue—my crown, done by another dentist, kept coming off repeatedly. It was uncomfortable, inconvenient, and honestly, I was losing trust in the dentist. That’s when I found Signature Dental Group, and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Joel Baez was incredibly professional and accommodating. On very short notice, he was able to make me a temporary crown that fit well and stayed secure—something I hadn’t experienced in a long time. More importantly, when it came time for the permanent crown, it was crafted and placed perfectly. It’s been holding up flawlessly ever since—no issues, no surprises. He used a different approach in using laser technology to get the crown to fit right, and it ultimately did not fall anymore. He thinks outside of the box, and that is something that other dentists I have dealt with do not normally do. The entire staff was warm, responsive, and efficient. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. I can’t thank Dr. Baez and his team enough. I was able to receive same day in visit on a cracked tooth. The staff is very welcoming, pleasant and informative. I was told on a Friday that I had an infection under a root canal and needed the tooth extracted ASAP since I was traveling out of the country soon. Dr. Paul Baez got me in the following Monday without hesitation. I even drove all the way from Miami because of how highly recommended he came—and it was completely worth it. He was incredibly professional, made me feel at ease, and explained everything clearly. I’ve had my fair share of dental issues and negative experiences in Miami, so I was nervous about the whole process. But from start to finish, the care I received here was top-notch. I’m so glad I chose this practice, and I’ll definitely be coming back for my dental implants!

Fantastic experience: My search was for a dental office not part of a chain, had good reviews ant accepted my Delta Dental insurance. My first visit to Signature was a positive experience. After a particularly thorough cleaning by Anna and set of Xrays taken by a pleasant, skilled woman then a check over by Dayron they found nothing that had to be done and some suggestions as to what could be done. I was left deciding my next step from a more informed position. All in all I'm pleased with my new dental office.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a Dentist and have been dissatisfied with previous experiences, Signature Dental is the office you’ve been looking for. The staff is courteous, the hygienists are meticulous, and the doctors are exceptional. I don’t usually go out of my way to write google reviews but this was the most pleasant Dental visit I have ever had. It’s hard to find a Dentist that does good work and even harder to find one that cares. Signature Dental does both.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, this location seems to take their receptionist aside instead of their customers. Called earlier today to book An appointment, only to be speaking to a receptionist name, Whitney. Asking for an appointment for Thursday morning. Was told there was no appointment appointments and that they were fully booked including next week. This was followed by a game of phone tag. After being annoyed with the situation, I called again to speak to a manager. Who instead of apologizing kept insisting that “things just happen”. Because once he got on the phone, suddenly there was a 12:00 PM appointment available. Within the 15-20 minute phone call prior suddenly an appointment had opened up. Quite the irony.

While he was helping me with my dental condition, him and his assistant were having fun conversation with me! Fantastic experience: Unbelievable!!! The best dental visit ever. I was able to finish all paperwork for checking in ahead, so I just showed up and waited a very short time in the waiting room. The front office peeps were on top of everything and very nice. I was taken back and given x-rays that were really advanced. Anna my dental technician was an angel. She cleaned my teeth like never before and was very sweet and professional. The doctor saw me last and was so nice, informative and professional but made me feel very comfortable as I have had some bad experiences in the past and get a little anxious. My teeth are sparkling and I am looking forward to my next visit with no anxiety. Do not hesitate to go here. It is family owned and a great place for your dental care.

Negative experience: Went to this office to have a root canal performed and had no luck. first off the doctor wanted me to have my general dentist to remove the crown that was over the tooth in question. I said to myself that's strange. After getting out of the chair I started to walk out when a young women said to me that I owed $250.00. I said for what and she stated for things my insurance does not pick up. I told her that this practice is an in network provider. She then stated that no insurance company pays for XRAYS. I said you are kidding? I then called United Health Care at which time they called the doctors office and explained to the young women that since no pre authorization was ever submitted how would she know what is covered or not? At the end of the day the insurance company said I owe nothing. Stay away from this practice.

In Consulting with other offices, they wanted to replace both teeth to be sure they matched which I didn't want to do. Dr Baez and team said they could just replace the crown and it would look like an original tooth. They were not lying! ! Look at the before and after pictures. If I did not post the before picture you would not be able to tell which tooth is the crown and which one is my real tooth. If you are in need of an amazing dentist, the regular routine Dentistry is a piece of cake for this office. Their cosmetic team far exceeded any expectation of how my tooth could look. Extremely satisfied!! Do yourself a favor, don't do any work with any office without coming here first. Thank you... Thank you Dr. Baez!!

Fantastic experience: Went in for a cleaning yesterday. Dr. Baeo came in to check my mouth & we chatted. He gave opinions & thoughts and he could’ve pushed me on certain procedures, but he didn't. Fantastic experience: Signature Dental immediately fit me in for a dental emergency even though it was obvious they were having a busy day. They clearly explained my issues and my options. They presented the possible fee range and happily my charge was at the lowest end because they found I didn’t need extensive work. I was happy with their honesty as I was in pain and needed a solution quick. I would highly recommend Signature Dental.

Fantastic experience: Robert Prince appt on Thursday, October 3rd. 2024 Dr Dayron Baez was efficient and caring as he excised two enflamed adjacent molars from the lower left quadrant of my jaw. When he perceived I was experiencing excessive pain, Dr Baez injected additional local anesthesia in the the subject areas. Dr Baez’s staff were friendly and professional in performing the x-ray and excising procedures, routing prescriptions to a drug store and scheduling a follow-up appointment. I highly recommend Dr Baez and Signature Dental.

Fantastic experience: I just had the best experience with a dentist. Chipped a tooth last night. Ironically, I was getting ready to find a new dentist. I read the reviews and requested an appointment. Within the hour, they contacted me and got me in today. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. Forty five minutes later, my chip is gone and my tooth actually looks better than before. They now have a new patient! Fantastic experience: I met Dr. Dayron Baez when he was in college. I was his patient for 1.5 years. He replaced a four part bridge and about a dozen crowns. Now that he is in a practice with his brother and his wife, every time I go to his office, about ten minutes from my home, I feel like I'm visiting family. Not only are the dentists at this practice superb, and their prices fair, but the staff is always friendly and efficient. Did I forget to mention that the hygienist is the best I've ever had? Yup, it's true. She's the best.
