Negative experience: I have been unhappy with this business office for years. First time I used them to get some crowns replaced took them weeks to get the job completed when they originally ones I put in over 30 years ago were done in a week. Secondly, I bought in-house insurance with them to cover cleanings and checkups. Then my wife went in a couple months later bought another dental plan and included me on that that’s giving me two dental plans. Last time I was in, they wanted to move me to a periodontal plan which required cleanings every three months, and they agreed to use the balance of the second dental plan towards the first one to cover the additional cost. Tried to make a booking today for cleaning and check up and was called back told that I still owed $170 Because of the plan I was on. I explained to the girl that this was covered in my last visit and they move money from one plan to the other to cover additional cost however she would not hear it. Therefore I’m canceling all visits with this office and refused to go back to them. I don’t like being lied to and to be honest every time I go in it feels like an up sale.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was just to figure out why one of my molars was causing me some pain. After the initial check-up they took x-rays and found that I had an infection and that I actually needed a root canal done as soon as possible. Like everyone else, it's very difficult for me to take time off from work even for such important medical appointments so I asked if there was any way they could do the root canal that same day. Ms. Daisy Torres and Mrs. Stephanie Arroyo along with a doctor, whose name I do not remember, my apologies for that, got working on me immediately and after a couple hours later I walked out with a temporary cap and a complete root canal. I am very grateful to them for going above and beyond to keep me from leaving without getting the root canal done. Thank you Ms. Torres and Mrs. Arroyo and other staff members, your professionalism and kind attention to my dental needs and well being are very much appreciated.

Positive experience: Service was great I will say. Unfortunately my husband and I did purchase a plan with them. (We pay out of pocket) So they really sold us on the fact that we’d be receiving a deal if we payed an upfront payment of $400 for a plan. That entailed two cleanings and other services at a discounted price plus the X-rays and exams included. (If I remember correctly) They never told us these services would not roll over after the year is up even if we didn’t use it. I’m sorry but that’s a bunch of bull. I mean $400 for one individual cleaning!? So they just got to pocket almost $300 on each of us. I don’t agree with that at all. They hyped up the deal so we’d buy and than just left out the extra things.. If they would have just been upfront and honest with us instead of only caring about selling us on this, I would have never even thought to review…. So BEWARE….. Reply to manager response. We did in fact buy two memberships which I have the document to prove. I have nothing to gain by saying this other than to warn others of the possibility of not getting what they’re being sold on. We do in fact pay out of pocket. Which is what we did in your facility. Which I have proof of that as well. As far as a sleep evaluation, we did not in fact receive that service. Date of purchase is irrelevant being that no one said anything about expirations. Like I stated prior, we were definitely sold a plan by a sales person rather than a person that had great intentions to sell us what we needed. Rather than just trying to get our money. How you were even able to supposedly pull up my or my husbands file is beyond me given that this is my account from before marriage and this name is completely different than the one I used in the office. As well as I never once stated my husbands name. Anyway all is well in the end. We seek service elsewhere. (Sonoma Family Dental) they are great.

Fantastic experience: The staff is always very helpful and nice and courteous and concerned. Dr. Trujillo is amazing, I have never had dental work done where I wasn't in pain the next day. I don't even feel like I have been to the dentist, absolutely no pain or discomfort after or during treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Trujillo and staff. They are well worth the cost.

Fantastic experience: I only had insurance for a limited time. A month after my filling and I'm still having problems with a tooth. I walked in expecting to come back to solve it. They fit me in same day and identified the problem. I'll definitely be back with my new insurance to get it solved the right way. Thanks for taking the time to make me more comfortablein the mean time. You're great!

Negative experience: Beware of wolf on sheep's clothing. Do your research they fall into the category up up sales and most likely unnecessary root canals. Keep your real teeth and think twice about their plan. We had a couple of good experiences there but it all went down hill when we cancelled treatment so my wife could start cancer treatment. They held our money hostage, money we paid for future work. They claimed our insurance has not completed payment for past work. Untrustworthy organization, in our opinion

Negative experience: My family recommended the office to go get a cleaning. I scheduled my appointment for 3:20pm. I arrived at the office at 3:09pm, they immediately signed me in and took me to the back. They did x-rays, and doctor came and let me know about he results. I sat there waiting for someone to see me, as they did a test on my gums. After the hygienist let me know they won't be able to do the cleaning as we would have to schedule a new appointment. I let the hygienist know that I am super busy with work that I took the whole afternoon off. It was 4:48pm. And she let me know they didn't have enough staffing to do my cleaning that they wouldn't have enough time to finish.The whole reason for my appointment was to get a cleaning done. They asked me if I can come in the next day to do the cleaning. I'm not sure if this is something they do often but a lady in the next room started after me, and they were able to start her cleaning asap. I had an overall good experience, just wish the scheduling was a little better.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Las Cruces, NM from Henderson, NV. I was very happy with my dentist in NV and I hoped to find a dentist here in NM that I was just as happy as I was with my old dentist. I came so Las Cruces Dental Solutions and was pleasantly surprised with the care that Dr. Gabriel Trujillo and staff have given me at every visit to their office. Today I has some work done (after a root canal) by Dr. Trujillo with Daisy assisting. It was a piece of cake. Dr. Trujillo takes time to make sure that your questions are answered and makes you feel at ease. Their entire staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you for the great care you give all your patients.

Fantastic experience: I was first introduced to this office because of insecurity I had with my front teeth all the other offices either didn’t want to work with me on the idea of getting a crown but they supported me here and my first crown came out AMAZING this was 5 years ago and having the confidence of my smile back was amazing. Unfortunately here I am later on after a bad accident injuring my crown and my other front tooth. Not only did the ladies who check and check out get me in ASAP and didn’t judge/make fun of me for sobbing all morning but of course the Doctor came in explained what 2 options could be done and boom I was in procedure. Marlene was amazing making sure I had everything I needed before getting discharged and also making sure I was comfortable with a blanket and tissues and some TV. I truly am so greatful for this office and I can never see myself going to another dentist again they absolutely changed not only how I feel about my teeth but how I take care of them. Thank you to the entire staff you guys are truly amazing people.

Fantastic experience: It feels weird to be saying I had a pleasant experience at a dentist's, but my whole first experience from a coupla weeks ago, from booking the appointment, through checking in and being x-rayed and then being seen by Dr. Tran, who explained in a very detailed way what she felt I needed, was indeed a surprisingly pleasant experience. *Everyone* who I dealt with - including a coupla techs and also the billing gal - was extremely kind and helpful. I have no trouble highly recommending this place!

Fantastic experience: As a person who is scared to death of the dentist like most people. I just have to say what a pleasure it is to have such a wonderful dentist and Dr. Peterson. Every single person in that office treat you like you are a part of the family. I know they’ve gone above and beyond for me more than once. I’m so very glad that I was able to find dental solutions of La Cruces. From Dr. Peterson himself to every person that works in that office, your voice is heard and every single patient that has to get dentures they promised me they would not let me look bad or if I don’t they change it. Fantastic experience: 3/4/25 I have had 2 Laser Treatments and the pocket depth numbers are greatly reduced. Today I had my 3rd Laser Treatment. I have had Periodontal Cleaning 4 times a year for several years with NO change in pocket depth so the Laser Treatment works. I get a printout of my Pocket Measurements after each cleaning so I have the data to make good decisions on my Dental Treatments. 6/14/23 I have had a great experience with Dental Solutions as the Dentist was very informative and the staff very professional in doing my cleaning. 9/4/22 I was having a molar crown replaced and the technician was trying to get an x-ray using a very large instrument which made me gag. After many attempts he used a much smaller device which worked. For 3 days now I have a sore tongue, cheek and throat making it hard to swallow and eat. Not GOOD!!!! I had my first appointment 2/14/22 and everything was great! The office staff was courteous and the dental personnel are professional doing the X-Rays and cleaning. I like the High Tech Equipment. FYI: Their website internal email does not work and none of their links for New Appointments, and other forms work on their website. Call to get the Appointment Forms.

Negative experience: If you are able to choose somewhere else for dental work, do it. My crown is 2 years old and still doesn't feel right and the billing practices are questionable. They'll tout the typical company, cold, clinical response to this review but seriously, just seek care elsewhere if possible.

Negative experience: They are no longer what they use to be. Ghost billing. They don’t care about anything but making money for the company. The staff obviously works on some sort of Incentive pay. Today they hurt my gums Refusing to continue the procedure when my Balance popped up on their computer. Then the hygienist and the assistant disappeared and Someone else appears out of nowhere and she takes me to the Front and they give me a fake bill because they say they forgot to collect two payments On my automatic debit payment plan from 2021. Then they have the office manager calling Harassing me while I’m driving and she knows I’m driving because I had just left. She proceeded to harass me and get me really upset. Yeah but they care about their patients I could see that.

Negative experience: They have been trying to collect on a fake balance from 2021 or 2023, that was an automatic payment from my bank account until the balance was paid. The automatic debit stopped when the balance was paid. That’s the way it works. On my last appointment they didn’t do much for my tooth pain but offered me a sleep study. They did try to collect and they wanted me to bring statements on these ghosts bills with date services from 2021 but today they said service was 2023. I was supposed to get a cleaning done today and they asked me to sign a waiver stating I would not hold them responsible if they caused an abscess for refusing a deep cleaning costing me $900 after insurance payment. I did not want to sign a waiver. They started the process of cleaning my teeth by picking at my gums and making them sore and then abruptly stopped the process and told me to go talk to the billing people in the front. I have anxiety and missed 2 hours of work for this appointment. Unbelievable I can’t go back that far on my bank statement! I never heard of being refused a basic cleaning because I won’t sign a waiver stating I won’t hold them responsible for any abscess they might create with a basic cleaning

Negative experience: Had to edit my 5 star review today. Went in for a typical cleaning. My appointment was at 6:00pm. Didnt get pulled back until 6:25pm, lobby was packed so I figured they were running behind so I was understanding and patient. Took my xrays and the doctor saw me at 6:40. She said she was going to send the hygienist back to do the cleaning. She came in to tell me that they were going to have to make another appointment for me to come back. At this point it is now 6:55. She said they “ran out of time”. I explained how I 1) live on the complete opposite side of town, 2) would’ve liked to known this at the beginning of my appointment because I much rather would have just completely rescheduled then wasted my time, 3) how inconsiderate and inconvenient this was. Then she continues with telling me how they didn’t schedule me for the right amount of time to begin in. How come when I confirmed none of this was communicated??? Nobody loves the dentist and they have been great for the years I have been coming, maybe it was just a long day and I’m being over dramatic but what a complete waste of time. I am very upset, frustrated, and annoyed. Highly recommend this office. It is a clean, professional, and caring environment. The staff is so friendly and make you as comfortable as possible. I trust that they will take care of me in the best ways possible. I love how fast they take you back when you have an appointment!

Fantastic experience: I've had many positive experiences at this office. They are reasonable with their prices and are honest and straightforward with information such as if a procedure/treatment is needed or optional. Most recently, I spoke with their receptionist Emily regarding insurance issues which took awhile but she was calm, patient and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at Las Cruces Dental Solutions and to say I was pleased with the care I received from making the appt to walking out the door beyond happy is an understatement. Happy and Dental appts don’t go together in my opinion, so this was a big deal!! A very special mention to Laura and Sam who assisted in taking care of me, as well as Dr. Trujillo and Daisy, the Dental Assistant. Even the office manager Renee came to see how I was doing. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for a couple of years. Dr Peterson is probably the best dentist I have ever had! Priscilla is kind, compassionate and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable ! Andrew is amazing! I am amazed how great he is at his job! I had a dental emergency recently and these three went above and beyond to see that I was taken care of!! I am so very grateful to this team of professionals! All of the staff is super friendly and accommodating. (There is one lady that isn’t too nice, maybe she had a bad day. We all do)

Fantastic experience: Greeted with kindness, a short wait in the lobby before being called back, had to wait for awhile because the hygiene was busy with other patients, otherwise I was taken care of with a good inspection of my teeth, a good cleaning and another set date in six months.

Negative experience: I had been going to dental solutions for a couple of years. The cleaning were fine and they took the time to make me comfortable since I have sensitive teeth. However, I had a tooth break, and the dentist first did a crown, which is not cheep. The tooth was still causing discomfort and pain, so they had to do a root canal, also very expensive and I'm still paying on that bill. I am still in pain and discomfort and now will most likely lose the tooth. I don't have the money to keep paying for all these procedures if they are not going to fix the problem. I will say the staff if nice and they made sure I am comfortable during the procedures, but then work needs to be done right, or some form of compensation for bad work.

The dental assistant Marlene, was a pleasure to work with and did a good job of informing me of what the plan was. Fantastic experience: A Breath of Fresh Air I've had a lifetime of dental dread, marked by painful experiences and ultimately resulting in dentures. It’s a difficult reality to face. However, my experience with Dr. Petersen and his team has been an absolute game-changer. Their office is a welcoming oasis compared to the dental nightmares of my past. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Peterson is not only skilled but also compassionate. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I have complete confidence in their expertise and believe that with their care, I might have been able to save my teeth. Their dedication to providing excellent dental care is evident in every interaction. I cannot recommend Dr. Peterson and his team highly enough. They have restored my faith in dentistry. Negative experience: When this place first opened years ago they were about customer service. Not so much now. I will be going elsewhere. The staff is rude and unattentive. Went in for a cleaning 1.5 hours later the cleaning hadn't started and I was left in the chair for 20 plus minutes and eventually left. Save your money most of all save your time as they wont....

Fantastic experience: I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist on top of pain due to TMJ issues, but Stephanie and Dr. Petersen made me feel so comfortable and were gentle! They explained everything well, and Dr. Petersen had a great treatment plan for me moving forward to help with my jaw pain! Prior dentists had said I needed all kinds of work done to make money off me, but Dr. Petersen was thorough and told me exactly what was necessary to have done! Thank you so much LC Dental Solutions!

Negative experience: Waited for an appointment for almost two months, came in for my appointment thinking I was going to be seen, been having a really bad toothache so the appointment was necessary to me and they said they took me off the schedule because I never confirmed even though I never got a call. So rescheduled had to wait another two months with a really bad infected tooth then a few days before they ask for my insurance card and I asked if I can bring it in the day of because the card I have isn’t the right one. And they said no because they’ll have to charge me the full $400. Then if you want to cancel. It has to be within 48 hours or they will charge a $50 fee…. lol these people are just money hungry and don’t care about your well being. They should have said all of this 4 months ago. So now will have to find somewhere else and have to wait another month probably.

Fantastic experience: I am so thrilled with this dental office I have been terrified of dentist my entire adult life and I have been avoiding a root canal for years I finally had to do something and Dental Solutions was the solution to my problem the staff is amazing and the dentist was amazing it was virtually pain-free I had a root canal and a crown done at the same time so if you need any dental work I'm recommending the Dental Solutions I don't usually do reviews but I had to for this place I know there's more people like me that are looking for a dentist office where they're not terrified all the time

Negative experience: The billing process is HORRIBLE here. My husband had a procedure done early January which we had to pay up front for. They over charged us and I have been in contact with them since January and have yet to receive the refund. Every time I call, I get a runaround. Definitely will not go back here, too much of a hassle!!!!

Fantastic experience: The very best dentist I have ever had ! Dr Edminston , Daisy , Brandon were so amazing !!! I had a root canal and crown ! And it was nerve racking but they all eased my fears and made me very comfortable. Got me in fast as well !! I wore the temporary for one day and the very next day had my permanent one placed in. I will not go anywhere else !!

Negative experience: I just needed a cleaning, and I saw LC Dental Solutions on the top of the list when I was searching for a new dentist after relocating to the area. I wish I would have done better research. This was a very poor experience. I spent an hour and half in their office, for an appointment that should have taken 45 minutes tops. The hygienist was incredibly rude, loudly opinionated, and disagreeable. She couldn't keep her fowl comments to herself, and she was loudly commenting and providing medical advice she was not qualified to give. In addition to that, she kept splashing water all over my face and she was extremely rough. She made my visit very uncomfortable---something that has never happened to me in 30+ years as a dental client. In addition to that, the dentist suggested that I might need work on an excellent filling that doesn't need anything done to it. I told the dentist that I was unhappy with my cleaning experience, and he suggested that because I was slightly overdue it could have been uncomfortable. He didn't seem to care to see me once he realized that there wouldn't be any upcharges. Overall, I think that this was a terrible experience and largely misinformed. I have worked in the medical field for nearly two decades, and this entire visit was a disgrace. The front office staff is lovely though.

Fantastic experience: I am from out of state and had a horrible toothache. I searched online and from reviews read I decided to go here! They got me in within 2 hrs of my calling them, took X-rays, and determined the reason for my toothache. They called in a prescription and put me on an antibiotic and said I should be fine until I get home to SD where I now have an appt to get a root canal on my infected tooth. Daisy and Dr. Trujillo were amazing!! So kind and caring! I would recommend!! Jane from SD

Negative experience: They have cancelled nearly all of our appointments with 24 hours or less notice. The past 2x both my husband and I have gone in the techs verbally stated they did not know how to use the equipment, so the appointments took longer than needed. Both billing and admin staff have been rude when in the office.

Fantastic experience: Dental Solutions has always accommodated me with appointments. I had an early appointment this morning. Dr. Trujillo and his assistant, Daisy, were very professional and efficient with their work. I had a build up and fill done, and was all finished within 1/2 an hour with absolutely no pain. Negative experience: Was hoping based on website that this office was everything we needed! After driving 5 hours to make my appointment was greeted by a young woman with questions. She did not introduce herself and continued to ask personal questions. Long and short the patient was upset since he was there to have a consultation with the dentist and was not prepared for questioning with the open concept which provides no privacy. How can this be acceptable in a dental practice. The office manager had little to no talent in setting an example or interest in finding out the issues. She stated we had to go! There was no concern or interest in what went wrong or how things could be improved, nor did she care! Why does the dental industry not have to identify themselves to the patient and why is this open concept which is not appropriate for privacy is allowed? Despite having a great write up on their business page I advise you to make sure they can provide services you need! If you have any anxiety with dental procedures or protocol I am not sure you will be welcomed here. Empathy and certain patient needs are not the priority of this office! I vote no on open dental suites and dental mills with lots of rooms where procedures take place without concern of the patient’s comfort or privacy.

Negative experience: I’ve paid thousands to have my teeth fixed at this office. I was stuck at work today and couldn’t make it to my cleaning today, never missed an appointment before, I’ve been a client for years, they charged me $25, and wouldn’t waive the fee. They send out a link to schedule your appointment, and I gladly did so, and they the send texts that the appointment time you choose isn’t available. Why have this service if it doesn’t work? I choose a time that would work best for me, and then when I had to reschedule because of your system and couldn’t make it, and you charge me $25? Doctors leave patients sitting in their lobbies all the time with no regard for our time, but when we have to unexpected life circumstances they charge us.

Negative experience: This place is so shady. First time I went in was for teeth whitening they were trying to sell me on other stuff it was odd. I thought I would try them out for a cleaning. First off the cleaning took just over two hours just crazy!!! The dentist comes in saying I need all this work redone yet my other dentist has never said anything needs to be redone so if that's no alarming. They then want me to sign a paper saying id get all the work done and if I sign today they will give me a discount. Never have I been to a dentist that wanted to make a deal on cost super shady never going back

Negative experience: I've had my teeth cleaned here for the last 10 years and have never been charged for cleanings because preventive care is 100% covered by my insurance. Today I had my teeth cleaned same as I always have but they tried to charge me. I reminded them that I have insurance and preventive care is 100% covered. They claimed I had a different procedure done even though this cleaning was just like all the others, including the one i had 6 months ago and was not charged. They then claimed it was for my deductible but according to delta dental cleanings are 100% covered and the deductible does not apply. Shame on you Las Cruces Dental solutions for scamming your customers.

Negative experience: I called the office and spoke to a woman that claimed her name was Sam (Ivana). She treated me horrible. She said I was not a patient; I had only been there once, and she did not care that I should go elsewhere. She said she did not have a manager. She was the only one. Later she stated that her supervisor did not deal with poor people. I was never able to get an appointment or talk to a supervisor. This office is horrible. This office is not recommended. Not friendly. Horrible customer service. They lost my care and my husband's. Please don't pay for horrible service Las Cruces, we deserve better.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are absolutely amazing! Kind, friendly and super helpful. Tracy is a shining light when you walk in and a joy to be around. Dr. Trujillo is the best dentist I have ever been to. His care and concern for his patients is second to none. I couldn’t be happier to have found such an amazing place.

Fantastic experience: We had an emergency. My autistic son had a very painful tooth with an infection going into his throat. It hurt and he wouldn't eat. I called every dentist in town, but they either didn't take our insurance or they couldn't see him for several weeks. At dental solutions they agreed to pull the tooth that afternoon. And although we had to pay out of pocket, it was a fraction of what the other dentists quoted. The dentist and assistant were so great! They were patient with my sons special needs. They were kind and very quick. This is now my family's new dental practice!

Fantastic experience: Couldn't be happier with my experience here! Very attentive, even to my silliest questions. Getting all 4 wisdom teeth pulled at once couldn't have gone smoother! After a week, healing is going well, and I really believe it has to do with their special procedure of using my own blood as an insert into the space the tooth used to be. No dry socket issues at all! At first I was surprised by the cost, but it was well worth it for this outcome! And they have payment plans and packages.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never ever had a bad experience, in fact I’ve recommended Dental Solutions to several of my friends, coworkers and family! The staff is very professional, the facility is clean and I’m seen at my scheduled time (give or take 10 minutes). My only regret is I wish I had know about them years ago!

Fantastic experience: Stellar! I was in town for work (I live in Albuquerque), and needed an emergency tooth extraction, long story. Dr. Mathew, with whom I felt close to since we share a name, was informative, calm, and precise. I had to photograph a full wedding in town the day after my procedure, and he made it it quick, painless, and easy to do my job with as little discomfort as possible. His staff was equally proficient in their skill, and given the circumstances, they made the experience as pleasant and pain-free as possible. Bravo. I commend them as masters in their field. My recovery time was quick and easy, and I'm sure it was all because of their procedural skill and concise discharge instructions for self-care. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: I am absolutely amazed by this establishment! From the front desk to the technicians to the dentist! Everyone is so awesome, the level the professionalism made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I am very self conscious about my teeth and my two partials but I felt no judgment which made it so easy for me when I had to have my wisdom tooth removed yesterday. Fantastic experience: This is a well run practice that doesn’t make you wait a long time for your appointment. I’ve been very happy with the attitude of the employees and the quality of their work. The dental hygienists are well-trained and gentle.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was on time and was well organized. Staff and the dentist were all very pleasant and efficient. New technology to accurately measure all dental parameters, including very low-dose dental x-rays, was expertly used. All this was covered by the in-house prepaid dental plan which I consider a great bargain. Thank you for 10 years of excellent dental services. I’ll be back in six months.:-)

Fantastic experience: Been my place for dental work for 8 or so years now. Always great staff, great dentists, very courteous and knowledgeable. Always will honor their work with a warranty, like broken crowns, fillings, etc. Overall, I highly recommend if you need a dentist!

Fantastic experience: I came in here with a recommendation for a root canal from 2 other dentists. I went in in sever pain and they looked at my tooth and thought it might just be my bite. no root canal and not out a thousand. I appreciate the concern and care for me. Fantastic experience: It started at the entrance with the nice waiting room. The receptionist was very pleasant and enlightened the status of my visit. My hygienist was very nice and friendly, she explained everything we were going to do. The dentist came in with delightful manners to introduce himself. My cleaning was exquisite, all staff was delightful and left knowing I’d definitely would be coming back.

At the dentist?!? YES My hygienist, Steph was super excited to see me. The front office staff were very friendly and I was able to fill out my paperwork online which saved a lot of time. I was given a very thorough examination then we had a long discussion about what my options were for treatment. They actually cared about what I thought and did what was best for me. Fantastic experience: I recently had a crown come off my tooth that was done by another dentist. When I called Las Cruces Dental Solutions, they had options for same day and next day appointments. They were able to cement it back in. As I didn't have dental insurance, they were generous with the payment. They also discussed their in-house insurance plan as well as options for replacement of my current crown (which is cracked). Their staff is friendly, professional and they helped make the experience a good one.

I was in and out in under an hour. They also scheduled me in right way. I had called Wednesday and got an appointment for Thursday. They also have great hours so I didn't have to miss work.

Fantastic experience: Great place with great people. We don't have dental insurance, however they have a" In House Dental Plan" that helps my family save a lot of money. My teenage son really likes Dr. Hale, he had all of his wisdom teeth pulled and everything when smoothly, no problems. Jenniva is awesome and takes the time to explain answers for all my questions, and that is a lot! LOL Give this place a try, my family loves Dental Solutions.

After learning of my tooth/gun sensitivity, Anna, the dental hygienist was so gentle and took her time in cleaning my teeth. I am usually terrified and holding on to my chair for dear life. This was the first time I have had a comfortable experience with a cleaning. I highly recommend this dentist office!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience. I did something to my back molar last night, and was up all night in the worst pain I've ever been in. I called first this this morning and they got me in within 2 hours. Staff and assistants are EXTREMELY nice. I had been unable to hold back tears because I was still in pain, and they did not make me feel bad for crying at all, and we're extremely understanding. They did a filling to see if that was the issue. Sadly after the numbing wore off I was in much more pain than before. I called to let them know and they told me to come right back in and they went ahead and tested the other tooth, and pulled it. The numbing still hasn't worn off yet as I'm typing this, but I can already feel less pressure in that area and I'm pretty sure they pulled the right tooth. As soon as I get dental insurance, I will definitely be making this my regular place to go. (The other 2 places I've been have either given me wrong information, or have brushed off my concerns about the pain since FEBRUARY)
