Fantastic experience: I appreciate the professionalism and respect this team provides. The fact that they utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment makes the entire dental treatment experience easier to get through. Their response to my requiring a short- notice root canal just prior to my departure on a 3 week trip to Europe eased my concerns tremendously. The entire process, to include the introduction of a new crown upon my return home, has been stress-free and top-notch. My thanks to the entire team for a great experience!

Fantastic experience: My first cleaning visit was awesome. I met Terrance first for ex-rays and scans. I know in the first few minutes that he was reliable and had confidence in himself, not to mention friendly. Those are some qualities I look for in people. Then I met Lisa, who did a fantastic job not only cleaning my teeth. But explained in detail all that she was doing. She is very caring and friendly. And knowledgeable about her work! Thank you Lane & Asso. team for making my first second visit there as good as the first. I'm proud to be your patient!

Negative experience: I used to be a patient for several years Lost my dental insurance coverage and recently went to see them for a regular check up and cleaning. It had been about three years. Had to take antibiotics prior due to a surgery. I waited for a very long time just for the hygienist to tell me that I needed to reschedule to have deep scaling done and a large charge to me for the deep cleaning Ended up getting a call almost 4 months later to have my first quad cleaning. Not sure what happened, but all the staff is new again. The hygienist used to be fantastic and would take care of you right away not anymore. Told the front staff what had occurred and that I will be leaving as a patient. They were more than willing to give me my records and send me elsewhere I’m no longer going to return and would NOT recommend, nor is my family.

Fantastic experience: Just wanna give this place a shout out! I got my root canal done and they pulled the wisdom tooth that has been giving me a hard time these last two weeks. If you had a bad experience at the dentist before I would definitely recommend this place. Not to mention my wisdom tooth was pulled in less than 7 minutes!!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about this dentist office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and made me feel at ease. The front desk team was so friendly and efficient, which made the check-in process quick and stress-free. A special shout-out to the dental assistant, Ashley Powers. she was amazing! She explained everything clearly, checked in on me often to make sure I was comfortable, and had such a kind and calming presence. It really made a big difference in the whole experience.

Fantastic experience: Everyone in the building was so kind and accommodating. And they are clear with your treatment plan and the costs.

Negative experience: I had to go back to this dentist 3 times because my crown kept coming out. They just cant get it right. In addition, do NOT buy their up sale insurance. They charged me $184.00 to replace the crown. Very poor customer insurance. The staff walks around talking about the strangest things while blasting music. Spend you hard earned money on someone who know what they are doing.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Carlos Camargo is AMAZING!! I had to get a root canal procedure done…my first ever. I was completely scared and he did such an absolutely amazing job. I forgot the assistants name but she was amazing as well and helped eased my nerves. The office is also very beautiful. Not hoping for another root canal but if I do ever need one I know who I will go to!

Negative experience: No one explained or apologized that I waited 18 minutes before the hygienist came in to clean my teeth. After the hygienist finished I sat another 15 minutes before the doctor came in to take a look. This is not what I usually experience. It would have been nice if someone would offer an explanation or simply said , I am sorry that you had to wait. If you are fifteen minutes late for an appointment they offer to reschedule you. So what do you do when they are 15 minutes late?

Fantastic experience: I had my first root canal with Dr. Camargo and Val. I was extremely anxious going in and Val was super sweet and chill. There were unfortunately a lot of hiccups due to my body not wanting to cooperate, but they did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and reassured. They really care about their clients!

Positive experience: Hygienist took me back to a room immediately and cleaned my teeth in 15 minutes. Assistant then promptly took my x-rays. I sat, however, for 20 minutes waiting to be assessed by the Dentist.

I called the local Lane office, got an appointment to come in in about 3 hours. Went in they determined the problem and fixed it right then. AWESOME!! No more problem

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere here from very first interactions, plus a great soundtrack too! Dr. Jessica Byrne and staff always attentive, informative and nice, expert in numbing. Always a wonderful experience here since spring 2022, The only thing left to recommend are the scenic landscape pictures from calendars taped to the ceiling that I loved staring at from my pediatric dentist as kid. Update spring 2023 -still a great and friendly team, great a soundtrack and atmosphere still!!!!!!!!! Update spring 2024: I still love this place!!!!! <3 I recently had another wonderful cleaning and fillings this past month and historically/typically I don't love going to the dentist, but they had Bob Ross on the tv in the room and it was a welcomed calming distraction when getting fillings. I never thought I’d like going to the dentist as much as I like coming here! The previous week I had a wonderful visit with my hygienist and talked plants!!!!!! Update fall 2024: another awesome visit at this awesome place filled with awesome knowledgeable and skilled people!!!!! <3

They took great care and showed me how dental work can be helpful and not scary. The dentist explained everything they were doing and allowed me time to breathe through the procedure. Positive experience: Had to have a root canal recently, My experience was ok. The Dr. seemed to be competent and thorough, the assistant not so much. Daisy seemed the be more interested in the avengers movie playing loudly than the procedure going on in my mouth, she also seemed to be bothered when the Dr. asked for her to get him things when needed.

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough good things about this place. Everyone is so nice and the environment is very comfortable. It really makes the world of difference. My husband hates going to the dentist and even his worst anxieties are eased here. My son recently went in for his first dental appt and they went above and beyond to help him with his fear of a new place. They went very slow with him, talked to him softly, and even got down on the floor with him in order to gain his trust. By the end of the appt he was smiling and opening up. Fantastic experience: Just had my second cleaning here, and I’m happy to say this was probably the best experience I have ever had at a dentist’s office. After a few not-so-great dentist visits when I was younger, I had stopped going for years due to anxiety & fear of pain. I am also generally a sensitive person, and the dentist’s office has always presented a sensory overload for me. Today there was no sensory overload. The person who cleaned my teeth, Jessica, was a highlight of the visit. She spoke very softly, she was friendly, she was gentle, and she communicated everything she was doing before she did it. Unfortunately I am about to move, so I won’t be able to go back & request her for my next cleaning, but this is the level of service & care I will be seeking out at my next dentist’s office. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I came in for my 6 month check up and was due for my dental X-rays. My hygienist was so kind and helpful and gave great recommendations for toothpaste/ night guards. I really appreciated how efficient she was with the cleaning- didn’t even hurt! Dr. Cheng? (I think) was super kind and helpful as well. Overall the entire staff (front and back) were so nice! 10/10 recommend.

Positive experience: I came in for my routine 6-mont cleaning. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Waited 45 minutes before I was taken to the dental room. The hygienist was lovely and understood that I had another appointment scheduled and performed my cleaning and arranged to have the doctor check me so I wouldn't be late. I appreciate all that she did however waiting 45 minutes without any one explaining the delay is a bit unprofessional

Fantastic experience: Truth be told, I am a scaredy-cat when it comes to the dentist. Today, however, was great. Just a cleaning but I appreciated how I was treated. Jessica was great. Plus, the lady at the front desk was very courteous and helpful answering my insurance questions. Top notch.

Fantastic experience: This time I had Jodi as my dental hygienist and she was excellent. Each time I have come it is obvious that the staff are well chosen. It makes for a much calmer experience. Dr. Flynn is always kind and reassuring. This office is well run. Decor is attractive and actually calming and the staff well attuned to each other. It helps to have an upbeat, professional and caring atmosphere while attending to probably the least popular of regular health maintenance responsibilities.

Fantastic experience: I had not been to dentist in 10-12 years and had 2-3 "issues" . Went with anxieties of probable pain. Got a good cleaning, met Dr Flynn and made a plan to get my mouth "fixed". Went much better than what I thought it was going to. Glad I went and I am going back.

The staff here is really on their game plan when it comes to our insurance plan and what it covers, so there’s no guess work and that takes a lot of stress off of us!!!
