Fantastic experience: Easy to schedule and they can tell you right away if your insurance is in network with their business. Locally owned! Highly recommended by my two Yelp Elites friends and so happy I gave it a shot. I just moved here and I’ve been driving back and forth for almost two years now and I thought I should come to a dentist here in Austin! Very professional, thorough, compassionate and o felt like home. Coming to the dentist is not my favorite but this place made me feel taken cared of from scheduling, checking in, dental hygienist thanks to my hygienist and the Dr Nguyen!

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Tech Ridge Dental are awesome. They listened to all of my concerns and carefully worked on my teeth. I now feel better about the health of my teeth and gums. I definitely recommend going to them for your dental needs. Every time I have questions, I get thoughtful responses from everyone there. I feel like they make the dental appointment less stressful at this office. I appreciate that and so does my husband. :-)

Fantastic experience: Been going here for a decade ! Always a pleasant experience. Dr. Minnie is very sweet, personable, patient, gentle, and thorough - everything you'd want when seeing a dentist ! She's the best one I've ever had, and over the years I have felt more educated about my own teeth and how to care for them better. The entire staff is amazing, from Ken /Lindsey at front desk to all the dental techs /hygienists I've had (Ellen, Paige, and others) - everyone has been so nice and friendly. Never felt rushed or pressured at all. A truly wonderful clinic. You leave feeling like they really care about their patients as well as each other.

Fantastic experience: Tech Ridge Dental exceeded my expectations. The interior design really transports you from the strip-mall location. So if you hate strip malls like me, don’t let that deter you. The team were extremely competent and kind which made the entire flow from my entrance to my exit simple and easy. There’s something to be said for the clarity they provide during the experience as well. After my exam they were clear with me about work that might need to be done in the future while walking me through my x-rays. They even presented me with a print out of my teeth, labeling them green/yellow/red to represent healthy/monitoring/needs-attention, respectively, which allowed me to feel knowledgeable and in control of my dental health. I’m actually excited to be going back for my fillings! If you’re looking for a dentist in Austin, you can’t go wrong here.

Fantastic experience: I’m new to Austin, and I think that the staff at Tech Ridge are the friendliest people that I’ve met yet. I’m not saying that others aren’t friendly, but this staff made me feel at home in Austin. They absolutely live up to the reviews that I’d read about them. Ellen, my hygienist, communicated all of her step by step procedures throughout the exam, and Dr. Sean was kind, gentle and thorough. Everyone from the front desk to checkout was professional and, again, extremely kind.

Positive experience: I was pleasantly surprised. From my initial call wanting to schedule my first appointment to my actual appointment, the experience has been very professional and helpful. Fantastic experience: First Session: Very professional and friendly staff, and excellent service. I highly recommend them if you are seeking an overall positive experience. Second session: I had the pleasure of receiving services from Lucy, the hygienist. I was impressed by her professionalism. She did a great job of educating me on every aspect of care. To be honest, I thought bleeding gums was a requirement of flossing. I had this assumption because many other hygenists at other dentist offices are aggressive in their use of this cleaning aid. This brings me to my second point, Lucy exhibited a high degree of care in the treatment. I didn't have a moment of discomfort, everything was done mindfully and with sensitivity. She even told me to let her know if anything was uncomfortable during the treatment. The final aspect of treatment was that she was personable, and relatable. I know I am receiving a service, but at the end of the day, we are all people first making our way through the world together.

They communicate extremely well, present themselves pleasantly, and make you feel right at home. The cleaning I received was exceptional (as the tech was thorough yet gentle). Going to the dentist usually gives me high anxiety (as I have very sensitive teeth) so this was really helpful. From the moment I walked in I could tell this place was different. The office is kept in immaculate condition and well decorated. From first being greeted by the front desk to my final conversation with Dr. Sean, this place delivered exemplary performance. In short: I won't be going to get dental work elsewhere; and look forward to their continued efforts at setting the bar within their field.

Fantastic experience: I really liked this office it was clean and the entire staff is so nice. I came here because I had a tooth ache for a couple months and other offices I went to did not help at all but when I came here the dentist did several testing to find the solution and given instruction and have been tooth ache free. This is the first time I come across dentist that actually care for your need and want to help.

Before I could figure out how to address it, the front desk had already, conveniently texted me that they’ve got it handled. I just love them! Update: Just to update everyone on how amazing they are… I’m currently pregnant with our second child and within hours of me getting home from a routine appointment, Tech Ridge Dental had sent me a box of diapers for our new bundle of joy . That’s the kind of special touch that keeps patients for a lifetime. I have never experienced the attention to detail that TRD has anywhere else. Another Update: They’re still giving five star service over at Tech Ridge Dental. I was forced to bring my 2 year old to this appointment and the team made him feel like a very special guest!! Despite the very intimate and small-town feel (that's how I'd describe it), the facility and all their equipment is state of the art! Can't say enough good things about them.

Gental touch for abcess doctor and nurse helped relieve, tested for possible cause and described steps in moving forward for a root canal needed due to dead nerves in tooth.

Update: I went for a teeth cleaning last week during the middle of all of this Covid-19. Their services are still incredibly professional and I felt completely safe in the environment. Still a 5/5 for delivering such incredible quality. Update: I went back in June 2021, the staff is still incredibly deserving of a 5 star rating! Fantastic experience: 8/21/24 Update: they are still amazing - Tech Ridge Dental is the best dental practice I have ever been too. I was referred to Tech Ridge Dental from my neighbors and could not be happier! The entire staff is incredibly nice and thorough. Both Dr. Minnie and Dr. Sean came to say hello, and Dr. Sean broke down all of the things he was looking for during the consultation. I know they also offer treatment if you are afraid of the dentist- our neighbor sees them with nitrous gas and it is a pain free experience. They are very upfront with pricing and the cleaning was gentle and quick!

The littles see Dr. Minnie for their cleanings as she's known as the kid whisperer in the office. They really do love her so I'm a believer of the nickname her staff gave her. I go back & forth between Dr. Minnie and Dr. Sean depending on my schedule. Either way, you're getting an amazing dentist and their team have always been awesome & helpful. I highly recommend Tech Ridge Dental for you & your family! _____ Dr. Minnie & Dr. Sean are awesome! They take so much time with you and explain every part of the process with you. My 16 month daughter got her 1st cleaning with Dr. Minnie and was all smiles afterwards. The staff are extremely nice and makes us feel so welcome each time. You can definitely feel the positive vibes coming from everyone when you're in the office. I'm glad we found Tech Ridge Dental to take care of me & my family.

Fantastic experience: My best experience in lifetimes. Appointment went very smoothly and staff was very friendly. I went for traditional cleaning of teeth. Doctor was very polite and my hygienist was super sweet in nature. She explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. At the end of appointment, they also gave me goodies!! I would definitely visit again. I am absolutely making them as my regular dentist.

Fantastic experience: An office full of kind people who want to help! I love how understanding and patient everyone is, and I appreciate that both the techs and doctor explain exactly what’s happening to me. They will also show pictures to you of what’s going on in your mouth, and the ceiling TV makes it way more comfortable. The dentist usually makes me so nervous but I love this one!

Fantastic experience: Great service. The Hygenists is knowledgeable and informative. Such a great place to go when you have get your dental work done. The Receptionist is always jolly and enthusiastic. If you have questions, they have answers. Let me family know about them and they are allowing new appointments. Must have as a provider.
