Fantastic experience: I decided to get braces on again for cosmetic reasons after about 20 years. I went to a few places for consultations, and ultimately chose Koch Orthodontics based on the clean office, welcoming staff, and great online reviews. I’m about a year through my treatment and I was getting a discouraged I was not going to get my “dream smile” I had envisioned in my head. I asked to make an appointment with my doctor and Dr Koch to talk me through my concerns and go over the rest of my treatment. Initially, everyone’s schedule wasn’t lining up until after my braces were supposed to come off (in 3 wks) which left me kind of bummed. However, the next day, I received a phone call from a lady named Ashley saying Dr Koch wanted to review my plan with my Dr (Gass) and can get me in for an appointment the next day. It was then I knew I picked the right orthodontist. Not only were my concerns listened to, openly discussed with me, and thoroughly reviewed with my current treatment plan by both Dr. Gass and Dr Koch, they really made me feel like they wanted the best for my smile. I truly appreciated the effort of everyone involved making sure I’m happy with my outcome. I can honestly recommend this orthodontist now. And continuously, the two best techs I’ve had are Johnny and Devonte. Shoutout to them!

Negative experience: My experience lately with the financial department and the communication with them through text and email have not been the best. I constantly have spoken to the financial depart about account issues and they say to me the fix the problem and still sending me the stuff, they claim to fix. Nobody responds to my text or emails or reach out to me.

Negative experience: While the staff here are nice and the office itself is clean and welcoming, my overall experience has been a bit frustrating. One issue l've consistently noticed is the lack of communication during appointments. The assistants and doctors often begin working on my braces without explaining what they're doing or giving any updates about my treatment progress. At one point, a doctor I hadn't met before approached me without introducing herself or even saying hello she just asked me to open my mouth and began whatever it was she was doing. It felt rushed and impersonal, which made me uncomfortable. I believe better communication and patient engagement would really improve the experience here. Being informed and acknowledged during treatment goes a long way.

Negative experience: The environment at the office is welcoming, and the staff are friendly and professional. However, I am giving one star because about five and a half years ago, I took my daughter in for an issue with one of her teeth that was shifted and slightly overlapping. After five years of wearing braces and spending $5,000+, her tooth is still the same. It feels like it was just a waste of time and money. I received a call from Koch recently, so I went in for a consultation. Unfortunately, I was told it would cost an additional $2,500 to fix the same tooth they didn't fix. Sad I do not recommend going here; the costs are too high.

The staff at Koch orthodontist from the front desk to the doctors and orthodontic techs are very nice and provide excellent care from the moment you walk through the doors. However, one orthodontic tech stands out the most, and that is DAVANTE!! Not only is he professional, he is always personable, and super funny. Whomever sits in his orthodontic chair, he will make you feel like apart of his family, like he’s providing care for his loved one. We love him so much, so that every time we go back for a follow up appointment, we ask to be scheduled with him. Thank you DAVANTE for always providing amazing care for my daughter, and communicating with her so well.

The amount of knowledge, professionalism, and dignity that this facility displayed even when I myself as a client was short tempered due to misinformation from another orthodontist Has been astounding. Negative experience: Koch is ALL about the money not their patients well being.They hit me with a $60 charge because my payment method on file declined. I called to explain I had a breach with my bank account and had to temporarily shut down. I was willing to make the payment over the phone and pay late fee but an extra $35 is highway robbery.

Fantastic experience: had an AMAZING experience at Koch Orthodontics this morning! The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. A special shoutout to Grayson, who was wonderful during my visit and provided answers to questions I had. Eonyae, who took my photos and X-ray was amazing too!!! Thank you to Dr. Gass that stopped by to say hello and further examine my teeth, she is so sweet. The whole place felt so clean and inviting. I can’t wait to start my treatment with them and I’m really looking forward to it!!!!

Negative experience: I got my invisalign done here and after my treatment I wear retainers every night but my teeth still shifted. I came back to ask them to fix it but to book appointment with them even though you are their client, it’s still a $90 fee if you’re done with your treatment for over a year. Refinement tray is $150 for each!! Oh and they have a deal for retainers, you pay $800 upfront and you can get up to 4 sets a year for 10 years but it costs $25 every time you need a new set. So save yourself the headache of paying them basically every time you need to see them, do a research at other orthodontics to see if they have better deal.

Fantastic experience: Not sure if this is an orthodontist norm, but when my son and I walked in, we were instantly amazed. I have never been to a dental office or any office for that matter with this type of detail and coziness. There is a gaming room with cool and up to date games which immediately made my son feel comfortable. On top of that, they welcome all patients with a sign and their names written on the board, isn’t that so cool? They have other things like hot chocolate, coffee, water, etc. Once we were called to the back, which didn’t take long at all, there were more surprises. My son was a huge fan of their cool treasure chest. They gave out prizes and presents. This office was just full of cool things. The employees are so friendly and considerate. Wendy who we had a consultation with was so sweet. Such a kind staff and overall the best experience ever. I even called my husband afterwards to tell him know about how they treated us and now I’m letting you guys know. That’s how positive our experience was. Thank you again! Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Grayson and Victoria. My oldest daughter went through treatment with other Koch and now my youngest daughter just started. It was a seamless process and they have so many affordable options to fit any budget. If you have any reservations, don’t…just do it!!!

Negative experience: The theme for this office: Over promise and under deliver. I chose this place because of the great reviews and friendly staff but the service has gone downhill and if I had to select a different provider - I would. My attachments for my Spark aligners fall off easily, or discolor quickly due to some of them using the wrong glue (their words, not mine). I've had to go back 4 times for the same issue. The wait times are long and you'll probably feel like a cog in a wheel. Don't make the mistake I made. Get multiple consultations for your ortho treatment and choose differently.
