Fantastic experience: I was in another state visiting my family and a piece of my crown broke. I called the emergency line on a Saturday and within 15 minutes I received a call from Dr Patel reassuring me that it would be ok since I was not on pain and the root was not exposed. I wa able to have the tooth repaired very early in the morning when I returned home. Great staff service and attitude ! Thank you so much. I have Dr Patels dental membership which has served me well!!!

Negative experience: Only dentist ever to end up with infections after extractions and the manager tries to albeit seem like you’re getting a discount when it reality they CANT charge you more than the allowable fees on your plan

Fantastic experience: Jennifer was my hygienist and is by far the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She has been my hygienist for over a decade and it should speak volumes that my entire family followed her from her previous dental office to Falls Pointe Dental and I am so glad we did. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and acknowledged immediately. The office is beautiful and has all the updated technology to ensure all your dental needs are met. I met Dr Dwulet for the first time and was very pleased with his kind and sincere demeanor. He is very knowledgeable and did a thorough job establishing my initial dental care. The entire staff was friendly throughout the office, especially that sweet Kenzie Hill (dental assistant). Thank you all for a wonderful experience and I look forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely best dentist I have ever been to! As someone with extreme dental anxiety they went above and beyond to make sure that I was safe and comfortable for a tooth extraction. I won’t go anywhere else but here. The staff was friendly accommodating and they stayed in contact throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: The best dentist in raleigh. Dr.Patel is by far the best dentist I’ve ever gone to. I’ve been to falls pointe dentistry several times now for fillings and wisdom tooth removal. The whole staff is so friendly and the vibe is very comforting. They never fail to make sure I’m as comfortable as possible throughout the procedures.

Fantastic experience: Always have a great visit. Sam does a thorough job cleaning my teeth. We both are excited for my first cleaning after braces. And I just love Dr. Patel who has the most compassion for his patients. He is thorough and creates a positive environment and cares about how you feel about your dental health. The whole office staff performs their job well. I love it that God led me there.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The manager Priscilla was extremely rude and unprofessional. She wouldn’t even let me explain my issue before cutting me off and speaking over me. What really shocked me was the way she spoke to her employee right in front of me — she was actually threatening her in the middle of the office. That kind of behavior is completely uncalled for and so unprofessional to witness as a patient. It’s truly unfortunate because the front desk lady was so sweet and genuinely tried to help me, but the manager’s attitude ruined the entire experience. I won’t be coming back, and I’m seriously considering getting my treatment done elsewhere because of how unsafe, uncomfortable and disappointed I felt. I hope Dr. Patel is able to treat this matter fair.

Fantastic experience: I decided to try a new dental office, and I picked Falls Pointe Dentistry based on the existing reviews. Now, I can also say I am really pleased with this office and the team. I had two visits already and both the times it was a super pleasant experience. [ I feel as if I am reviewing a Spa ,unlike dental offices where anxiety levels go up, but not at Falls Pointe Dentistry :-)] Dr. Lombardozzi is very thorough and kind, and so are the Dental Hygienists and Assistants: Jen, Anaya, Jenny and the front desk team.

The front desk is pleasant and helpful, the dental assistants are knowledgeable and take great care of you, and the doctor explained my treatment needs clearly and answered all of my questions. No one likes going to the dentist but they have tv's on the ceiling - that helps! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: First visit to this office for an eval of needed dental work. The staff was very nice and professional. Meghan did my X-rays, she was upbeat and well organized. After the x rays I saw Dr. Patel who was very friendly and took time to answer my questions. He went over the X-rays in detail and asked if I had any questions. This was a 180 degrees from an office I went to last week. They have multiple upsell options. When I said I didn’t want thousands of $ of debt. They immediately brought me a sheet of paper listing 3 finance plans. I’ll be avoiding Wake Forest Main St for my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I Recently visited because I had a toothache and they were incredibly professional, clear explaining my diagnosis, treatment options, and very gentle with my pain, so I didn’t have to suffer unnecessarily. Everything was resolved the same day, and I feel really confident in the technology and tools they used. Both Dr Patel and staff gave me an excellent service

Fantastic experience: First initial visit to establish a dentist and Falls Pointe did not disappoint. The staff were friendly, the dental exam was efficient and thorough, the doctor was knowledgeable and personable! And since each exam room has a tv in front and above you I got to watch an episode of the Great British Baking show while I had my cleaning done!

Negative experience: The person cleaning my teeth skipped several teeth - I questioned her she said oh no I cleaned them all - on my way out to pay my bill and rescheduled she gave me a toothbrush packet as a courtesy I thought but a day later I get a call saying I took toothbrushes and didn’t pay and was asked to bring them back I will never go there again

Fantastic experience: By far my favorite dentist experience! The staff are incredible kind and take the time to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone who gets nervous about their dentist appointments.

Fantastic experience: I seem to have emergency issues with my teeth on a regular basis. Yesterday, I had a wisdom tooth decide to give me trouble (pain and discomfort) the day before i was leaving for a two week vacation. I called FPD and they immediately got me in that morning for an appointment to assess the situation then scheduled the extraction for later that day. This morning i have no pain, i have antibiotics and im finishing my packing for my trip. I’ve been a patient with FPD for several years. I drive from Durham to see them. I grew up fearing the dentist, the drill and everything about a dental appointment. As an adult i have to say this practice is amazing. Their patient care is exceptional and i am confident in the work they do. Thank you everyone at FPD.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE... I have a major dental insurance "Cigna" and submitted my new patient paperwork over a month before my appointment online and over the phone. After my first appointment I was told there is a zero balance and no issues just to receive a bill over almost $300 a few weeks later. They are not truthful on what they are billing you for and it still shows my insurance is accepted on their website. If you don't want to pay out of your network find another dentist!

I have had such a huge phobia about dentist since I was a little girl and haven’t been to one in about 5 years I was so nervous and scared when I needed to have a wisdom tooth removed they were so understanding and gentle… the stage is absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to everyone during my extraction the nurse even rubbed my shoulder and it made me feel super comfortable and safe the dentist was gentle and told me everything he was about to do before doing it this will be my new go to dentist

I would call him wizard of dentistry . he is also very approachable, and has excellent communication skills. He’s very popular with patients and his stuff alike. I had a dental emergency and they took me in right away and spent a lot of time examining, talking with me to determine proper treatment. Saw endodontist Dr. Stacey recommended and he was wonderful too. Going back to Dr. STACEY to finish up procedures. Fantastic experience: Due to my extreme fear of the dentist, I had not been in years. My anxiety was so high that I could barely talk. From the phone call to make the appointment; to the moment I walked out the door, my experience was AMAZING! The Staff was like no other I’ve met. Very kind and attentive to the needs of the patients. They took their time with me and calmed me down. I have to go back and get a scary thing done and yes I'm still afraid, but with this staff and Dr Patel's wonderful skill set(not to mention beautiful spirit) I'm willing to do it afraid with them.

Fantastic experience: I had my left 2 wisdom teeth removed here. It was a very last minute decision that the team here helped me make. They calmed my nerves, got the procedure done in less than half an hour, and sent me home with proper instruction for a safe, easy heal. Flawless work if you ask me

Negative experience: The dentist Dr. Stacey did great work on my cavity filling, however the assistant was not careful at all around my front tooth bond and a mouth sore. She would consistently grab the sore (hurt a ton) when she could have grabbed any other part of my lip and now it’s split open even more. As for my tooth, she bumped the top and bottom teeth multiple times with a metal instrument after I told them to be careful with my front teeth. I wouldn’t go here if you expect careful care.

Fantastic experience: I recently relocated to NC from NYC and was finding very hard to find a Dentist. A Dentist office that understands the patient's concerns and being clean. I noticed staff always changed their gloves when working with you. Not touching multiple surfaces and items and me. Which is a plus for me. They also had up to date equipment which made the visit time friendly. All the staff would ask are you comfortable and I wasn't left sitting a long period of time for my visit. They also went over cost before they started my work. They offered to do it right then or I could come back when I'm was ready. Dr. Stacey was excellent and gentle explaining everything step by step and said if something doesn't feel right rise your hand and let him know. Overall I had a good visit.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency and Caroline got me in the next day. Dr. Patel saw me for that emergency appointment, they had an exam and xray deal for 39 dollars. He and his team was very thorough, they took the time to explain the procedure plan and answer all my questions. I really appreciated the treatment coordinator who explained my insurance benefits to me in detail and what insurance would cover. The dental hygienist was excellent and very nice and the dentist was very thorough, nice, friendly and very gentle with my very sore tooth. I plan on making Falls Pointe my new regular dentist!

I had abrupt wisdom teeth pain and they had me come in two days within my call (as a new patient) and scheduled my procedure immediately the week after. Dr. Ohm performed the procedure and was super down to earth and answered all my questions and helped ease my anxiety. His whole team made me feel really comfortable. Fantastic experience: After having a not so good experience at another dentist, I came here for a second opinion. The dental assistant Lavido was so very kind! She was very personable. The dentist also was very kind and even did some of the service for free as a Curtesy. The office staff were also very welcoming and king. Definitely will be switching to this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful first visit at Falls Pointe Dentistry. Not only is their office clean, spacious and professional, the staff were all extremely friendly and it felt genuine. My X-ray process was thorough and the nice dental assistant who cleaned my teeth explained the process as she went. She cleaned my teeth well. Finally, the dentist was honest and kind and did not try to pressure me or upsell things such as a night guard which I feel other dental offices do as a routine. I’m so grateful to have found this place and they have gained a long time customer!

Fantastic experience: Went in for an emergency visit for what I thought was a cavity. Instead of doing unnecessary​ work on my teeth, they had an honest talk with me about my teeth and my habits and recommended a mouth guard. They didn't push me to get the guard through them but encouraged me to come back. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, this being my first visit. Very appreciative.

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth pulled recently here, having been impressed by the doctors and staff here from a prior visit (not for myself). The procedure was quick, Dr. Dwulet, the dental assistants, and other staff put my comfort and understanding of everything that occurred first. I would highly suggest this practice for anyone needing dental care. My employer's dental plan (Cigna Dental), unfortunately, does not have this practice in-network, but I will certainly be looking into their dental savings plan to see if it is a viable option for me. The practices insurance coordinator called before the appointment to make sure I understood Cigna would not cover the procedure, but you should check beforehand if you need to use your dental insurance to afford a procedure.

They fit me in quickly and had me out just as fast! Dr Stacy talked over all options and made sure I was comfortable. He heard my concerns and made sure to explain before getting started. After starting, he was quick and effective. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Although I was scared to get dental work done, I will happily be back for more. Thank you for helping me feel comfortable at a dentist again. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. A+

Fantastic experience: Hands down one of the best Dental offices I have been too (and I am in the dental field!) Called them yesterday morning for emergency dental pain and they got me in the same day. Everyone was super friendly, professional, compassionate and caring...from the Front desk ,to the Dental Assistant and Financial Coordinator to both Dr's!. Sorry guys, I'm horrible with names . This was a positive experience despite it being not so positive outcome, they definitely made it easy for me to handle! I was actually looking for a new General Dentist for myself and am certain I have found the right one! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say with my whole heart that I’ve never been to a doctor before that looked out for me the way the gang at Falls Pointe do. They’ve been nothing but encouraging to me through a full year of gruelling dental procedures, they’re warm, they’re so accomodating and patient regarding my financial situation (zero judgement, understand my circumstances and work around them without blame) and even after moving out of state I still drive 2 hours to go see them. Im so grateful for all the care they’ve given me, and I’m especially appreciative of Dr Stacy (a legend) and the girls/guys at the front desk, who always seem happy to see me :)

Fantastic experience: This dental office was beyond welcoming and friendly. The customer service was excellent! I saw Dr. Stacy for my first appointment and he was very thorough and helpful. Sam was my hygienist and she was very quick and sweet. Kenzie helped throughout my visit and she was incredibly kind and funny and knew what she was doing! So glad I picked this dental office and would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Ended up with an infection over the weekend and they took me in Monday morning. Service was helpful and everyone was so nice and accommodating. Great experience for my first visit. They definitely have me as a regular patient.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Patel and was very happy with my experience. I drove from far because a friend had a great experience and I went there for a second opinion. Everyone from the reception, admin, management team to Dr Patel and his assistant was super kind and helpful. They don’t rush you into anything and give their best unbiased opinion. I would definitely be referring other friends and most likely returning for any follow up treatment. Super kind and awesome team! I wish I could give them 6 stars for their manners!

Fantastic experience: Came here on the recommendation of a friend and so happy I did. Scheduling is so easy online and they have extended hours until 7pm every weekday, which is one of the reasons I am switching to their practice. The other reason is the meticulous care I received. When a crown of mine fell off, Dr. Stacy took x-rays and saw what my regular dentist missed. He sent me to an Endodontist who confirmed the infection and scheduled a procedure. Not only that, when Dr. Stacy put my crown back on, he was thorough when giving me my options and made sure I felt zero pain during the procedure. Everyone at Falls Pointe cares about you and makes you feel like it too. I appreciate their honesty and will be seeing them for regular dental care moving forward.

Fantastic experience: From the first phone call to set up my appointment I knew this was the right place! They have definitely exceeded my expectations and for that I recommend them to everyone looking for an outstanding dentist. They were very welcoming and understanding of my problems. I went in for a tooth infection was able to get it safely removed the same day. The doctor and his staff were super informative and caring. He removed my tooth so quick and there was no pain I couldn’t believe it! I was scared and worked up for no reason. They took great care of me and for that I will be returning as a permanent client!
