Was after an implant surgery and she took it on herself to bring my prescription to Walmart. Wherever she goes, I will.folow.

Negative experience: I had been going to Serenity Dental for a couple of years. No problems. I tried to go to my 6 month check up (had the appointment for 6 months) - they cancelled it. They said they cancelled it because I didn’t answer their call to confirm the appointment. #1, I can’t answer my phone during the day due to work #2, no message left saying they cancelled my appointment. There are MANY dentist offices to choose from - I will be taking my business elsewhere to an office that doesn’t just cancel appointments of their regular patients. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Negative experience: I will not be using this dentist again. My appointment was canceled twice, then when I finally got in I was tricked (lied to) into joining their new “insurance” scheme. When I tried to cancel, I was told they could stop the auto renewal, but not refund the annual fee I paid. When I saw the dentist, he tried to sell me a mouth guard I don’t need. Another good dental office ruined by greed.

Fantastic experience: My appointments always start on time, the staff is friendly, and any time I need a follow-up appointment, I don’t have to wait long for availability. Often they get me in next day! I had such a great experience today with my hygienist, Rachel, and honestly all of the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming without being over-the-top and feeling forced. Highly recommend Serenity Dental and am glad they are just up the road from me.

Negative experience: My son's face was swollen and he was in a lot of pain we paid money to have x-rays done to find out there is an infection in his nerve and they sent him home with no antibiotics .

Negative experience: Im sorry but I do not owe you anything. Your personal owes me a apology instead. I have been coming there 7 years and it's always been $95 for a check up and cleaning. I made a appointment because they texted me and said I haven't been in in a year. Which isn't true as you did a $1500 silver cap just 10 months ago. I was not told that you tripled the price from $95 to $300 to do a basic teeth cleaning and check up after driving a hour and a half from Coldspring to your office. The lady at the front desk told me it was now $300. I said why wasn't i made aware of this before driving hour and a half a week earlier. She said we have a insurance plan that is only $100 + the $80 for the same treatment I got for half the price for years. Make your clients aware that you more than doubled and tripled the price. You can tell Mr Chang I have recommended a dozen client including Dr. MR WILSON to him over the years. They will all being made aware of the way you do business now. So there will only be a apology from your office for your personal not doing there job and zero payment or future business from me and others. Thanks for your attention to this matter.

Positive experience: Over the past 2–3 visits my appointments have started 20–25 minutes late. I understand things can get busy, but consistently running behind isn’t fair to patients who arrive on time. The doctors are nice!

My sister recommended Serenity Dental after getting some work done there, so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. They were very kind and clear in their communication and made me feel valued as a patient. I was able to take advantage of the payment assistance through Sunbit, and the receptionist “Boo” helped get me approved and explained all the pricing options so I felt comfortable and informed. I have another appointment scheduled next week to begin my care plan and I feel confident going, as well as excited to be on the right track to maintaining a healthy mouth. Thank you!

Negative experience: If you make an appointment and SERENITY DENTAL enters your number incorrectly, they will cancel your appointment. But dont worry you can sit and wait for an appointment to open up. Customer Service horrible.

Fantastic experience: Started with Serenity over 4 years. Probably one of their first clients to join. Unfortunately they’ve become more about how much money they can nickel and dime you then working with the client on their needs. Only recommendation I can give anyone is stay on your 6 month visit, as the deep clean isn’t any different that you pay $100 ‘s for. It’s not worth it. Needless to say I will be moving myself and family to another clinic. Good luck with this one !

Negative experience: Hygienist was the worst my son ever experienced. She rushed it and scraping so hard on his teeth and was hitting his gums so hard she actually had to give him a Kleenex to wipe the tears coming out his eyes! My husband had a cleaning right after and it was so bad for him as well he said he made a complaint about it to the front desk on his way out. They been there before for their cleaning with no issues, until this last cleaning. The hygienists clearly hates her job. Neither of them want to go back nor do I want them to. I seldom make reviews but it was ridiculous to go through something like that.

Fantastic experience: Serenity dental of magnolia is a great dental office! Staff is very friendly and it is easy to schedule and reschedule. I have found that their dental hygienists and dentist s are very pragmatic and offer good advice with multiple options for resolving dental issues. I don't feel like they are overly pushy either. Clean and bright office is also appreciated!

Negative experience: Warning: Consider seeing a specialist for root canals. I had a root canal done at this practice about four years ago, and unfortunately, I recently experienced significant pain. After visiting a specialist, I learned there was an infection under the tooth - the previous root canal had not fully cleaned out the nerve. This kind of oversight caused me a lot of pain, time, and financial stress to correct. I strongly recommend seeing an endodontist (a root canal specialist) for this procedure to avoid complications like mine.

He is knowledgeable, takes the time to explain your situation and is willing to answer any questions its my favorite dental service.

Negative experience: Their service is tooooo horrible! I will move my kids to another dentist. My son has braces with them, but he didn’t cut the wire very well, the wire was sharp and broken my son’s mouth, I called them, they made appointment next week, and last night I checked my son’s mouth, it’s ulcer, he can’t eat breakfast this morning, I called them to cut the wire before lunch that my son can eat lunch, but they insisted no time until 2pm. But my older kid had braces with another dentist, when I called for wire issues, they let me bring my him to clinic immediately. This office manager hang up my phone several times, the service is tooooo horrible.

Negative experience: We began going to this office because of their convenient hours. Their staff is friendly. However, now we have had two scheduling mess-ups. The first one was a cleaning appointment for me. I made an appointment. Days before the appointment, I was called and told that the appointment was made with a dentist instead of a hygienist and could I change it so I would be with a hygienist. I said no and went ahead with the appointment with the dentist. Tomorrow, my son was scheduled to have a wisdom tooth extraction. They called today and I was told that the dentist who could do the extraction wasn't available until Monday. I asked why they didn't schedule him with that dentist in the first place. My son had rearranged his work schedule for this appointment and I had made it a couple of weeks ago and we find this out the day before? We are now looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was super helpful starting with the appointment scheduling, they helped me locate my insurance CHIP plan for my son’s visit, they greeted us and passed us back right away for X-rays they did his cleaning and Sara was so sweet she cleaned his teeth, the dentist Dr Ming looked at his teeth luckily he didn’t have any cavities, but will be returning for a braces consultation. Overall fast and friendly experience thank you serenity dental.
