Negative experience: My husband had a severe toothache. We found Fountain dental centers online indicating that they had a $50 for a new patient with x-rays and lalala well he had to have a tooth extraction. I submitted medical and dental insurance I still had to pay $90. I inquired about the insurance and cash out of my pocket at the time of the visit. Naturally the receptionist didn't know anything. This is in June 2025. 5 months later in November they have sent us a bill for $220 for a new patient appointment. I have called left a message regarding this. Waiting on an answer from them. Unbelievable.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Fountain Demtal is amazing. Great customer service, friendly, and very respectful. Michelle, Jolene, And Jen welcome me in with a friendly smile every time. When I have had questions about my bill they have taken their time to explain it and go over it with me. Pedro always cleans my teeth. He always walks me through the best way to improve my teeth. I followed his instructions and my teeth and gums have improved immensely. I don’t have to come on as often because of it. I love this place. I highly recommend any who needs a dentist to check this place out. You will be glad you did.

Fantastic experience: fantastic. i have a fear of dentistry, and often need to be on medication for it. the employees were so kind and accommodating, and made sure to check in with me periodically. minimal judgment in combination with kindness.

When I booked my first appt I told them from where and I why left my previous dentist (old dentist is now closed on fridays). They asked when my last cleaning was and knew I had been going to my old dentist for over a decade. They never asked to have my old records/xrays transferred. So needless to say they took their own xrays for which my insurance would not cover due to not enough time between xrays. Sad to say I've canceled all future appts with Fountain Dental center. Customer service is below par. I never paid a dime for preventative services at Mesa Ridge dental, I will be going back to them. $160 for xrays that weren't necessary and now u have lost a patient. Very disappointing phone experience. Another issue: no one ever calls u back no matter how many recorded or left messages u leave to speak to billing.... hmm that's not good customer service either. Update#2 After their response to this review, I did reach out to the office again (multiple times) and we did come to an acceptable outcome.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is always so friendly. My tech Sammi is always so pleasant and explains everything to me. She makes it a pleasant experience. Today I saw Pedro and he is just as pleasant as Sammi. Like I said everybody there is so friendly and professional. My experience every time I go is very pleasant.

Negative experience: Have been going to them for years! Initially I loved them but lately have been going down hill. I’ve had multiple appointments cancelled (from them) because of staff call outs. Mind you I get life happens but 3 appointments back to back is insane. Last time I was there, I sat in the lobby for 30+ minutes waiting to be called back and a dentist wasn’t even in the office, I’d have to schedule a different appointment to see him. Most recently called to pay a bill and was told office manager was on lunch then was hung up on while I was asking a question. This is the only recent encounters

Negative experience: I recently attended my routine six-month dental cleaning appointment, during which Pedro served as my hygienist. He consistently provides exceptional service and has been responsible for the dental care of both myself and my family since 2011. However, I encountered a problem at the front desk related to the billing department, which is not uncommon. I was presented with a charge of $250 for the cleaning, despite my insurance traditionally covering this cost. When I inquired about the reason for this charge, the staff member was unable to provide a clear explanation. Ultimately, I was charged $50 instead and was informed that someone would contact me later that day or the following day, being the 3rd. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up communication. I experienced a similar issue a few months prior when I was repeatedly billed for an amount of $173. I spoke several times with an employee named Cheyenne, who did not have clarity regarding the charges and mentioned that the matter would be sent for auditing. Despite following up with her on two separate occasions weeks apart, I did not receive any resolution regarding the justification for the charge. The persistent attempts to collect payment through phone calls, text messages, and emails were quite distressing, and ultimately, I felt compelled to settle the amount. It is quite concerning that there appears to be a lack of knowledge and communication regarding billing matters within the office.
Fantastic experience: I was very satisfied with my teeth cleaning Apt. on 27th June,25 . with my Hygenist Pedro. He is knowledgeable, Professional and a pleasant personality. He kept me updated on my treatment schedule so i would be prepared.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Pedro there for years and so I was super bummed when I had to be rescheduled with someone else but Lynette honestly did such a great job cleaning my teeth and educating me about Gum health that I wouldn't mind going back to her chair again! 2 days later and I still have that slick clean feeling going on when I feel my teeth with my tongue. Great job Lynette! It is worth mentioning I did not care for Dr. Stowers as he never introduced himself and I didn't even get to see him really, he just put my chair back, dug into my teeth with the metal picker and was so rough ripping around my lips and gums, then he was gone before my chair even sat up. No manners were shown and that whole part I did not appreciate.
Fantastic experience: Always a positive experience going in for check ups. Staff is professional and efficient. Never have to wait, they are punctual with scheduling. Extra props to dental hygienist, Pedro. He is the one who has been assisting me with dental care. He is pleasant and very good at his job!

Negative experience: Poor Poor Poor Service. I was early to my 8am appointment and all paperwork was done before another person walked on but I did not get called for 15min past my appointment time, behind 4others. Then they are applying the incorrect codes for cleanings that according to my insurance would be covered at 100%, but this administrative staffing is saying the insurance will only cover 1/4 of my "preventative cleanings" therefore I'll have to pay out of pocket. Save your time and teeth and go to a better Dentist in Springs that have real experience in billing the correct way!
Negative experience: We have had fountain dental for 15 years. This is the worst it's ever been. Forgetting my phone number and calling someone else for confirmation then canceling my daughters apt then saying they can jus check her comfortable cavities.. we will be moving to another location.
Negative experience: The receptionist was unhelpful and rude from the second I walked in and insisted I don’t have insurance when I’ve been coming here since I was a child and she clearly just didn’t want to look up my new insurance policy since getting married.
Fantastic experience: I am a new patient to this practice after moving from the Denver area. I have had some damage to my teeth since moving here. I felt listened to and I was told of all my options for my treatment plan and the cost for each option. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I called Fountain Dental Center because my regular dentist couldn't get me in on an emergency. Fountain Dental saw me the same day, and pulled a tooth within 2 days! Negative experience: I have to say first and foremost the regular dentist department was always very nice and professional with me. But the orthodontist department was HELL! I am a 69 year old woman. I had braces put on about 10 years ago. After they were taken off a permanent retainer was put on to keep my front teeth from moving. The old retainer broke off on one end about a month ago and I thought I could go in to the regular dentist to reattach it. Which it was. But unfortunately it came off again. I had it reattached another time but it came off, so decided to put a new one on. I didn’t find out I had to pay $450.00 out of pocket until I was sitting in the dentist chair because they don’t except insurance and had to reschedule because I’m on Medicaid. I had to go back into the regular dentist to have it reattached. It came off again. I was told the glue the regular dentist uses isn’t as strong as the orthodontists glue. I made an appointment after borrowing the money and had a new one put on. But the way it was attached I knew it would brake off again. I actually made a appointment the next day because I felt it wasn’t going to stay attached. It was far away from my teeth and did not feel right. I had that new retainer put on a Monday and by Friday it broke off again. My teeth have been shifting all of this time. They did not seem concerned. I’m freaking out. I made a appointment on Monday to go out to Falcon to get it reattached by a regular doctor because a new orthodontist would not touch someone else’s work. At that dentist office I got recommended to be fitted for a clear night retainer instead of the permanent retainer which I listened to and was told that I could see my regular orthodontist on Monday. I’m thinking “just put the retainer back on so I don’t have to put braces back on because my teeth are shifting. All this time I’m without a retainer and my front teeth are moving. Soooo I go back in on Monday and was taken back to be fitted for a clear retainer which at that time I told them that I wanted the permanent retainer put back on, not the night retainer. To me, that seemed to upset them. She pressured me twice to do the clear retainer. I asked if the orthodontist would please put my retainer back on and was told “no”. That the little girls in the office do those now. I was also told by this little girl that she would determine how much glue to put back on my teeth when I complained about feeling like there were two big globs of glue on my front teeth and was also told not to close my mouth to rinse until I was told. Then she left the room and when she came back I was told that the office was going to refund my money (which I haven’t gotten back yet) and that they would no longer be excepting me as a client. When I went out to talk to billing for the orthodontist, the secretary freaked out waving me to get out. Said, you don’t need to come back here, I’m refunding your money, you can go. I really don’ t know what I did besides being frustrated. I honestly felt like I was being treated like a child that could not make her own decisions. I will not be returning to your office, but felt like I should let you know what happened. I’m not real sure what is going on but would you please let me know when I’ll be getting my money back.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Fountain Dental Center since 2014 and I always get great service! All the Dental Hygienists are excellent, I see Sami and she’s extremely thorough and is full of helpful knowledge about dental care. The front desk staff are always friendly, and they make the check-in and check-out process very easy. Whoever handles insurance does a great job as well because I’ve never had an issue with claims. All the doctors I’ve seen have been excellent too and very gentle!
Negative experience: A very rushed appointment. Was told my broken tooth is broke to almost the nerve and a cavity is touching it. Only got a script for a steroid. I was told after taking one or two, I would notice a difference. Took all 6 pills for the day ( 5 tomorrow) and no difference. I cannot eat. I cannot sleep. I have rubbed my gum raw with clove oil. Taking 1000mg of Tylenol and 600 mg of ibuprofen every 4-5 hours. I am miserable. I asked nicely for something for the pain, even if it was just over the weekend until I could get seen somewhere else because guess what? They don’t even do root canals! Now I have to wait until march 10 to get this fixed when I’m in agony. My husband gets a broken tooth and gets two weeks of pain medication! Me ? Can’t take pressure off my face, eat, sleep, trying to take care of two under 4. I was told several times that this doctor was great with anxiety and wanted to get me out of pain asap. Tried to call again today and say I was still in pain after taking 3 of the steroid and was told they would talk to the doctor. I hate when people don’t understand pain or how you have to try and function and can’t because of your tooth. Very disappointed. Going to be a long weekend.

Fantastic experience: I love the personal care from Dr Batra, Pedro, and the entire staff! I travel 37 min away to keep this care and make my dental health a priority. Dr Batra personally went to bat for me when my Invisalign retainers were manufactured wrong. He took a lot of time out of his day to personally get a hold of somebody and get the problem corrected at no charge to me.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth and Dr. Stowers was able to save the tooth. I was terrible scared and nervous. They brought me a pillow, blanket and water prior to starting. Everyone I met was very professional, friendly and down to earth. They all work together to achieve one goal, a positive patient experience. They I felt very safe and trusted her expertise.
Positive experience: I was so happy to switch to Fountain Dental. I've been there a few times now and the dentist is amazing! Went in today to have a couple crowns done and was expecting to pay a certain price. I guess on November 1st they started charging a 1.5% fee to run your credit or debit card. The office staff never mentioned it at check out. I realized it was over $100 more then I was quoted so asked why. They explained they had a paper next to the check out. I don't sit there reading random things on counters. If I would have known ahead of time i would have brought a check to save over $100 dollars in the cost as it was already a lot for me. The office should do better with telling people at check. I will have to reconsider to continue using them due to the lack of communication with the office staff.

As a new patient, I found a Dental Clinic with a kind and caring staff who gave me VIP treatment when I requested a dental appointment. I was incredibly pleased with the dental services provided by Dr. Batra and his team of experienced hygienists. His bedside method is among the finest I’ve had in the dental industry. Fantastic experience: I had a chip on a front tooth of my denture and had done some research on ways to repair it. Besides the expense, I didn't know how long it would take to repair it. The staff was able to explain how it would be repaired and the cost. They were friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable about the repair. I was able to receive my denture back in a very timely manner and the result was awesome. Thank you Fountain Dental Center.

Fantastic experience: I went to Fountain Dental for the first time this week. When the exam was over, I got super lightheaded and sick to my stomach (turns out I have a sinus infection and ear infection). They were so patient, kind, caring and helpful. ❤️ They took excellent care of me!

Negative experience: Once the dentist looked at my chipped tooth I was told I would have to pay $85 dollars. I told them I had dental insurance but was told that was only $105 that I would have to pay an additional $85. I stated that I didn't have the money right then and could they send me a bill. I was told that I needed the money up front, so I left. I don't know of any medical svc that requires payment upfront or you can't be treated. Needles to say, I didn't get my tooth fixed. Won't recommend them to anyone in the future. The reply didn't correct the problem. This had nothing to do with the co-pay. Had I received svc, I would have had no problem using my co-pay to make a payment. The dentist made it clear that I had to pay an additional $85 the day of svc or I wouldn't receive any svc. Please read what was written before giving a standard generalized reply. It's obvious that what I wrote wasn't read or I feel your answer could have addressed the problem. No medical office makes you pay upfront before you see the doctor, so NO, you are not doing business like a medical office. Had I been given the opportunity to pay the following week, when I got paid from my employer, I would have stayed for treatment of a chipped tooth. Needless to say, that wasn't an option. It was pay the extra $85 or get no svc. Not a business practice I care to seek treatment from.

Fantastic experience: I love Fountain Dental Center. I was taking my toddler to a kid friendly dentist where she sadly did not have a good experience. Fountain Dental was so kind and welcoming to her and made her forget about the terrible experience at the kid focused dentist. Fantastic experience: I drive 30 minutes from the other side of the city just to see Pedro, an incredible hygienist who is awesome for working with sensitive teeth. All of the other people there can come and go, but I go there to see Pedro, and I have referred others to him.

Negative experience: Hands down the worst dental experience I have ever had. Truly don't understand how they score above a 1 and I have to assume it's either bots or these people somehow only ruined my dental experience. My wife and I scheduled separate appointments for cleanings and everything was alright. My wife went in first and had to give her insurance when she arrived which I understand but then she was interrupted half way through her cleaning to get the card again, but then she also had to give the same insurance card again at the end. All of that I can understand. My cleaning I only presented the card twice without any interruptions, but the dentist found 4 cavities and scheduled me for fillings. Again all normal and ok. I go back for the filling and the Dentist does his thing which I believe he was doing great work at the time as I was numbed up and didn't feel anything. Cut to a few hours later and I realize my bite was off so I go back in for correction. This Dentist then decided to fix my bight by grinding down the area now hours after all my feeling was back. For the next 15-30 minutes he grinded my teeth with no anesthesia, laughing gas, numbing agent. Truly an awful and painful experience I would never want someone to go through. All that said I never wanted to go back again but that wasn't even the icing. This Dental Office is so woefully inept at the basic information keeping that it's hilarious, but mainly sad. Over the next 8 months we have been getting numerous texts, calls, and emails saying we owe over $600 due to the insurance not paying. Only issue they already did and we already received notification from our insurance that it was paid. For 8 months we talked to managers to the "corporate office" and with so many front desk agents at this office (The turn around rate in this office must be terribly high since near every month we would get a new person reaching out to us for collection from this office). For the love of God do not go to this dentist and save your self the headache and go anywhere else and don't end up like us and still not be done with this almost a year after this happened. The worst dental office I have ever had the displeasure to go to.

We did figure out what the hold up was with your claims not being paid, and why you thought they had paid. While I can not go into detail online due to HIPAA, I'd be happy to explain everything to you again, if you give our office a call. Negative experience: I have never delt with a more inept business in my entire life. My husband and I made the mistake of trying out fountain dental center in January when we moved here. My cleaning was fine. The dentist I saw had no bed side manner whatsoever. My husband had to get cavities filled. When he had them filled he experienced a lot of pain afterwards. Went in to get it fixed and nothing got fixed and was another painful experience for my husband. Insurance information was taken at the time of booking the appointment as well as when we went in on 2 separate occasions. Since then we have gotten multiple text messages a month saying that they do not have our insurance information so they are going to bill us for over $600. We have called the office on multiple occasions to try and get this resolved. Either noone in there knows how to write down a policy number or they just go through employees like people change freaking underwear, everytime we called it was a different story. We have given them our insurance information over a dozen times, have been told by management (when they finally decide to call you back after being told 3 times we would get a call back) to just ignore it. We even got our EOB from our insurance saying everything went through and they still can't figure it out. It is 9 months later and we are still getting harassed by this dental office. DONT RECOMMEND!

Fantastic experience: A great dental experience. My teeth cleaning went very well. The hygienist was superb, and very professional. I'm definitely happy with the Fountain Dental Center. In fact, I encourage friends to consider making an appointment with them.

Negative experience: I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with my experience, with Fountain Dental Center located on 8085 Fountain Mesa Rd Fountain, CO 80817! I contacted the establishment due to extensive pain and still had my Appointment rescheduled 3 times just for on my appointment day to be told absolutely nothing regarding my concerns with my oral health! I scheduled an appointment that I knew I would not attend initially to show them how it feels to have someone waste their time…… My Overall experience was awful whoever schedules appointment and verify insurance was not very informative REGARDLESS OF IF A PATIENT HAS A COPY COINSURANCE they don’t disclose this information prior to the appointment I will NEVER go back !

Unfortunately there were many patients that were moved two or three times that week. Fantastic experience: Lynette is phenomenal. She has such a positive energy and provides wonderful education about dentition, including the optimal dental products to purchase for dental health! I had developed stains from a poorly manufactured mouth wash. Lynette was very thorough with my cleaning and mitigated the stains entirely. Thank you FDC!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and professional! Were ready right at my scheduled time, as well. Made me feel comfortable - and I have had some really terrible experiences in the past with other dentists, so I was a little nervous. Pedro is the best! Disappointed one of the dentists left because he was by far the best one I have ever had, but hoping the new dentist is just as good.
Fantastic experience: I always enjoy coming here and I typically dread the dentist. The staff is kind and will take their time explaining what they are doing. They also are helpful in setting up additional appointments or referrals you may need.

Fantastic experience: I'm new to CO and I'm glad I came across this place on Google. From their Call Center, to their front desk to the exam room, these guys are awesome! Totally forgot the guy's name at the Call center, but he was extremely helpful fitting me in at a last min cancellation slot. Amy (hope I got the name correct), was friendly and had great customer service! At checkout, I was a bit confused on how to read the treatment plan but she took the time to explain each column and made me understand what exactly was my responsibility. Lynette, the hygienist, was very thorough and welcoming! She answered all of my questions, showed me each x-ray as she did and educated me on everything in detail! The doctor was great as well! Overall, if you're on the hunt for a good dental office, I highly recommend this place. Not once did they make me feel like they only cared about making $$$, and I've been to quite a few dentists.

Negative experience: Went for a normal cleaning/check up/ X-rays. Told they didn’t have time for the cleaning and I would need to come back a different day then told I had 4 cavities that needed to be filled. I take pretty good care of my teeth and have never been told I have that many cavities. Went to a different dentist the following week and didn’t say anything and did not need any fillings/ no cavities. I would get a second opinion if you go here. Last name changed since marriage is why not in system.

Fantastic experience: We normally see Pedro (who is AMAZING) but he was sick today so my kids saw Lynette, she was awesome too! It was my youngest’s (3 yrs old) first time ever in the chair and she was so freakin good with him! Highly highly recommend her!!
Fantastic experience: Everyone in this office is kind, caring, and friendly. I have had so many great experiences. I originally went in to Fountain Dental Center because I wanted a second opinion. Another dentist in town was trying to say I needed a ton of work done that was going to cost thousands of dollars. FDC took me in and immediately put my mind at ease. I wish I would have found them first. I'm so glad I made the switch.

Positive experience: I’m not a fan of the dentist but I don’t mind going to Fountain Dental..The front desk team is always nice, welcoming and helpful. My dentist Dr Adams is the sweetest dentist I’ve ever met, he makes me feel comfortable every time I go in and he’s very good at what he does. My hygienist is Tracy and she’s Amazing, she also makes me feel comfortable and because of her I no longer panic every time I have an appointment. Since I started going to Fountain Dental I’ve kept all my appointments. Didn’t give them 5 stars because they have kept me waiting a few times but things happen and I do understand that. Overall it’s a great clinic.

Positive experience: The hygienist, Lynette Holland, is fabulous!! Not only does she do a thorough job of cleaning my teeth, she also pays very close attention to the health of my teeth and provides tips and instructions on how I can best take care of my teeth at home. Lynette deserves 5 stars!! The reasons reason for only 4 stars is the billing at this office. I have worked with various front desk personnel, but don't seem to be able to get an accurate history of my account. Since this office went to an outside source for billing, I have not been successful in getting an accurate statement. This is very frustrating! If not for Lynette, I would have changed dental offices.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Fountain Dental Center for years and loved my dentist but when he retired I was nervous to go back. I went today and was pleasantly surprised! My new dentist and his assistant were amazing. The new office manager took the time to chat with me and make me feel welcome, much appreciated!!
