Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Finger Lakes Dental in Palmyra!!! My daughter was scared and nervous as she had horrible experience with her previous dentist, Finger Lakes was phenomenal!!! Her dental hygienest explained everything and was super gentle. From the X-Rays, cleaning, flossing, floride treatment... everything went very smooth! My daughter felt very comfortable she said she had a good experience with two thumbs up!!!

Fantastic experience: From the minute I walked. In the door to the minute I walked out of the door I felt so comfortable! So many people helping you, answering questions, explaining procedures, giving you options, making you feel at ease. Took the time to show me my different options, and explain the choices I had and the paths I could take. Took the time to print out financial explanations for each of the different plans I was given. Just a wonderful group of people , professional , caring , polite , just a pleasant and great experience all the way around! I forgot to mention, I hate going to the dentist, but not now! I am so glad we found this group!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience. Had 3 fillings, and a surgical extraction/bone graft completed today. Was assured that I would be comfortable the entire time. And I was. Very thorough, pre-care and after care instructions were provided. 3 hours later and still no discomfort. Fantastic experience: Call for an emergency visit my regular dentist was a on vacation. I had a crown come off my tooth and was hanging by a wire. X-ray showed bad decay and had to have tooth pulled. Dr. Lindsay did a great job pulling the tooth. Was in and out in 45 minutes. Recommend them for any kind of dental work . Very professional.

The staff were all pleasant and communicative. I felt well informed when leaving and all of my concerns were heard. All questions I shared on my original phone call to setup the appointment had been recorded and the hygienist responded to them without my having to repeat myself upon arrival. They have a great mix of tech to make efficient use of their time as well as mine. Pet peeve at last office was long waits after cleaning for the dentist to show up. I never waited for anyone at this office after a very quick stay in the waiting room. Was a wonderful experience that I look forward to again in the future.

Fantastic experience: I like most people are reluctant to obtain dental care. After suffering from tooth pain and discomfort for some time my wife finally made me an appointment. The staff at Palmyra Family Dental quickly took away any nervousness. They are extremely friendly and very thorough in explaining any procedure that you may take part of. The whole place is just welcoming from the moment you sign in as there’s a little coffee setup for you to enjoy if you choose. I am extremely excited to actually go again and begin the process of getting rid of this pain and finally being able to eat normal again and even possibly smile without my hand over my mouth again. If you have any dental needs small or big I would highly recommend them.

Positive experience: I am 37 weeks pregnant and came in for a routine cleaning after I had to reschedule a previous appointment. My rescheduled appointment wasn't until Oct I was on the waiting list, it was a long wait to get back in on the waiting list (not their fault- my work schedule made it difficult)

Positive experience: The dental procedures were done well ! My wife's had no problem with her appointment. I on the other hand have issue with the billing. My insurance covers basic cleaning. I had my teeth cleaned and was told I needed to make a periodontal appointment for a deep cleaning. I was then charged extra because they said it was a periodontal appointment. They only did the basic cleaning! The periodontal procedure would have been the next appointment. Not happy !!!. I don't have a problem paying for the periodontal appointment, I have a problem being billed for miscoded or fraudulent charges.

All the dental hygienists I have seen have been great. And Dr. Chris has been wonderful. He gives you options but does not try to force you into anything. And the girls at the front desk are always so nice. While I still may have some anxiety - this office has helped to lower it greatly and I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I am very grateful that a found a place that all around is exceptional. I had just recently moved to the area and was going to one dentist office but the dentist retired shortly afterwards. Then they had lost a hygienist and kept pushing my appointment back or not contacting me. I asked some people at my work if they knew of any place and several people recommended finger lakes dental and all raved about how exceptional they were. So I called and explained my situation and they got me in and soon as they were able. The receptionist staff was very polite and helpful and all the hygienist and staff are very experienced and knowledgeable and polite. They really care about their patients and comfort level. Because they prior office blew me off I needed a deep scaling and have super sensitive teeth and gums. But the hygienist really cared about not having me in pain. Where in the past others have used the high pressure water to clean my teeth and I had to beg them to stop with tears literally coming from my eyes. They made sure to numb my gums and always ask how I am doing. Now they know me and everyone is always very careful and gentle. Dr. Chris pulled a tooth and was absolutely amazing. If your looking for all around caring and professional staff I would definitely recommend them to anyone especially if they have a fear of going to the dentist. Everyone there goes above and beyond to make sure they are professional and patients have a pleasant experience. As much as possible going to the dentist

Fantastic experience: I have had dental anxiety since having my wisdom teeth pulled as an adult. I, unfortunately, had a dental professional who did a lot of work and looking back may have done so unnecessarily. As a result I’ve had “feelings” toward the dental industry. About a year and a half ago I switched care to FL dental and from my first encounter I have felt nothing short of cared for and comfortable. I feel this goes a long way because I was very bitter for quite some time. I now go to appointments calm and not fearful or riddled with anxiety m. I also trust what they are doing and saying. The entire staff is gentle and pleasant and calming. I would and do recommend FL dental to anyone looking for a dental provider or anyone not completely comfortable with whoever they are seeing.

They put me right at ease on my first visit, a meet and greet, so I was feeling pretty positive about having them pull my broken tooth. Fantastic experience: I was made to feel confortable from the moment I stepped in. Friendly, listened to me with compassion. Very professional. Spoke in comforting tone. Explanation of what was to transpire was clear and well put. Took some extra exrays using modern technology I had never seen before. Except for one or two that you had that hard plastic piece put in your mouth. It tends to cut my gums that was painful but necessary. They had a 2 TVs one in front of exam table and one on the ceiling! This was all new to me. I truly believe this may have kept any anxiety I had about my vist at bay. They were helpful with how I could make payments on any work I had done. Explaned very nicely. I had text the office befor hand and it was explaned to me then and how it will work with my insurance. Answered questions about what I needed and even listened to my Bad experience with last dental visit with a different company. So far I only had an exam. But feeling confident this will be my last stop for finding a dentist. Thank you for easing my tentions of going to the dentist!! I think I never posted this sorry. Had a visit today after my insurance changed. Still love going here for the dreaded dental. It is a drive but worth it!

Negative experience: I had a really poor experience. Chris did poor work. The quality of the work was at a dental student level in my opinion. The front desk staff was rude and did not listen to my concerns. Waste of my time and money. They don't care nor respect your time.

Fantastic experience: Wow wow wow wow wow! Dr Lindsay is AMAZING. I had a filling today and normally I’m unbelievably anxious before, during and after but they put silly cat videos on, talked me through the whole procedure, and she was super quick and thorough. I will never be switching dentists again. I could not recommend this place enough. Everyone is so kind and it’s such a peaceful place.
