Fantastic experience: I had an incredibly bad, year-long experience with a nearby dentist. It took many multiple visits, over a year, making corrections to a simple crown they did…a YEAR. Not to mention the fact that about 10 yrs. ago they had told me it was absolutely necessary to have a tooth pulled and replaced with an implant. I refused, and still have that tooth today (with no issues)! For literally the first time in 50 yrs. I had developed an anxiety about going to the dentist. I needed to find a better dentist, and Postle Dentistry was highly recommended to me, so I immediately made switch. It now takes me 45 minutes to get to the dentist instead of 5…and I couldn’t be happier. Great practice, great staff, great decision.

I have been a patient for many years and if you just need a cleaning or very advanced restorative treatment, you will get the best of care. Lastly, there have been multiple occasions where myself or a family member has had a dental emergency such as a cracked tooth and Postle Dental has always gotten us in right away to take care of it !

Fantastic experience: When I moved to Columbus in 1987 to teach at OSU, I asked for a recommendation of a dentist. Postle Dental was it, at that time on High Street just south of campus. I've been going to Dr. Herb ever since—as did my kids before they moved away after school. The math tells you how much I value the expert dentistry. This is to add more based on recent dentistry: I want to give a shout out to Trudy for periodontal work, Kate for a superb fix to chipped front teeth, Kirsten for detailed work seating perio trays and a night guard, and Dr. Herb, as always for being involved in final inspection and, if needed, additional final work. More recently Dr. Lisa has been tracking some issues with tender gums. Like all others at Postle, she is committed to determinging the cause3 and to treating it — all with a great, good spirit.

Everyone was extremely friendly… Very attentive to my needs especially with the areas of sensitivity were a little higher than others. The facility is beautiful and Dr. Megan is a rockstar. You will not be disappointed… the only thing more impressive than the staff was the technology and the efficiency with which they moved. Fantastic experience: Been a patient for 50 yrs. Started with Dr Harry and then Dr Herb. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for new provider. Dr Herb takes the time to thoroughly walk you through what’s happening with your dental health and various options. I’ve found him to be pragmatic in his treatment philosophy not rushing /pushing a particular path unless clearly called for. His team is very professional and friendly. As a child I hated going to the dentist. ;) but can honestly say they create/foster a low stress environment and care about your dental health.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lisa replaced my old bridge with a new one over the last couples of weeks. She and her staff were excellent. As many know the procedure takes a while and I felt comfortable along the whole process. The temporary was great and now that I have the permanent new bridge on it is perfect. Color looks great as well as the aesthetics, and the bite is perfect.

The crowns by Dr. Postle (Dr. Herb, as he is known) have been perfect and durable - and he is personable, attentive, and upbeat. The Dental Hygienists are careful and thorough, and relate well to patients. Even the bookkeeper deserves praise--as soon as they receive an insurance payment, l am reimbursed when appropriate. When l walk in the front door, I am greeted warmly and the service starts on time. And Dr. Herb did not pay me to write these things.

Dr. LIsa was so helpful and kind to my daughter to help her with her teeth after the removal of her braces. The staff from the front desk to the hygienist were all exceptional. This office went beyond good customer service to get me in same day after I randomly called during the lunch hour.
