Fantastic experience: Today, I had the honor of being able to see my son finally get debanded after 4 years of treatment. And, I’d like to say that this place is the place to get your braces done. Every staff member has been so nice, the appointments never took longer than an hour, and my son has never felt more confident in his smile. If you ever need braces in the cypress area ITS HERE.

Fantastic experience: Both my kids have been coming here for over a year. Everyone is very friendly, they ate very accommodating whenever there is an issue, even if it's a minor one. My kids teeth look great and has improved my son's speech impediment as well.

Fantastic experience: My daughter just got her braces off and we are thrilled. We have been so happy at True Image. Dr. Sonny is so kind and explained the process throughout. It’s such a busy office, yet you never feel rushed and they are usually on schedule. The place is immaculate. I’ve been sitting here watching how thoroughly they clean each station after a patient leaves and it is impressive. Every item is sanitized, including the r pens. Great place and people.

Negative experience: Terrible service and poor communication by DONNA (chief of operations / a manager). DONNA speaks to Parents (Adults) in a very condescending and dominating manner, she talks over you, and felt the need to announce she is chief of operations 10 times during a call. Someone who allows their title/position to go to their head. When you stand up against the condescending attitude, she asks you to go elsewhere. This office could not get an authorization completed correctly, our insurance said it kept denying because this office left out duration time on the authorization request. This office also told us the Authorization process had to be completed by MAIL ONLY, and there were no other electronic options. We waited patiently for over 60 days for processing and response as it relates to the Authorization, only for me to run into someone like DONNA and then be told you have to go somewhere else because I wouldn't tolerate her condescending attitude. Just a complete waste of our time. But I appreciate the true reveal of this company's culture, because I would never be interested in doing business and paying money to people who are rude, who lack respect for others, and who are condescending towards others. UPDATE: Other patients have had the same problems with your selective poor attitudes here and lack of insurance competence. The same insurance plan this office claimed takes 60+ days to seek Prior Authorization by MAIL (snail mail), only to return as denied due to their own errors, this same insurance was utilized at another Orthodontics office and Prior Authorization was done correctly, Authorization was approved and completed within a couple days, we have Braces bonded and installed. Process complete ELSEWHERE in less than a week.

Fantastic experience: My experience at this place was very satisfying. Throughout my treatment everything went smoothly and without a hitch. I would recommend this place to others who want to get their braces! 10/10!

Fantastic experience: Just had a great experience at True IMAGE Orthodontics! The office is super clean, modern, and really well-organized. I loved being able to relax in the chair and watch TV—it made the whole appointment feel easy. Dr. Dave is excellent at what he does—very professional, efficient, and made me feel completely at ease. Katherine was awesome too—so gentle when taking my impressions and super attentive, always checking in to make sure I was doing okay. The whole visit went smoothly from start to finish. Fantastic experience: Great experience since 1st appointment with my daughter. Everyone is always helpful, appointments run on time, staff is kind to my daughter and always made her feel comfortable and at easy. My daughter never complaint about the service received. Cost is fair compared to other quotes I received and the quality of service and facility is really really good. We completed phase 1 of treatment and will be back for 2nd phase for sure.

Positive experience: Prior to choosing an orthodontist for my kids, we visited True Image for a consultation and ultimately decided to go elsewhere. The treatment plan that was proposed was extremely aggressive for a 9-year old child and I was shocked at the proposal as compared to the other 2 treatment proposals we had received.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is always friendly. They are very thorough with information and answer any questions you have. No one ever gets bothered by questions. All the staff are amazing. Willing to work around your schedule and have a variety of appointment times. In over 2 years of going we’ve only had to wait more than 5 minutes to go back for our appointment one time and they were apologetic that they were super busy and backed up that particular day. From day 1 we’ve always felt comfortable and confident with their care. Our daughter has loved going. And we plan to use them again for our next child when it’s time. Fantastic experience: Great experience and reasonably priced. Scheduled a consultation to remove my damaged permanent retainer and get a removable one for my bottom teeth. This was the 4 ortho I visited to get a quote on the procedure. They gave me a price right off the bat then examined my damaged retainer and even dropped the pricing after doing so. They were roughly %25 less than any other ortho I visited. The ordontist was cordial and thrurough. The staff removed my old retainer without any issues. I can't recommend this office enough!

Fantastic experience: True Image was amazing throughout my whole orthodontic experience. The atmosphere was great during every visit. I also underwent jaw surgery which involved a lot of planning between my surgeon and Dr. Sonny and Dr. Dave. They coordinated everything perfectly on my behalf and I could not be happier with the results.

Dr. Dave, Dr. Sonny and the whole team did an amazing job on her teeth over a period of over 4.5 hrs!! Everyone has been helpful, patient, courteous. My daughter got braces, and at one point she had an emergency, they did not hesitate to see me right away, they even followed up on it. Please don't look elsewhere for braces or invisalign. Jeanette's constant communication when working in my mouth left me with few questions to ask along with placing great importance on assuring my comfortability. Luis, was a calming force with a gentle touch when working in my mouth as well as saluting me upon entering the office. He would tell me "don't be so hard on yourself your doing the best that you can and it will get better once the braces are removed" (I had plaque build up issues). Monica set the tone for this office because she is the first person I would encounter when I entered the building. She was always professional, kind, pleasant, knowledgeable, and willing to work with my schedule. Monica has a genuine way of rendering a smile with her words that makes you feel recognized.
