Fantastic experience: Never had such an enjoyable trip to the dentist. It was Halloween - the staff members were in costume; voting for pumpkin decorating contest was happening. Of course, excellent care for my teeth was provided as always but with a side of hilarity.

Fantastic experience: This is only the second time I’ve been to Southington Dentistry, and I have nothing but positive things to say. First of all I got 10 fillings (not all cavities, I DO take care of my mouth, but I grind them down) and Dr. Resa was spectacular. Stopped when I needed it, explained what he was doing. Just great. My teeth feel so much better after readjusting to my new sealants. The real reason I am writing the review though is because I walked in behind an elderly couple. The man (patient) was using a walker and his wife was holding and guiding him. When the hygienist called them back the wife got up too, seemingly very worried about him. The two of them helped him back, and the wife came back out into the waiting room shortly after. A few minutes later, the hygienist came back into the waiting room and said to the wife, “Don’t worry XX is settled in now. I just wanted you to know.” The hygienist knew just how to care for the man, while also providing reassurance to his visibly worried wife. This act of top notch care really should not go unnoticed.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about this dental office! DR Reza, truly knows what he’s doing and always makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The whole team treats you with kindness and professionalism, and they always stay on time with appointments—which is rare and so appreciated. I drive almost 50 minutes to get there, and it’s absolutely worth it for the excellent care I receive every visit. Highly recommend! service.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a major fear of dentists since I was 8 yrs old when our dentist pulled an abcessed large back tooth with long roots out cold. Fast forward many years. I contacted southington Dental because he offered sleep dentistry and offered different payment plans. We set it up because my teeth hurt so bad and broken . Dr. Salesky called me the night before my appointment and told me to follow our plan for that evenings and don’t worry about tomorrow, I will be the one taking care of you and you’ll be just fine. So just relax tonight. That was nice. Long story short. The sedation worked perfectly. I was in the chair all day but have zero recollection and now my whole mouth is fixed!!! Can’t say enough good things. I actually look forward to regular cleanings and such now, as even his staff is excellent and extremely sensitive to your needs!! recommend you go if you have a major fear!

The dental assistant was kind and thorough. The dentist was able to explain my options ; this is of importance because other dentists have only opted to extract , whereas I was unaware a root canal would save this very important tooth. Tooth #18 to be exact lolol. I'll be keeping it

Negative experience: Imagine My surprise when My Daughter came into the livingroom holding a crown that fell out of Her mouth. Not really We knew it was going to happen. We paid $30.000 to have Her teeth fixed. The crown that fell out wasn't even aligned with the others it was actually overlapping the one next to it. The crowns are 5 Years old. All I'm saying is do Your research before deciding on this Dentist. I honestly wish I did because in all Honesty I would have never brought My Daughter there. And I know They don't care because They always use the same response. The Praying hands and We wish Your Daughter well. Don't try to appease Me maybe do a better job. Anyone can give a 5 star review.

Fantastic experience: The office staff and Dental Assistant were friendly and very helpful. Went in for a chipped tooth and had it done within 20 mins of speaking to the Dentist. Came out beautiful. Felt so comfortable in this office that I brought up an issue I was having with my Wisdom teeth. After throughly discussing the x-ray I had them take and weighing the potential options, I scheduled another appointment to have 2 of my Wisdom teeth taken out. Would highly recommend this office due to their friendliness and professionalism. ———————- Have now gone twice to get my teeth cleaned and the front desk staff is very friendly. Hygienists are detailed and good at what they do. Still happy with them and it is close to my house making it even more convienient. —————————- I am amazed every time I step into this office how friendly and personable the Staff is. My Hygenist Joanna not only is nice but remembers the talks we have had during my last two cleanings and asks me about more than just my teeth. This is the kind of person that keeps clients coming back.

Fantastic experience: I called at 8 am, got an appointment for 845am!!!! My tooth was cracked for while and I thought I could wait, but when I woke up and saw my face swollen still in pain,,, I had to call. They took me right in,,,, I had novicaine in my jaw by 915, tooth was stubborn,, but it's out,,, and they stitched me up, and now I feel no pain at all!!!! Even after breaking the tooth out,,,. I give these folks many thanks for helping me out. They are a place that just gets there job done, with superior care and concern. Thank you all for the help. Now I can enjoy this weekend instead of being in agony. Thank you again.....we will be back for more work for sure.

Fantastic experience: Went for my first cleaning today. I decided to schedule here after seeing a Facebook post about part of the proceeds of a cleaning appointment going to an animal rescue. After going for my first appointment, I can happily say I've found my new dental home! I was able to discuss my concerns AND my dog! Dr. Salesky provided in depth explanation of my options and was incredibly personable. I didn't feel like "just another patient". Fantastic first experience, would recommend in a heart beat!

Fantastic experience: It was my first time here, and I am so pleased that I switched to this office. Their technology is super modern and it streamlined the process. My hygienist explained things thoroughly and she was very gentle. I commented to my husband that this was the first time that I came to the dentist and didn’t have sore gums after my cleaning! All the staff are wonderful and thoughtful in their approach to cleaning, exams, explaining insurance, treatment planning, etc. They are about making sure you are comfortable and there’s no pressure. Fantastic experience: I had two root canals that needed to be done and was very apprehensive about it because of a previous root canal where they used a mouth dam. They really listened to my concerns and gave me several options to get me through it. I had two root canals and a tooth extracted all in one sitting and it was still a better experience than the previous one. Dr Marshall took her time, checked on me frequently and explained what she was doing!

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Southington In Dentistry was a pleasant experience. The staff was welcoming and friendly and the office and examination room were clean and tastefully decorative. My hygienist and doctor explained everything that they would do and I was given a preposed treatment plan with insurance coverage and my payment printed out before leaving.

Negative experience: I went to this Dentist thinking it was Southinton Family Dentistry down the street. I had lost a filling and needed it repaired. Sadly I felt an extreme upsell at this office. Giving me all sorts of options. Then had a bill for $ 1170 dollars. The hygienist had trouble getting floss between the teeth. Instead repairing the problem it was ignored. So I cannot floss these teeth despite paying an exorbitant fee for a filling. I should have walked away from this horrible practice. At the end the billing said "oh I forgot the dentist ordered an extra xray" , for 60 dollars more. No wonder there was no patients in the office. I will never go here again.

Fantastic experience: Hygienist Karissa and Dr Salesky are wonderful at explaining and sighting relative examples to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Both have compassion and empathy for one’s feeling lost and confused. I can’t say enough good about Karissa as to how she acknowledged my feelings and even offered comparisons to others which immediately calmed me. My procedure wasn’t nearly as bad as I’ve read or been told about. The team at reception, billing and scheduling at the desk are equally welcoming. Give them a shot at an exam or cleaning, I promise you that you’re in better health than you fear, and if not completely, these folks can get you in the path free from worry.

Fantastic experience: First, I have to start off with the fact that every single staff member was so welcoming and helpful. Right from the first phone call, I felt comfortable. I had been in some severe pain and I looked for dental places in the area of my job that I could see ASAP. The staff at Southington Dentistry were able to get me in that same day. Not only that but I learned that I had to get one of my wisdom teeth removed that was causing me a lot of pain. They were able to do it that same day and scheduled me to get my last two removed two and half weeks after. My next appointment was just as pleasant as the first. Dr. Breglia is AMAZING! We ran into more problems at my second appointment but he made me feel at ease the entire time and there’s nothing more I could have asked for. He was able to do everything without me having to go see an oral surgeon which was amazing. I’m just so grateful that I came across this place on a Google search! Thank you so much to everyone at Southington Dentistry!

Negative experience: Would not recommend. Went in for first appointment and as I was leaving they told me I needed all of this work done not necessary and came out to $1400. I went for a simple cleaning. Will never be back. Stay away.

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr Marshall and Amber team! The one on one walk thru of the whole extraction process was great! Legit was super nervous but after all my questions were answered I decided on the spot to get the procedure done! So thankful for the professional patience. Highly recommend! Once my husband and I found this office, everything changed! The drill-less dentistry is amazing, no pain, no Novocaine, it's amazing! The ENTIRE staff is wonderful! They care about your comfort, your outcome and YOU! I no longer worry about going in, because I know Dr. Salesky and the rest of the staff is going to take good care and make sure there is no pain, no matter what. Even the cleanings are great! I had a great experience with my hygienist who took time to make sure I was comfortable and really cared about my teeth. She was so great! I HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone who is having any anxiety about going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr Marshall was wonderful! She is a friendly, caring, professional. She took time to get to know me a little and shared about herself. The exam was thorough. At the end she took the time to listen to what I thought. Then we discussed what the next steps would be. She not only showed me what was going on and what she saw. She made me a part of the dental plan. She's even welcoming my wife to join in to the process of my care when we do my consultation in a couple of weeks.

Fantastic experience: Went in for an emergency visit due to an infected tooth. I was seen within an hour of calling. The dentist I saw was great and helped me feel better instantly! Also all the other staff were great! Would highly recommend them for services!

Negative experience: Disappointed with the billing process and not being made aware of being an out of network client . Then told by staff that Its the Customers responsibility .How quickly you turn from patient to Customer when they want to drain your pockets In short most Dentist will have you sign a form making you aware that your out of Network .Extremely disappointed .

Negative experience: This dentist ( Dr Salesky ) is all about making as much money as possible. His MO is to intentionally quote outrageous fees for dental work. Then, after the patient, questions it or complains, he offers a “discount” which is lower, but still excessive ! That’s the strategy. Our family has paid his practice over $34,000 in dental fees for our daughter ( with a bad result ) and his offer is not to stand behind his work but to ask us to spend more money to correct it.
