Fantastic experience: Very professional and friendly staff. Mary , the dental hygienist, is amazing ! Very gentle , thorough and took her time with my cleaning. Also very pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend this dental office.

Negative experience: if I could rate this place a zero I would this place has no care for its and all the staff there is very rude. My wife went in there for a simple tooth extraction. They told her she deep cleaning and that she had multiple cavities new x-rays because they wouldn't accept our x-rays from a dental place in Colorado. I understand the x-rays, but when you try to push things on what l don't like. My wife had just the deep cleaning about a month ago and they told her they didn't do a good job that she needed another one with to charge her an extra told her she needed a root canal when she didn't want a root canal. All she wanted was an extraction, but they insisted that they were not going to extract her tooth that they only do root canals, which to my knowledge they are way more expensive than a regular tooth extraction avoid this place at all cost. I wouldn't recommend anybody to go to this place. I am very disappointed at this office. They will not be getting my service here ever

Positive experience: The staff at Coast Dental were all very kind and friendly. The only thing that I found very uncomfortable were the x-rays. I've never had this happen to me in my teeth cleaning experiences that I have had for many, many years.

Fantastic experience: I needed a tooth extracted and they got me in right away.

Negative experience: I chose this office because Dr. Wolf was listed on my insurance plan and the reviews looked great. Boy, was I duped. I came in expecting a normal cleaning, but before we even got started, the hygienist was already pushing for a deep cleaning—without much explanation or conversation. That was red flag number one. Then I found out the dentist I thought I was seeing wasn’t even there—it was a teledentist. No one mentioned that when I booked. I walked out with my teeth uncleaned but my instincts sharper than ever. Save yourself the time and pick somewhere that actually communicates with patients.

Fantastic experience: Had a bad chip in my front tooth. Doc sanded it down and made it match teeth around it. He did a fabulous job!

Negative experience: Don't bother. Thought I'd try them out as they're a provider on my insurance. I made a new patient appt online & received an email confirmation. I took time away from work, showed up, signed in & the frazzled receptionist tells me I don't have an appt. Showed my email confirmation & she couldn't care less. Didn't offer to reschedule or apologies for the mixup. Nothing. Very rude.

Fantastic experience: Love the friendly staff. Dentist does awesome work. Dentist and Assistant have good bedside manners when you’re in his chair. All staff care about your comfort and smile. I got teeth pulled and two caps so far. In few weeks my new Bridge will be in. One down and two bridges to go. I highly recommend if you want any dental work done where you are treated with care and don’t want to be pushed into to something you cannot afford. They work with you no pressure. Love my Dentist and all his staff. 10 stars from me.

Negative experience: Very rude and arrogant young blonde lady at the front desk ! Very unprofessional ! They just lost 3 new clients today because of her un professionalism and lack of manners. I would not recommend this place for anybody.

Fantastic experience: Well, I’ve had three visits and Muhammad was the technician who is taking care of me and cleaning my teeth and I gotta say he’s an extremely professional gentleman who takes great care and what he’s doing. I was taken on time and being totally disabled Muhammad made sure I was extremely comfortable in the dentist chair. It took excellent care of me. Now I have three more appointments that I’ve already made to finish getting my teeth fixed up. Well I highly recommend. Coastal dental!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Coast Dental, specifically Dr. Wolf and hygienist Krystel. They’re upfront and honest. They broke down my treatment plan, including cost so I was always aware of what was happening and how much it would cost. Dr. Wolf has been so kind. I was so nervous on my first visit, but he told me everything would be ok and that he would take care of me. And he has! I’m so happy I chose Coast Dental.

Negative experience: RESPONSE TO OWNER: To say the words "FINE PRINT" only confirms what kind of "dental practice" you are. EVERYONE reading this and EVERYONE I speak to will know to check your "FINE PRINT" on your coupons and you will not get a recommendation from me or my staff. I'm a out of pocket, NEW PATIENT. I'm not sure who are writing these reviews....friends, family member or artificial intelligence, but this is NOT the experience I had with this practice at all. First, my appointment was for 8am and I wasn't brought back until 8:20am then I was hit with a cash grab, even though I had a coupon for a FREE Comprehensive Exam and X-Rays, the "hygienist" or salesman accepted the coupon however, I was told AFTER I had the 360 degree x-ray scan that it was NOT included with the coupon and I would have to pay over $200 for it OR I could sign up for their "Smile Program" for $99 for the year, so the FREE turned into a $99 charge. I never saw a dentist, except for the one on the TV screen in front of me from Tampa, I could tell by the 813 area code under her name on the screen. I'm almost 61, I've always seen a dentist as a new patient. I won't be back.....imagine LOSING a cash paying patient for a simple $99? Look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Was nervous about getting my teeth fixed because I've never been there before with the dentist Dr. Wolf. He was wonderful on fixing my teeth. No pain plus really enjoyed him talking with while fixing my teeth. His assistant Kristin is also wonderful. She setup a plan and helped me get my teeth teeth fixed. This place is awesome. Everyone here is so wonderful. I wouldn't never change my new Dentist for anything.The front desk is receptionist are awesome and friendly. Answer questions and help you. My cleaning and xrays were great.

Negative experience: Scheduled a basic cleaning. Waited for 20 minutes after my Scheduled appointment to get called back. Was told I have to have an xray for $80 out of pocket before they would clean my teeth an it would be an hour and a half for the appointment. None of this was disclosed when making the appointment. Waste of time! I will go elsewhere

Fantastic experience: My review is combining two previous appointments with my most recent one today, my permanent Crown haha! The staff at the front desk, knowledgeable, friendly women who smile and make you feel at home, take their jobs seriously, explain in a manner that anyone can understand and are superb at customer care! Dr. Wolf, he is superb, he knows the tricks and extremely personable and professional. His assistant who not only is well trained in his field, but very personable and caring, ask’s how you’ve been, he listens to your stories and really cares about his patients. Positive experience: Front staff were great, the hygienist Mary was spectacular and extremely informative. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I didn't feel comfortable having an on screen doctor instead of an in-house doctor for my new patient visit. The teledoc dentist didn't give much information on my teeth. I received all of my helpful information from the hygienist. I feel as though it was really impersonal especially for a first time visit.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wolf is the best dentist ever. Common sense, kind and very competent. He knows how to give a pain free shot! They were able to get me in within a couple hours with a pain full condition. However, Coast Dental Corp. has recently changed their policy to remote viewing of your xrays. An error was found upon visual inspection, and one tooth decay was not identified - 4 months later it caused unnecessary pain, now requiring a tooth extraction. Please discontinue the remote film review, it does not work.

Negative experience: Would be a ZERO ! Biggest scam ever husband went in got x rsys NEVER even got a cleaning and spoke to the dentist on an IPAD! Never have we ever gone to the dentist and not even get a cleaning and get charged for stuff that insurance covered

Samantha specifically was one of the kindest workers I have ever met, right down to her persistent reassurance and the patience it took for me just to get X-rays, my anxiety faded through the appointment from both ladies being as kind as they could and treating you like you matter. If I could give extra stars I would, as this facility tops all others by a long shot! Thank you again Ashley, Linda Mary and Sam for all you gals do! :)

Positive experience: The staff was great but I felt the place itself could use some cleaning. The ceiling fan was nasty dirty. The exam room was in need of some cleaning. Lastly maybe they could put something else out to read while waiting beside the one medical mag.

Negative experience: Dr. Wolf tried to make upper dentures and bottom partials. On November 25th 2024 he gave up on me and told me to find another dentist. I could not wear them because they hurt. Could not eat with them! I left the teeth there. The Doctor could have had better hygiene being so close to a patient. Sorry to say. Thank you, Nett

Negative experience: I was a new patient, so when I was called to the back the man had me stand up my chin on the machine, I asked him if he could put cotton down where my chin will go, he's like no it's clean. So I go to sit down that place was disgusting. Hair and dirt all over the floors no trash baskets. The machines were all dirty with dirty dust hair and other things. I got up and walked out...

The x-ray technician is absolutely the best, goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed unlike any other I've ever experienced. The doctor is friendly, has great bedside manors, answers all questions and gives all treatment plans to choose from. The hygienist is friendly and careful... Very recommended office if you're like me and a little scared of seeing a dentist.

Positive experience: After nearly two years of trying to secure a dental appointment, I was relieved to find this office, which scheduled me relatively quickly and offered a new patient exam, x-rays, and cleaning all in one day; however, my experience was mixed. Overall, while the hygienist’s excellent care redeemed the experience somewhat, improvements in communication, customer service, and professionalism—particularly from the dental assistant—are needed. I hope my next visit for the dentist appointment is smoother. Pros: • Quick scheduling when other offices couldn’t accommodate me. • The dental hygienist was professional, kind, and thorough, making the cleaning process smooth and comfortable. Cons: • Location Confusion: The office was very difficult to locate. The Google Maps pin placed the office incorrectly near a Tires Plus and Wendy’s, causing me to drive in circles for 15 minutes. Since the office didn’t open until 8:30 a.m., I couldn’t call anyone for clarification, despite my appointment being at 8 a.m. When I arrived late due to these issues, the front desk staff didn’t show much concern or empathy. Updating the Google Maps pin would save future patients unnecessary frustration. • Reception and Customer Service: The front desk felt disorganized, potentially due to a new staff member being trained. The team lacked focus on customer service, which gave off a somewhat unwelcoming and indifferent vibe. • Dental Assistant’s Behavior: My experience with the dental assistant, Sam, was uncomfortable and concerning. When I expressed frustration about finding the office, she dismissed my concerns and was visibly hostile. She also made conflicting statements about my cleaning, contradicting what was promised during scheduling. Her demeanor became increasingly aggressive, and the x-ray process was unnecessarily painful. Despite me voicing discomfort, her actions felt rushed and harsh. She also provided inaccurate information about the business not being able to update the Google Maps location, which I later updated myself with ease.

Fantastic experience: Mary provided excellent care. She listened to my concerns and made my stress level tolerable. I will be asking for Mary again and again. Egyptian people rock!!

Fantastic experience: I saw Mary one of the hygienist today. This is the second time I have seen her. She welcomed me like I was a friend she had not seen for a while. Her professionalism as a hygienist was top notch. Everyone in the office was very nice and made me feel welcome. Great office.

Fantastic experience: I hate impressions. They’ve always made me gag and feel as if I was going to die. I explained my fears to Ashley ahead of time. She empathetically gave me tips and said we’d work through it together. It went perfectly. I never gagged and was able to remain calm throughout the entire process.

Negative experience: Sat there for 45 minutes before 1 of the 4 desk women decided to find time for me. I was the only person in the waiting room. Only for her to argue with me about my insurance,apparently their new dentist isn't in my network,which probably could been said before I drove an hour there. I understand mistakes happen,but it wasn't my mistake and she was beyond rude.

The staff were pleasant, courteous and professional. A lovely young lady called me in as soon as I signed in. The dentist evaluated what I needed and a care plan with great prices was created and provided to me. Thank you so much to the whole staff at Coast Dental.

Fantastic experience: Good dentists office. Seems archaic at first but once you get to see the professionals, it's well worth it. I go to this office as opposed to one closer to me. The staff are excellent and Dr Wolf the dentist, is the best!!
