Fantastic experience: I brought my six year old here, who has pretty bad nerves when it comes to dentists. Dr Resek was sooo kind to my son, I’m really looking forward to continuing my son’s care with her. It was actually so relieving because there are some doctors (and people in general) out there who don’t really give young kids the time of day or try to get on their level of communication. So, thank you doc, we’ll see you at our follow up!

Fantastic experience: I really love this place! They’re so friendly, empathetic and professional. I’m just starting my Invisalign treatment and they made it so affordable for me with an easy payment plan. There’s literally no reason to go anywhere else if you live within an hour of this place! Update: My Invisalign treatment is complete and I LOVE my smile! Dr. Chen and staff have been amazing from start to finish!

Fantastic experience: This is my first time taking my daughter to a dental appointment. I was extremely nervous as she's only 18 months. They did a fantastic job. Christina, the assistant walked me through what they were going to do and how so I was well prepared and knew what to expect. Walking into the facility, I was so surprised as to how big it is and I absolutely love their tree house slide which is so cute for the kids. My daughter was very intrigued by this area which kept her busy as we waited. DR. Veronica R was very sweet and answered all my questions thoroughly. Glad I found this place. Update, they are still wonderful! My daughter is 2.

Fantastic experience: My son has special needs and required anesthesia for an oral procedure. Once we identified that, the incredible team at Grand Dental made the whole process much easier for us. They worked closely with our insurance provider to ensure everything (or at least most of it) was covered, stayed within our budget, and provided outstanding service. Everyone at the dental office made us feel genuinely welcomed, explained everything clearly, showed professionalism and warmth, and followed up with us afterwards to ensure my son was doing well. We are happy to continue trusting Grand Dental because of their excellent care and friendly attitude!

Fantastic experience: My hygienist, Marissa, was very pleasant and gave me a great cleaning. The gentleman dentist, also very pleasant, gave me a clean bill of health. It is a great practice to go to and I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: My husband is non-ambulatory and uses a wheelchair. The entire staff was very accommodating and respectful of his medical condition. I was hesitant about taking him to the dentist because of his medical conditions, but I was so pleased with the care he received. Dr. Veronica Resek thoroughly discussed the treatment my husband needed, and we felt very comfortable taking as much time as we needed. She is a compassionate dentist who clearly cares about her patients.

Negative experience: Horrible billing. They will argue with you even if you know your benefits. Even if you have them on the phone telling this office nitrous oxide is fully covered. Doesnt matter-- it's a battle. Get yourself an explanation of benefits. You have the right. An EOB will tell you exactly what you are paying and what they cover. Its uncomfortable. Its upsetting. Wont return.

Negative experience: Highly dont recommend this place unless you dont mind being ripped off for everything. We gave them a chance for 10 years and it was 9 too many. After we decided to leave they charged us ridiculous fees for requesting my files to be transfered to another office among other fees I didn't have prior to leaving. They NEVER see us on time when we are scheduled, always waiting way to long to be called back some times 30 minutes AFTER The sceduled appt. One time we weere there for a simple check up and for some reason they started removing my daughters retainer and when we asked why they just stared at us like they had no clue. They also wanted to give my 3 year old a root canal on a baby tooth she lost in the same year they wanted to do this. I have so many stories..They dig so deep into your pockets its sickening... Money hungry corporate owned place. There are so many other better dentist offices locally to use that are way more worth ypur time and money.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kevin Chen was amazing today. I have a permanent retainer on my lower teeth & he helped me out with some of the glue that fell off. The whole staff seems very friendly. I would definately recommend family & friends to come here!! Thanks again for today

Fantastic experience: Like most people, i have a lot of anxiety around visiting the dentist. i was nervous to be a new patient at Grand Dental for all of 20 minutes before I realized I could not have picked a better office or dentist. Everyone was so kind and made me feel so normal and safe about my fears around dental work! My anxiety just melts away as soon as they start chatting with me! They do amazing work and care a lot about your safety, the quality of your care, and how comfortable you are! They make sure you understand the procedures they do and explain it step by step as they go through it! Dr. Seokjae Son and his team are absolutely the most professional and caring group of people ive ever trusted with my dental care! 20/10 recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I went to Grand Dental because my 20 year old crown broke off. Dr Katy Correa explained all my options. I decided to pull the tooth and replace it with an implant. Dr Katy made the extraction painless. She even followed up with a phone call to make sure I wasn’t in pain the next day. I’m now waiting for my new implant to come in. Dr Katy Correa has been wonderful as well as the staff. I’ve been a patient for several years and have never had a bad experience. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a smiling staff member. All services are explained with costs up front. The hygienists are all great! Not many people enjoy going to the dentist. Grand Dental makes it less stressful.

Negative experience: The dentists seem to care while still somewhat trying to inspire fear in their patients: HOWEVER THE OFFICE’S DESPERATE AND BULLYING ENERGY IS ABYSMALLY OFF-PUTTING EVERY SINGLE TIME; AS THEY TRY TO COLLECT A FICTITIOUS FAUX “ESTIMATE” OF HOW MUCH YOUR DENTAL INSURANCE IS GOING TO COVER AND WHAT THEY THINK YOUR FINAL OUT OF POCKET AMOUNT IS GOING TO BE. WE ARE NOT PAYING A FAKE BILL ESTIMATED BY THEIR OFFCE: WE PAY FINAL BILLS STATED IN EOB BY OUR INSURANCE COMPANY ONLY; AS THAT IS THE ENTIRE POINT OF HAVING INSURANCE IN THE FIRST PLACE. DOCTORS; SURGEONS; EVEN EMERGENCY ROOMS, AND OTHER DENTISTS OFFICES DO NOT TRY TO BULLY AND HARASS YOU DESPERATELY TRYING TO COLLECT SOME MADE UP AND PRETEND ESTIMATED OUT OF POCKET AMOUNT: BUT THIS OFFICE DOES AND HAS ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS NOW. HONESTLY; THEIR NEGATIVE HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT IS NOT WORTH SACRIFICING OUR GOD GIVEN PEACE AND SERENITY FOR. FIND A DENTIST OFFICE WHOM ACTUALLY CARES MORE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AS PATIENTS; RATHER THAN THIS RABID OFFICE; WHOM ONLY LOOKS AT YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE AS A BANK TO BLEED DRY. OUR DIVINE GOD IN HEAVEN HAS GUIDED US TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS PARASITIC DENTIST OFFICE, ONCE AND FOR ALL.

Fantastic experience: Marissa Kasuba is a superb Dental Hygienist. She performed her cleaning of my old teeth with attention to make sure that I had no discomfort. I have seen her four times in the past two years. I enjoy chatting with her while she works on my teeth. I would highly recommend her to every one!

Fantastic experience: Today was my daughter’s (7 YO) first fillings for three cavities. I was more nervous than her because she has always enjoyed visiting Grand Dental because of how caring the staff has always been for her! From beginning to end, the dentist and her assistant were patient and made her feel so comfortable about the procedure. They took their time with her to show the different tools in a fun way for her to see what was going to be used, making her almost excited to see what was next. She left saying she wants to be a dentist! The staff at Grand Dental Channahon has always been so great!

Fantastic experience: I have gone there for years and have been very happy. I recently had an emergency visit that turned into a 3 hour visit. They were kind and gentle and in no way rushed through the procedure that was needed, even though I'm sure it required a great deal of reworking their planned schedule for the day. Dr. Ronnie is awesome!

Negative experience: 5 stars for ALL of the dental hygienists but 1 star for all of the grossly underestimated bills and after charges I receive after every. single. visit. When I call to attempt to discuss I never get a call back. Even after paying my bill I received a bill showing my zero balance with a threat if I didn’t pay the ZERO balance. ‍♀️ For such a large business, the billing and financial department is severely lacking. Again, I only stayed as long as I did with my children because the hygienists are beyond wonderful and amazing at what they do! I wish we could take them with our business elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Katy Correa for a dental appointment and she was amazing! She really handle my anxiety well and took care of all my needs. She made the entire process of getting my wisdom teeth out way less scary than I thought it would be.
