Negative experience: worst service. i have an emergency and were trying to get my insurance card to work, lady in the office was trying to be helpful at first then she didn’t even wanna talk on the phone because “she’s in the middle of doing her job” plus had me and my mom talking to the insurance company and they kept saying that the doctor or whoever was helping me can call and it will be faster but she just didn’t want to. i walked out unsatisfied and didn’t get any help.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE this dental office! My 13 yr old daughter had to have significant work done on her teeth and I wouldn’t bring her any other place other than here. Dr.Huynh is absolutely incredible. He is patient, knowledgeable, and truly professional. We drive over an hour for appointments specifically to see him. Abby at the front desk always makes us feel so welcome and is so charismatic and helpful. Sandra the hygienist is the sweetest! This is the dream team. I’ve never felt so comfortable and cared for at the dentist. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the best care!

Dr.King and her staff were all so knowledgeable and kind. They listened to us and helped us make informed decisions about my children’s oral health. Negative experience: Scam place. I have been ther 2 times and both times got scammed . The first time, they told me that the insurance doesn't cover the service and have to pay out of pocket. I did so, and after that called the insurance. The insurance said that they cover that type of service and paid them. I waited 6 months to get my money back, after over 20 phone calls any many visists at the office. They second time, they overcharged me. The insurance caught it, and told them to reimburse me. I have been waiting for 4 months now, and haven't get my money back. The front desk lady ( the one that charged me for the service on both times) says that has filed the claim but she lies. She is rude overall. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, and she told me that she is a supervisor. The only answer she has is " I don't know ". They do not have customer service line, or main office. There is only the appointment line that doesn't get involved on these things. I have never seen such a rude people and horrible company. I have notified my lawyer and I will sue them for scamming. Terrible experience!

From the front desk staff to the dental team...everyone was amazing. Negative experience: I wanted to share my experience following my recent visit. Initially, the service was pleasant; however, three days after the procedure, I find myself in more pain than I anticipated. When I inquired about addressing this issue, I was informed that the pain would subside and that I was be overreacting. Currently, I am experiencing discomfort in my mouth.

Fantastic experience: I am so overwhelmed and satisfied with doc huynh and his staff I had the same procedure done prior somewhere else and it was never right they had to refund my money finally I found the best dentist in Houston thank you so much doc Huynh and Abby for helping me

Fantastic experience: It was our second visit back. Everyone is very nice there and work their best to make your visit fast and easy. Abby checked us in and out and set up our next appointment for the next visit, she is very sweet and friendly. LeShelia was our dentist assistant and she was amazing. I love how detailed she was on showing me and my daughter how correctly she should be brushing her teeth and some of the trouble areas. Dr Huynh was very fast and detailed with his worked and asked my daughter if it felt okay after. He showed her cared. I appreciate them being open on such a cold day. Thank you guys.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the 1960 location and would highly recommend it to others.

Fantastic experience: Katrina was awesome and very professional. Even though I get nervous during dental procedures Katrina kept it bare able by talking me thru it.

Negative experience: The place was very busy and our Ellie only got 5 mins of their time - the assistant asked some questions and brushed her teeth with some fluoride for a couple minutes, then I waited 15 mins for the dentist to arrive and look at her teeth for 30 seconds, and then she left for another patient after spending less than a minute. The whole thing felt so informal, and they didn’t even give her a bib like at a real dentist - I had to go grab a paper towel myself to stop the drool from teeth brushing from splattering on her clothes. As a final cherry on top, they charged a copay when my dental insurance doesn’t have copay - exams are 100% covered and I’ve never paid a copay, and yet they charged a $10 junk fee anyway. This place might be great if you are low income as I heard other patients only paying $30 cash for their kids. For those with insurance though, this felt like a knock-off dentist.

Negative experience: This place is horrible. I would not step a foot in it even if it’s last place on earth. A year and half after my son dental work which was absolute nightmare I started to receive a bill for amount of 25$ and when I called them they either would not answer or just told me they don’t know what is going on then they sent it to debt collectors and they start to harassing me all for the fact that they don’t know how to bill people correctly. They also told me it will cast me 500$ out of pocket for deep cleaning which turns out to be only 250$ in nicer place with better doctor .

Fantastic experience: Dr. Huynh has been my go to dentist for years. He has a very sweet team from the front office to his assistants. He has really helped me in getting what I need and explaining everything to me. His assistant Sandra has gone above and beyond to put me at ease (the dentist isn’t my favorite place) but honestly having a team that cares is truly wonderful. Even management like Ms. Abby will throughly explain what your options are and help guide you in anyway with your insurance. Coming here with people who care truly puts me at ease. I wish I could name drop his whole team but just know you’ll be in good hands. Everyone will treat you as their priority even if they are just stepping in to help with a quick xray.

Fantastic experience: I got in for my appointment right away. All work was done very quick. I was a little nervous and the staff made me feel very comfortable.

Negative experience: Thought this place was nice but later that night I noticed bruising on my face. The next day my face was purple and black. A lot of soreness in my face and jaw. Called the office and they told me to be seen but I have to work. Nothing was offered to rectify the situation just to be seen to verify the bruise to which I offered photos I have taken. Either way it didn’t seem to be a big issue for them .

The dentist will go over the X-ray and answer any concerns you may have before any procedure you have. The dental hygienist will make you comfortable before the cleaning. I have had issues with dentists in the past and this team here are the best in making you more at ease with any procedure you may have.

Negative experience: I went into Lovett Dental on 1960 after moving and trying to find a new dentist. My appointment was at 9am and by the time I could actually see the dentist it was 11am. The staff apologized because they were down staff members which I understand because I work in retail, it’s not their faults. When I was finally seen the doctor was rushing to get everything done. I had to get my permanent retainer fixed because of a wire sticking out. He used bonding to repair it which was fine for all of about two weeks. The bonding wore off, which is ridiculous because the previous bonding from a different dentist withstood almost 10 years. After going to another dentist, they found that I had a cavity that they missed, so now I get to go back to a dental office because they missed a whole cavity that was visible without xrays. Now upon receiving my bill, I paid $110 out of pocket and they’re saying I still owe $73 for for “unspecified ortho procedure” and “personal protective equipment”. This is ridiculous, waiting 2 hours for my appointment, being rushed through a cleaning, fixing a bonding that only lasted two weeks and missing a cavity. I do not recommend Lovett dental on 1960, l suggest going to a private practice.

Negative experience: I’m switching back to my old dentist office. These people are scammers and will throw fees and such like medicated irrigation for your gums even if you take great care of your teeth. It’s unnecessary. I have never been charged anything for cleanings using insurance until I switched to this place. I have even opted out for whatever charge they were trying to give me which was originally like $60-$80 and it went down to $25 but for what? This is my second appointment here and my last. This place is dirty and crawling with bugs on the floor. The dental hygienist was so lazy, she straight up told me she was skipping flossing my teeth where my permanent retainer was??? I should’ve known this place was whack when I went to my first appointment and they asking if I completed the new patient information online. I was supposed to receive a link to complete it to my phone number but they had a completely different phone number on file? In conclusion, don’t go to chain/corporate dentist offices, go to privately owned.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic team and doc! I recently moved to town, and lucky to find this clinic. Dr Hunyh made his own assessment of my prior dental work, condition of my teeth based on his exam and xrays. Recommended a scaling, which I had no idea I needed, and I really noticed the difference afterwards. I'm glad I found this office and doctor to keep up my routine dental care

Negative experience: I am fed up and done coming to Lovett Dental. They charge you these “house” fees even if you spent 30 minutes waiting and only 5 minutes with the dentist. I came to pick up my retainers which took less than 5 minutes and got charged $12 for house supplies. Today I went in for my wisdom teeth. Spent I kid you not 5 minutes in the chair for the dentist to tell me I need to go to an oral surgeon. Then I get charged $16. Now they’ve gone up on their “house” fees. What is this you use one pair of gloves on me and a mask and charge me $16 for less than 5 minutes? Done coming here will be finding a new dental office. Do NOT recommend.

Fantastic experience: From the walk in appt to leaving out , the staff is Exceptional ! They were booked and squeezed me in as a emergency appt ! The doctor is really nice, the front staff is very professional ! The assistant during my service was very pleasant and made me less nervous at my visit . I can’t wait to be back in 6 months!
