Fantastic experience: It was our first time at bear river dental today, and we were greeted by a warm fireplace and friendly faces. my 4 year old was gifted a goodie bag right off the bat to welcome us into "the family". They took great care of my son and I swear as first time patients we had 2 other goodie bags and a balloon animal too. Very special place.

Fantastic experience: I have always had good experiences at Bear River Dental. This week my crown popped off and they fit me into an already full schedule to make sure I was taken care of. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I feel like they really do care about me, not just about making money.

Fantastic experience: I have a ton of anxiety and because of that I had not been to the dentist in over 10 years. I went in for a cleaning and to have a treatment plan created for a cavity. They made the experience a lot more comfortable and were able to give me different options to make sure my anxiety is under control when I go in for the actual procedure. They were excellent.

Positive experience: Very professional and courteous. My one issue is that I'm hard of hearing and told the hygienist, who was talking away from me and out of view. She did better after that, but still somehow wasn't clear, as she applied fluoride, a paid service, that I would never have accepted. You do have to watch out for them offering services insurance won't cover.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and caring staff. Dr.Welch is very kind and knowledgeable. He explained the process and what needed to be done.He even had a temporary bridge made until the permanent one is ready. Great experience! I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Our hygienist was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and kind. The doctor was awesome and didn’t make them feel uncomfortable at all. He was not pushy and let the kids lead the appointment and he went with the flow. Going in with 2 toddlers who were so nervous, they left feeling comfortable and we accomplished far more than I thought we would! Would definitely recommend.

This is a top-notch provider of dental services I strongly urge you to give them a try, once you do, I suspect your hunt for quality dental care will be over. Particulars on my last visit: Just when I thought it couldn't get any better at Bear River Dental, it did. At this facility I had found Christina, who I thought was the best dental hygienist ever. After her move to South Carolina, I tried other hygienists all good, but not tops. I was resigned to thinking, I would never find another hygienist as good. I stand corrected, for my last two cleanings, I have been served by Kim Albertson whom is every bit as skilled as Christina, if not more so. The only thing missing are the quiet hums of Christina as she diligently cleaned my teeth. Kim makes up for the missing hums by engaging in witty conversation when she is not immersed in a most detailed approach to the business at hand. From the moment you are in her care Kim uses her ability to laser focus to ensure you have the highest possible teeth cleaning experience. When you arrive, you will find she has made herself fully aware of any issues discovered in your previous visits. She checks those areas and provides an update including suggestions for improvement with your personal dental hygiene routine. If x-rays are needed, she positions the equipment to obtain near perfect results. Working from the X-rays and her expertise in the cleaning procedure, Kim gave me the best cleaning I have ever had. When she finished my six-month visit was capped by a check from Dr. Chris Jorgensen. The doctor found no issues with the cleaning or my teeth and took the time to give me a thorough visual cancer screening. Truly my best dentist visit ever, and at 73 years of age, I have had many. I highly recommend requesting Kim Albertson and Dr. Jorgensen on your next visit. You will not be disappointed, unless you are a time driven person who does not have the patience to experience a quality driven dental cleaning and examination. Bear River Dental provides a high level of service across the entire spectrum of family dentistry. I would recommend this practice without hesitation to anyone needing dental care. I have found Christina to arguably be the best registered dental hygienist with whom I have dealt in my sixty-five years of receiving dental care. My family is blended ranging in age from 7 to 70 and we are all pleased with the care we are receiving from this dental provider. The two Owens brothers’ doctors of dentistry are both extremely efficient in their practice of modern dentistry. I have found the front office staff to always be prompt and courteous. The facility is clean and well appointed. In short, I am certain you will find Bear River Dental to meet or exceed all of your dentistry needs.

They got me right in, had a new crown made and I was out within an hour and a half. Best experience ever!! And super affordable! Negative experience: When Dr.Jorgenson decides to treat your teeth the way he decides and takes away your right to view all options for yourself as a patient, I think it's an abuse of his power. I need ALL my dental work REDONE after already paying 18 thousand, now I'm asked to pay another 14 thousand. I wanted a prior authority sent just to compare whether it's financially better to go with dentures. I have 12 teeth needing fixed not to mention the 3 I'm missing already but according to Dr.Jorgenson I have more then half still good and he decided to not send in the prior auth, without even letting me know he canceled sending it in. Here it is a month later, and it took me calling in to find this out. I also had scheduled to have 4 fillings done and as I'm asking about this prior auth I was informed he took it upon himself to schedule to do an extraction and bone graph instead of the fillings.....which would used ALL my dental allowance for the year therefore cause me to pay full price for the front tooth I went in for to begin with. I don't understand how they can just decide for you without even talking it over with you. Dr.Jorgensons words were "I wouldn't feel comfortable doing dentures but we can discuss it more at your next appointment" so if you here that just know in between the lines there he means NOT AT ALL AN OPTION, NO!! I don't get how they say "we can save all your teeth" but what they mean is we can save about a 1/4 inch and attach a fake tooth to the top of that but no dentures for you because that's toooooo fake. Hmmm

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth that had a root canal and crown that broke right off, only roots left. I have had a hard time with getting numbed well enough in the past. Dr. Jorgensen and his wonderful helpers numbed my mouth very will and felt pretty minimal pain for the procedure. I was well informed on how to take care of the site and minimize pain as I healed. Dry socket is the worst. I’m a few days out and feeling pretty good. The staff is always amazing and helpful!

Fantastic experience: I love Bear River and have had nothing but excellent experiences, from teeth cleaning to basic cavity repair…and even a short-notice root canal. The office is beautiful, calm, bright, clean and welcoming. Each chair has a tv hanging above it, which is why I have fond memories of the movie ‘Carry-On’ because I watched the first-half during a cavity procedure last December. Even now, I have positive associations with that movie simply because that dentist visit was enjoyable (no, I never thought I’d use the word ‘enjoyable’ in the same sentence as ‘dentist’). The staff are amazing, they have an awesome payment plan system, and teeth have never felt better!

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Bear River yesterday, it's been a while since I've been able to get into a dentist and this is the best place I have ever been to. Not only were they very kind and helpful, they had the sweetest gifts. Everyone knows dentists are expensive but they have really great people and are knowledgeable to help anyone with a tight budget. The procedure I had was an extraction, not just one but 3! The price was reasonable and fair. During the procedure the assistants and doctors were well at communicating everything to me and making sure I was comfortable and aware of what was going on. I am very grateful to everyone who worked on my teeth for taking their time to do a quality job. I'm glad I went to Bear river instead of pulling them out myself.

Positive experience: Great over all. But I had a tooth filled about 2 months ago, cost me 300$ and I'm still having issues with it. It's like the dentist didn't fill it correctly bc there is still a small hole in it. I can feel and it's getting pretty painful, idk what to do bc I can't afford another 300$. I was also told by the dentist that filled it that he didn't even know if this was going to hold that i may need a crown that I literally cant afford either. Now I'm really nervous to go in again for any other fillings. I hate to say that bc the staff and Dentist are super nice and extremely sweet. All the other work has been amazing. Its Just the filling that has me on the fence.
