Fantastic experience: Crystal Jackson is an excellent hygienist. Her friendly demeanor and down to earth explanations of her procedures make feel relaxed and informed. I choose her for all my appts.

Fantastic experience: Ever since I had my first appointment with Crystal I knew I had found the one. Lane and Associates makes scheduling a dental appointment easy and convenient with numerous locations. I did have a bad experience with wait time at the Lillington location in the past, but I tend to visit the Fuquay and Angier locations. Everyone who works at these locations are friendly and professional. Thank you for the pleasant appointment.

Negative experience: I went to this dentist office with my mom while she was receiving a cleaning. After her cleaning the hygienist comes up to me and tells me to give her a 5-star rating because they can get good incentives for good reviews. And she stood next to me telling me how to log in to give a good review. That is not honest when I am not even the patient. The patient should give the review, and it should be an honest one. That was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable.

Negative experience: GOOOOO TO ANY OTHER PRACTICE BUT THIS ONE!!!! You are just money to them. Do not come here and if they call you because they had a cancellation DO NOTTTTT take that spot. They get paid off production. Meaning they want their money no matter what. Mainly on Friday they have a new doctor that is HORRIBLE. Will give you 2x the anesthesia you need and will be leaving there with 10x the pain you already had. And when they are waiting on a claim they have all the information and yet !!!! Will not call you ahead of time to let you know you’re out of pocket.

Fantastic experience: Just left the Angie’s Lane and Associates Office after a wonderful cleaning by Cristal, who had a little bit of her work cut out for her since I hadn’t had a cleaning in about a year and a half. She worked on my teeth very gently That was very thorough while explaining things to educate me as she went. She was also very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. I was also very happy that Dr. Patel was also Wonderful! She took her time explain things to me, and I really trusted what she said not like other Dentist I have experienced in the past.

Fantastic experience: I'm new to the area so this was the first time being seen at Lane & Associates - Angier. I had two recent appointments and both experiences were fantastic! First, my crown broke while eating (put in by a different dentist office), and they were able to schedule me quickly to place a temporary crown and order a permanent one. The process was super smooth and Dr. Hamad and Redona made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Then, I returned for my regular cleaning, and once again, the staff was amazing! Shout out to Dr. Hamad, Redona, and Crystal...they are AWESOME! They are super kind, professional, thorough, and genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend!!! 9/25/25 Update - I went in for another cleaning today and wanted to share again how amazing Crystal is at her job! She always greets me with a happy/warm welcome that makes me feel at ease. When she's cleaning and flossing she's always super gentle and addresses any concerns I have. She's honestly the best!

The staff up front is great, but where the magic happens behind the doors it just awesome. After going through a lot dental work and following the treatment programs set by my dentist Dr. Hamad ,dental assistant April, and the dental hygienist Crystal I am very happy with how every thing has turned out. Thank you all for the great service that you do.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist office I’ve ever been too! They are all very kind and thorough! I’ve had to go several times over the last 2 months and they are always able to get me in the following week for an appointment and the best part is I literally have never waited more than 5 mins after check in to be called back. All the staff are good at what they do! If your looking a new dentist office I promise you won’t be disappointed you called Lanes!
