Lane & Associates Family Dentistry - Cary Green Level

Fantastic experience: I called Lane and Associates Family Dentistry to make an appointment. I had not been there for 2 years and my records were hard to find. Alex looked through 2 years worth of information to find my records. The available appointment was in Feb. 2026. I took it but was disappointed to have to wait so long. It was about 15 minutes and my phone rang. It was Alex asking if I could come in the next day at 3:00. I took the appointment. I was so happy and I really wanted the person (Alex) that had found my 2 year old records and called me back as soon as he had a cancelation. Alex did not disappoint me at all. What a great person he is . So few people the the working world now will not take the time to make sure all the I's are dotted and the T's crossed. He did . I knew this company took my insurance and he make sure I was happy with everything when I left. The person that did the cleaning of my teeth was a wonderful calm person that you need in the dentist chair. The experience with the Doctor also was wonderful at letting me know my teeth were in good shape. Instead of dreading to go to the dentist I will be looking forward to my next because of these wonderful, kind people that work at this office. Love to you all Karla Heise

Fantastic experience: While I must admit that getting a root canal is not exactly a pleasant experience, Dr. Howard and his team made sure that it was as painless and stress-free as possible. They were incredibly transparent about the entire process and provided clear information about costs and insurance. Lauren, the front office staff, was exceptionally helpful, and Brastashia’s chair-side Manor was first-class. Dr. Howard is truly a master of his craft. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: All the staff members were professional and friendly. My flossing was compromised over the past 6 months because of a hand injury. Melissa, the Dental Hygienist, was thorough. She patiently removed the sizeable tartar that had built up. Deep cleaning was avoided. Dr. Howard did a dental checkup in a quick and efficient manner. It was a pleasant experience all around.

Upon scheduling an appointment, I was assigned to Dr. Aawan and Daisavay, who demonstrated remarkable teamwork. Fantastic experience: There are no words to express how happy I am to have found this dental practice. After a traumatizing experience elsewhere and practices who showed lack of care and concern to assist with dental emergencies, I began my search for a new practice and came upon Lane & Associates Family Dentistry. The first thing that captured my attention was the manner in which their phones were answered... the last line ending with "How can I make you smile today". I absolutely love it and given what I had been going through, hearing this definitely made me smile. What can I say about Dr. Howard, he is amazing and with my recent tooth extraction and bone graft, I was scared crazy to have this procedure done. But he and his assistant made me feel like a valued patient and did a great job at easing the anxiety and stress related to the procedure. They did an outstanding job so much so that I was comfortable, relaxed and didn't feel a thing.... Excellent care! I must also put a plug in for Dr. Curry (Endodontist) who took time to evaluate and address my concerns. What impressed me the most was when I had some questions about my tooth prior to the extraction, I called the practice thinking that the ladies at the front desk would return a call with answers, but I was more than surprised to receive a call from Dr. Curry himself who took time out of his busy day to address my concerns and answer my questions. That showed real care and concern and for that I am most appreciative. I've only been a patient at this practice for a short time, but the care I've receive so far has been wonderful. Do I recommend this practice, absolutely!!

Fantastic experience: I just moved to the area and came to Lane & Assoc with NO insurance & quite a few problems. I was able to get an new patient appointment & cleaning right away. They have a yearly plan if you don’t have insurance & it REALLY saved me money. I had a crown come off an implant- and they are putting that back on for me today. I really like Dr Ciesielski he is very knowledgeable & thorough! (I’m a baby when it comes to dental pain-and Lane & Associates takes care of me that way too!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Andy Ciesielski, and his assistants Ms. Elaide and Ms. Nickie did a fantastic job on my crowns. Very professional, and humane approach, amiable. I am lucky to find this office with such great staff! Susan, Hygienist, is super awesome, I feel lucky she took care of my dental issues this morning.

Fantastic experience: My wife had two teeth extracted, and they were extremely sensitive and professional. Shot out to Jennifer for being particularly nice and informative. The procedure was a little complicated it they handled it with aplomb. Kudos to this practice.

Positive experience: Our only negative was having to wait 15 minutes after our appt time, it is frustrating to rush to get there on time and then wait, as well as disrespectful of the patient.

Fantastic experience: I had fillings done with Dr. C. It went very smoothly and minimal pain. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Have you ever had a root canal done ? Sounds scary! Most people are terrified of it and try their best to avoid that from happening. I was amongst them… until I met Dr. Howard! I actually have had a pleasant experience- while my tooth was being treated . Throughout the treatment session I literally felt that I am in good hands, and I don’t have to worry about anything. Needless to say that I did not feel any pain! I appreciate choice of anesthetic Dr Howard used -it did not stay all day long after procedure) Dr Howard is a real Professional, he is gentle ( important to me), caring, respectful, he explains everything what he will do or done, providing rational as needed. He was attentive to my needs and honored my preferences. Dr Howard is super trustworthy, time efficient and just a very nice person, easy to get along with and to have a pleasant conversation with. I also would like to mention Dr Howard’s assistant ( please forgive me for not remembering her name) , who is btw, an excellent assistant, she was very attentive to me, making sure I stay comfortable. Additionally, she has demonstrated outstanding skills related to root canal preparation. The clinic looks welcoming, front desk ladies are very friendly. I also liked the choice of music they play, helps to relax. Thank you very much to Dr Howard and his team!

All of the staff at Green Level Lane were phenomenal at putting me at ease and getting the job done efficiently and as painless as possible. Fantastic experience: Left a message at 5pm on Fri to see if i could come in Sat AM to get my crown reset. Received a call around 7:30am. Appt at 8:30am and was walking to my car at 8:55am. Always treated with friendly and courteous service at any of the Lane offices.

Positive experience: My retainer trays had been broken and I came to this office on a whim seeing they were open on Saturdays. Ms. Diane at the front desk was truly the highlight of my experience! She was kind, patient, accommodating, and truly was the silver lining in a less than desirable situation.

My teeth were in very bad shape to the point were I would never smile! I had all of my front teeth replaced with veneers and they turned out absolutely beautiful! All of the the people that work there are so friendly and make you feel welcome. When you have a procedure done the doctor does everything they can to keep you calm and if they use novacain they make sure that you are completely numb before they start the procedure. I would highly recommend Lane & Associates and I will never go to another dental office!

Taya was wonderful about answering my questions and distracting me when I was getting the anesthesia shots for my root canal and build up for a crown! Then Taya masterfully designed and created my crown right there in the office! Superior experience at the dentist!!!

Fantastic experience: I love it here! I’ve gone to Dr. Howard for over 15 years and will continue until he retires. I live 30 minutes away and happily pass by so many closer dentist offices because I will ONLY go to Lane & Associates Green Level West. The staff at this office are so skilled in dentistry, but even more remarkably, they’re extremely kind, compassionate, and clearly like being there. Always a lot of smiles and laughs in this office! Plus, the place is beautifully designed, cozy, and clean. 15 years and a LOT of dental work and still not a single complaint from me!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Howard saved my life relieving the pain of a damaged tooth. I was a new patient, but was seen the next day. He is honestly the best dentist I have ever had and the most enjoyable. Susan gives me the best cleanings ever. After a long pandemic pause, I was anxious about the condition of my teeth. No matter, she worked her magic and I felt comfortable smiling again. The office staff are friendly and welcoming. The music is great. All in all, a wonderful experience. Fantastic experience: Very professional office with incredible staff! A big shout out to Sarah, she is awesome! A great role model! She makes us feel at ease, walks us through the procedure and reassures us when we look worried! I wish we had more Sarah’s when going to any doctors offices.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Iglesia is one of the kindest providers I’ve truly ever met. While I know it’s not necessarily bedside as it’s not in a healthcare inpatient setting her bedside manner and rapport always leave me in a positive mood and cared for. The office staff are always so friendly and make me feel welcome. And while I didn’t grab her name, Dr. Iglesia's assistant (unsure if that’s the correct term) today in the procedure was amazing and I’m so grateful for them both!
