I'd had some very bad dental experiences that meant every time I got in that chair I cried. Dr. Hammer was so patient with me, explaining everything and making sure I was ok. After 15+ years going there I don't cry anymore thankfully. I'll never go anywhere else. Can't recommend enough!

Negative experience: Got my wisdom teeth out here yesterday not only was I frustrated before my appointment due to them mixing up phone numbers I had to have them correct 2 different times(so far) making important communication nearly impossible. And when getting to the office I asked ,very nicely may I add because simple mistake I get it were humans, to get checked in for my appointment and fix phone numbers they did not check me in ,so I was 30 minutes passed my appointment time after going back up to the desk to confirm I was all checked in for my appointment because I’ve been here for like 1 hr now. Not only the front desk situation but my anesthesiologist put me out mid asking questions about recovery and the procedure which is that even legal?!?! Those questions which would have been helpful to know the answers to because they gave no information other than a very loosely defined tailored to everyone one sided paper that they gave ME drugged out, did not clearly instruct my driver/ caretaker how to take care of me. They then called the wrong number again because they forgot something about my prescription, meaning half looped out I had to not only figure out how to take care of myself from google because of the lack of information given to us, I also had to juggle phone calls all while bawling my eyes out drugged out on anesthesia mouth full of gauze no one’s taking me seriously. So no I do not recommend this place AT all. And they didn’t even give me the option of keeping my teeth, that is where I draw the line. I’m normally pretty chill but it is disgusting the borderline disrespect and lack of care or empathy for their patients that upsets me. If you want a cash cow business get into day trading or something guys stop playing with people.

Fantastic experience: We scheduled a visit for my brother in law who came here from Dubai. Was very nervous to go in and see a dentist due to a previous experience. But as soon as we walked in the door the anxiety was gone instantly. Front desk staff were very nice and friendly with welcoming us in. The dental assistant Bianey was knowledgeable about what she’s doing, and very professional and friendly. She made us feel very comfortable and more importantly she was fun to work with and definitely made the visit a lot more easier. Doctor Ross Jarvis did a phenomenal work with giving the aesthetic and pulling the tooth out. I highly recommend this office and would absolutely be coming back !!

Fantastic experience: I have a root canal retreatment today and they have already made me feel cared for and really want to do what’s best. I am already skeptical about dentist/doctors and when I called in about my toothache, Zoubi was very calming and relaxing even though I was spazzing out. Haven’t had my procedure yet and I would highly recommend these guy.

The main reason why I went to Today's Dentistry was because of the fact that they're open on Saturdays, and because of my work schedule, needed a dentist that I could see on my days off. I highly recommend their business, as long you don't take up all the weekend openings.

Negative experience: This is the worst dental experience that I had in my life. The side of my mouth is in so much pain this morning. I had a new technician, but she was so rough that I felt it through my anesthesia. I have a very bad headache this morning.

Fantastic experience: I come in for 6 months checkups, and the entire office staff is always great. Today, I had a tooth shaved down, a tooth I notice in every photo and in every mirror. I had an entire team in office ensure the tooth was now even and aligned with the rest of the top teeth. I really appreciate the time and attention; I left the office really happy.

Negative experience: They took x-rays of me you told me I had a hole in my tooth which I already knew. Then refused to take it out cuz I had high blood pressure and proceeded to charge me $144. Like of course I had high blood pressure I've been in pain for a week , I'm nervous cuz I haven't been to the dentist in 15 years and haven't slept right for seven nights.

Fantastic experience: Went to this place on a referral from a friend, for an emergency dental visit. My regular dentist isn’t open on Saturdays. I called a day in advance to get my appointment, and was able to do the new patient stuff online on my phone, so that was awesome and very convenient. Came in for my appointment at 8am the next morning. Dr Burbank took great care and I was in and out of there in about an hour and a half. The assistant, Melanie, was amazing. She made the entire experience welcoming and comfortable. They should have her there full time. Thanks everyone!

Fantastic experience: This was my second visit to Today's Dentistry. When I say I have dental anxiety it is no small thing. I have had experience with Army dentists, and my teeth are not the greatest. Dr. Jarvis is amazing. He put me at ease, did an amazing job both times, and if I need to go to the dentist again I'll be calling them first. His assistant, today, Savannah, was an amazing help and added to the calm demeanor of the visit. I can't thank them enough for how amazing they were.

Negative experience: Traumatic. The dental assistant "B" could not get the impression she wanted. After 2 failed attempts she started the 3rd. She shoved the partial impression into my mouth and instantly cut off my windpipe. In an effort to breathe I grabbed her hands to pull the impression out of my mouth. She simply held my hands tighter and told me to press my thumbs to help my breathing. It was the most traumatic experience I have ever had with any dental office.

Positive experience: The procedure was quick and as pleasant as a dental could ever be! Wonderful service by wonderful people! My only issue was not being informed of past balance due for my previous checkup. And a balance due for my crown being installed today. And since my ins maxed out there was a payable for today's visit. Each item was reasonable and easy to take care of, but, when not informed it makes it difficult to budget.

Fantastic experience: Very calm and cool environment for a dentist's office. I'd neglected my teeth for a few years due to some financial difficulties and finally went back in after getting a better job and after a tooth cracked. They were really cool with exam, explaining everything they found, what would be the best case option, absolutely necessary option, and then worked with me to find something in the middle that would work with my insurance and budget (at a fairly reasonable price based on the research I've done). Overall for myself, probably the best experience of having someone drill into my head I can recall.

From Laura, my 1st contact on the phn. (She was so good with new patients,and I continued with the apnt. Because of her positive attitude), to the friendly receptionists..5 of them! , to the professional young lady , Shay, who took all those xrays so diligently. And ,who was so easy on me getting all those measurements correct, to Dr. Hammer , who took the time to meet a new patient, and examine my xrays, and who understandably, explained my needs to me, to my favorite person on my visits there, Gwen ! What an attribute she is to your organization!during my teeth cleaning, She was gentle, patient with me, professional and very good at her job. I am impressed with her. It's hard to say ...I had good time in a dentist's chair, but Gwen's talent and tenacity gave me the best teeth cleaning experience I have ever had! Never felt a thing!! Fantastic experience: I Have been going to Today’s Dentistry for over 20 years now. It was just me and my husband to start but then started taking our two boys. We have been very happy with the staff all around. Always nice and friendly and they help with concerns like what insurance will cover. This helps us stay on budget. Negative experience: I went in since I had immense pain. I waited 45 mins with an appt, Dr and dental assistant were nice and informative. They told me what needed to be done and the cost. I left still in pain I didn't receive any rx for antibiotics or pain relief. It seemed like they didn't care that I was in pain.

Fantastic experience: Some of us don’t love a trip to the dentist’s office because of bad past experiences BUT Dr Hammer is fantastic & has helped to reshape my perspective & made my experiences with him positive. Do I love going to the dentist? No. But I don’t hate it anymore & I genuinely enjoy seeing him when I do need to have an appointment. He’s considerate & easy to talk to. Fantastic experience: I have been frightened of dentist since I was a child due to a trauma I experienced with a dentist, I am now almost 72. I never thought I would find a dentist I would trust & had let my teeth go due to my fears. Then I found Dr. Keller. He is very kind, gentle, caring, extremely patient & exceptionally good. Another thing I love about Dr. Keller, is if it isn't right, he does his best to make it right. His staff are also very pleasant & very good at what they do. I could not be happier & will stay with Dr. Keller forever & truly hope he never leaves this area.

Fantastic experience: Had a follow up appointment to check my bite after broken jaw wiring. Dr Hammer did some minor work to correct the bite! The oral surgeon said I should get crowns. I would highly recommend Dr. Hammer as well as the entire staff. They are all awesome!

Fantastic experience: I've been going there for a while now and today Melanie worked on my tooth. I believe now that Melanie is the best dentist I've ever had. She explains what she's doing and I didn't feel a thing. Also I had Lorena for the dental assistant. Could not have had anybody better for that. Lorena was great. All in all Today's dentistry is a great place. I would recommend Today's dentistry to anyone I know.

Fantastic experience: RN here, so I have pretty high expectations regarding the healthcare I receive, whether it's general, mental, reproductive, dental, etc. We go to the Nampa office, and the staff at Today's Dentistry have met, and honestly even exceeded those expectations. So far, this includes regular/routine dental care and my child's wisdom teeth extraction process. The wisdom teeth removal did end up having complications afterward, as sometimes happens, and these issues were promptly seen and addressed same day. All the staff has been kind, professional, and upbeat. They listen, engage, and actually remember you from your last appointment 6 months ago. All the hygienists and dentists we've met have provided what I felt was solid, thorough education and advice regarding our care and treatment plans. The office itself appears very clean, and has a relaxed waiting room with very comfortable couches! Overall, I am just incredibly pleased with the care we have been receiving, and would strongly recommend these great folks to anyone looking for a new dentistry office. If I could give more stars, I would, but Google seems to think 5 is enough. Thank you all for the great care we've had!

I have had two crowns replaced and certainly appreciate how quick and professional they are. They always keep you informed and comfortable through any process. 01/30/2024. New dental hygienist today, Shay. Did a quick and thorough cleaning. I have not had any issues with any hygienist so their training must be excellent! I don't post every visit but I cereal am pleased with their customer service and care.

They have Saturday appointments, which is one of the reasons I have continued to go there despite moving away from Nampa several years ago. Their hygienists and dentists are attentive and great at what they do.

Negative experience: This was my first time here. Ok, but not that great. I was also charged for services that i did not know i was being charged for. Found out the additional charges when i was finished and paying for my cleaning. The paste they used for polishing seemed much coarser than what i had ever experienced in dozens of cleanings i have had. My teeth felt super rough for a very long time like sand paper had been used on them . . weird!. I will find another place for my next cleaning.

Negative experience: Total misrepresentation of services! Went in to make an appointment asked if they did same-day crowns as I do not have a lot of time They said yes, we do it all in house. We can get you in tomorrow. It was a replacement for a crown that was broken. All prep work was done on the tooth. They wanted to charge me full price. Hesitantly agreed to their $1250 price tag. The nurse said oh we don’t do the crowns here we have to send them to the lab you’ll have to come back later that’s not that’s not same day. I said no I don’t have time for this we’ll just consider this an estimate she said well you owe us $110 For the x-ray and consultation today by the time I got to the front it was $140 for less than five minutes worth of service and a picture. Total Crock ! Don’t waste your time they do not tell you the truth!!!! Google won’t allow you to do zero stars or I would’ve

Fantastic experience: I've been a regular here for eight years now, scheduling appointments every six months, and I've consistently had positive experiences with the hygienists who clean my teeth. While some may be a bit more rough than others, I understand it's because I have teeth that require extra attention, and I don't hold that against them. They're all very mindful of my gag reflex and check in with me periodically, asking if everything is alright. Over the years, I've been treated by Greg, Heather, Kendall, and Brittanie. They typically complete the cleaning in a reasonable timeframe of 30-45 minutes. I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes after arriving at the dentist and checking in. I must say, Heather stands out for her kindness, and I truly value that. Her warm and approachable personality makes it easy for me to engage in conversation. She's outgoing and sweet, which I find very endearing. To be honest, I wouldn't mind having her as my hygienist moving forward. I seem to switch hygienists quite often whenever I come in.

Fantastic experience: Went in for some treatment last week and Zoubi was great along with Dr. Mel! They made my visit extremely amazing and fast. Zoubi explained everything we are doing step by step and made me feel very relaxed with her fun outgoing attitude. I was surprised how quick and efficient they both were. Love my dental office!

Fantastic experience: It was GREAT! My teeth feel sooooo clean. They took x rays, a teeth cleaning, and my hygienist Greg was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I am coming back in 6 months for a teeth cleaning, 10000% recommend. I was really nervous because I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time. But they made me feel super comfortable. Fantastic experience: It's been a couple of years since I last went to the dentist but they treated me with deep care nonetheless. My hygienist was beyond awesome. I needed deep cleaning and she set up an appointment to do the bottom 2 quadrants. The appointment day came and I was ready and she said she might be able to get all 4 quadrants done after all today. She told me what she was doing and even explained the numbing process. She worked hard on my teeth to get them super clean and free of plaque. I've been to quite a bit of cleanings and at 53 years old this has got to be the best cleaning I've had. In a time, when hygienist are doing cleanings at a 20 minute pace when back 20 years ago it was 45 minutes for the normal time for a good cleaning, I am over joyed in getting a fantastic cleaning.
