Fantastic experience: My 1st visit was so pleasing not a worry at all. They were able to fix the mishaps of Dental Dreams & correct all of their mistakes!!! My second visit was for a deep cleaning & when I say I didn’t feel anything I mean just that. Not even the pinch of the needle to numb me!!! I love them all. The Dr’s, Assistant’s even the receptionist’s are sooooo warm & attentive & caring. I highly recommend them to anyone!!!!

Fantastic experience: I went to Image Dental at 3020 S. Cicero Avenue for the first time and they were not only very professional and patient considerate but they are very affordable. They didn't try to convince me to spend a lot of money on all kinds of new things but instead focused on what I needed done to address issues I had. They informed me of everything they were doing, explained what needed to be done, and it was painless. I left their so satisfied that I was being squeezed to buy something I didn't want and they were more concerned with what they needed to do to address what I needed. Dr. Fahsal and his staff were great and very professional. They also outlined a plan for treatment that I needed, not what they wanted me to purchase. I cannot say enough about this Dental practice and its. dentists. They are great. The office was very clean. The employees were very respectful and caring and helpful. And the dentists were very informative. You can't ask for more.

Negative experience: ​ Crown Failed in One Year & Staff Unprofessional ​I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of work and the overall service at this dental office. ​When I initially had my crown placed last year, I also received some fillings that fell out after just a few days. I had to return to the office immediately to have those fixed. ​Now, the main issue: The crown they installed has completely fallen off after only one year. For a major dental procedure, this quick failure is completely unacceptable. ​When I returned to the office for help, expecting them to stand behind their work, I was shocked. They informed me that their warranty on the work is only six months. They essentially refused to fix their mistake and demanded I pay a $150 fee just for an X-ray and consultation before even discussing a fix. I was also told I would have to pay the full cost for the replacement. Given the failure of the initial crown and fillings, I have no desire to redo the procedure here; the poor quality of their previous work makes it clear I cannot trust them to fix their own mistakes. ​To top it off, the staff at the front desk were consistently unprofessional, which only added to the overall frustrating and disappointing experience. ​A professional dentist stands behind their work for longer than six months. This office demonstrates a clear lack of professional responsibility. I will personally make sure to tell all my friends and family not to come to this location. I strongly urge you to seek a reputable provider elsewhere.

Negative experience: I took my aunt here recently. The front desk and assistants are nice but the doctor seemed to be very rushed. He barely took the time to talk to us and just started the cleaning right away. Couldnt even wait for the assistant to put gloves on and my aunts mouth was full of water. Made us feel like we didn’t receive proper care.

Fantastic experience: They were so patient with my daughter. She needed a very minor treatment, but she freaked and they gave her time to calm down. They walked out and let her clear her head. This is top notch care! It really shows, they strive to ensure the patient is comfortable. Also, everything was well explained and they even had a kids play corner with some toys. If you want great service and a warm, welcoming and friendly environment then I highly recommend Image Dental!!

Negative experience: I would give them a zero. I came to this office on 3020 s Cicero and it was so disappointing. I was recommended here by my family but what a mistake that was dkr me. They are only after your money. Denise the front desk is honestly a horrible person she makes you feel so bad about your financial situation and ask if " I don't have the funds what am I doing there. I felt humiliated. I heard her going to tell the doctor are you done with tour patient She doesn't want to do anything because she is poor: Omg I wanted to leave that place asap. When I was leaving she fakes her voice saying "do you want to book another appointment" I just wanted to leave. Honestly manager or owner get rid of employees like Denise she talks to you in a way when we are alone in the room and completely different when in front of others her behavior to me is absolutely disgusting. I'm telling my friends and family to stop coming here for good.

Negative experience: Staff overbooks appointments and you sit for hours waiting. Bathroom is gross. Carpets need to be clean. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for braces. All this office cares about is money, not customer satisfaction. Staff is beyond rude!!!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience 10/10 customers service they associates are so sweet and polite. As far as my braces they are so cute they hurt but that’s the point of the process I’ve been needing to get them for so long I finally have them and I love them so much.

Negative experience: Good place and good service the only thing that I hate is that I schedule my appointment at one time and I be there at time but they always take 2 or more hours to attend, they always have a lot of people on the waiting room and not enough chairs to sit on

Fantastic experience: The standard and level of skill, professionalism and compassion — three of THE most important metrics, in my opinion, of a medical clinic of ANY kind — in this case, a dental office, is by and far unmatched. From front office reception, to management, process, back office hygienic support staff and practicing Doctors of Dental Science; this particular clinic, Image Dental, provide a great, comforting and relaxed environment for patients, including those who are not in a position, financially, to pay for a grand royal standard of care, yet they provide it, anyway. I look forward to my next visit, with their AMAZING Senior Dentist at the practice, Dr. Halabyah! Thank you, so very much.

Fantastic experience: The staff was very very patient and nice. They all were very helpful. I really love how the Ortho came in to greet us and introduced himself and explained EVERYTHING before the process started. The office was very clean and all the staff had on face masks and they all were washing their hands after every patient. I give them a 10/10!!!

Negative experience: The wait time in this place is ridiculous! It’s clear they overbook appointments! My daughter comes here for her braces and every time we come it’s packed! To the point where patients are lined up against the wall because there are no seats, the wait time is ridiculous & that’s not including the wait after they finally call you to the back! If I could go somewhere else I would! They also aren’t good with scheduling appointments, I was told my daughter’s appointment was set, when it wasn’t & because of their mistake she had to wait an extra 4 weeks to get her braces checked & tighten!

Fantastic experience: As always image dental, didn't let me down, I've been there for at least a year now, and I can't stop embracing the wonderful image I've been pursuing , everything's everything, cleanings, implants, crowns and I'm going back for a whiting, it's been great two thumbs up to image dental,I didn't know you were able to be so fresh and dental.Congrats!!! to you, me and the world!! Fantastic experience: Great dental clinic! The staff are friendly, and the cleanings are thorough. I've been going here for years and haven't had a single complaint. The only downside is parking, which can be a bit of a hassle.

Negative experience: I had an appointment for my 3yr old. My appointment was at 12. We did not get seen until 1pm!!!!! And the exam took her less than 5min!!!! Unfortunately its so hard to find places that accept all kids but its ridiculous that you have to wait so long. The worse part is that if you don't show up they charge you $50. How about they pay me for all the time wasted ?

Negative experience: Had a wisdom tooth pulled 3 weeks ago, it was the most horrible dental expirience i have ever had and i have had several tooths pulled out, this "dentist" didnt even numb me as soon as he injected the medecine he started pulling all crazy almost knocked my other teeth out!! Never again coming to this place, also lately all services are being rushed cleanings are not even done well they spend one minute cleaning and throw you out dont even answer your questions, there are so many dentist offices out there please avoid this one!!

Negative experience: Everyone was polite got in and out wasn’t expecting that when the lady say I’ll be there for three hours and was only there for max 30 minutes…. Felt as though they rush the exam even though it was for two toddlers …. Didn’t receive cleaning as stated that will happen and miss spelling even though I present them with the insurance card

Positive experience: Today was an exciting moment. I had my wires replaced and color change for my brackets. My one uncomfortable moment during this process , the assistant poked me twice in the gums with the instruments she was using. I pray this doesn't cause any future issues in my mouth

Fantastic experience: I went there recently for a dental cleaning/ check up. I was slightly nervous because I don’t like going to the dentist in general. However, after I was seated I spoke with Dr. Fahsal and wow. All I can say is that his humor, confidence, and ability to calm me down was amazing. I would highly recommend anyone that’s looking for a good experience with the dentist to go see Dr. Fahsal at image dental. Great people and definitely great Doctors!

Fantastic experience: My doctor did clean my teeth a little bit rough and fast like he was trying to hurry up. . also i got an extraction done and when he numbed my mouth he hit a nerve going too far but other than that, it was fast and easy. i honestly would recommend people here ‼️

Fantastic experience: Image Dental is a great Facility. Only 5 minutes north of I55, decent parking, and a clean facility. Dr. Fahsal did a Great job on filling one of my cavities & correcting 2 chipped teeth. He showed me my Xrays along the way and explained what he was doing, and asked exactly what it was I wanted done. He made sure I was numb and didn't feel any pain. I will definetly be returning for my future dental needs. I would highly recommend giving Images Dental / Dr.Fossil a chance.

Negative experience: I didn’t like my experience this time. This location used to be my favorite dentist office but i feel like the staff has become very lazy. The service feels rushed and they come off like they do not want to do their jobs. Last time i took my son for a cleaning. I kid you not he went in for less than 2 mins and walked back out. I went in as of recently and took my son with me. I had just came from a previous dentist who did an exam on me and told me what needed to be done but because i’ve been coming to this location. I wanted to get everything done here. The dentist told me i didn't need any cavities filled in because it’s so small it would be no point of drilling the tooth so I'm thinking wouldn't that be a reason to fill it in. If you see the problem now and you can prevent it from getting worst why wouldn’t you take care of it. The other dentist was so detailed and willing to do it and i thought it would be the same experience but it wasn’t and then they told me that my son didn’t have any cavities when the other dentist told me that he had 4. So more than likely this guy told me that so that he wouldn’t have to do the work. He even told me that i could go back to him. This was definitely my last time coming here. I won’t be recommending anyone to come here to get a rushed service. The cleaning was not done effectively like they used to do it before. If i could report him, i would.

Fantastic experience: Great service called Thursday they gave me an appointment right away, they didn’t take my HMO dental insurance, but definitely gave me an option and fair pricing for paying cash, specially when I was in pain were other dentist were saying they couldn’t see me or take my insurance, I definitely think their membership fee of 125.00 without insurance is great as well, covers X-rays and other things for a year, as well as 30% off every visit, the doctor was awesome, funny and definitely made my partner and I feel welcome, tooth pulling took less than 5 min, no pain even after anesthesia wore off. Thank you all at this dental facility made the experience great and definitely felt welcomed.

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal,.my doctor was very professional,detailed oriented and diligent, he was not rushing the procedures, took the time needed to complete every aspect of my treatment, he completed my root canal meeting the highest standards of service and always asking me if i was OK and how did I feel, provided a very accurate explanation of my diagnosis and overall procedure. I was covering my Dental needs at Precision Dental for over 12 years until they changed Doctors and they were not at the level of service I received at Image Dental, all staff members were respectful and polite. I will continue with this clinic for many more years.

Fantastic experience: Went in and got took care of right away. From the receptionist to the ones doing work on me were very professional and kind. They spoke with me on a payment plan to give me what I was needed and didn’t send me off somewhere else like other locations. Would most definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I’ve been to. Dr. Hussein is wonderful, I’m blanking on my hygienists name, she was awesome. They were both professional, incredibly knowledgeable and also talked down my anxiety. Highly recommend Very reasonable prices (with insurance), quick X-rays.

Positive experience: Went in for a consultation for braces today. Everyone was nice, no problems there. But definitely felt incredibly rushed. Doctor wasn't with us more than 6-7 minutes. Pretty much just stated my daughter needed braces ( we already knew that). And what was wrong with teeth ( over bite and crowding). Threw out a price and just kinda rushed out. Disappointed because I had lots of questions. With money out of pocket I guess I expected more attentive care. Maybe it was a hectic day, who knows...but that was my experience

Negative experience: Decided to get Invisalign and my problem isn’t with Invisalign but the lack of communication. The ladies at the desk are always too busy to actually talk to the clients. When I signed up to Invisalign the employee that went over pricing was not properly informed and gave me wrong information. I came in to my 2nd visit and again the employee from the front desk was too busy to break down pricing and told me that on my 3rd visit she would give me the break down. Well here I am in my 3rd visit and when I was checking out they told me my total was almost 2000 dollars. The one employee “helping” me explained why with would’ve should’ve could’ve. Now they want to prolong my treatment so my payment can be paid. I understand Invisalign is expensive but everything was very mis-informed and I feel like I’ve been lied to and put in a position where I have to pay so much money or apply for a loan to finish my treatment.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I were here recently and we had a wonderful experience. The office is very clean and kid friendly. The staff is very welcoming, we were greeted with a smile. The dentist was also very nice and willing to answer all questions. He didn't make it seem like he was trying to rush us out like other dentist offices. Great place. Fantastic experience: When calling to schedule an appointment, they were able to get me in that same week. The assistant was very proficient in having everything ready and in order for when the Dentist came in the room to start working on my mouth. I was numbed up and had 3+ cavities filled and was out the door in approximately 30 minutes. I highly recommend this location.

I get so nervous and scared at the dentist but the nurse was very considerate and the dentist made sure i was comfortable going forward and relaxed me by informing me to just raise my hand if im in pain and she will stop imediately. For A Extraction on A Wisdom Tooth” But Every Thing Changed When i came Across image Dental I was treated for root canal , wisdom tooth extraction I had cleaning done as well in the same day no discomfort The Doctor made me feel comfortable and aware of the situation love it. Negative experience: They had me waiting in the chair for little over 30 mins, may have been longer if I hadn't got up to ask the dentist playing on his phone game at his desk. I asked him if i was waiting for anything else, since the only thing they had did prior was give me a ludacris quoted for two implants. To add to my disappointment his reply was "ooh no I don't think" so why have someone just sitting in a chair with a bib for no reason the total process of was an hour for no work done!

Negative experience: The cleaning procedure was conducted with little regard for detail by the dentist. The polishing of the teeth was executed by an assistant that barely seemed to touch my teeth & applied practically no pressure to insure a proper polish. My teeth cleaning was subpar, however the receptionist was very accommodating to scheduling & courteous.

Fantastic experience: I was a new patient today, I called for an emergency tooth extraction & they booked me right away. Staff is super friendly.I listed all the places I had pain and concerns and they listened attentively. I will continue going here for my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: We love this place and their team!! Our dentist is very good and comprehensive, the only thing that I don't like is the long time waiting for my son to be attending!

Negative experience: Overall, this location needs some work. In general the staff are nice. Unfortunately, I have encountered multiple situations where staff did not effectively communicate with me about my appointment, insurance, treatment, or aftercare. The main reason I visited this location was for my braces. I do not recommend it if this is what you need. The dentist is nice, but always runs late! Not 10 minutes, but 30 plus minutes. While I understand that this happens occasionally, this happened every time I went in for an adjustment. When I tried to give the dentist feedback he brushed it off. I don’t think it’s fair to make patients wait all that time for a 15 minute appointment. I also have had a negative experience when it comes to my retainers. First, they ordered the wrong retainers. I wanted removable metal retainers and they ordered permanent ones. It turned out a the permanent ones weren’t actually working so my teeth shifted. While these were on I was waiting for a call from the office for weeks to pick up my removable retainers. I never got a call. After some time I forgot to reach back out (this is on me), so when I finally went back they had to reorder my retainers again. I went back this week and again the retainers were off. No ones seems to want to take responsibility for their errors. The dentist blames the office and the office blames the dentist. Another issue is appointment availability. You can only go in Thursday and Friday. Unfortunately, this didn’t work my schedule especially after the pandemic. I will say a plus is that they are open late. I think they have potential to be a good place, but need to work on customer service. As of now I do not recommend it.

Negative experience: Do not come here! I don’t care what feedback they give me! I’m going by my discernment, I went in for a cleaning and was told that I had a cavity and couldn’t even see it. I was told I needed a deep cleaning when I go to my regular visits and have been going for extra cleaning since I have braces. They took FOREVER supposedly trying to get a hold of my insurance. And the way the dental assistants were acting made me feel uncomfortable. One of them comes back to show how much I was going to be charged and proceeded saying YOU HAVE REALLY GOOD INSURANCE, that too me was a red flag! and didn’t sit well with me. The “deep cleaning” took 5mins…. like really? Not even a regular cleaning is that fast. Didn’t even give me mouth wash, or anything the DR injected like 6 shoots to numb my mouth and I was saying ouch and didn’t even looked like he card, DID half my mouth, WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! Sad, I wasted my money! But lessoned learned! SMH!

Fantastic experience: My dentist was Mario copello , he was so helpful and patient with me . I was very scared to go to the dentist and he made me feel very comfortable I had no pain during my procedure . I will definitely be going back to him .

Fantastic experience: I had an extraction of both lower wisdom teeth. It went fairly well. Recovery was a breeze. Don't hesitate call and see if your insurance is accepted before taking the drive.
