Negative experience: Every TIME HE gets pleasure out of showing off to all his girls in office given pain to men w a smirk on his face!!!!!! I will never ever go back. Wasn’t even fully numb at extraction twice

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Germany Dental for several years. I go to the dentist at least twice a year or more as warranted. I have always been treated with the utmost respect by the friendliest people you could ever hope to meet. The doctors and entire staff are very kind, courteous and professional. The office surroundings are very pleasant and extremely clean. I trust Dr. Germany and his staff 110%! I would, and have on numerous occasions, recommended Germany Dental to friends.

Negative experience: My experience was less than impressive. My first time coming in was for a consultation to see if the dentist would perform a certain procedure. As the assistant was explaining what I wanted I could hear the condescending way he spoke on the matter. He entered the room and continued to speak “less than”. But the staff was super nice and professional.

Negative experience: Not a 100% positive experience. I had a good bit of work done under IV sedation and as they woke me up, one of the assistants had her finger in my mouth. I was still out of it some and kept trying to close my mouth and apparently when I did so, I “bit” her finger. It wasn’t like it was on purpose & id think anyone working in a dental office would be prepared for something like that. She was extremely rude and went on to complain about her numb finger right in front of me. “My finger is numb now.” Well, guess what? My whole mouth was numb. I was treated as if I’d done it on purpose. There were other issues well. They insisted I needed my teeth whitened to match my temporary crowns. That added another $500 to my already $6,000 bill. Only they whitened my teeth and then it was 2 more months before they could get me an appt for my procedure. They then called me to cancel it the week before, after I’ve already waited that long. I had to get pretty upset to be able to keep that appt. When I spend that kind of money with someone, I expect it to go better than that. The other ladies were wonderful but the one that was in there when I woke up was just as rude as she could be. I will finish this work I’ve already paid for and never go back. - Jennifer Colson

Fantastic experience: I started this journey with Germany Dental in August of 2020, when they determined that my lower teeth were no longer viable and replaced them with implants. Since this was during the COVID pandemic, there were a lot of scheduling challenges but they worked diligently to get through these and get the job done. Then, in January of this year, we repeated the process with my upper teeth. Throughout this experience, I have been completely satisfied with the treatment I received. Everyone in that office, from the dentists down to the lovely girl that answers the phone and makes my appointments, has been unfailingly professional, compassionate and friendly. The technology they use is state of the art. Through both surgeries, I had minimal discomfort requiring nothing stronger than Tylenol to control it. My teeth are functional comfortable, and attractive. They may not be my natural teeth, but they don't miss it by much. And they never hurt! I would recommend this dental practice without reservation.

Fantastic experience: I randomly found this dentist office on a Google search. I was looking for an office that could get me in rather quickly. The staff member who answered the phone was in training, but she was so kind and accommodating. I got my appointment scheduled for the next morning. Once I walked in, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The decor in the office is beautiful! Once I was called back, I was greeted by Abby. From start to finish she made me the most comfortable that I’ve ever been at a dentist office. Even when my appointment turned serious and I was scared, she made me feel so comfortable and she eased my nerves. I really appreciated her for speaking such kind words to me and being so supportive and caring. Dr. Kaur is very knowledgeable and she made me feel at ease as well. She made sure to explain what she saw thoroughly and get me the best treatment for my situation. I will be back and I will definitely recommend this office to anyone looking.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had a fear of dentists which is why I went to Germany back in 2011. For big dental work I could be put in a light sleep and for anything else receive nitric oxide. They are the best. I’ve had the same hygienist there for, I think 3 years now and I trust her enough now not to need the gas while she works on me. They listen to concerns and Dr Germany listens and takes time with me when needed. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Germany Dental are friendly and professional. They are knowledgeable and care about your mouth health. I’ve been going here for three years now and have had a lot of complications from diabetes. They gave me options and a game plan. I never felt pressured or judged over my decisions for treatment. They treat me like a member of the family.

Negative experience: I was injured during a routine cleaning, resulting in injuries that I am still receiving treatment for. My dentist, Kelly Watts, repeatedly claimed she could not assist me and showed no concern for my debilitating injuries. However, she insisted that I keep her informed of any developments. Unfortunately, I later realized that her request was solely self-serving. She passed me off to another doctor and disappeared without a trace. Despite my numerous attempts to contact her/ and the office manager through calls, texts, and emails, I have not received a single response. The alleged manager til this day has not had the decency to contact me. I was finally told she's busy with other business. It makes me wonder if all patients are treated in this manner or just certain ones. The front staff who were all very nice, seemed to cover up for her. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against visiting this dental office. To make matters worse, they continue to submit expired claims to my insurance under a completely different dentist's name without my knowledge. I do not have a balance (as i have been informed ) so why are charges being still being submitted 1-2 years out. I cant get an answer. I do not recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Germany dental was great. All of the ladies were nice and very helpful. Jayla, Lacey, and Shay welcomed me in and were very nice. Kasey gave me very insightful information about my teeth. Layton and Reagan did a great job cleaning my teeth. Great job ladies!!! I definitely will be back in the future.

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal!! I messaged them one night regarding emergency assistance since my main dentist was out for the week and they got me in the next day and gave me help right away. Fantastic experience: The staff at Germany Dental are so friendly and welcoming. Sometimes the wait can be long but it's worth it to be treated with such kindness and respect. Also, every staff member that I have encountered is exceptional at their job. Being at the dentist can be uncomfortable but they make it worth the time spent there.

Negative experience: I took a day off of work, spent nearly three hours in their clinic, and all I got was x-rays. When scheduling this appointment, I was assured that they would address the issue causing my pain AT THIS APPOINTMENT. Now, I have missed a day of work and no work was done. I am beyond disappointed, and I will have to continue to deal with this pain.

Fantastic experience: I had a temporary crown put in by them and after a couple of weeks it started to feel “funny”. I dropped in to the clinic unannounced at 4 pm on a Monday (3/18/24) to get it fixed and it turned out my permanent crown had come in. They fit me in to their (wildly busy) schedule, got my crown situated on my tooth, and I was good to go! They were incredibly kind to fit me on such a busy day and my crown fits perfectly. I won’t be going anywhere else for my dental needs

They are very friendly, amazingly thorough, detail oriented, and just all around amazing! Friendly faces with smiles and explanations before they did anything. They work to get you in quickly if you have any problems. Could not recommend anyone else this much, and I love my regular dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had went to a dentist office a couple months ago to get a regular cleaning , and that dentist proceed to tell me that I have to have a deep cleaning since I haven’t had a regular cleaning in over a year and wanted to charge a lot money for that the deep cleaning . Something didn’t not sound right , once they stated that to me . I had went Germany Dental for a second opinion and they told me I do not need a deep cleaning and carefully walk me through on what was going with my teeth and stated that I just need a regular cleaning and was VERY VERY VERY helpful to me , and had great conversation and a very polite staff. 10 out 10 and will highly recommend .

Positive experience: Love the setup, X-ray scanner found problem I was not aware of compare to another dentist office. Would like to be kept aware when progress started. Was not should what was going on, would love to know what was being done and when. Otherwise work was completed. Waiting on crowns Thanks

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had our first visit on 1/19/23. From the moment we arrived until we walked out the door we felt completly at home. We were treated as family. Everyone was very professional and personable. I hope this will be a long relationship.
