Fantastic experience: I have been TERRIFIED of going to the dentist since I was in 4th grade—many, MANY years ago! I let my dental health go for years, only visiting the dentist when it was an emergency. After a knee replacement, I realized it was necessary to start taking care of my dental health. I read reviews for Hilltop and saw that quite a few people who had been “dentalphobic” changed their perception of going to the dentist and were no longer afraid. I am happy to report that I am no longer afraid of the dentist! NEVER did I think this was possible. I have been to them 3 times now and each experience has been pain/anxiety free. Honestly, this is nothing short of a miracle! Thank you Hilltop Dental!

Negative experience: I have been trying to find a new dentist since moving from NY. Very unprofessional and rude, they're not accommodating to new patients. Karen the receptionist could use some customer service training. I work in clinical research as a lab manager, so I know how rude most of these low skill level receptionists are. I ended going elsewhere to a much kinder practice I do not recommend!

Fantastic experience: No reason to go anywhere else! Dr. Duong is a great practitioner and a wonderful man. He and jasmine make a great team.

Negative experience: I loved seeing Dr. Moriarty for my dental care, but there is a front desk associate who is incredibly rude and insensitive. My husband is deployed overseas and I received a statement for a missed appointment fee for him. I called and she gave me a hard time about him missing his appointment and not calling, which was of course scheduled before he knew he was going to be deployed out of the country. He’s trying to stay alive thousands of miles away from his wife and kids ma’am, his dental appointment is the last thing on his mind, have a little compassion. This isn’t the first time she’s been rude either, same person who made me cry once on the phone when I was pregnant over a late balance I called in to pay because she apparently needed to lecture me about checking my email so I’d have seen the statement earlier before taking my card info.

Positive experience: My son agreed with me from the standpoint that Dr. K does not engage much and lacks bedside manner.

Fantastic experience: I love this dentist. I picked them kind of randomly off Google after not seeing a dentist for many years and they were very kind. They dealt with me honestly (my last dentist ages ago in another state had me lined up for WORK! For problems these good people didn't even see in my xrays! What!), got my teeth clean and handled my situation with being difficult to numb very well. I will not go to another dentist in the area so long as they are open!! I highly recommend these lovely people. Every single staff member is kind and caring and Karen and Elise especially as the first and last faces you see coming in or leaving couldn't be more of a delight. I saw Dr. Duong and he was great, and both hygienists I saw were gentle and lovely as well although I only remember Kory's name. You cannot go wrong choosing this dental office!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I was originally nervous to try out a new dentist but I’m happy I did now! The dentist was thorough but gentle with his exam. He was very personable and spent time getting to know me and talking over his treatment plan. I have recommended them to my parents and friends since my visit. If you’re looking for a new dentist definitely give them a try.

Fantastic experience: After visiting many different dentists through the years, I developed fear and anxiety every time I needed to get a cleaning. This is an incredible office with caring Doctors and staff- they are a huge reason why we keep coming back! Great with kids and adults alike- will always recommend!

Fantastic experience: I broke my tooth on a Friday at 5:30pm before a week long cruise and Dr Moriarty returned my call immediately and checked my x rays and by 6pm she had texted me that I would be fine until I got back from vacation. I was able to get in quickly upon my return!

Fantastic experience: Broke a tooth Thursday night. Hilltop Dental got me in today (Friday) for evaluation and some quick patchwork. They gave a good explanation of what happened, why it happened, and the repair plan going forward. Got an appointment for this coming Wednesday morning to fix the tooth in time for me to leave on vacation to Florida this Thursday.

Al the personnel including the dentist were very professional, courteous and kind. 12/13/24 Courtney was super with doing my cleaning today. She took time and checked my gums and was very professional in the manner she approached caring for my teeth. I appreciated her expertise. The dentist was good as usual! Office staff was kind and professional as well. I was pleased because I had to reschedule my appointment due to a medical emergency, I was placed on a call wsit list and to my surprise, they called and got me in the same week!

Fantastic experience: Last week, I moved a cleaning appointment up because I had a filling crumble in one of my wisdom teeth. While doing the exam before replacing the filling, they discovered the crown on another tooth was loose. I am scheduled to travel most of the next two weeks, so I asked if the could get everything done that day. The staff bent over backwards to accomodate my request. I walked out of there several hours later with everything fixed. I really appreciate the front desk staff, Hygienist Megan, Dental Assistant Kaley and Dr. Grover. It's dedication like that which has kept me there as a patient since 1989. They're the best and take care of all their patients with skill and compassion.

Fantastic experience: Dr Chandni Grover is like a Family. She referred me to Hilltop Dental Studio. She was very Caring honest, professional, kind & compassionate. She Cleaned my teeth, worked on one of my upper tooth which needed a filling, she worked with so much care & precision so that the nerve doesn't get cut in the process. She was truly incredible, love her. Im so happy to travel 3 hrs to get my Dental work done from her, it is worth it. Im extremely grateful for her time & effort. Fantastic experience: I think I hit the jackpot. The staff here is amazing! From the receptionist to everyone in the back, they are so friendly and easy to talk to. Dr. Duong was extremely knowledgeable and made my kids visit so much fun. But honestly, everyone here talks to you through everything, so you have plenty of opportunities to ask questions, share concerns, and when in a procedure voice discomfort. Our whole family goes here, and we are all very grateful for their care.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency on a Labor Day weekend Sunday as I was less than 24 hours from flying out on a vacation when my front tooth fell out. Dr. Moriarty (coming all the way from Northern VA) and her assistant Hannah graciously came in and provided a temporary repair. I cannot thank them both enough for that kind of dedication and self-sacrifice!

Fantastic experience: I love Hilltop Dental Studio. I sought them out after having some unpleasant dental experiences. They are very friendly yet also professional. Dr Moritarty is warm and understanding. They do a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Their staff is also accomodating with my work schedule. Their office is clean and up to date. Although I have had three different hygienists, each one has been the best! I would recommend them without hesitation.

Negative experience: Combative Office Manager.... In attempt to schedule a appointment the Office Manager was unaccommodating, failed to listen the policy concerns that affects all customers and frankly could care less. The practice has lost multiple dental providers in recent months and I can see why. I urge caution in receiving care from this practice.

Fantastic experience: What a phenomenal experience I had on my first visit to Hilltop Dental Studio! From the moment I walked in, Rhendi was all smiles and super patient. Kathrine was also super kind and I had already experienced such a great customer experience with her prior to my arrival since she was the one who initially took my call. Fast forward to my exam appointment and my experience with Jazmin was amazing! She was patient, kind and made me feel super comfortable during my whole appointment. I had the privilege of being seen by Dr Moriarty and on that particular day she was the only dentist working. She made it a point to come in to meet me and to let me know she would be in shortly after seeing the patient before me. On top of that, she didn’t rush our conversation and really made me feel like I was her only patient in the office. I felt so comfortable in the atmosphere of that office that I decided to schedule initial appointments for my whole family! If I was to rate my first experience with them it would be a 10/10 hands down! Good customer service is so important to me and they have mastered it for sure!

Fantastic experience: We moved here in August last year and then to this area in October. I’m glad we found this office. We took our 19 month old in to be seen today as well and EVERYONE, I mean EVERYONE was so great with her. Especially Gracie (I hope that’s correct), our daughter LOVED her and by the end of the visit she even wanted to give her a bunch of hugs. Such a sweet place. I definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’m new to the area and spent some time researching my local area when I found Hilltop Dental on the internet. My first call to the office was polite kind and very informative. I had several questions and at no time did the receptionist ever make me feel like an inconvenience or annoyance. My dental office in FL did not email my records and Hilltop contacted me to inquire if I had made the request; the staff could have put it on me to contact my FL dentist, but she did not she said she would contact them. When arrived for the appointment I confirmed the records were received. Everyone from reception to and including the dentist Dr. Sonny were kind, gentle, and very thorough.

Fantastic experience: We drive from Woodbridge, that’s a half hour to 45 minute drive, that’s how much we think of the Hilltop Dental Studio. Fantastic experience: Always professional and genuinely caring. 3/26/24-Here I am, 5 months later with a broken tooth and crown needed. They scheduled me quickly and I had my new crown the same day. Dr. Moriarty is awesome and professional. I've met several of her assistants and hygenists and they each outshine the next. Love that this office is high tech but the Drs. and staff are their crowning glory (ok, pun intended). Highly recommend this office.

The technian staff are very gentle and considerate of your comfort. Very happy with Dr Haderlie's expertise and manner. He listens and remembers your situation. He let's you know how serious your problem might be while giving you a timeline so you can plan for your schedule and budget.

Prior work that I've had done by other dentists had always resulted in notable pain for days afterwards. Dr. Haderlie seems to have a more precise touch. During my career, companies moved me around a lot, and estimating using a calculator, that beginning in the 50s as a kid, I've been to 15 different dentists over 225 times. Usually, 3-4 times a year. He was so patient and gentle with him. All the doctors are really friendly! I’ve never had a bad experience there. Dr. Haderlie’s assistant, Kaley, was AMAZING! She took time to educate me on all their new technology and equipment the office currently works with! She was very knowledgeable. To say I was impressed is an understatement!
