Negative experience: Just called today, October 29, 2025. Not sure who I spoke with, but she had an accent. I’m very disappointed with my interaction with her. I called regarding zoom whitening treatment. I would be a new patient and I just wanted a price estimate/range to see if I could afford it prior to booking an appointment. I’m not sure if it was due to a language barrier or her not being attentive, but she kept cutting me off and answering questions I was not asking. She kept saying my insurance will cover cleaning and I had to correct her multiple times that I was calling for the zoom whitening treatment and that I know my insurance doesn’t cover it because it is cosmetic. She then informed me that I would need an exam before the whitening appointment, which I understood, but I did not want to book an appointment for an exam if I could not afford the zoom whitening which is why I inquired about a price. When I tried to explain this to her, she cut me off and said she would not talk to me about whitening and it is not offered to me, that they don’t do it. This interaction was draining. It’s very off putting and put a bad taste in my mouth. There is a certain way to communicate something and from the beginning she was inattentive, interruptive, and dismissive. I work in healthcare and bedside manner is everything.

Negative experience: I was looking for a new dentist. I booked an appointment w/this office and walked in right on time. The receptionist said the doctor went home sick and that they left a message for me. I rescheduled, thinking this can happen and left it at that. I went home and no voice mails were left (incl. my cell #). I went again for a cleaning. I walked in and was told the hygienist went home sick and that they left me a voice mail. NO messages were left on my two phone #s. They came up w/the same excuse twice. I know they lied for some reason. And this woman was not listening to anything I said and talked over me. I'm done here.

Negative experience: This review focuses on the administrative staff at Dentex Dental Group. Since I haven’t received any service from the providers, I’m not in a position to review them. The reason for my one-star rating is my insurance acceptance. I contacted my insurance company, who informed me that this provider is covered under my plan. However, upon contacting Dentex Group, I received conflicting information. I’m unsure whether it’s the insurance company’s fault or the provider’s. I’ve already given my feedback to my insurance company, but in any case, insurance companies and providers need to improve their communication. It’s frustrating for patients in pain to encounter such situations.
Fantastic experience: I’ve had such a great experience with Dr.Mila. She has such a warm, calming presence that instantly makes you feel safe and cared for. Dental visits used to make me anxious, but Dr. Mila changed that completely. She takes the time to explain everything in a gentle, reassuring way, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients’ comfort and well-being. I feel comfortable and confident in my treatment here. I had one of the best cleanings by the Dental Hygienist Mila and as always a conservative and honest dental exam by Dr. Margarita. All of the people I’ve interacted with here at the front desk, Anna the dental hygienist, and Dr. Levites are professional, accommodating, warm, and welcoming. Anna, the dental hygienist I always see, is so gentle and kind in her cleaning and in her personality. I wont go anywhere else, if i move to another state, i will travel back to this dentist by plane if i have to! Lol Mila the cleaner is an EXCELLENT person, who seems to genuinely care about your experience and time at the office, shes very very thoughtful and handles your teeth with the upmost care! Karina the doctor is also very nice and makes absolutely sure youre comfortable before starting any procedures, shes very skillful and thanks to her skills, my teeth have never felt better! I had a neck pillow and she made sure I was comfortable during my cleaning. She went over my concerns and was professional and knowledgeable. I was also very pleased and impressed with Karina, my dentist. She filled my cavities and was gentle. Furthermore, I appreciated that she went over the plan for my treatment and was transparent. Fantastic experience: Great place to get dental work and teeth cleanings. Mila does an outstanding job taking care of patients by making them comfortable in many ways and the whole process is very smooth. For example, she provides dark shade glasses which give eye relief from lights and water spatter. While it might be minor for some, I'm sure most would appreciate her extra touches. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Called in to make an appointment. The lady knew my name and date of birth. I asked how does she have that information because it's my first time calling. She refused to give me the answer and asked me if I wanted to make appointment or not, or go back and forth with her about how she had my information. I explained to her how rude and unprofessional she was and told her to cancel my appointment and lose my information. The audacity and nerve to have someone in the front and office who doesn't have any professionalism. She also doesn't know how to conduct herself, because if this conversation would have happened face-to-face it would have been a different outcome. Not quite sure how this has a high rating. It has to be fake ratings. I implore anyone to stay away from this place.
