Fantastic experience: The staff is so wonderful they had answered to all my questions and they gave me hope about my smile. I’ve gone 7 years of dentist telling me they can’t help me. I just happened into Dr. Scott’s office. We got to talking about my mouth and how everything was seeking into my mouth. I couldn’t hardly talk. I couldn’t hardly eat and he said he would help me and he made me some dentures and for the first time in seven years I’m able to smile. I’m able to eat something with my teeth because I had none on top.and only 8 on bottom. I had a gum disease that made me loose most of my teeth. Everyone in the office is so nice and will go out of there way to help you. Anytime I’ve needed in for an adjustment they got me right. He’s a great dentist and great group of people. I have had to have many adjustments on my teeth and they are so quick to get me in usually the next day and no matter how many times I have to go back for an adjustment. They’ve got a smile on their face and are so caring.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Scott and his entire team are wonderful! They were able to fit me in as a new patient within 2 weeks, and when I arrived, I was taken back within 5 minutes! The front desk, hygienists, and other staff treat the patients who walk through the doors with the upmost kindness. Fantastic experience: Great dentist and the staff is great! Very professional!

Negative experience: They filled a cavity for me but they somehow caused me a lot of tooth pain afterwards. I went back there two times to get it fixed and both times, he did something that just MOVED the pain to a different tooth. He speculated that it was a cracked tooth even though he couldn't see any signs of a crack at any visit. But that made no sense to me because how did he make the pain move to a completely different tooth twice? Ths real reason I'm giving 1 star is because of what happened next. They said they wanted to put a crown on my tooth but I had to pay for it. I told them that I don't think it's fair that I pay for it when the damage was caused here. Both nurses got really quiet. They sent some other woman in the room and she tried to lie to me about the imaginary crack in my tooth. She pointed to x-rays that were taken weeks ago and she pointed to the cavity and told me it was the crack in my tooth that they noticed on my first visit before they even treated me. I immediately saw through he lies. I told her to point to the cavity that they filled and she pointed to the exact same spot that she claimed was the crack. I called her out and I told her that until now, everyone was saying they could not actually detect a crack. It was pure speculation. But she actually lied to my face. That upset me so much. I told her she was being dishonest and I called out her contradictions and lies. She responded by telling me that "if you feel we are being dishonest, then you are more than welcome to seek dental care in another establishment." That made me sick with anger. But I stayed composed. Scott came back in the room finally and he didn't give me any lies. He suggested we redo the filling one more time but if that didn't work, the only option left is the crown. He seemed genuine but a couple things he said sounded suspicious. He said a few times that he wasn't trying to "upsell" me. I never claimed they were. I just believed they caused the tooth pain by accident. Also after refilling the cavity, Scott mentioned he had done something to my tooth that should help with the crack. That wouldn't be suspicious on it's own, but why didn't he suggest doing that sooner? And WHY DID IT WORK? You mean to tell me that you put some little magic stuff in my tooth that might help the (imaginary) crack after I complained about your establishment and suddenly all my tooth pain is gone? Somehow he new he had fixed the problem that time. It was a little suspicious but I can't say anything about that with any certainty. The only reason I am giving 1 star is because of that woman coming into the room and lying to me and telling me to go get my tooth fixed somewhere else.

Positive experience: Absolutely wonderful dental hygienist. Professional, technical, and informative. Front office staff was exceptional at check-in: Overall pleasant experience for someone that fears the dental hygiene experience. I felt comfortable, which says a lot. They could put televisions in the ceiling, as that is what I am familiar with from other dental offices while they hammer and drill away at my teeth. Wonderful distraction, if available. They are up to date with current procedures and hygienic. You could not go wrong visiting this office.

Fantastic experience: For most people going to the dentist is as unnerving as nails on a chalkboard. The dreaded numbing and whirl of the drill require a Superman cape. At times the front desk personnel is far scarier than a procedure. When our dentist of 25 years retired and shut down his office, we were on the hunt for one that would spoil us the same way - no pain, excellent dental skills, friendly, an office staff who were not only caring, but were engaged. It’s a tall order and big shoes to fill. After a consultation visit with a dentist in Bryant for my husband’s broken tooth, we walked away disappointed. Their front office had the personality of a pet rock, and although the dentist was ok, we did not enjoy the experience and their quote was pricey - maxing out our dental insurance, leaving us a balance. Enter Scott Family Dentistry. After reading the five star reviews, we called the office and were greeted by a friendly voice who got us in right away. From the moment we stepped in the office, we were greeted with smiles from the ladies at the front. When we met Dr. Scott, he was knowledgeable and friendly, and his assistant and their dental hygienists are angels. And the cost was $600 cheaper. We love their staff and Dr. Scott. They are thorough with their exams and go out of their way to help you. Most of all, they care. They are people you would call family.

Not my easiest thing going to the dentist, but every visit was really great, I had no problem, I can say I enjoyed each visit. Will see you again for my next cleaning and I’ll be able to tell anyone looking for a great dentist to try you all out.

She was very helpful and emailed the paperwork that I needed to fill out, which made scheduling the visit very easy. Stacey took my x-rays and cleaned my teeth. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and gentle. I met Dr. Scott and he was equally as kind and knowledgeable. I am very grateful to him and his staff for making me feel so comfortable and well cared for.

Honestly some of the Community Care providers are sketchy and questionable, but Dr. Scott’s entire team was phenomenal! I was impressed so much I plan on switching my family’s dental providers to this office! Tina their office mgr/admin/cc coordinator went above and beyond as well as his hygienist and “Jocelyn” I might have spelled her name wrong but she was awesome too! Positive experience: I was told my insurance would not cover my extraction paid in full the amount for the extraction this was in December now I'm receive a letter 7 months later saying my insurance didn't cover my extraction and I owe a balance. Called the office was sent to Wade who was very incompetent kept saying my insurance didn't cover my procedure, advised Wade I was told that my insurance wouldn't cover and that I paid the amount that was due in advance Wade talked over me and kept saying my insurance didn't cover the procedure over and over again nothing else he would not listen to what I was saying. My procedure went great and the staff was amazing in December but needles to say sadly I will not be returning to Scott..

Fantastic experience: No one expected it. Not that day or any other. However, the gorilla was big, and it was right there on the playground with all kids. We couldn’t believe it! The kids got scared, and like they tend to do, picked up the gravel rock and started throwing it at the gorilla. He was not happy. I understood his situation, but I couldn’t let him get the kids. So, I stood in front of the kids and let the rocks hit me. Well, one chipped my tooth, right there in the front. Anyhoo, thank goodness the kids are safe and everyone’s happy, but the question needs to be asked: Dr. Scott, are you a professional ceramics sculptor in your free time? Because, sir, what you did is a work of art!

Fantastic experience: Angela did an amazing job, especially with taking my x-rays! I have mandibular tori that usually makes it an uncomfortable experience but she got it done efficiently & pain free. Dr. Scott is easy to talk to and the front desk staff is always kind.
