Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for many years - super reliable and kind staff! My children also attend the pediatric practice - lovely experience for the whole family. I personally appreciate Dr Yaz - as he is honest & upfront across the board. Have had too many visits as of late but always a pleasant office to come to and I do appreciate the whole True Dental team!!!

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, I’ve had a lot of dental work done over the years, and so I am very particular about getting quality work done. I cannot recommend this dentist's office enough, and I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Olivia Pan. She’s wonderful!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr. Yaz and hygienist Akshay was exceptional. Both were personable, professional, and highly attentive throughout my visit. They took the time to explain each step in detail, ensuring I fully understood my treatment and care plan. Akshay made the cleaning process very comfortable and pleasant, and Dr. Yaz’s thoroughness and clear communication were greatly appreciated. I left feeling confident in the care I received and will certainly be returning for future visits.

Negative experience: Avoid True Dental Care at all costs! The prices are outrageously high, and don’t expect to see the dentist you actually scheduled with—they’ll just assign you to whoever is available. During my cleaning, the hygienist kept asking me about my job and school while my mouth was full of water and the machine was running. She even stopped the equipment just to force an answer out of me. I wanted to stay quiet during the cleaning, so I didn’t respond. I guess that embarrassed her, because after that, she got aggressive with the tools and made my gums bleed. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I had a toothache for a whole week afterward. Now I’m convinced it was her way of getting back at me. Absolutely unprofessional. And honestly, I have no idea why this place has so many good reviews—maybe it’s just because they charge so much that they can afford to pay people to leave fake ones.

Fantastic experience: Service is awesome and loved the attention. Jessica and Tilly where great from the start. Got a cleaning and have been using them not only for my self but entire family as they have an office next door for kids. Great place and very professional.

Fantastic experience: I have had only good experiences with this practice. The front desk is efficient and informative. I’ve never had to wait. I’ve worked with two dentists, both of whom have been very respectful. I only wish they were in-network with my dental insurance! Special shoutout to Noor and Dr. Yaz, both of whom are particularly good at their jobs. I will recommend this practice to friends and family.

Negative experience: Giving 2 stars because the pediatric dentist was fine. I wanted to find a dentist closer to home and I thought that since my daughter had a decent experience at their pediatric dentist I'd give it a try. Appointment started off horribly. As I was getting ready to leave and the babysitter was already at my home was told they couldn't honor my appointment time. They moved it a half hour and then I had to wait. I had to essentially tell them I needed to be seen because I only had the babysitter for a certain time and I had to be home by noon. I believe my appointment was at 10, moved to 10:30 so should have had enough time as I live a short walk away. Still not seen closer to 11. Besides the scheduling issues I was specifically coming in for TMJ pain, this was barely addressed which I was not happy about as that's why I made the appointment. Instead it became all about removing my wisdom teeth (they're coming in straight and my previous dentist had been monitoring for years for issues), getting braces (specifically said I had no interest in discussing prior to appointment), claimed I had 3-4 cavities (doctor flip flopped on how many when speaking to me), needing a deep clean, and etc. I felt the entire time they were trying to sell me on unnecessary dental work and they seemed disappointed when I stated I visited the previous dentist every 6 months. After all of this they said they barely have enough time to do my teeth cleaning and said they'd do the best they can. Idk maybe they should have at least done that and worked on the issue I came in for vs trying to sell me stuff. Then when I went to another dentist for the TMJ pain they wouldn't release my X-rays. Now I keep receiving follow up texts. Since then I've gone back to my previous dentist even though it's far and have gotten the proper care for my TMJ pain. Also noting I infact have no cavities per my normal dentist. I've also canceled my daughter's appointment. Overall felt like a giant scam and very disappointing because I did want to find a dentist closer to home.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Victor Konstantinovsky and his team are amazing! He’s so kind, attentive, and always makes sure I understand everything about my care. My cleanings are always comfortable, and the office has such a welcoming atmosphere.

The adult office is nicely designed and gives such a calm vibe. It completely eases all fears. They offer so many accommodations. I love being able to watch a show or even listening to music as I get treated. My children love the play and prize area in the pediatric section. They love coming to the dentist office! True Dental Care is really patient driven and cares about their patient's Dental needs.

I’ve been to many dental offices over the years, but I have never experienced the level of care I receive here. I recently underwent dental surgery with Dr. Yaz, and I can confidently say I will never go anywhere else. He takes the time to answer questions thoroughly, explain treatment plans and diagnoses, and provide clear insight, all while ensuring you feel comfortable and informed. Unlike many other dentists, his focus is always on resolving the issue at hand—never on pushing unnecessary procedures or costs. The staff even followed up with me daily after my surgery, which truly shows how much they care about their patients.

Fantastic experience: Truly a peaceful and relaxing experience. It’s rare to find services in Jersey City that are both patient and spotless, but True Dental delivers. Their state-of-the-art facilities, kind staff, and attentive care from Nahla and Dr. Yaz make me confident this will be my family’s dentist for years to come.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to True Dental for several years now and have been very impressed. They do all the basics really well - the cleaning, the exam, etc. But they also take the time to address issues and questions in a detailed and considerate way. For example, canker sores run in my family. For years, we've all accepted that if we go through a stressful time or nick the inside of our cheeks, we'll get an annoying and painful sore for a few days to a few weeks. When I casually mentioned this to my dentist during a visit (asking them to avoid an area during a cleaning), they prescribed a steroid that quickly treats the sore. I was shocked that a simple treatment already exists for an issue that we've all self-managed for years. I immediately shared this my siblings and parents, who each have their own dentists in their own respective cities who have never been offered this solution. Now, we're all free from canker sores - thanks to the extra few minutes my dentist took on me. In a more day-to-day example, my hygienist recently told me not only that it was important to floss before brushing, but WHY that order of operations matters. I appreciate when people seem more thoughtful about their jobs. People here are detailed, deliberate, and nice. They take the time to truly practice dentistry rather than merely going through the motions of clean, X-ray, next. And last but certainly not least - the operations run very well. Little to no waits for your appointment time, modern facilities, and very friendly and responsive staff.

Fantastic experience: I recently finished my Invisalign treatment here, Dr. Yaz and Dolly were incredible throughout the entire procedure and would not have been possible without them! The procedure was complete in just about 1 year and I never felt any issues, pain or discomfort throughout the process, I would highly recommend them if you are considering any Invisalign treatments, also Gabby and everyone from the staff including the front desk were always very helpful, I’m very happy with the results of the treatment and feel like it accomplished exactly what I was hoping it would, thank you!

Fantastic experience: I left my positive review (below) years ago but coming back to add that they're still great and I met a dental hygenist new to True Dental named Akshay who's wonderful. So great that I'm coming back to add to the review and that I've requested him for my next cleaning. This place is the best. It's like you're at a spa, not a dentist's office. They care about your comfort level and are all super friendly. It's a breath of fresh air. They made the process of booking, dealing with insurance, etc all very easy. I've already made my next appointment and I've also told friends about True Dental! Francesca really took her time cleaning my teeth - not everyone does that at all the other offices (!!!) And the office staff : Maria, Jenny and Sabrina are very friendly too. PS They have TV's on the ceiling. How cool is that?

Fantastic experience: Was looking for a new dentist in my neighborhood and have had a really great experience! Such a clean, calm environment and the whole staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Negative experience: Don’t be fooled by the technology or the friendliness of the staff. I chose this office for those very reasons, but after taking some X-rays, they told me I had between 6 and 8 cavities and needed a deep cleaning with anesthesia. They said insurance would cover part of it, but I would still have to pay around $1,500 USD. I decided to get a second opinion from my relative’s trusted dentist, who confirmed I had only one cavity and just needed a regular cleaning, since I had one done only six months ago. I also now understand why they have so many good reviews: they offer a Starbucks gift card in exchange for a 5-star review. It’s really disappointing to try to support local businesses and end up with this kind of experience. I’d rather drive an hour to see a dentist I trust. RUN!

Negative experience: Went to the office for cleaning since my dentist is all booked up; nice respectful team , although they try to sell you their services as much as possible, the appointment was booked for 1.5 hours - the actual cleaning took like 10-15 minutes and was very light. Would not recommend, also don’t trust 4.9 rating.

Having been unable to access dental care due to an insurance issue and going in pretty jaded about my previous experience of dentistry, the team did a huge amount to restore my faith. They prioritised me in their schedule to meet a pending job change and pulled me through a bunch of processes to catch up on almost 2 years without access to services. I’d highly recommend them and felt like I was in good hands. Michelle, I swear to do better with my flossing!! :-)

Whereas other places will overcharge you, they are super upfront about costs and never want you to get a surprise bill. You decide then and there in the office if you want to do the procedure based on the estimate, which is a huge rarity these days. And the women at the front desk are so lovely. Fantastic experience: I have never been to a dental office that cares so much about their patients as this one. As soon as you step into the office, you are welcomed and accommodated. Dolly, who gave me my dental scans, was immensely kind and warm. My dental hygienist Kristen was not only incredibly patient ( I move a lot), but she gave me so much interesting information about my teeth that I had not known before. She taught me proper techniques that I can add to my routine for better dental care and was super kind. Dr yaz provided me insightful information and was very thorough about my treatment process! Valentina who is so immensely kind also provided me a lot of insightful information about my teeth! Overall, an amazing experience and I cannot wait to come back to get my treatment done!

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist office I've ever experienced. I'm very anxious with dental work and they've made me feel so relaxed and supported. I've needed a lot of work because I put off going post covid. However, they've taken the time to explain everything, help me with my insurance, and see me for free follow ups to ensure I am all set. The staff always remember my name and are all so nice, Michelle the dental hygienist is kind and supportive and Dr. Victor always takes very good care of me. My husband goes here too and always has a great experience. ALSO They have TVs on the ceilings of the exam rooms in case you need a Netflix distraction or have preferred music to listen too! I couldn't recommend going here more! This place is just the best.

Negative experience: Have been going there for a while, multiple appointments for my kid. Called 24 hours in advance to cancel an appointment because I got called into work, was told I will get hit with a $50 charge? even though the notice is a day in advance. I went ahead and scheduled a future appointment with another Jersey City based dentist. Never going back here! shady policies.

Fantastic experience: The staff at True Dental Care, are very warm and welcoming. The office is very clean and modern. I had treatment done in Istanbul Turkey where I had a temporary bridge done. The temporary bridge was fractured and the dentist in Turkey recommended me here to have after care. I must say I wasn't disappointed. I was taken care of by Dr Xiomara and his assistant Yazan. The team did an amazing job. During the process of the treatment, which took approximately a couple of hours the team made me felt so relaxed from the start to finish. I am so pleased with the outcome. I must say a big thank you to Dr Xiomara and his assistant Yazan, for the excellent and professional care they took in delivering the great job they did. I am highly recommending this practice and the team to anyone who is seeking professional dental care.

Staff, doctors and assistants all of them provide detailed information about the issues, possible alternatives, timelines and care instructions so patients can make well informed decisions. I also love that they have a tv mounted on the ceiling which helps me distract myself during cleanings/procedures.

He’s going above and beyond to explain to me all that is happening, to do all he can to salvage a tooth and to give me the best treatment without unnecessary cost. The assistants and the hygienist are top notch too. After a complicated procedure, Dr. B checks with me via text for days until things are stable. From the front desk staff, technicians, Michelle who is doing the dental cleaning to the incredible doctors. Most recently, Doctor Yaz embarked on a several months journey to find the perfect solution for my implant. His patience and mastery are second to none. Fantastic experience: Just an awesome all around experience from beginning to end as always. The ladies at the desk greet you with a warm welcome when you arrive, by name I should add. The wait is never too long, they take you in just a couple of minutes after arrival, assuming you’re on time I guess. The rest of the staff makes the experience worthwhile. It’s a flawless, hospitable and comforting encounter every time. Top it off with an informative and calming experience with Dr. Yaz. I was a bit nervous because I developed a trust with Dr. K but they have another ace for a dentist in Dr. Yaz. The staff really sets this place apart from others and they seem very happy. I can’t remember all of the names, however, Abigail, Sabrina, Xiomara, Gaby, and others….you all really make True Dental a beautiful experience. Especially mine. I highly recommend them. I had to have an emergency tooth extraction and the entire time Dr Yaz made sure I was comfortable and keep me posted on what he was doing.

My family has been coming to the Jersey City location for three years, and every time, we leave feeling so grateful to have found this place. Everyone is warm and welcoming, but I’ve got to give a shout-out to our dentists and hygienists who go above and beyond. My husband and I see Dr. Yazan and Dr. Brezillion—both are just amazing. They always explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand, and they’re so gentle with any dental work. Thank you both! Michelle, the dental hygienist, is incredible. My teeth feel brand new every time I get a cleaning with her. She’s full of helpful tips and tricks for keeping our gums healthy, which I really appreciate. And for my toddler, Dr. Scott and Leslie, the pediatric hygienist, are absolute gems!!!!! Their patience and kindness are unmatched—they somehow make every visit fun and educational, even when my little one isn’t in the best mood they still make her feel comfortable. This practice is lucky to have such an amazing team, and we’re so happy to call this our dental home!

Fantastic experience: If you are afraid of the dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Giancarlo Brezillion at True Dental Care at 255 Brunswick Street in Jersey City. He is pleasant, he informs you of what he is doing, and he offers tidbits about dentistry that you didn't know. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, for first class cowards like me, he has a special technique that he uses to administer a pain-free injection that works to get you numb easily. I have never seen this technique used before in all my long life of religiously going to dentists. Believe me, I was a very surprised and satisfied customer.
