Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new, quality dentist and I found it here at Loudoun Smile Center. The office was exceptionally clean and beautiful. All staff were warm and welcoming. Since I had filled out all new patient paperwork prior to my arrival, check in was easy. The dentist that examined me was Dr. Bachour. She was thorough and explained my dental issues clearly. I have never been more impressed with any dentist in the past. I would highly recommend this office for anyone seeking a new dentist.

On my latest visit, she used a new sonic cleaner that shortened my time in the chair and left my teeth feeling properly power-washed.

I love them because they are not like other practices that only look to make profit and come up with cavities where there are none. I also did the whitening treatment with Stephanie she is beyond amazing. She is the sweetest and my teeth look so good. highly recommend this practice, besides being professional and having the most amazing staff, they are kind and really care about your health.

Fantastic experience: I had my dental cleaning done today using Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), and it was such a great experience! The process was gentle, thorough, and so much more comfortable compared to traditional cleanings. I loved how they used the disclosing solution first, it really showed where plaque was hiding and made the cleaning feel personalized. They are very informative and help you problem solve any dental issues. When I had to get fillings I was nervous because at my last dentist I would feel pain and it would so long. But here? They were so quick, so nice, and we were even laughing before my mouth was numb. And most importantly I didn’t feel a thing!! Would definitely recommend :)

Fantastic experience: Whether you rank an establishment by the personability of workers or the quality of care, Loudon Smile Center deserves 5 stars. All of the staff are genuine and kind, and went out of their way to give me a good experience. Truly from the moment I entered to the moment I left, the front of house staff and dentists graced my questions and concerns with smiles and patience. Admittedly I had not taken care of my teeth as I ought, yet by the time the dental hygienists had finished their work, there was no trace of the plaque caverns I had spent over a year cultivating between my teeth. Dr. Bachour is undeniably an expert in her field, and was able to explain lofty medical concepts in a way that was sensible to my uneducated ears. She radiated a contagious joy that demonstrates her passion for dentistry and customer service, a joy that remained even after I had returned to my own work.

Fantastic experience: I recently encountered an unfortunate experience with my former dentist office; they were closed due to snow on the day of my appointment, but failed to inform me and did not reach out to reschedule once they reopened. Frustrated and in intense tooth pain, I decided to seek help elsewhere and contacted Loudoun Smile Maker. The team at Loudoun Smile Maker was incredibly responsive and accommodating. They managed to fit me in immediately and addressed my tooth pain with urgency and professionalism. Following an evaluation, it was determined that I needed a root canal. They promptly coordinated with the Endodontist and secured an appointment for me. The root canal was performed the next morning, providing me with much-needed relief. The entire process, from booking the appointment to checking in and receiving treatment, was seamless. The staff were friendly and kind, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout. Given the positive experience and the professionalism demonstrated by Loudoun Smile Maker, I have decided to transfer my care to this office. I look forward to receiving the quality treatment and professionalism that I did not receive at my previous dental office.

Negative experience: Dentist appointments are typically one I do not dread, however, since I started attending Loudoun Smile Center that quickly changed. I have had nothing but trouble since my first appointment and I have since requested my medical records so I can go ANYWHERE else for my care. During my cleaning, they used the ultrasonic process which I have never encountered before, was not provided information about, and caused pain throughout my visit. When I notified them of this, they said that I could opt out of it next time if it was that uncomfortable since it isn’t necessary for a routine exam. Why did we do it without even discussing it then? I go to the dentist 2x each year and have never had such a painful or expensive visit. I know that they have “state-of-the-art technology” available, but wow. Price gouging is clear here, and boy do they try to push Botox on you when possible. Silly me, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went for another appointment to address a couple of cavities. The local numbing placed by the dental assistant was in the wrong area so I felt each needle Dr. Bachour injected into my cheek as well as the numbing solution being pushed through with each sharp pinch and stream flowing in. During the cavity filling, the dental assistant was DOZING OFF multiple times, so it’s no wonder the topical numbing wasn’t placed correctly. I was jumping out my chair during the filling since Dr. Bachour told me I didn’t need as much numbing on the other side of my mouth so she could avoid having both sides too numb. I have an extremely high pain tolerance but when I tell you I was sweating and crawling out of the chair, I am not exaggerating. Now for their sleep apnea services…Although they were quick to accept me as a patient coming in with a sleep apnea dental appliance made at another dentist office, it is clear they had no idea how to work with mine and decided to try to fake their way through it. As an office who prides itself on being a “partner in health” and identify the mouth as a “gateway to a healthy body,” they didn’t prioritize treating my sleep apnea efficiently considering the length of time this issue went on for and the stress caused. After authorizing payment for a specific number of rubber bands for my appliance, I was given some over 2 weeks late from the initial pickup date and was given less than half of the bands I had paid for. I was given the runaround about who to talk to, waited for calls back, was told each time I called that the person I needed either wasn’t available, left on an emergency, wasn’t working, was out sick, etc. I can’t even count how many excuses I was fed in these 6 weeks. Over 6 weeks from the initial ordering date, I’m finally able to speak to the office manager after asking for the highest person at the office since I was getting nowhere with the other staff. She owns the mistake that the office told me I was getting more pairs than they should have but oh well, so sorry, that’s just how it goes! It took me 10+ minutes on the phone with her to tell her why I viewed this as poor customer service since I paid for a specific number of items and they were not fixing their mistake. I get it, accidents happen, but to not rectify that as a business shows their greed for every last penny. This should not have been an issue for me to argue. By the end of the call, we were both frustrated so she agreed to do a partial refund (the refund was processed, not received, 10 days later than I was told it would be). This month+ long process was only dealt with by the office staff. Dr. Bachour NEVER addressed these issues with me. I had to ask to speak to anyone else other than Shreta who was almost always the one call me since she never had any information other than telling me she would find out or ask someone else (rarely giving me a solution after or even remembering we spoke). To anyone considering choosing Loudoun Smile Center, take my advice and RUN.

Fantastic experience: If you need a dentist that goes above and admits to their wrong then you found one. We had an issue and they took care of it right away. It is an all ladies practice which is nice and makes you feel comfortable. I especially love Dr. Maya Bachour she called me on the weekend because she heard my message on their machine over the weekend and wanted to make sure I was ok to be seen Monday or if in to much pain she would see me that moment. If you need a great Dentist team then give them a try!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. I've wasted my time and gas driving there. Called the office to verify if they take my insurance. Have my Member ID number,personal information,even Group number. Been told, yes,we are taking it,come over. Drove there immediately. When was given paperwork to fill out,heard"Oh,sorry...we don't take your insurance..so sorry...do you still want to be seen?" Seriously, guys? Had me driving there in severe pain,for my emergency appointment and then telling me we don't take your insurance, but you can pay out of pocket?You need to change the scenario plan to get new patient, for starters be honest and don't have people drive there,so they can be told we don't accept your insurance.

Negative experience: This place is exquisitely designed and executed to extract as much money from your wallet as possible. It is a roller-coaster ride through their high-technology equipment, pasted-on smiles, and the fully-rehearsed and convincingly played "discussions" from the technicians to the finance person all focused on doing as much dental work, needed or not, that they can get you to agree to. Even including a contract with little, if any, means of backing out.

Negative experience: The staff is very friendly, and I’ve had no problem with cleanings, but the issues started when I went in for a teeth cleaning and this office hounded me for 2 years to get a “preventative” procedure on two old crowns. When I finally got the work done they drilled so deep I ended up needing 2 root canals, I’ve spent almost $4000 out of pocket on work I most likely didn’t even need.

Fantastic experience: Best experience ever! For years I struggle with crowding on my front teeth and the fact that I didn't have enough room for my wisdom teeth, which caused alot of inflammation and I also felt like my teeth were getting more crowded with time. My hygenist Diana was amazing! Very gentle and thorough, she made sure to hear all my concerns. I was recommended to remove my wisdom teeth and to align my teeth, I must say it was the best decision ever!!! After aligment and due to the shape of my teeth I had some "dark triangles" (as explained to me) food got stuck and my smile was not as even. Dr Lughmanian adviced me to do bioclear with Dr Bachour, her work was impeccable, high quality, efficient and cost effective compare with other options and places I've looked into. Last but not least Ana, the dental assistant was there through the whole process to make sure everything was clear to me and to address all my questions and concerns, at each appointment I looked foward to her contagious laugh!!! Fantastic experience: I switched to Loudoun Smile Center earlier this year. I’ve had an outstanding experience in every visit. My last visit was amazing, working with Diana and Fanny to meet my needs and they were quick and very helpful to address my concerns and any questions I had. The office itself and staff has a very welcoming environment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bachour and her practice sees everyone in our family - we all choose Loudoun Smile. For someone with dental fears she has done a lot for me. She’s very knowledgeable and I’ve been so impressed the numerous times she’s taken her free time after hours and on weekends to ensure myself and family members are doing well.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love my experiences at Loudoun Smile Center. They transformed my smile, after not going to the dentist in over 10 years. Dr. Boucher is up to date on current technologies, the office is light and bright, I literally travel 1.5 hours to their office, because its SO GREAT!!!! I cannot recommend her or her office enough, and if you need a new smile make sure you look into BIOCLEAR! before veneers or implants!!!

Negative experience: Without a doubt the worst dental experience I have ever had. They get you into a vulnerable position and then use predatory fear tactics to upsell you on things you don’t need. I went in to establish as a new patient and get a routine dental cleaning. I explained that I sometimes have pain after a cleaning so I was interested in numbing the area with a topical anesthetic, like Benzocaine. Once I was reclined and stuck in the chair, they injected me with 5 or 6 numbing shots like are typically used for cavities. I’ve never had numbing for a cleaning before so while I thought that seemed excessive, I assumed it was standard procedure. My entire face went numb and they went to work. Within 10 minutes my fitness tracker was buzzing because my heart rate had skyrocketed to over 150 beats per minute and I began to panic. I said I was having a panic attack and they stopped the procedure. Their response, “Oh that’s normal with the numbing agent.” There was no forewarning whatsoever of the side effects I may have experienced. It took about twenty minutes for my heart rate to return to normal, during which time they talked to me about my overbite and severe jaw clenching/teeth grinding. I explained that I’d previously had a night guard and wanted to get another one, but they said first I needed to have at least 6 crowns put in because my teeth were surely about to crack any day now and it’s pointless to fit a night guard when the shape of my teeth will be changing. While I was still in the midst of a panic attack they brought me paperwork with a quote for the crowns, somewhere in the ballpark of $3000. They were ready to get started immediately since I was already numb and I said I needed to wait. They cautioned that the longer I wait the stronger the likelihood that something will go catastrophically wrong with my teeth. Classic business bullying tactics - create a sense of false urgency and foster an atmosphere of fear and anxiety that if the customer doesn’t buy right now they’re going to suffer. They also took this time to strongly suggest orthodontia. My last dental visit to my previous dentist was less than a year ago, during which time the topic of cracked teeth, crowns, overbites, and orthodontia was never mentioned. In fact I’ve been told by all previous dentists that I have beautiful teeth and they’re often shocked to hear that I never had orthodontia as a child. So imagine my surprise that in the span of 9 months my mouth has gone to the brink of disaster. But how fortunate am I that Loudoun Smile Center is here to solve the problem - the problem that only just now seemed to have come into existence. Loudoun Smile Center made me feel like my teeth were about to crack and fall out of my mouth at any minute, and the only possible way to remedy that was to spend thousands of dollars on services they’ll so graciously provide. I wound up walking out of that appointment with marginally cleaner teeth, a goody bag filled with a magnet and a defective ice pack, and a bill for almost $700 after insurance. For a teeth cleaning. Truly one of the most appalling medical experiences I’ve ever had, and the only thing I can think justifies these rave reviews is that fact that they peddle seemingly Bentley level dental services to Cashburn locals who literally have cash to burn.

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit today to Loudoun smile center since I have moved in to Virginia, I highly recommend this place. Dr.Patel has a special thanks from me she is super professional, kind person and very patient and accepted all my questions without any annoyance. The whole team starting from the front desk to Dr.Patel and her team are super professional and warmly welcomed us and made my kids very comfortable. Go to loudoun smile center .

Negative experience: Stay away from these people. I had the most horrible experience. I went in for a check up. Was told I had 2 cavities and needed crowns. I paid both crowns ( I am not sure if these were full or partial crowns). The one tooth never hurt before they touched it. Ended up, after they placed crown, having to go get a root canal. However the took had cause issues after they touched it. Went to get root canal. After several visits they told me I needed to have tooth extracted. Really? I lost my Perfectly good tooth. I have called them several times for refund on 2nd crown only to get told “ we used the money to pay what insurance didn’t pay” yet I have no statements from them. Stay away. There is more I can say.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been doing here for at least 5 years & lovely staff! I’ve done my Invisalign with Dr. Stephanie and she’s been so kind and patient with me even when I had to do the treatment again and she gives me the best advice!

Fantastic experience: Very professional, transparent and everyone makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Lokhmanian actively listened, educated me and she only promoted what was necessary. Her assistant Ana was equally great. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: The front office, hygienists, assistants, and dentists at Loudoun Smile are exceptional professionals. They provide sincere care with state of the art equipment. They are meticulous about offering gentle and comfortable treatment. I am thankful to all at LS and highly recommend their services.

Negative experience: Didn't even do a cleaning at the annual exam. Totally focused on selling us expensive procedures. 'Assembly Line' focused trying to get as many patients through as possible. There are too many good dentists in the area to go back to this place.

Fantastic experience: I've always enjoyed coming to Loudoun Smile! Stephanie and the team are such a joy and they make sure all my treatments go as smooth as possible and answer every question I may have. My invisalign was incredibly tailored to my needs and was even done before my final retainers! 10/10 I do recommend.

Fantastic experience: Update: went back today for cleaning and planning of further work (my bad for skipping out for 3 years). Dianna was beyond fantastic, telling me everything going on, fully explaining before doing the work. Incredible skills and super nice. What a great, friendly, yet professional office. From making the appointment on-line, to being greeted when you enter, an excellent experience. Only a short wait until be escorted back to actual exam office, which is bright and very modern. Katy was my fantastic Dental assistance, was able to answer all my questions, and address any concerns. Dr. Patel is extremely knowledgable and patiently explained my upcoming procedure. Check-out was easy, and the insurance specialist explained exactly what would be covered by my insurance. The entire visit was a pleasure, big Thanks to the entire team.

Fantastic experience: We moved here from Germany and I was looking for a dentist for my son and our family. Just walking across the street to find a dental office full of professional, competent and incredibly nice people, assistants and doctors was too good to be true. But, my expectations were more than exceeded. We were welcomed warmly by the team, followed by a patient intake interview and the associated procedure. My son was able to build up trust immediately and the treatments were uncomplicated, very friendly, pleasant and simply professional. My son felt very comfortable and safe in the hands of Dr. Patel, Ms. Baires and Ms. Colmenares. It was an absolutely painless treatment and a sensational and professional treatment of my son. The ladies at the front desk are incredibly nice and friendly and always helpful and available. This dental center works at the highest level, offers all the services you need on site and I highly recommend it. I am happy to have found it. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit with Dr. Bachour and an emergency visit as I cracked a tooth. I couldn't believe how much she cared to fit me into her schedule to best meet my needs! Within two days of my issue, I was in her office and my first crown was in my mouth! Wow - amazing care in terms of clinical services and bedside manner! Dr. Bachour is fabulous, and her entire team is caring, knowledgeable, and professional! On top of that, she is an in-service network provider with my dental insurance company! Feels great to have a new wonderful dentist after loving my prior dentist of 30 years!

The dentist who I have primarily seen is very gentle and explains everything before and during a procedure. They always make sure I’m comfortable and the billing department has helped multiples times when things have not gone through on my insurances end. Could not recommend this dentist office enough

Then, the whole procedure was such a breeze thanks to the hygienist, Laura; Dr. Loghmanian and her assistant, Katie. They have a wonderful bedside manner. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Loudoun Smile Center for the last 10 years and I like how the dentists are thorough and perform the treatments efficiently. I also find the staff to be welcoming and communicative. I started wearing Invisalign last year and got checked by Stephanie every 6-8 weeks when she delivers the plastic aligners. She’s friendly, answers my questions/explains very well, and motivates me to wear the aligners as much as possible. My last dental scan showed that my teeth straightened out and eased the crowding. I’m happy with the results and looking forward to transitioning to retainers.

Fantastic experience: I switched dentists due to location and I wanted a more progressive group. This dentist office is EPIC! They communicate every step of the way. I am in the process of having 3 fillings replaced with crowns and Dr. Patel has been amazing! She’s extremely friendly, engaging, communicates every step of the way and is kind.
