Negative experience: The office is extremely clean!! But the customer service is horrible, the ladies at the front desk are RUDE!

Fantastic experience: It was my first time at Studio dental. And I must tell everyone one that I had a great experience.the line wasn’t long for me to serve. I walk right on in and I got my teeth pulled and it didn’t hurt at all. The staff was very great and polite and the doctor too. They make sure they did everything in their power to keep me comfortable thank you studio dental.

Fantastic experience: This new surgical technique of topical anesthesia for minimal pain is the reason why I’ve been to DDS Sameera Hussain for three or more procedures and visits. Within my first year. Because a new office space, prices beyond state insurance are commonly passed $500, but all the same, they are flexible with accounts payable.

Fantastic experience: So today I got a root canal done it was painless and the staff was amazing. The dentist who did my root canal was very very professional . I definitely recommend this dental office

Fantastic experience: The assistants and Dentist were so friendly and encouraging during my procedure! The dentist gave me multiple options and informed me of better alternatives which I’m grateful for. I’m usually nervous but thanks to the friendly environment it went smooth. This is my main dentist from now on!

Negative experience: This was my first and last time coming to this dentist office. I felt rushed, experienced no compassion, and was spoke to poorly after feeling real pain. I had 4 teeth pulled denied pain meds and told to take Tylenol if pain continues. The dentist who pulled my tooth rushed my decision, showed no compassion, and walked out immediately after pulling the last tooth. No instructions or information provided. Also as far as the compassion part before even beginning the extraction I was visibly shaking with tears in my eyes and the dentist and assistant continued to talk about their personal business and paying me no attention not one encouraging word. Soon as it was done I was rushed out as if the dentist didn’t want to be bothered. I will never return. Not only am I in physical pain I am also emotionally hurt. I give this place a 0

Negative experience: Very rude make an appointment they never call and lies about everything they ruled over the phone and when you calling me trying to talk to them bad review overall. Maybe if I speak spanishly have more respect I'm in pain trying to talk Lady answer the phone very rude

Negative experience: My appointment was scheduled for 10am didn’t get seen til 12:17pm. Then the dr was obviously overwhelmed and irritated but wouldn’t even help calm my son down seeing how she kept showing him the huge needle she was gonna shove in his mouth… I usually have a great experience with this office but today not so much

Fantastic experience: Just left Studio Dental- Damen. My experience was just wonderful I made it there before 8:00 a.m. and came in as a walk-in. I didn't have to wait long to be seen and the dentist assistant was very kind. I had to get one tooth removed and it wasn't painful like I thought it would be. Thank you Studio Dental for making my experience wonderful

Positive experience: It was ok,but your office should review my insurance provider's benefits. I have never had to pay for any dental procedures to this date. But my teeth are now sparkly and clean.

Negative experience: Offered me care that my insurance would cover. But NO pain control. This office eill not prescribe a Norco no matter how much pain they know your in since they have the Xrays. Was told to take Tylenol for 2 molars that need root canals. Boo to the Dr . Who was afraid to prescribe an opioid. Ok there's an opioid crises.across the country I'm over it. It's not fair to patients.

Office and rooms were clean Only problem was, they should give patient Español and after surgery kit with supplies in it such as gauze etc

Negative experience: Horrible never coming back here he gave me a shot without even warning me . The Dentist and assistant both left while i was lifted in the chair chocking on my own spit then finally cane and gave me the tool and told me to do it myself .

Negative experience: I've been using this dentist for a very long time and until recently on my very last visit everything was fine. On this visit however the dentist had a really bad attitude with me because I didn't want to go the recommended route I just wanted my teeth pulled and he wasn't in agreement which is fine but he got an attitude because I wouldn't do what he wanted. I understand he went to school for this but I asked what all the options were and when I didn't take the one he recommended the most it upset him and anyone could tell and I don't think that is right! I won't be returning here! Good luck and if you don't agree with his primary recommendation he will get upset! Just a forewarning.

Negative experience: The dentist was very unprofessional. A waste of time. He didn't listen to why i was there. Just said the work i need will be 2 hrs. And went to the next room. I will never come back

Negative experience: The service was less than pleasant. I didn’t receive the care I thought was consistent with dental cleaning. I felt it was rushed and the dentist physician himself wasn’t caring, informative or personable. There is already a reserve about going to the dentist but this experience validate everything I needed to never return to this location again. You need to treat everyone with respect and care. That’s the difference if the patient will return or not.

Negative experience: I wanted to leave some reviews based on my experiences at Studio Dental- Damen. I am Deaf and went there more than 10 years ago. A female dentist fixed and covered the cavity in my bottom tooth on the right side, but it got worse and became sensitive when I drank cold water or ice cream. I refused to attend there again. Until two years ago, I wanted another chance to see if they were doing their jobs so passionately. I told them via writing to communicate that I have a toothache. They just did a rough on me with X-ray that made me uncomfortable, and then flushed my teeth without deep cleaning. They said my tooth is fine. I was so disappointed. DR don't care about me as a Deaf person, which means they have a lot of bias they need to unpack.

Negative experience: They didnt clean my teeth and didnt help me with the pain

Negative experience: I will not be back to this location. Dr. Shah is very rude. Seems like he hates his job. I too work & go to school for dentistry so I know EXACTLY how a pt should be treated. He should consider another occupation if he can’t at least put a smile on his face.

Positive experience: I feel my service was rushed. Everything that was normally done for proper analysis and completion of finalizing care was skipped . Other than that service was good.

Negative experience: I had a tooth extraction and from the very beginning, I felt rushed and that the dentist (DR SHAH) was unnecessary rough. I asked him could we proceed in a more calmer manner due to the fact it was already a process that would cause me great discomfort. He assured me that he understood and it wasn’t his intention to be aggressive. The 2 stars are because he was successful with the tooth extraction. I would NOT come here again or recommend this dentistry clinic as I felt very uncomfortable before the process even began and even more afterwards as the dentist just walked out the room and didn’t say anything.

Negative experience: I was a first time patient and when I the provider came to do my cleaning he was very fast like a rush. I felt he didn’t care about anything other than getting me out as fast as possible. The other thing was he was having a conversation with the girl that was helping him with the cleaning about their personal life. I felt so awkward and very uncomfortable. I didn’t feel as they were professional what so ever! Wouldn’t go back again!

Negative experience: Didn’t like how the dr treated me , he was in a rush to just pull my teeth out made me very uncomfortable like I was a doll he was practicing on and didn’t send me home with no medication

Negative experience: This was me And my family favorite dentist. Not anymore. The Doctor so rude now. He think he could talk to someone any kind of way. He always rushing which causes him to make mistakes.And he tried to make me pay before he did the work on my Teeth. I never ever had to do this in the past. I will not be back to this place

Fantastic experience: The Office was Clean and organized. The receptionist desk was friendly and a shout out to the receptionist that took my referral last week!! She made my appt. For 5/27/25 @ 12:30pm I had my procedure and was doing my retail therapy but 1:45pm. I would recommend Dr. Shah for his expertise in performing my procedure if needed I will return for sure.

Negative experience: Terrible experience bleeding and infection. Asked to talk to the Dentist said he was too busy. Charged more on my insurance and didn't do any work. Charged for cleaning not done. Don't go painful and ripoffs

Negative experience: I’ve given this place so many chances ! But everytime I take my kids for their regular check ups The Dr only takes 1-2 minutes and says everything is fine ! Again this is my fault for taking my 3 kids here ! Today was my last ! Other than that Staff are very nice and helpful ! It is not their fault ! Just wish the Male Dr would actually care for the patients he doesn't even attempt to at least do a deep cleaning !

Negative experience: The dentist is the worst, always late. He rushed my cleaning and now my mouth is sore and bleeding. It's frustrating how they come to our community and act like that. If my appointment is at 8, why show up at 8:45? So unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Dr Shah and his staff were all amazing!! I’m absolutely terrified of the dentist and I left out excited to come back and get more work done. I was very comfortable. The Doctor explained everything thoroughly where I barely asked any questions. Negative experience: This used to be a really good dentist. As of today 3/19/25 it will be my last time coming. When I first found out about this dentist they actually cared about the patients. Now it seems like it's all about numbers on record. I never felt so uncomfortable at a dentist office before until today. The dental work seemed rushed (exam, cleaning and filling). Dental exam isn't like how it used to be back in the days. There was so much laughter over my head with the dental assistant, and side conversations with the Dr. and other ppl who entered the area. I will never come back here again.

Negative experience: WARNING::: DO NOT THINK PAST GO TRYING THIS PLACE FOR YOUR DENTAL NEEDS!!! Just leaving this place for the THIRD time since Jan 31st and today is only the 11th of February. Originally gotten three teeth pulled (choked on one of the pulled tooth as though they didn't see it land on my tongue) if not for me hacking they would have never paused to let me sit up to hock the tooth out across the room!!! Began experiencing increasing pain a couple days after leaving figuring it was some excess bone needed removing. Went in just this past Saturday morning and the so called dentist practically killed me by applying the numbing needle in several places (more went down my throat) only to remove a itty bitty piece of bone I'm thinking would solve the issue. Needless to say the pain has gotten worse plus the gum area is swollen. I felt last night with my own finger pretending bone. I am writing this on my way home from this quack telling me that he doesn't see anything but soft tissue trying to heal. Since when has soft tissue made my whole right side of my head and ear hurt. Because I insisted, he merely patronized me pouring that poisoning numbing medicine down my throat again which I asked if it was supposed to squirt all inside my mouth and throat He replied "yeah it's okay to swallow it won't hurt you " and handed me the scalpel to show him where I wanted him to cut if it would make me feel better. WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE ARE YOU!? Folk scamming inside of people's mouths. Mind you now I left home this morning going to another more reputable dental office and they X-ray and looked and agreed that they would need to cut open the gums and file the bones down but because they were not the ones who screwed me up they would have to wait for authorization from my insurance to perform the procedure and this usually takes up to three weeks to even get a response. So that's why I ended up going back to the ripoffs for this third time and last time. If this doesn't get better soon I think I might just off myself. Too bad for the nice ladies up front but BEWARE!!! Your mouth and nerves will gladly thank you for your awareness.

Positive experience: The dental professionals were very clear and thorough about the health of my teeth. I didn't know I was experiencing some bone loss on my bottom teeth. I also appreciated them informing me about my bottom wisdom teeth.

Fantastic experience: Love it here me and my kids go here been going here for years. Ever since they started going to the dentist my daughter 8 and my son is 10. He knows exactly what he’s doing an awesome dentist..I learned so much from him about taking care of my teeth…I learned a lot of food and drinks I was eating thinking they were healthy for my teeth and they weren’t…If you haven’t been here go for what appointment and ask him any questions I promise you you will love him…BEST DENTIST I EVER HIGHLY RECOMMEND

They constantly give you the run around and they money hungry I wouldn’t recommend this place at all they have no compassion at all ! They don’t care if your teeth is fallin out on their desk! Fantastic experience: This is the Best Dentist I have ever seen in my life ..I seen a Woman Dentist her last name is Ahmid she was very patient and Gentle and kind and she kept asking me was I'm ok..I felt very safe with her ...I'm and Adult and have a Fear of the Dentist but she took away my fears because she took her time with me and she was not mean at all this is my 2nd Root Canal I recommend her to anyone that has Fear of Dentist God Bless Her Soul

Negative experience: My aunt attempted suicide because of how this dentist messed up her mouth and can’t close her mouth and eat anymore. The female dentist messes up procedures and then lies that she didn’t do anything. Lots of medical malpractice. Ask around the neighborhood and they will tell you how they are horrible. I’m setting up a class action lawsuit against them.

Negative experience: It once was a good dentist up until recently I went in yesterday with an infected teeth thinking that I was gonna get some antibiotics and pain pills. No, he insisted that he pulled the teeth with an infection. Where do they do that at? I give this dentist office negative -0

Positive experience: The dentist was awesome explaining the procedure and the work looks good but the office staff did not call my antibiotic prescription into the pharmacy and due to the holiday I have to wait 4 days to speak with someone because the office is closed. Antibiotics are important and that should never happen.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ahmad was pleasant & throughout my visit. She treated me temporarily with pain in my lower tooth… for future intentions when I’m ready to do overall treatment. Thx!

Negative experience: Wouldnt recommend at all ! I have alot of other people telling me the same thing. This dentist doesnt take his time at all and literally just looks inside your mouth and dismisses you! Charged me $1100 for a root canal, figure a crown goes on top right? Oh well come to find out it isnt covered apparently but did not inform me of this before paying all that money ! He is so ridiculous. Please go else where !

Dr. Shah, doesn't have a pleasant attitude lately. It's very upsetting, unprofessional, less caring. I'm not sure if I want to continue with his service. He gets paid every time I show up. Be a little more kind and understanding!!! It's not like you're seeing me for free!!!!!
