Fantastic experience: The staff is incredibly kind. They've been treating my tooth decay and gum issues. I'm doing really well on my treatment plan. Super non judgemental environment.

Fantastic experience: I have severe anxiety going to the dentist. I expected the worst today since I had to have several extractions. Thank goodness for Debbie (not sure how she spells her name) , and Dr. Ghassani! They were both so kind and caring. Dr.Ghassani was phenomenal! Debbie is the exact kind of person you want helping you through a rough time. I’am so grateful I had these two for this appointment. I wouldn’t have made it through this without them. I give them ten stars each!

Fantastic experience: MCDC is professional as always. Were able to get me right in after my cleaning g appt was cancelled earlier due to Covid19. They take safety precautions seriously and my dental hygienist was thorough, gentle and sweet! Thanks Brenda and all the caring staff for the quality, caring work you do!

Negative experience: The person that answered the call was rude , I was only asking questions to get an understanding and she dropped the call on me. Amanda,l is her name, she shouldn't work with customers.

Negative experience: Staff was very nice. I went expecting bad news but the Dentist was unsympathetic and harsh. Zero compassion for me and my situation. Spoke in terminology I could not grasp. Would not recommend at all. Left feeling devastated.Went to a real Dentist who was kind caring and professional. The my community Dentist knew nothing. Was incorrect about my mouth. No wonder I left feeling hopeless. Having extractions and dentures that will snap onto my existing implants. Using my insurance. Not costing thousands of dollars as I was told. Finally someone who knows what they are doing. Follow up: I found a fabulous Dentist who gave me hope. Followed his treatment plan. I now have a healthy mouth and implant supported dentures. How very wrong was the my community dentist. I have some of my teeth and all my implants and a healthy beautiful smile. She needs to go back to school or stop practicing. If I listened to her I would have been so screwed.

Fantastic experience: Nervous is being nice compared yo how scared I was walking in to get a tooth fixed. They made me feel like everything would be fine. They calmed me down and they were so amazing! I absolutely enjoyed this visit and I hate my teeth being worked on! They did an amazing job and helped any way they could.

Fantastic experience: 4th time coming here, appointment with Yahia for teeth cleaning! Always nice to come back and the same great service and professionalism! 3 rd time coming for dental cleaning here… Yahia the RDH is always so kind and gentle, encouraging the patient to keep one’s teeth clean and not being judgmental. He makes patients feel respected and seen as a human, and he works very gently and professionally. Will definitely come back here and now I am motivated to take better care of my teeth, based on his advice and encouragement. First time review: Great experience, everyone I interacted with were very welcoming, professional and kind, especially the dental hygienist Yahya has been very gentle with my sensitive teeth, made me not fear coming to the dentist again. Will bring all my family here as well! Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: Excellent/Outstanding. I had my appointment earlier today, my mouth feels great. I've come out of the dentist before and felt like I had been assaulted. Not here. I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time, but I take care of my dental health as well as I can. I didn't have any cavities, but you get tartar buildup no matter what you do. I also pushed off my electronic 'paperwork' until the link expired. My fault! The receptionist responded to my voicemail 1 hour before the appointment, and sent me the electronic link to complete my forms. The Hygienist was an awesome young man who completed my extensive X-rays quickly with their modern equipment. He conducted a very thorough and efficient examination with a modern dental camera, and I could actually tell what he was talking about, and what he was working on. I didn't feel like a bother to him. The areas he found that were problematic with my gums were what had been bothering me to seek dental treatment in the first place. I felt perfectly validated. The Dentist directly addressed my concerns, and she was completely accessible to what was going on and didn't make me feel like were discussing someone else not in the room with another set of teeth. That's pretty surprising for a Dentist; excellent chair-side manner. I didn't feel mystified or 'examined' at all, I felt like she was actually in the room with me and discussing my health. The cleaning proceeded very efficiently and with very little discomfort. I haven't been to the Dentist in 8+ years, so that was surprising. There was a lot to clean and everything was taken care of and I somehow didn't feel ashamed, or lacking. I also didn't have any pain or even much discomfort. The office has modern equipment, it felt modern and hygienic, and things were orderly and calm. I now actually feel better, and you can't keep up on your dental health without regular exams and cleaning visits. What happens to people in my age group is you avoid the Dentist and then your dental health spirals out of control. After this visit, and I normally don't use this language, I felt empowered and welcomed. That went a long way to validating my efforts to keep my teeth and keep up on my dental health, which becomes so important as we get older. I actually feel better this evening, not lying in a chair nursing a set of tender gums. My teeth feel great and I do feel better. I'm not perfect with my dental hygiene, and go through bouts of soda, different levels of flossing, etc., maybe like most people. I'm actually glad I went to the Dentist and I feel better, so I left a review to provide some information to people who may have some hesitation to go to the Dentist. You should feel good about this office. I felt the culture of the office was top-notch, and my Practitioners reflected a culture of excellence and professionalism. Sometimes I feel like I'm the Valet at the Dentist's country club, lol, and I didn't get any of that vibe here. Book an appointment and take care of your health :)

Positive experience: The only reason I'm giving 3 stars, is because no one EVER answers the phone. There's 3 people usually at the front desk and I almost never see them on the phone. It's very irritating that I can never get through to a human, I ALWAYS have to leave a voicemail. Other than that, they're very friendly and understanding there.

Fantastic experience: As someone who gets a lot of anxiety going to the dentist, I wish that I could give this place 10 stars. I’m only in Michigan for the summer, and had to come in to fill a cavity that looked pretty urgent. After calling numerous dental centers and receiving expensive quotes or limited availability, I found this clinic. All of the staff I interacted with were extremely kind, and my dentists and dental assistants went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and at ease. Additionally, the xrays, consultation, and filling I received were very affordable (half of the price of majority of the other places I called!). As someone without insurance, I deeply appreciated their options for payment plans or reduced pricing depending on income as well. I wish I lived in Michigan so I could come here for all of my dental needs!

Fantastic experience: I've been here 3 times now. Twice to get my upper and lower row of teeth all removed. All 3 times, the staff and doctors have been super nice and awesome. They all have great bedside manner and never treated me like I was beneath them. I really recommend this place a lot! ❤️

Fantastic experience: Probably the best overall Dentistry experience I've had! Great location with a friendly group of people, that really take grear care in treating their patients. Always a clean and inviting environment. I will always recommend them. Great dentist to go to if you are thinking about changing your current one.

Negative experience: Stay away from this place at all costs!!! Long post but I'll keep it as short as possible. So I went to My Community Dental Center to get a cleaning earlier this year. After the cleaning, the dentist comes in and eyeballs "7 cavities" in a 10 second span. Right after the dental assistant (who just spent a half hour cleaning my teeth) said I MIGHT have 1. 3 of them on my left and 4 on my right according to the 10 second glance. I go back a month later and they absolutely destroy the left side of my mouth which left me messed up and unable to eat on that side for 2 months. This was almost 4 months ago now and it's still very sensitive to cold water when I brush. They said it could take up to 2 months total so now I just assume I'm in need of a root canal. Mind you, I had just been to U of M dental School about a year and a half ago for a random check up and they said absolutely nothing was wrong with my teeth. I've only been in pain since I went to MCDC. I floss and brush on the regular and didn't have issues until I saw these people. So you mean to tell me I developed 7 cavities in 1 year? I'm not even a pop or coffee drinker either. My sugar intake is very low. This place is scandalous and will do whatever they can for a buck. I wouldn't go back if i fell face first into a pile of bricks. What a dirty business.

Fantastic experience: Have been searching for a good quality dentist for some time. MCDC went above & beyond, making me feel safe, heard, and excited to return.

Negative experience: I don't know who Amamda is but she doesn’t need to answer the phone here, she is very rude, sarcastic and condescending. Someone needs to listen to her calls and give her advice on how to talk to customers and clients.

Negative experience: They gag me they known it and clearly didn’t care I liked on them they didn’t seem to care I don’t recommend this place if they can’t do things right . My dentures are in there case cuz all I keep doing is gaging having problems sores inside my mouth to where they bleed

Fantastic experience: I have severe trauma, PTSD, panic attacks and I have never been treated so well in my life with understanding, care and empathy. I have finally found a practitioner and staff that understands my issues and treats me with respect and dignity, not to mention understanding. I highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: I do not like the dentist as I have had too many bad experiences. In fact I haven’t had my teeth cleaned since I was a teenager. That being said this place was absolutely the best experience I have ever had, and will definitely have routine check ups and cleanings. I am not sure I could find a better place if I tried!

Fantastic experience: Carrie, my hygienist, was very thorough, informative and pleasant. Appointment was prompt and the Dentist who evaluated was also quite pleasant and gave me the tools and information to maintain a nice healthy smile. Highly recommend this place.

Negative experience: Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their income level...in an ideal world, not in this office, apparently. It's frustrating when people at front desk act as if they are better than, and make patients feel as their time doesn't matter...they cancel appointments without contacting a patient on both phone and email...they just assume that cancelling is no big deal, who cares about the patient time and what they had to arrange in their personal life, in order to make it there??? They are operating from a point of not trusting the patient and over-booking in order to benefit their office's time, at the expense of the patient's time... because the assumption is, you, the patient, is not important, if you had better way, you'd go to a better dentist, right?)

Positive experience: Great people! Good job! Thank you! Appointments shouldn't be so far out, and policies need to be a little more lenient because of emergencies, but they do a great job and I appreciate my dentist! She's so friendly and upbeat, easy to talk to,,, and GREAT JOB! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had oral surgery done I was scared and nervous. Dr H Hassani & her assistant was kind caring and reassuring during my procedure that help me to stay calm. She did an awesome job one my Extractions! Thank you MCDC

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Dr Houda Kassem Ghassani said I needed 21 teeth filled or a crown put on. I see another Dentist 2x a year for cleanings. My regular dentist looked at my teeth and Dr. Ghassani’s X-rays and informed me I only needed 3 teeth filled.I have hit my max coverage ($1000) for the year so I came here. I’m on Medicaid Today I had an 8 am appointment and Dr. Ghassani refused to do the work because I was not going to follow her plan and have all the work she insisted I needed. REFUSED TO DO THE WORK I HAD SCHEDULED. I have always taken good care of my teeth and have seen the Dentist Regularly. Do not come here they are only looking to get as much money from Medicare as they can. I would have given 0 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at my community dental center. Was first time here. Doctor was professional. The dental assistant especially excelled at communicating clearly what was going on, seemed to be thorough and made for a smooth experience. Really impressed with this operation upon first visit.

And the sweet sweet Doctor Ghassani, whose voice was just so soothing, which instantly calmed my spirits .. Fantastic experience: Literally the absolute best dentist office I have ever been to. My 9 year old daughter is the patient here and she LOVES them. We’ve done everything from cleanings to extractions and every single service was handled with care, a lot of laughs and all of this done by the absolute best and kindest dentist and hygienist. I cannot say enough good things! Thank you so much for always being the best part of our day!

Fantastic experience: I am a sissy when it comes to the dentist. I have sensitive teeth and it takes a lot to get me to go. My community dental @Ypsilanti made this experience a really safe and comfortable experience for me. I am also recovering from a concussion and needed some extra accommodation that they were able to give me so I could handle sitting in the chair for the treatment I needed. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone who wants quality dental services from people who care.

Fantastic experience: It was so hard to find another dentist after my dentist and oral surgeon retired during Covid. I keep searching I’m so happy I found this place. My first day was amazing (Today 8/7) ! I have an entire care plan of what I want to happen. The dentist listened to me and tomorrow (8/8) I’m having oral surgery. Fast pace is what I love! I have dentures and want to get a new upper and lower partial. After I’m healed from the tooth extractions I will get a new set.

Negative experience: I have been coming here for years and now the service is terrible I have been waiting over a yr for them to do a crown on my tooth that the insurance company approved only for them to say I need a root canal first and forced me to go somewhere first to rule out that I don't need a root canal the other dentist sent over paperwork to them saying I don't need that done so I just knew they was gone do it now, but nope now they claimed they need a entodonist to rule out that I don't need a root canal so I spent 200.00 dollars for the entodonist to again say I don't need it done even drove a hr for this second doctor and they sent over the paperwork as well and they still are playing games with giving me an apt know I have ti go back ti school in August please don't waste your time coming her they service is not what it use to be

Fantastic experience: I had to go in for an extraction this morning the the dental assistant and Dentist were amazing, they reassured me I would be okay and talked me through the anxiety I was having, thanks again so much you guys are the best!

Fantastic experience: This place is great - great location, great communication, great staff! Every staff member that my partner and I have interacted with since we became patients here has been kind and helpful. Dr. Ghassani and Autumn are an especially great team! Both are very kind and patient, and they have helped us quickly and precisely both times we've worked with them. These two handled filling in a cavity I have and they explained everything, walked me through getting poked with a needle, and I was in and out within an hour! If you're nervous, the staff here are wonderful at their jobs and will help you with great kindness.

Fantastic experience: Could come across as a “bias” because my mother is heavily involved in the MCDC community, but I 100% enjoyed my appointment. I’ve had a sub-conscious fear of the dentist for essentially my whole life and the hospitality was like no other. Alisha cleaned my teeth, and Shelby too my impressions, and both ladies were super nice and able to answer any questions I had. Will be returning.

Fantastic experience: The people here are incredibly friendly and understanding. I've had all my teeth extracted in preparation for dentures, and although I can't say it was a pleasant experience, the doctors and staff do their best to provide compassion, comfort and information. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: The building is easy to get to, usually decent parking nearby. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly and professional. I've had great experiences here, and I highly recommend to anyone who is in need of affordable dental care.

Negative experience: I am totally not happy with the dentures they made for me at the Ypsilanti location. From day one, they didn't fit properly. After a year of return visits for adjustments, was told to just use more adhesive. Eighteen months from receiving the set, the upper denture broke in half while eating scrambled eggs! I'm over 65, and on Medicaid, which means I can only receive new every 5 years! Three and one half years to go without teeth!

Negative experience: She spent 15 minutes on my teeth and then told me I need to make a new appointment to complete my cleaning when every other dentist can get most things done all at once. I guess that why they have so many cancellations.

Negative experience: basic service is good however the front desk is not well organized so things get lost/done wrong when it comes to referrals or concerns that get forgotten so you need to really be careful as there isn’t good communication

Fantastic experience: I love this place. Having dental care performed can be a really anxiety inducing experience but I felt very safe in their hands. Hufsa was excellent :)

First off I would like to thank Miss Alisha and Dr. Kay for making me feel comfortable on my first initial visit..staff was friendly and helpful. The office is very welcoming and clean. Fantastic experience: My Community Dental Center- Ypsilanti My visits to the Dental Center/ypsilanti was wonderful, the reception staff are very welcoming and very helpful. Always having beautiful smiles on there face’s. The dental techs and the Dentist are very professional and courteous and also knowledgeable, and very friendly. They made my experience a pure joy if you can say getting teeth pulled a joy.

Fantastic experience: Yahya did my cleaning and I can honestly say, I have never had a more thorough teeth cleaning! Also, everyone was SO SO GREAT with my toddler! During her appointment, and during mine. I have found our forever dentist office!!! Could not recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: My daughter is terrified of the dentist and even though she cried just A LITTLE (Ya- hygienist) I believe his name was, was excellent with her. She laughed and smiled with him. He was very patient. Everyone has a smile all the way to the Doctor (she was so nice with our brief encounter). Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Very nice staff with lots of compassion and patience. I really appreciate how much effort they put into accommodating my anxiety and sensory sensitivites and making sure I was comfortable. My one suggestion though is to make sure you double check your contact info. A receptionist got my number wrong and almost caused me to miss out on cancellation updates (she didn't read it back). Thank goodness I asked at the end of my appointment to make sure the number was correct.

Positive experience: Everyone is so kind! Super helpful and responsive. Thank you! Update: 2/19 On January 22nd I had an appt I missed because I showed up on the wrong day. I called twice and left a message and heard nothing back. They didn’t call me or text when I missed the appt. I did what I could to communicate that I missed one and heard nothing from their end. Then, I went in for my 2/14 appt. that was scheduled a couple months ago. When I got there, the woman at the from desk (who was very kind) said for some reason it was cancelled, but not by me. No issue! I said, weird but okay well let’s reschedule that. She said, “I’ll just send you a text or call so you don’t have to stand and wait here on Valentine’s Day.” Okay awesome thanks. The next text I get was yesterday 2/18 (a Sunday) that they were excited to see me for my appointment tomorrow. I thought, okay interesting, I never scheduled an appt?? So I responded to the text with “can I reschedule?” Of course they are closed on the weekend right, that’s standard. I get a response the following morning, (now today, the morning of the appt) saying if I cancel or reschedule I will be dropped for two cancellations or infractions in one YEAR. now, I completely understand this policy. A lot of people need dental work. I understand. However, I didn’t make the appt. I never confirmed an appt. All I got was a reminder text about said appt. Now at 8:00am, right when they open, i call and explain everything I’ve said here. Long story short, i was very respectful and asked to speak to the manager. She basically said: I wasn’t there for the scheduling on 2/14 (that did not happen) and the text sent on my end. Obviously, it did not. In the end she said there was nothing she could do. No empathy, no kindness, no appreciation for the customer. From not calling me on a missed appointment, to not responding to a voicemail, to scheduling me an appointment I can’t make and never asked me about This whole experience was embarrassing for them. You did nothing but lose a customer and your reputation. I hope no one else experiences this type of lack of communication and lack of empathy. After everything and talking to my friend and dad for advice, i called back and said I wouldn’t make it in and that I was disappointed because I had a good experience up until this point. She didn’t really seem to care, which I to some extent, i understand as a fellow service worker. I just felt I was quite respectful when speaking or communicating to anyone in this office and was not given the same respect back. As for MCDC, if you read this, im good but like change your policy. Or at least make it a little more circumstantial. This was a miss on your end and you should absolutely refrain from this in the future. Send emails and texts, call when scheduling appts, do something that can be fact checked and back tracked. This miscommunication was a huge miss and very disappointing. Unfortunately I will not be back. Autumn, a dental hygienist or assistant in there, super nice lady, she’s great and will be missed. Thank you to literally only her.

Negative experience: I have stayed away from Medicaid dentist office after one really bad experience in Wayne County. I am so impressed w Community Dental. Every person I've met is so nice and u can tell they love their work! I can't wait to see my teeth when they are finished and will update post as I progress. UPDATE TO PREVIOUS POST. 02/6/2024 My Community Dental wanted to pull all my teeth and give me Dentures in which I could not eat with. I was able to get in with Amazing Dental at 2738 Washtenaw Ave, Ypsilanti, 48197 The Dentist DID NOT feel it was a good idea at all to remove all my teeth. He has since done 1 root canal in which Medicaid paid for Yesterday and plans to do 2 more. He said my teeth are very worth saving. And that’s what happens when one takes the time to get a second referral. I felt My community Dental was my only option and almost let her pull out all of my nice teeth. 80% of my teeth are fine. Always get a second opionion before you lose everything good you have. picture to the left, the day I left her after she shook my head so hard I passed out pulling too many teeth in one day. Pic on the left me now. LOOK HOW PALE I WAS. THEY JUST LET ME WALK OUT THE DOOR LIKE THAT.

Negative experience: Three times I requested my X-rays be sent to my oral surgeon for my emergency procedure. Each time they said they sent it and they didn't. Had to get all new xrays

Any questions or concerns regarding aftercare was addressed promptly. I appreciate the remarkable level of care this office has provided to my family. From the front desk staff, hygienist & dentist they have my full confidence in providing good patient care. I would recommend them to my family & friends. Fantastic experience: They did an awesome job. Extracting my tooth was painless. I didn’t feel a thing. I would suggest if you ever need a Dentist to go to go to them. Professional and nice, made me feel comfortable and very respectful! I was in and out and the doctor took her time! They also take care of your whole mouth didn’t miss a thing! Please try them out you won’t regret it! 11/29/23 I had my teeth cleaned by Carrie. She was so nice and gentle with my teeth. It was quick and an easy process. I would recommend everyone to get their teeth examined and cleaned here. I would give them 100 stars for good performance. Respectful and gentle.

Fantastic experience: When I changed insurance providers I needed to find dental care. So happy I chose My Community Dental Center! Their office is clean, modern, and extremely well-run. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and very informative. Best of all, their approach to dental care is truly health-based and NOT promotional. This is a nice change from previous dental offices where I often felt they were trying to upsell me on services and procedures that weren't necessary.

Fantastic experience: I missed my appointment time for both my kids to be seen the same day I thought it was 9am but it was actually 8am I came in at 9am they was able to still see one of my children and as we were leaving from one of my children being seen by the dentist they had a opening ask if we could come right back for my other child to be seen soo it all worked out thank God!

Fantastic experience: My experience at this dentist office was great! Almost no wait time. I got called back with 5 minutes of my arrival time and they listened to and eased my concerns about a filling I needed. It was quick and they were so gentle and caring when it came to my comfort level (pain wise and all that). I'm very pleased having them for my family and my dental needs.

Negative experience: -10 stars, this place is horrible. I don’t even consider to recommend anyone coming here for anything, they failed to tell me my crown was going to have to be metal , so when I did my own benefit investigation and seen my claim online, I canceled my appointment, but because it was the same day as the appointment they said I would have to look for a different dentist. The receptionist was soooo dramatic I laughed . I have good insurance so im happy to relocate especially when they failed to tell me the crown was going to be metal and that gives me migraines!

Fantastic experience: I really liked that they called us when they had an opening the next day after we were only available to get an appointment months away when we initially called. They seem to do this regularly as I heard the receptionist make a similar call when we were in the waiting room. The staff is very professional and courteous.

Fantastic experience: Staff were attentive, efficient, and straightforward. Yahya was kind, thorough in his work, courteous to my time, and transparent in the information about my care.

Negative experience: This place is quick to snatch a tooth out or give you false narratives. They talk to much and take things extremely personal here if you don’t Go with the flow of their twisted practice. . They told me I needed 2 root canals and when I went to get an opinion else where , turns out my X-rays were clear. Then had the nerve to get mad when I told them about the mistake THEY MADE. They even took more X-rays and now all of a sudden they’re clear. if this happens again I’ll be reporting them to my insurance company for fraud. And if I’m discriminated against because I’ve corrected someone I’ll be reaching out to a higher power.

Fantastic experience: I arrived five minutes before my appointment and as always was greeted with much enthusiasm and warmth. Upon checking in I was called to the back by my dental assistant who also went above the call of duty to make sure my dental care was accurate and along with Dr. Bond's professionalism, the visit was painfree and fast. Thanks MCDC for helping us keep a lovely and painfree smile all the time.

Negative experience: Not informed of options or given a choice in treatment, not explained in advance it was high risk or that doctor was not going to be in the office two consecutive weeks longer than needed when my new crown would be ready to be installed. I had carefully planned this entire 2 appointment procedure that takes two weeks to be finished completely before leaving town for a month and said so at the time of the appointment, even leaving a week cushion if there were unanticipated delays. They could have told me when I walked in the office for the first appointment it was going to take at least 2 weeks longer to get my permanent crown but they didn’t and let me proceed to have the pre-crown work done anyway. Now I have to go 6 weeks with a temporary crown that I was told would pop out often (high risk) requiring immediate attention of a dentist to re-attach or I’d have to patch as best I can w drugstore cement. They did not care about my distress or inconvenience. Just covered themselves callously ”we made no guarantees or promises about when you could get your dental work completed”…Because they have a policy of no patient education & information and don’t think patients deserve consideration? Because when dentists change their schedule they don’t check who will be mid-procedure and contact them to reschedule the first procedure so as not to be needlessly inconvenienced? And they said it would be illegal for me to seek a different dentist to complete the work instead of their unavailable one. If I had known that in fact they were Ok with this two week procedure taking 4 weeks because of the dentist changing their once a week clinic schedule 2 weeks in a row, I would have postponed all of it until after my trip, at the least, or gone to a different dentist. So if you are coming here for anything more than a cleaning, assert yourself to the max to get the basic patients’ rights level of information you need to fully consent and not be jerked around inconsiderately.

Fantastic experience: Very caring community dental work with friendly staff and short wait times inside! they are extremely booked so it's hard to get in in a timely manner but they have a cancellation callback system that got me in a few months early! such a good experience!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was really nice and all seemed in a good mood, and I talked to like 3-4 people. I’ve never seen a dentist before and I thought someone would make me feel bad, but no one did. They were helpful and seemed like they cared. They explained what would happen or what different things were for before they used or did anything, which helped with my anxiety. I can’t wait to slowly work with them to get my teeth where I want them to be.

Fantastic experience: I got my tooth pulled today and it was smooth and painless. Very friendly staff took care of me and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was great and very patient.

Fantastic experience: Very professional, very quick to get you in and makes sure you are comfortable. Barely feel the numbing shots! Dr. Gassani is very sweet and caring and knows what she is doing! I highly recommend them!!

Fantastic experience: So far so good! Just had my first appointment and they seem very caring. The dentist that looked at my teeth was very compassionate and non-judgmental.

Negative experience: If you are in desperation, and you end up going there prepared to be judged. Having Medicaid I went there for a cleaning, and the man that cleaned my teeth made me feel terrible about myself the entire time because my teeth needed to be cleaned. Then the dentist came in and made me feel stupid that I wasn’t aware they had to pull two teeth not one this was last month they made the appointment for November to extract the tooth. I’m hoping I can make alternate plans and never have to go there again.

Fantastic experience: Really nice nurses/doctors. They tell you exactly what they're gonna do it, they make sure nothings to painfull and also always make sure your okay. They check you in really quickly and doctors are always quick to get you in. Procedures are normally quick and don’t take a lot of time, would definitely recommend.

Positive experience: Loved the staff and the doctors. So sweet and gentle. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I was told I can come in for an emergency extraction due to an infection and horrible pain then when it was time to schedule me for the emergency extraction it was scheduled for 1/24/2024. Which is crazy because I specified how much pain I was in. I understand they are one of the few that take Medicaid but I wish I would’ve knew.

Fantastic experience: I am very impressed with MCDC and happy with the entire experience. They were polite, professional, and made me feel comfortable (being a high anxiety Dental patient). Being relatively new to the area, I am glad to have found them.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff was congenial and very knowledgeable. I was seen almost immediately. The price was reasonable and the doctor was fabulous I really didn't feel the needle when she froze my mouth. I won't go anywhere else for dental work from now on. This is the number one place for dental work hands down!

Fantastic experience: Staff was prompt, friendly and kind. I personally get anxious going to the dentist but my experience with in the past 3 years with MCDC have been wonderful. It's 20 min away from where I live an hour long bus ride one way and don't mind the travel that hiw much I would recommend this place. Dr. Bond has a personable touch with her clients and Yaya has does great work in cleaning and going to any lengths to help with any questions I have. I feel relaxed and trust I'm in good hands every time I've visited. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: I had an emergency. I've been in crippling pain and sought their help. I ended up leaving in the same shape I arrived. There was no pain management or compassion. If Tylenol and Motrin were enough then why did I travel over an hour on the city bus for help? Why am I still suffering.? I don't know what to think about dentists these days. It's cruel. There should be more compassion. I should not of left feeling hopeless and suffering..

Fantastic experience: Love this place. It does not feel like a typical dentist that accepts medicaid. Usually, a dentist who accepts Medicaid is almost always barbaric in the way they treat you, but this place, is nothing like that! I totally recommend it as there are totally professional and you will feel like you went to a proper dentist when you leave promise that!

Fantastic experience: The staff were very friendly and precessional. They were very fast as well calling me and my son in, we didn’t sit in the waiting area for a long time at all. Once we were called in the staff were very attentive and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Awesome Dental center. The staff was so good to me kind, courteous, polite professional. The dental center was clean they took all the precautions for the Corvid19 pandemic. Dental assistant was awesome doing my x-rays and getting my history and making me feel comfortable because I am so afraid of dentist. Dentist S. Bonds absolutely amazing I felt confident she knows exactly what she's doing our plan for my dental was very good and thought out. We talked over the plans together I didn't feel rushed or hurried she listens to me. That I like to see in the Professional medical field. I have already recommended My Community Dental in Ypsilanti to my Family, friends and neighbors. Just want to thank everyone there great job I really appreciate every one of you, from the call center, dental assistant and Dr Bonds .... I have been back several times for my dental plans... Had Return Dental appointment today 8/8/22 as usual Wonderful, professional everyone in office was Awesome, Dental assistant very thoughtful and professional Dr. Bonds just the BEST DENTIST to Me in MICHIGAN, professional, Love the Care and Patience she shows to her patients.
