Positive experience: All went well, until the drills started grinding. Please integrate miniature hi-fidelity stereo speakers into the drill handles, so that I can listen to AC/DC (Hells Bells) or Led Zeppelin (Stairway to Heaven) instead of the gawd awful grinding sounds, to achieve all 5 stars. Other than that, All went well.

Negative experience: First and foremost, this is a business. The best dentists are gone. The treatment team managers are rude and mismanage cases and communication between team members is a problem. If you pay by credit card, be aware that 3% will be added to your total. The quality of equipment and cleanliness is top notch. Dr. Moussa is a first-rate periodontist.

Negative experience: Unfortunately l ended up with a different hygienist than l was scheduled with, who does a wonderful job and l love and was looking forward to, and l even saw a different doctor. l was told mine, Dr. White, was leaving, I am not sure if she is still there or has already left. I was extremely disappointed with this visit. And to top it off, l realized after that for the first time ever, l was not even given a toothbrush, etc. after my visit, and l was not offered the fluoride treatment that they had been giving me. I will not be going back so now l need to find another dentist.

Fantastic experience: My dental hygienist, Jamie, is so so wonderful. Been going here for about 2 years now and I'm very happy with my experiences. I also can't say enough about Sims, Jay, and Tori; the support staff here is just really, really amazing. And I haven't even mentioned my actual dentist yet, Dr. Colburn. Having dental issues is no fun but they really do make it less painful! They really care and I feel like I've made friends there, real connections to real people. (I always felt like my last dentist didn't really remember me except for the generic notes he put in my file) If you don't like your dentist much, maybe you should check this place out.

Fantastic experience: My experience with getting Implants with Exceptional Dental was different, this was my first time , they make u feel very comfortable, and relaxed, I only felt pressure no pain even afterwards I was feeling like I just had a tooth pulled instead of an implants…all I can say is Good job Exceptional!!!

Negative experience: This place was very good a few years ago when I started using their services. Last year, it seems that they gave be a bill for cleanings even with my insurance being charged for the same. I even received texts thanking me for recent appointments when my upcoming appointment was scheduled and had not happened yet, as if they charged my insurance company before I even had an an appointment. This seemed fishy and now I have changed dentists. They were once 'exceptional' but not last year! The other low ratings are deemed valid since my experience in 2024 was very similar to what they described.

Dr. Colbert was professional and caring, and her assistants Sakiya and Dom were friendly and made me feel at ease. Positive experience: No waiting time, seen right away by the assistant s.......Than after 3 yrs of back and forth trying to get bottom dentures to stay in when I eat. 3 yrs of sitting in that chair, getting adjustment and adjustment. Some lady came in, rubbed her fingers along my bottom gums. Says, you have very small bottom gums.......your dentures will NEVER stay in!!!!! " You just have to live with this'. After all the appointments, now you say, just live with the bottoms popping out when trying to eat!! Did my gums suddenly shrink!. "There's nothing else we can do '

Fantastic experience: I had a deep cleaning done by Jamie, a hygienist. I let her know in advance that I was having a vertigo attack & she was very caring & gentle. While there & numbed, I had 2 fillings & a crown done as well. Lesley (hygienist?) assisted Dr. Ashley White. I also let Dr. White know about my vertigo episode & they both handled me with care. In fact, everyone treated me like I was a part of their family! If you're looking for a dentist/hygienist, look no further than Exceptional Dental. Dr. White, Jamie & Lesley are THE BOMB ! 1/30/2025 Today I underwent the extraction of my left side wisdom teeth. At my last visit Dr. White let me know that I would feel a lot of pressure & she assured me that if I couldn't handle it, then she would refer me to an Oral Surgeon. I was very nervous about having the procedure done & let Dr. White's assistant know that. I also chose to have nitrous, hoping it would help with my anxiety. My appointment was for noon & immediately I was given several local anesthetic injections; when Dr. White actually started the extractions was around 12:25 or so. She was so gentle & caring, asked how I was doing & before I knew it, I was done! The pressure wasn't bad at all! I walked home & was back by 12:55!! I've had several crowns done as well. I would recommend Dr. White & her team to anyone, but especially for those who are afraid of going to the dentist. Exceptional Dental is truly exceptional! 2/11/2025 I just had the two remaining wisdom teeth extracted by Dr White & it was painless! All I felt was a little pressure but it wasn't bad at all. Three hours later & there's not much swelling. The anesthetic is starting to wear off but the pain is a 1 to 2 out of 10! Dr White gave me a prescription for a strong painkiller when I had the right side wisdom teeth removed on 1/30/2025 - I didn't take any for that extraction; today, she asked if I needed another prescription & I declined. The recovery from that first extraction was uneventful, as I'm sure today's procedure will be the same. I want to let those of you who consider themselves big chickens when it comes to visiting the dentist, you have nothing to worry about when you put yourself in the more than capable hands of Dr White & her team! I'm 69 years old & was told that I needed to get my wisdom teeth out when I was 25. I made up all kinds of reasons to not have it done because of a fear of dental procedures, which were due to horrific experiences at the hands of my childhood dentist. Having been a patient of Dr White since September, 2022 & having undergone an extraction of a molar & several crowns , I realized I trusted Dr White enough to finally have the wisdom teeth removal. She explains what is happening as she goes along & that puts me at ease. Being calm & at ease means a lot to a chicken like me! Dr White & her team are the best! I originally chose Exceptional Dental as it was in walking distance from my home but I will continue to be a patient forever!

Fantastic experience: It's very good to get an appointment on the spot for the next day or the same day if they've got room for you to get what you need squared away as soon as possible. But please make sure you've got the required amount of cash you're being charged for their services in case you're without insurance. Because it makes some kind of difference if you do. But they'll work with you on a payment plan.
