Fantastic experience: Esteban is AMAZING. I don’t even know what his actual job title is, I see him in the office, assisting the oral surgeon, fixing problems, probably running the whole building on the side, but whatever he does, he does it phenomenally. A few things weren’t going smoothly and this man went above and beyond to make sure everything was straightened out and that I was happy. And Dr. Carlos? An absolute GEM. Between the two of them, I felt like a VIP patient. Super grateful for the extra care, attention, and sanity-saving help.

Fantastic experience: The doctor and his assistant were very kind. I believe the assistants name was Ayana! I had a cavity in a very hard to reach spot, and considering their struggle, they were very gentle and kind.

Negative experience: Okay, so I found this place via my insurance and decided to go with them. I filled out their online contact form and was contacted via text with an appointment date/time. See attached. I showed up at that appointment to find there was no appointment. They even took a screenshot of the text I received and said nothing. They didn't know where I got that text but it was clearly connected to the online form I filled out as I requested Sept. 16th, which is mentioned in the text. I wasn't bummed about that at all as I was really tired that day. They apologized and rescheduled me. Not an issue as I said I was tired and I gladly went back home to sleep. I had to cancel the rescheduled appointment because I was sick. Today, I showed up for the new rescheduled appointment. I have the paperwork filled out. I arrived ten minutes before my 9am appointment. There was only one other person inside the waiting room besides me. I watched SEVERAL other people walk in, check in, and get called back for their appointments while waiting for mine. I sat in there until 945, and that's when I gave up and walked out. I won't bother rescheduling with this place. They've wasted my time TWICE now. There will not be a third time. Edited to add that they called me AFTER I'd left. Again, my appointment was at 9am and I didn't walk out the waiting room until 945. I've attached the voicemail they left. Note the time of the call at the top.

Positive experience: We love Dr. Namrita. She's pleasant and always has a smile. We love that she always lets us know exactly what's to be expected.

Fantastic experience: UPDATED Took my son here for the first time, he is 6, great experience. It looked super busy when we got in however our appointment time was not effected. At a previous place I waited over an hour for a cleaning... so needless to say I was already impressed. Everyone we encountered was great from the front counter, x-rays, dentist and hygienist during the cleaning. My son had a good experience and I'm even looking forward to my appointment with them. UPDATE - I had an SRP cleaning done & some fillings. Natalia did the cleaning, I’ve done xrays with her before & my regular cleaning she is awesome at what she does. An SRP cleaning can be uncomfortable but with Natalia it’s actually comfortable? I saw Dr. Terisa & Jennifer for my fillings. They also made me feel very comfortable and made sure I was OK several times throughout. Everyone has a warming and pleasant personality and attitude. I can’t wait to wrap up this work next week thank you all

Fantastic experience: I have to say, my Experience was Amazing, Everyone from Monica, one of the receptionist, she Always Greets me with a smile & is Friendly. Then meeting my Dentist, Dr Teresa, she’s the Best!! She’s very friendly, and treats you very nicely and sincere and she has Amazing assistance, starting with my Favorite Shariann, she goes above and beyond to assist you as well as Xitlalli & Amy, Amazing young Ladies. And there’s someone else I have to do a shoutout, Dr Namrita, she’s also on the Best list, she did an amazing job on getting my partial done the proper way, she also went above and beyond and to include Jazzy, Thank you for working with me on Everything on the Insurance part. And let’s not forget the surgical crew, also known as the “OS Team” Dr Sanchez, he pulled my 2 teeth gently, and his 2 assistants Esteban & Chelsey. I have to say Esteban has a great personality, I walked in thrrr nervous as can be, but the 3 of them lowered my blood pressure tremendously, and Thank you Chelsey for holding this Old Lady’s hand. You All have A Great Caring Heart, you have Compassion & you All Enjoy what you do & Care about your patients. It feels good to go to my appointment and know they care. I Thank You All for being you & for All you’ve been doing for me.

Negative experience: My sons braces are taking forever to come off due to lack of dentists staffed at facility so he is the paying for it due to lack of appointments as they have to spread his appointments out to every 8 weeks for tightenings!!! He had his braces on in 6th grade and I've been told they were going to be off the beginning of his freshman year but now it's March 2026 due to staffing issues.

Negative experience: Cleaning was done poorly , was recommended for extraction, last two weeks ago. Went there again to get further recommendation to save toot upon second opinion. SDF was preformed, couldn’t understand why the unnecessary hassle?

I have felt supported through each step of all my treatment plans, the doctors and hygienists always make a point to connect, and they are always incredibly transparent. They are usually really busy and fast paced which I wasn’t used to seeing at dentist offices before, but I can see why they are always booked so far out. Their service is awesome. They are always accommodating of my anxieties. Special thanks to the Ortho team… and Thank You to Dr Terisa and her assistant Jennyfer! I am so glad to build a relationship with a dental office that I can trust compared to bad experiences I have had finding dental care in the past.

Negative experience: Right from the get-go I explained to them that it had been many years since I had seen a dentist I had moved around from state to state and unfortunately with New Hampshire State Medicaid it's a toss-up whether you have some coverage, none, or just don't know because nobody provides that information to you when you sign up when I went in I told them I needed a lot of work done the dentist was extremely rude extremely disrespectful and was very difficult to understand I told him on numerous occasions I understand what you can't do here can we concentrate on what we can I had to talk to their communications team on more than one occasion after talking to them I felt more at ease and set another appointment when I came back only a few days later they had informed me that the woman I spoke to previously was on leave I asked who I should speak to now since they couldn't give me a date of when or if she would be back they could not provide me with one before I left I said I'd like to make an appointment to get some fillings done while I called the oral surgeon in the periodontist and they refuse to do so when the time before that I was promised that they would keep on seeing me and do work that they could fix it was a horrible experience

Fantastic experience: Good service saw me for an appointment on a. Saturday. Dr.Namrita and Xitlali did a good job fixed my teeth and i am so thankful because now I can enjoy my Aunts birthday without stressing out.

Fantastic experience: My son and I absolutely love coming here! The staff is always so friendly, kind, and organized. They make every visit feel comfortable and welcoming. Everyone is great at keeping track of appointments and following up, which I really appreciate as a busy parent. My son really likes his dentist, Dr. G. He’s informative and always makes my son feel at ease during his visits. The only small issue we’ve had is that two of his appointments were cancelled by the dentist, which was a little inconvenient to reschedule. But overall, we’ve still had a very positive experience and hope for a bit more consistency moving forward. As for my own care, I can’t say enough good things about my dentist, Terisa, and her dental assistant, Jennyfer. They’re both absolutely lovely, gentle, patient, and so easy to talk to. They always take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I’m comfortable throughout my appointments. We’re really happy to have found such a great dental office for both of us. Fantastic experience: Hi My name is Tamara & I had an emergency first time visit for two bad teeth that needed to be pulled. They took me right away, made me feel very comfortable and it was a very professional procedure. Dr G’s hands were to big and my mouth was to small so he could not pull the tooth. I go back next week due to asking for a Dr with little hands so possibly she can. Also routine visit. It’s a Wonderful clean & friendly accommodating facility!! Negative experience: Was our first time here and my sons first ever dentist appointment. Appointment was at 2 we sat there for 40 minutes waiting to be seen in nasty waiting room. When we were brought back the room was gross with paper towels on the floor. The tech was great very nice and patient with my 3 year old. We waited another 15 min for the doctor to come in the room she looked in his mouth for 2 seconds and said we are good to go. We waited longer to be seen than the actual appointment was. Not to mention they scheduled a 6 month follow up and didn’t even tell me what date or time they made it for. Not a good first impression and won’t be back.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here has been so helpful and kind. My daughter has braces and most of the time she sees Danielle…she is the best and my daughter loves her. We had her teeth cleaned for the first time yesterday and Lyla was very informative. She did a lot of hands on teaching with my daughter. She showed her the best way to brush throughly with her braces and how to really get under the wires with the floss. We love it so much we drive over an hour to get here. If you’re looking for a new orthodontist or dentist GO HERE they won’t disappoint!

In the past I’ve had fillings done improperly at other dentist offices, but this one was amazing!!! I was done within an hour of arriving and the staff there are so friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Namrita & Deanglis this morning , she is quite extraordinary. She worked on the tooth very gentle . I have had no discomfort nor needed any painkillers. Fantastic experience: Both my kids go to Children and Family Dentistry and Dr Namrita and Jennyfer were fantastic. They made the kids feel comfortable and they were accommodating so we could do procedures for both of the kids the same day. I highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here with my children for 13 years with my kids. My older 2 have seen the bad side of dentistry table manners before we found this amazing place! They are kind and informational of wheat they are doing if that is what you need (as 2 of mine need step by step knowledge of what's happening) or just going through it if they would rather just focus on the music (all 3 of mine listen to music via their headphones while work is being done leaving 1 headphone slightly off on the dentist side to still hear instructions). Dr Teresa and DA Jennifer did so amazing that my kid was ok with coming back in a couple after after her cleaning and didn't even fight at all during the process of getting 2 fillings done. She has a severe fear of needles, so fillings are hard and a full need to process and prepare mentality usually. Both of my younger 2 have these issues with needles. But they are so great when I told them she needs steps told so she knows what is going on. Partly cause she is curious and loves to learn and partly cause it's her body and she has that right. But she was so calm and comfortable with them. They made the process so amazingly easy! I am so thankful for them and how hard they all work to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable to get their dental work done!

Fantastic experience: Dr . Namrita and Deanglis did great with my daughter. She was so scared for her extraction they made sure to keep her calm and comfortable through out the procedure. The prices without insurance are so good that it does not break your bank account to see a dentist I would higly recommend children’s and family dentistry and braces to all my family and friends! Fantastic experience: Everybody was great and very friendly. They took time to explain everything to me, and I left satisfied with the help I received. Dr Namrita and Shariann are the best and it took multiple appts to get everything done and they were so patient with me and knew me and my care plan without even looking at my file. They are a big practice and they remembered me personally which is a huge deal to me. They worked tirelessly to get my entire treatment plan done exactly how I needed it done and spent so much extra time with me when I needed it. Fantastic experience: I’ve had an excellent experience with Children and Family Dentistry for many years. The staff is always kind, accommodating, efficient, and hardworking. With 4 kids 2 in braces, I’ve never had a single issue. I truly appreciate the care they provide and highly recommend them!

Negative experience: The dentist told the hygienist to use improper technique to try removing residual composite from my teeth. The hygienist clearly didn’t know what he was doing and scratched up my enamel AND CHIPPED MY FRONT TOOTH!!! I immediately went back into the office and instead of being apologetic and fixing the problem the dentist blamed me! I even got X-rays at the start of the appointment that would prove my teeth were damaged during said appointment. I submitted a complaint and received an automatic response that someone would reach out and still haven’t heard anything from them multiple days later.
