Fantastic experience: I seriously love this dentist office! The whole team is so sweet and patient with my kids — they always greet us with a smile and make the visit so easy. The dentist is the absolute best, so gentle and caring, and he always takes the time to explain everything. My kids actually enjoy coming here (which says a lot ). We’re always in and out quickly, and they truly go above and beyond to make sure my babies feel comfortable. I’m so thankful we found them!

Fantastic experience: I would recommend this place thousand times! It was our first experience, we will never go anywhere else. My son had an emergency and they got him in same day and took care of everything. The dentist went out of his way to call & text after the procedure to check in, even the following day. Fantastic experience: My grandson 21 special needs who is very scared of doctors and needles had a toothache for the last week. No one could take care of him. I went to Esp parent group and A couple of the family recommend Dr Honsford, the best choice we could have ever made. He was so patient and understanding and was able to get the job done .Also like to give a big thank you to the office manager. Fantastic experience: My son was nervous about his appointment but once in the chair, he was made to feel very comfortable. The doctor spoke with me about options going forward with treatment and I did not feel pressured to make any decisions on the spot. The front office staff was also very kind and helpful. Overall it was a great first visit.

Fantastic experience: Great office, Front desk was very helpful and scheduled us in next day. The Assistants in the back were great with my 2 and 8 year old while getting X-rays. The hygienist was super sweet and patient with my boys during the prophy process. Dr. Hansford completed an exam in a timely matter and recommended only treat that was needed. Great place. Super excited to have found Athens Area Pediatric Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr. Hansford and his staff enough ! He did a BEAUTIFUL job on my son’s crowns today and was very reassuring and explained all of the details to us as many times as we needed . If I didn’t know , I wouldn’t be able to tell his front two teeth are crowns . His assistant is the sweetest woman ever and made us feel so comfortable through the whole process of my son being put to sleep today . I’m an anxious mom and he’s never been under before today and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience !

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about this place. Dr. Hansford and his team was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond my expectations. My 3 yr old needed alot of work done and they let us stay with her till she was asleep and also made sure we were in the room before she woke up so that she woke up to us there with her. He also made sure to give us some cream because of the reaction the tape made on her face and personally got one of his nurses to go to cvs and get a different kind of cream to put on her lips. He was also able to save the teeth we thought was gonna have to be pulled. He made sure to check on her during the wake up process and called later in the day to make sure we had his number in case something went wrong or we had any questions. I appreciate Dr. Hansford and his entire staff!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hansford and his team are amazing. They handle my kiddos with such great care. My four year had to get sedation and I was bit nervous. Dr.Hansford persistently provided information and reassurance during the entire process. His team handle my son with lots of compassion and kindness. We also appreciate the follow up call.

He has taken multiple phone calls to answer my questions, openly shared his protocols and preferred products, and graciously welcomed me into his Watkinsville practice to observe anesthesia cases firsthand. I’m grateful to Dr. Hansford and the members of the AAPD for their kindness.

Fantastic experience: It’s such a cliche statement , but it’s the absolute truth….the staff at Athens Area Pediatric Dentistry are amazing!!! They worked my 5 kids in to a schedule that really suited our needs!! Dr. Hanford could have been in Ireland , but here he is doing NEXT DAY fillings and restorations with basically all of them!!!! I could tell that his heart is in his work and he has such a professional but down -to -Earth/guy next door type of spirit that makes you feel like you’ve known him for years!!! , The kids and I all felt like we were at home with family being around his staff! Fantastic experience: This was our first time visiting this facility, and I must say hands-down this was the best experience that my grandchildren had getting their teeth cleaned and cavities filled. If you love your children/grandchildren, as I do make this facility the only facility you go to for their dental care.

Fantastic experience: My mom recently booked me an appointment for a tooth extraction with Dr. Hansford and my experience was amazing! I had a severely infected tooth (and some other issues) that I was neglecting for quite some time due to dental anxiety, however when I met with the Doctor; my nerves were immediately soothed. I told him I was a bit scared and he made sure to go over any questions or concerns I had in the moment, making me waaaay less afraid. When it was time for the actual surgery, him and Ms Lia made sure I was very comfortable before starting; even letting me put on one of my favorite shows. Before I knew it I was out, and the hard part was over! When I woke up from the anesthesia I was very confused and emotional, but they were right there to assure me that I was okay. I highly recommend this dental office

Fantastic experience: I was recommended this practice from my son’s primary dentist. And I cannot be more happier!!! It took me MONTHS to make the appointment bc we needed a specific procedure done. I was told of horrible experiences from other parents going to other practices to do the same procedure. After finally going to our first consultation here and now getting the procedure done, I will be telling EVERYONE to come here! The staff and Dr. Hansford are phenomenal!

The process was very straightforward and professional and the dentist was even kind enough to perform a procedure that was not covered by his insurance for no additional cost. I’m not saying come here with the expectation of free services, I’m just sharing my personal experience. I would recommend this practice to everyone in the community.

Fantastic experience: We’ve had two wonderful experiences with Dr. Hansford and his team. Both my children previously had rough experiences at a different dentist office in the area. I didn’t provide details of that previous experience to Dr Hansford‘s team, but they seem to pick up on the fact that my kids were pretty nervous and were gracious to work with them to make them feel comfortable. The Hansford team was incredibly patient and kind with them. My son really struggles with interactions even as simple as a haircut. A dentist or doctor’s office can be really tough place for him. The hygienist picked up on this immediately and was so patient to take the time to explain all the things she was doing. She gained his trust and I was so impressed and thankful. My daughter ended up needing dental work and had to go through anesthesia to do so. Dr. Hansford was so thorough explaining everything that was going on and really brought us in on the decision-making process. My children have had surgeries in the past and I’ve never had a doctor or dentist go through the details the way his team did. It made us feel like we were in the know during the process and could make informed decisions. Highly recommend Dr. Hansford.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first experience and the nurses and doctors were very understanding and gave excellent instructions on what would be going on, and what to be looking for while my child was going on Anastasia. The nurses and doctors were what I would say had great hospitality and made sure I was comfortable while I wait. I honestly would love for my child to actually come to be seen at this dental pediatric on the regular instead of being referred. But I'm so happy that I was referred to this dental pediatric.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a dental emergency, I was referred to Greenpoint Pediatric Dentist. As soon as I called they were able to fit her in same day. Before arriving to the appointment Mr. Hansford called to walk me thru the process, how to prepare and answer any questions. Upon arriving the staff was warm, welcoming and very helpful. Mr Hansford was able complete all the dental work necessary right there on the spot, while keeping me informed every step of the way.

Fantastic experience: We can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hansford and his office staff. Our little one had a very traumatic event earlier in the year where her front baby teeth were knocked out and she has been completely mortified of anything even related to dental work ever since. She had a bad cavity on one of her molars and needed a cap. Dr. Hansford called us personally to discuss her treatment and all our options. He made us feel at ease with everything and the day of the appointment, he treated our daughter like a princess, making sure her favorite music was on in the office and that she as comfortable as she could be. The whole office staff was kind and accommodating and we won’t be going to any other dentist! We would recommend him to anyone needing an amazing pediatric dentist.

Fantastic experience: Took my 3 year old in for his first cleaning and the dental hygienist did an amazing job at explaining everything to him she even gave him a bag with goodies with stickers and tokens to choose a prize would definitely recommend we were so pleased that my son wants to go back in. The waiting area was nicely decorated to encourage kids to go in they had books and some learning toys.

He was very thorough about the options we had and the pros and cons of each. They were also able to fit her into the schedule the next day, which I appreciated bc of the issues she was having.

Fantastic experience: Dr Hansford was recommended to me by our local dentist because my son had some anxiety over dental work. Dr Hansford and his staff, Tonya, Kristen, Jasmine, and everyone we saw were all really great! They were all super kind and courteous and did everything they could to put us at ease and did a great job with all of his work. Dr Hansford was very thorough and kept me informed about everything he was doing.

Fantastic experience: I love this staff and tell of my friends with kids as much. They make the kids feel very at ease. With Dr. Jayni retiring, they took down the picture wall and shredded the patient photos, but one of the staff members pulled up his patient info and printed me a copy of my child's goofy photo and I was so grateful. I was always afraid of my dentist as a child and I am go glad that my child loves this place.

Positive experience: I took my daughter for her regular 6 month exam. I really like it here. I didn't like our previous dentist because my daughters adult teeth keep growing over her baby teeth and they kept putting off my concerns without explanation. Here, we didnt see Dr John but a lady (I can't remember her name) and she was awesome. I told her my concerns and she explained everything. Why it happens and at what point we would pull them and at this point my daughter is now having pain, so they're taking that into consideration too. I definitely like this practice much better in terms of interaction with staff. They're always so nice and friendly, and most of all, actually helpful and knowledgeable. I have a lot of trust in a practice that will explain things, even though I know it is tedious to do it for all patients, all day. It's shows their commitment to make sure they treat all patients well.

Fantastic experience: My son needed a permanent tooth pulled at 11 and Dr. Hansford and the staff made it a priority to give us all of our options. Tonya H & Kristen B were so wonderful! Their ability to help guide us in making the right decision is top tier. They treat us more like family. So kind, welcoming, educated. I couldnt ask for a better experience. So guess what? He ended up walking away not having to remove any permanent teeth. Thank you to the entire staff i cant say it enough. I will be back for any of my childrens dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hansford and his staff are true angels. Although they are a pediatric dental office, they accepted my adult son with autism who has extreme anxiety with medical situations. I was having a hard time finding dentists who did sedation and worked with special needs patients and stumbled across them. Kristen made me feel welcome and did everything she could to make sure my son Was seen and taken care of. I felt at ease even though he was Uber nervous! Dr. Hanson coached us through getting him ready and he did an excellent job with all the issues my son had. They updated me on things they were doing while he was under and only did procedures as I gave permission for. If you have an adult with special needs and live anywhere near Watkinsville, this is the place that is sensitive to your loved ones situation. They are Number One in my book!

Negative experience: Please listen and pay close attention when going to this office. Very young assistants who seem to still be in some form of training school. I assisted the assistant today in many ways, one helping with the blood pressure cuff which she had upside down and backwards. My dentist referred us with one Large cavity got there six? Run for the hills people and listen to your dentist when going here for fillings. I’ll be taking with some friends legal advice after what happen today!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hanford is an amazing dentist and and even better person. My 13 year old Amie was referred to him for some EXTENSIVE dental work (so extensive we even have a maxolufacial surgeon involved) . With his opening of his new location he was doing a special and saw patients for a day for absolute free. He remembered us from a month ago and had the front desk lady call me and see if we were interested in coming today. This man did THOUDANDS of dollars worth of work on my 13 year old out of the kindness of his heart! After the referral process and an incredible phone consultation he understood our financial situation and our insurances and we mapped out our plan of action. It involved 3 different offices and dentist because of how insurances broke down as to who could do what etc etc. A huge Hassel, alot of communicating with multiple dentist among each other. Well fast forward to today July 3rd when he does his opening week promotion and here we are. All of it! Free. for his promotion he would have been fine to do 1 thing for her today. Just one. A filling, or a cleaning, an xray whatever he did would have been enough as it was one less thing I had to worry about paying for out of pocket after we maxed out both insurance portions for the year. He did it all! (Everything that doesnt require the maxolufacial surgeon to do) He Saw her for hours when he didn't have to. Tomorrow is the 4th ofJuly. . He could have done one thing for her and started his holiday weekend. But instead he did it all for her. This whole office is wonderful. Red carpet treatment to therepatients! Each nurse and receptionist out did the others hospitality! I'm sitting in in the private pre op room with snacks, and drinks. And Netflix that they offered to me just to be kind souls balling my eyes out making descions regarding what i wanted to do treatment wise and they were so informitive, patient and compassionate the whole time. This was such a blessing for us. Dr. Hanford I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart! You are an extraordinary man! You do this cause you love to make peoples lives better and this Mother is forever grateful to you, you sir are a true Godsend. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: It’s always a pleasure at Dr. Jayni’s! Everyone knows children can sometimes have a fear of the dentist, but my son is never afraid because they treat him with such kindness and patience. The office is super kid-friendly and everyone there creates a calming atmosphere. I highly recommend Dr. Jayni and her staff!

Fantastic experience: After back and forth visits being brushed off from doctor to doctor, I can say with absolute certainty that I found a doctor for life! She listened to me, and even more impressive she found what was wrong with my daughters latch immediately! And although it wasn't the best news I've ever received in my life... At least NOW I KNOW what has been going on with her and won't be pushed off as "colic" anymore! She gave me some suggestions on what could help and we are going to get the new bottles today and already have an appointment with another ENT that she suggested. Fantastic experience: My 9 year old son had to have multiple teeth pulled for overcrowding and they were phenomenal! Between how quick, how well it was done and how great they treated m6 son was the best! The nurses were SO sweet! Mary in particular on our way out had him so happy I honestly feel so much more at ease with the situation as long as we are in their hands! Even checked up on him a few times and never minded my million questions

Fantastic experience: I just got off of the phone with Dr. Hansford and had the best experience. My daughter is a type 1 diabetic and needs 8 cavities pulled. Dr. Hansford not only gave me his honest recommendation to take my daughter to a hospital, but he gave additional information on where to go, facts to be aware of, and proper questions to ask when looking for another provider. He didn’t even meet me or my daughter yet provided the most honest and caring recommendations that I’ve ever gotten from any doctor, ever. I almost wish we could see him versus going elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: My children are excited to visit Doctor Jayni. What more can I say? And it’s not because they have perfect teeth. They both have a congenital dental defect that require extra care and treatment, including services that require them being put under anesthesia at Dr. Jayni’s so we have spent A LOT of time at her office. Everyone who works there is TOP NOTCH. The kindest, the most professional and helpful. We drive an hour to go to her. She’s that worth it.

Fantastic experience: My daughter needed 5 extractions as well as other work. She has autism and bad separation anxiety. Dr Handsford and his assistants were excellent! My daughter just turned 5 so I was extremely anxious! Dr Hansford and his assistants kept me updated every few minutes. My daughter didn’t cry and was not afraid when taken for sedation. This was the best dentist experience for us both. We were able to do everything within an hour! Highly recommend this dentist for children with special needs.

Fantastic experience: The anesthesiologist is amazing he explained everything to me in detail and made me feel very calm before my son went into be put to sleep to have the procedure done! As he was performing the procedure the wonderful staff continued to come out and keep me updated on my sons procedure! I can't thank him and the staff enough for taking great care of my son! I had the chance to speak with him & he's very patient and informative, I also found out he's a traveling anesthesiologist so he's only available for certain days each month. The dental work was done at my daughter's dental office on 18th Ave and 64Th street in Brooklyn. If you can get ahold of Dr. John, you'll be lucky!

Fantastic experience: Short waiting time to get treatment. Dr. Hansford called us before the appointment to go over the procedures and answer questions. The office staff are very friendly and helpful too. They answered my emails during after work hours. Dr. Hansford is both an anesthesiologist and pediatric dentist, which makes sedation dental work much easier to schedule. I tried other dental offices before this one. Most of them told me that they need to get an anesthesiologist to come into their office, or need to have the dental work done in a hospital setting, so the waiting time is much longer. On the appointment date the procedures went on smoothly and all my son's tooth issues were resolved in one shot while he was sleeping. This is great experience, and I highly recommend Dr. Hansfords office for kids with dental phobias, and special needs children.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. We were referred and the doctor was able to save 3 of 4 front teeth while my son was asleep. Otherwise he was going to have to be held down and have all 4 taken. Great job!

Fantastic experience: The best pediatric dentist in NY!!!! My 4 year olds teeth had severe cavities to the gum and he saved her two front teeth instead of extraction , they look brand new ! Fantastic experience: Ever since 2020 I have been taking my son to two different dentists and calling others that didn’t take his insurance. First dentist that actually saw him during the pandemic could not extract a tooth that was damaged due to a cavity. He gave me a couple of numbers to call and none took my son’s insurance. Ok I let time go by and kids got new insurance under their dad so took all three to a new dentist but AGAIN, my son would not let dentist do anything to him. The dentist tried on two different occasions but he told me to take him to a different dentist and gave me LIJ Hospital number but they did not take his insurance and they basically told me they were going to double check and never got back to me. My son woke up one night crying in pain because of this tooth and I decided to Google his insurance again and go through the list of dentists and I saw a PDF posted with all dentists in the metro area. I checked for the pediatric dentists (pedodontists) and saw Greenpoint Pediatric Dentist in Brooklyn. I live in Queens and it was kinda far from home but I didn’t care because I just wanted to end my son’s pain. I wrote an email that same night he was crying around 11pm and they replied to me the next business day and after a few back and forth emails my son was all set for his appointment. The emails were very detailed and explained the whole procedure and costs to me. I started reading Yelp reviews that were not great and hesitated to take my son to this place. I decided to ignore the reviews and hope for the best and I’m very glad that I took my son to this place! Some of the bad reviews mentioned the fact that Doctor insisted on sedating kids but they need to understand that some kids (like my son) are very nervous and anxious and they will fight the dentist and this poses a risk to both the child AND the dentist. My son fought the other two dentists and it wasn’t pretty. This is dangerous and unsafe. If your kid is like my son (anxious, nervous, fidgety, petrified of these type of procedures) THEN doctors like John Hansford are truly a blessing! I am glad he became an anesthesiologist to help these kids that are difficult to deal with due to their anxious/nervous nature. My son doesn’t remember anything at all and now his teeth are finally clean and fixed. He even told me he wanted to go back to the dentist! Thank you Dr Hansford for making this dentist appointment a POSITIVE one! To parents: Again, if your kid is like mine (crying hysterically while dentist trying to work on their teeth, puts up a fight, can’t sit still, etc) then Dr Hansford is where you need to take your child. Is it expensive? Well we are talking about dentistry after all and before you agree to anything or sign papers, they make you aware of every single out of pocket expenses you will incur so no surprises (unless you didn’t read throughly) Thanks again to all the staff as they were ALL very friendly! From the Dentist himself (he carried my son in his arms and brought him to me after his procedure) to the cleaning crew (they let me wait there for my brother to pick me up even though place was already closed and were super friendly)

Fantastic experience: Hello, my 6 year old daughter had to undergo sedation for multiple issues with her teeth and I must tell you Dr. John and his team are the best. Dr. John is very knowledgeable and skilled doctor and I was confident in placing my daughter under his care. He is considerate enough to answer all of your questions without annoyance and I am very pleased and relieved with the care she received there. If your child needs sedation, please send them to Dr. John, you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely nervous for my son’s IV sedation to get his dental work done but Dr. Hansford and his team made my husband and I feel at from the time we made the appointment to the time my son’s procedure was done. Ms. Lisa at the front desk answered all of the questions I had about the sedation process and billing via email which were a lot lol and Dr. Hansford called a few days before the appt to introduce himself and walk my husband and I through the entire procedure, he was really kind! The day of the appt everyone was very nice and helpful. My son was hesitant to drink the Versed drink but it truly calmed him and helped him to forget the entire procedure! My son’s procedure 2 extractions and 6 filling was done fairly quick under IV sedation, there was no crying! During recovery Dr. Hansford checked in on us a few times to make sure my son was doing okay and to answer any questions we had about the recovery process. Getting you’re child sedated is never easy and can be quite scary but Dr. Hansford and his team made the process easy and comfortable so thank you! And my son doesn’t remember a thing!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were extremely nervous to put our 6-year-old son under for a dental procedure and requested a call from the anesthesiologist for after 6pm so we could both join the call. Our initial thoughts were that there was no way the doctor himself would call and there was absolutely no way any doctor’s office would reach out after 6pm. Dr. John reached out to us on a Friday night after 6 and took the time to walk us through the entire day of the procedure. He told us what to bring, how to prepare, risks involved, and the general what to expect. Dr. John was thorough, kind, and empathetic to our experience. He answered all our questions and genuinely thanked us for our concern. I am hopeful our son will not have to go under anesthesia again, but in that event, we would absolutely call on Dr. John.

Fantastic experience: We visited several offices. My daughter was too scared to even get x-rays, but we could see the cavities. Thankfully, our last pediatric dentist referred us to Dr. John. He was very informative, the office was nice, and my daughter was able to get all of her work done without being traumatized.

Negative experience: JUST A HEADS UP TO WHO WHAT TO GO TO THIS PLACE. My son 4 years old and they did remove my his front 4 teeth without even discussing if I can keep them or not, they decide to remove the Teeth without any discussion. Now I have to wait till my son turn 7-8 years old to have the new teeth comes out. I found out that all ABOUT MONEY so they can collect as much as they can from the insurance company. Please think about your child before you visit this office…! Yes I did sign the paper, but no one came and discussed that my son can keep his teeth instead of taking them off. I did find out after I had cost a different dental office that my son could keep his teeth even with the cavities. The doctor should came and have discussion, we did t know by that time if we can keep them or no. I didn’t know that kids with cavities can keep them till the new teeth comes out. The doctor didn’t even have the time to come to talk to the parents and Knowledged them we didn’t know, and I said we didn’t found that all what they did was unprofessional!!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter was traumatized during a recent baby tooth extraction. Thankfully, our pediatric dentist referred us to Dr. Hansford. He sedated my daughter and completed all her treatment including 1 more extraction while she was asleep. She didn't cry at all and doesn't remember a thing.

Fantastic experience: Amazing amazing Dr. Hansford sedated both my sons three years ago. Everything went great. Our pediatric dentist found new cavities recently and did their best to get my kids to cooperate but it wasn’t happening. Dr Hansford sedated them both again today. My Husband and I were very pleased again.

Negative experience: I go for my first visit with my son to the office I see the dentist and he said that they have to do a procedure on I said ok fine I made a new appointment and it was a different dentist without taking an X-ray or anything he said he had to remove my 2 year olds 4 front teeth ! Just by looking at him without an X-ray !!!. When the previous one said they wouldn’t have too . So unfortunately I did not have a good experience in this office with one doctor saying this and the other saying that . I went for a 2nd opinion and my sons teeth could be treated without removal . Staff is very nice but my experience with the doctors wasn’t great

Negative experience: We recently had an appointment with Dr. Hansford's office for a dental cleaning. We've been coming here for 5 years. We were very disappointed when our appointment was cancelled 30 minutes before we were scheduled to arrive. When speaking to the office, other than fitting us in that afternoon (which we couldn't make) , they were unwilling to fit us in another time. We would have to wait till middle of October. We asked for a phone call back from the doctor and we are still waiting a week later for that call. We will not be returning after all these years. My review from 5 years ago. My two children ( ages 3 and 5) had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hansford. He was very informative and had a great manner with my kids.

Fantastic experience: My son's (2yrs) first time at the dentist, needed the form for him to start school. I missed my appointment and was so stressed that morning because this place was so far, it was 90 deg outside and the only decent place that accepts my insurance. I begged them to still see my son, and they did. The staff was so nice, they were patient with my son who was screaming and crying the whole time. GOD BLESS THEM. I definitely recommend them if you live in the area. Not sure if it's practical for me, I live almost 2 hours away. But it may be a sacrifice because they were good with him.

Fantastic experience: Love that my son felt calm and at ease here. He is usually the type to get nervous and anxious easily but they really made him feel comfortable. Also sedation was involved and my son did not cry at all and seriously doesn't remember a thing!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience. Everyone was friendly and we were seen on time both times. The exam and the first time when we tried with laughing gas Dr P was patient and tried. Dr H did a smooth sedation for my daughter and she didn’t cry at all!

Fantastic experience: My 9 year old daughter had to get her first filling and they were very explanatory throughout the entire procedure. I was always kept in the loop. I will definitely be coming back, hopefully not for any more fillings just a clean and polish.

Negative experience: Today my daughter had an appointment we arrived a little bit late the receptionists explain to me that there was a patient that had an emergency and needed to be seen quickly I said OK, I know there's gonna be a small wait so we sat there for a while. Another patient's parent went up to her and ask her how long is the wait going to be she goes on to tell her that the wait is going should be an hour to 2 hours but parent continues to explain to her that that's horrible and why is there only one doctor working. Why are the rest of you not assisting him. She just keeps Scrolling on her phone and ignoring her. I go up to her and I tell her how long is the wait going to be because my child is hungry she goes to tell me that she put me to the bottom of the list due to the fact that I was a few minutes late. In my mind I'm confused because even if I was on time I still would have been waiting ,so why should I be put to the bottom of the list even though I was a few minutes late. She keeps looking at her phone and acting as if she doesn't notice that there is somebody in front of her a talking to her. She was disrespectful. I highly recommend that you do not go to this dentist. Especially with there being only one doctor that's working and a bunch of people who would just standing around and not do anything at all. If you want to take your children somewhere that they're not gonna treat you with any respect and ignore you at all times this will be the place to go.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. I would definitely recommend this Pediatric dentistry practice. My son had to be put to sleep for treatment. The staff was so professional and kind. From the initial phone call to the completion of the procedure they explained the whole process to us step by step. We didn't have to wait very long to be seen. I was able to be with my son as he fell asleep and as he woke up. We were given updates as the procedure progressed and consulted about the treatment plan for our son. They even gave him a Spongebob balloon at the end of his visit. The dentist and dental hygienist escorted our son out to the car in a wheelchair when the procedure was over. Great experience

Fantastic experience: The most amazingly awesome experience for my child with special needs! The child who wouldn't allow a doctor in his mouth allowed the team to x-ray his teeth, do a cleaning and an exam! I would recommend this office to anyone!!! Fantastic experience: Amazing work here. Everyone was really nice and they were patient with my daughter. She didn’t let them do much though. Luckily, they have an anesthesiologist and we were able to get the work done all at one time and without traumatizing her.
