Fantastic experience: This is the BEST dentist for children! All 3 of my children go here. Pictured is my oldest son who just got a cavity filled. He didn’t make a peep. They always have 2-3 dentists in the room, open spaces, fun kid friends wall decor. My son wants to be a dentist when he grows up now all because of Just 4 Me Pediatric Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Just 4CMe for 10 years. We ALWAYS see Cheryl. Unfortunately she wasn’t working but we saw Jenna and she was awesome! She answered all of my questions and was so patient with both of my girls. We were very pleased with our experience.

Fantastic experience: Thank goodness for Just 4 Me dentistry. Went to UPD previously and they could care less about kids. Just 4 me took the time to get the X-rays to figure out what was wrong and realized it wasn't something that could wait. Dr. Courtney is amazing and the nurses are amazing at getting what they need even from difficult kids with trust issues and complex medical problems including autism. Grateful for this place.

Negative experience: The nurses and doctor became irate after asking about a policy change (only 1 parent being allowing into room) this was critical for us as we have a child with special needs. It’s already hard enough to get kids to go to dentist it’s even harder when his parents are being screamed at. Not only that we asked multiple times to be talked to and not screamed at and they acted like they did nothing wrong. Very unprofessional. They like to try and bury bad reviews to make themselves look better!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been going here since she was 2 1/2. Going on 7 now and she still gets excited when its time to go the dentist. Everyone there down to the receptionist is absolutely amazing. **** My daughter is now 9 and she still absolutely loves going to the dentist. They are always very busy but still take the time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Even when speaking to the Dr you never feel rushed. They spend time educating my daughter and making sure she understands what they are doing and the importance of her oral health. I would recommend the office in Getzville 100%.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been coming to the practice for about 5 years now. Recently, my 10yo had an extraction of an adult tooth to make room in his mouth. The doctor and staff who assisted were very kind and patient and did everything possible to keep him calm and comfortable. They explained each step of the process and answered any questions he or I had. He did amazing

Very nice office environment, kid friendly for kids of all ages and needs even a room that is quiet and dark to wait! Dr Lauren is so amazing! Down to earth and very friendly and easy Love her!!!! So glad we found this practice.

Negative experience: Beware this practice. The staff and dentists are awesome, but ownership/management are sketchy: If your child has an accident while getting ready your best bet is to let them sit in it until you get there to check in because they will refuse to see you for almost a year. If your child has a dental emergency while you are out of town or their school has a visiting dentist that checks them out they will tell you that you are not allowed to come back(we checked with 3 other area pediatric dentists and all 3 said that is abnormal, makes you wonder whats going on there) Ownership is known to argue fight reviews they don't like.

Fantastic experience: Every time we visit Just 4 Me Pediatric Dentistry, it is nothing less than an amazing experience. My girls look so forward to going. Most of the time I can’t get my little one (5yrs old) to leave. Everyone is so friendly and informative, and most importantly, extremely engaging with children. They do a remarkable job of making them feel relaxed and comfortable, taking away all fears of going to the dentist. I have plenty of dentistry options closer to our home, but this is well worth the 30 minute drive. If you are searching for a pediatric dentistry office, I highly recommend bringing your children here.

Fantastic experience: All 3 of my children love it here. Ages now 16/13/13 & have been there since 3. From the front desk to the Dr's everything is perfection. They have always accommodated us by scheduling our 3 kids at the same time. All 3 of my kids had teeth pulled there as well and hands down amazing. From the actual procedure being flawless to them reassuring and calming the kids. I recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I just love going there because it gives a good presentation before my son even gets in the chair. The workers are all so nice and understanding. My son hates to lay down and they find fun ways to get him to lay down. They remind me of the appointments up until the hour before which comes in handy being a busy mom.

Positive experience: For the last 14 years my son has been seeing Just 4 Me every 6 months and the level of care has been wonderful. Patient, kind, friendly. He has always loved going there and I am glad that he doesn't have a fear of dentists like so many have. Just recently, as teenagers do, he has some cavities. I don't know if it's his age (he's 16 and still well under the age limit for the practice though) or what, but we were told to go find another dentist to fill them and then he would no longer be a patient of Just 4 Me any further. Just like that. Came in for 6 month checkup, found some cavities (for the 1st time ever), left with needing to find another dentist. They recommended a place that doesn't take children, recommended another place (after I called back to ask for another referral) that didn't want to call me back... so after calling other dentists that either didn't take our insurance or were booking 4 months out, I finally found a place. All because why? The amount of work to fill his cavities? I just don't understand. It's frustrating more to me because we have had 14 years of exceptional service at Just 4 Me - which is why I won't rate it 1 star but this experience has knocked it down to a 3 star review. Apparently, it's great until you need them to do work on your child's teeth.

Fantastic experience: Just 4 me Pediatric Dentistry has always been wonderful. Both kids have been going for years. We have never had a bad experience, the staff are kind and gentle and take time to teach the kids proper techniques.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I really didn’t expect to get this type of treatment and customer satisfactory at 9am. I have been sending my son to this particular dentist for over 5+ years. He’s 7 now! This morning, I don’t know the young ladies name with the nose piercing but for some odd reason, her horrible greeting approach to children walking in this “Just 4 Me” dentistry location was totally unacceptable and blatantly rude. Not only did she have a horrible attitude towards my family, but my wife indicated that she approach every single other family and child with the same mannerisms. Writing this review isn’t to tarnish the experience and individuals working at this particular dentistry. But I do want to make awareness for future families to understand that this experience was totally unacceptable and avoidable. I believe training for the front desk receptionist is essential, especially working with kids and youth in general!

Fantastic experience: We were referred to Just 4 Me by a friend who takes their children to this practice, and we are so glad for the recommendation! We had our son's first ever dentist visit, and I was so impressed with how well the entire staff did with making it a comfortable and friendly experience. The hygienist helped walk us through good dental habits at home and set my mind at ease since his teeth are coming in a little slower than some of his peers the same age. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of available parking. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great pediatric dentist in the Buffalo area!

Fantastic experience: I bring my children to Just 4 Me Pediatric Dentristy at one time, ages 12, 13, 15. Staff are very professional and do a great job with them. Our middle son is autistic and they work with him showing what everything is and what it does. He is so much better going to the dentist now. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about what they do.

Fantastic experience: They were so beyond kind and patient with my 2 year old. She had a tooth go through her lip and they were cautious and answered all questions I had regarding healing. 10/10 experience!

Negative experience: Ever since Dr Marti left this place went down hill -they make it almost impossible for working parents to get their kids in and they are extremely rude and condescending my kids used to love going there when Dr Marti was there - they over book and then can’t book for Saturdays until next year when I told them I need an appt after school ends so my daughter didn’t miss school and that’s when my dad was available to and I wouldn’t have to take pto help they wouldn’t be able to accommodate - it’s been a awhile - like over a year because of my new job and now we have dental insurance to get my kids seen and my availability and help wasn’t always matching up. - we have now went to another practice where the hours now accommodating and the staff is extremely friendly-*** editing to add response - yes I was given an appt within 7days of the phone call because they wouldn’t let me go out further so I advised to put me down so I can see if my dad can help and I might need to cancel.. so when I called back to try and reschedule to after school was over because my dad could not help, and my daughter has an exam and I can’t miss work due to no pto they literally told me to look elsewhere so that’s what I did - you were able to get me in within 7days if that phone but couldn’t reschedule us in July when school is over and I had help and the review below mine is saying the e same thing - that dr marti left and rudeness from staff

Fantastic experience: My daughter is autistic at her one appointment had a complete meltdown due to transition from waiting room to the dental chair. In the process she even pants me around everyone. Well the hygienist goes next time call from car and we will take you guys right back. We just had an appointment and this is what we did and it was a totally different outcome and my daughter was so much better and happy. I wish I could remember her name because she is amazing with my child!

Fantastic experience: I drive an hour to come to this practice because of the care we receive. They are kind, patient, informative, helpful, quick, and efficient. My kids actually enjoy coming to the dentist! The waiting area is wonderful and full of great activities for the waiting process (which I would like to add is not a long wait at all). The staff is approachable, relatable, and easy going. My kids love that they get a coin to chose a prize when they are all done!

Fantastic experience: My daughter was in recently for a filling with Dr. Saffa. She was very nervous and worried, but the staff was excellent with calming her down and working with her. Sophia, the assistant did a great job reassuring her by making small talk and also showing my daughter everything that would be used during her appointment. The other assistant, Ashley was great and kept the mood light by joking and making my daughter laugh and feel less stressed. Dr. Saffa was kind and patient and overall, everything went even better than I hoped!

Fantastic experience: If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I was recommended by my family's dentist to visit just 4 me for some work my 6 year old daughter needed that couldn't be done in their office. So I made a consult which was quick and easy. The girls are super friendly. We had the apt yesterday and we walked in and the waiting area was so cute. The best kid friendly waiting room ever. What a way to make them feel comfortable. Well we had the consult with this lovely woman. And she really opened my eyes to alot of dental things my child needed and was not told by my family dentist. She had all the tips and tricks. She did an exam on her and then the dentist came in. She was also really sweet. I recommend this place to anyone that has a child. At the end of the visit they gave my daughter a token to pick a prize in their prize tower. Such a cool thing to do. Really made my 6 year old feel so comfortable. Thank you! The Spina Family

As someone who grew up with extreme dental anxiety it makes me happy to hear my kids actually ASK to go back to the dentist. They make the cleanings fun as well as the not so fun stuff, like fillings!

Dr. Marti has a special presence about her that I always enjoy to be around! So happy with my decision to take my kids here! They are never scared of going in, knowing they will get a special prize at the end of each appointment! Going 9 years strong and don’t plan on changing a thing!

Fantastic experience: *update courtney was the dentist to do my daughters surgery and she was great! i was extremely worried and nervous but had such a great experience! look forward to the continued dental care from this office!! don’t go to far back in the 1 star reviews! we had courtney peterson for the dental surgeon and it was a huge success fairly quick as well! thank you! amazing! taught me tricks to keep my daughters teeth that my last dentist never showed/did/ or mentioned! got me in ASAP for what my daughter needed where my last dentist once i told them i was leaving their practice decided to get me in! great all around down to the waiting room!

I’ve been taking my girls there for years and they are great with the kids, explain things in a way every kid understands and they even got my daughter in right away when she chipped her tooth. Fantastic experience: My son has severe autism and is nonverbal, they go above and beyond to make sure we feel comfortable. My son tries to take control of the waiting area and the lady was even willing to have his cleaning in their tv room if that’s what it took for my son. The fact that she offered that meant so much to me. Thank you for being so considerate of the children with disabilities.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Courtney Peterson is absolutely amazing. She managed to fill my son's teeth instead capping all of them, 3 caps instead of 7. My son has trust issues from past experiences with the dentist but with her, he said he loved her and only trusts her to work on his teeth from here on out. I was very nervous about anesthesia but she made me comfortable about it, I trust her. I'm thankful for her and the practice.

I have three and scheduling them for the same day is hard for most places but they have siblings rooms so they can work on all three kids at the same time and they get you in and out so fast!! Very efficient, super friendly staff and my kids love the token ball machines when they're done!!

Fantastic experience: I use to love bringing my son there, I was confident in their work. This time I feel less confident in how thorough tbey are. I received a call stating they scheduled my son with the wrong dentist so he has to wait an additional month and a half for his appointment. Then despite the fact that THREE people looked at his x-rays, they THINK he has an extra tooth growing in. He just had x-rays within the last 6 months at the orthodontist and they didn't see it. Seems like they are making it up to bill for additional x-rays.

Fantastic experience: This is a very welcoming, kid-friendly facility! Every staff member we have dealt with during appts. is so kind & caring to both myself & my daughter. Dentist appts in general can be scary for young children, but this place is so different from any other pediatric dentistry I’ve seen before.. Because of this, my daughter has never feared coming to the dentist, which is a huge win! Another thing I greatly appreciate is the text reminders I get for upcoming appts.
