Fantastic experience: This was our first visit to Lippian Dentistry. Every person was helpful and kind from the front desk staff (Kimberlee) to the hygenist (Ashley). The Drs were thorough and very kind as well. Absolutely recommended.

Fantastic experience: My dental hygienist Morgan was very thorough and nice! I was in and out with no problem, received a diagnosis and got treatment the next day!

Fantastic experience: I was immediately called back with no waiting. My dental tech Devin, and Dr. Adrian took great care to address my issues and had my new trays ready. I’ve always had great service at Lippian’s and everyone there is friendly and helpful.

Their patient form is so thoughtful — they even ask about personal preferences like music choice and whether you’d like a blanket during your visit. It’s the little touches like that that make such a big difference! Their technology is top notch as well! Tabitha, was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and took her time to ensure I received the best care possible. I never felt rushed, and she explained everything in such a kind and professional way. Dr. Jim Lippian who came in afterward was equally attentive and caring, taking the time to review everything carefully and address everything with me. I left feeling completely at ease and well cared for. I highly recommend Lippian Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a dental office that combines top-notch care with genuine compassion.

Fantastic experience: Went in for my bi-yearly teeth cleaning. Met my hygienist, Tabitha. She was amazing. Fast, thorough a professional. I mentioned a small issue I had with one of my teeth. She suggested a solution. Next comes Dr. Markle (always great) and twenty minutes later a my issue is fixed. Lippmann FD is a great place for your dental health.

Fantastic experience: Every staff member I had contact with was very nice. My teeth are not in good condition at all but the staff made me feel so good. They provided me with all the information on what needed to be done, the cost and what all my options were. I’ve never been to any dental or medical facility that made me feel so welcome. They had bible verses on the tv screens and Christian music playing. I have found my new dental clinic!

They explained the situation, and took responsibility for the mistake. I truly appreciate their professionalism in handling this matter and the effort they put into resolving it. Fantastic experience: Halie shipley was my dental assistant while dr Jim was my dentist & they were like peas & carrots, just worked together like a hand in a glove!!‍♂️In 52 years this was by far my favorite dental experience ❤❤nov 15th had my semi annual cleaning today..As always i had a great experience,but today i noticed something that got my attention. While waiting to be escorted back the waiting room was filling up with the early morning appointments, & everyone of all ages had a joyful anticipation about their experience. You could just read the room that trusting this facility & staff with their dental needs was a joyful experience!!❤

Fantastic experience: After dealing with Aspen, I was done with dentists. Of course I had to get work done, so based on a recommendation from a friend, I tried Lippian. The facility was clean. The staff was exceptionally kind and respectful. The dental work was significantly cheaper than Aspen. The dental hygienist was the sweetest. She made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. The dentist was quick with the work and made sure I was as comfortable as possible.

Fantastic experience: My first visit was one of the best dental experiences I have had in years. My dental assistant was professional, very nice and made my teeth feel amazing. I have already recommended your office to family members looking for new dentists.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency and had not been to Lippian before, but they took me in and made me feel like family. They fixed my problem and educated me on my options, preventative care and maintenance and then allowed me to make the decision for myself on how to proceed. It was a breath of fresh air to feel so well taken care of. From the front office staff, the hygienist and the dentist- highly recommend.

Negative experience: After the last fiasco, I tried again to just get the 1 tooth fixed…they reviewed my chart, discussed what teeth to fix and set an appointment. You would think they would be eager to make up for the past, but instead Lippian read my previous review of how they didn’t take care of my cracked tooth, but tried to get 7 teeth fixed. An hour before my appointment they called and cancelled in retaliation of my previous review. The person on the phone said that they didn’t want to have a patient that didn’t trust them. Then said, you need medical clearance. They might be good dentist ( over 1000 reviews, which seems odd since other dentist offices barely have 1/2 that many), but it’s clear they don’t want any one expressing experiences that don’t shed a good light on them. It’s hard to trust a business with your teeth that acts like that.

Negative experience: Very friendly atmosphere. But I feel as though the prices are paying for the new building and all of the staff that they have. There is no need to have about 20 receptionists. I will definitely be switching back to my good old hometown dentist that doesn't charge an arm and a leg.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this place for about two years now. It's been really great. I visited to fix my crown at first, and then for periodic cleaning and check-ups. They do everything throughly and well. I'm not in pain anymore, and I'm taking good care of my teeth and gums. All staff members are nice and kind. They remember everything I say, and we have a nice conversation every time. If you are ever wondering which dentist to go to in this area, this is the place.

They took their time, thorough cleaning with multiple ex rays, then when the dentist came in at the end he addressed any issues and/or concerns you might be experiencing and they really devoted their time to you and made sure all questions were answered! You were not rushed in/out like cattle!! 5 out of 5 recommend!!
